Print Transfer Order Immediately

Hi,
We are creating a transfer order immediately in background with the posting of every material document.
Along with TO , we would also like to print TO immediately based on movement type.
Could anybody please help with the configuration for immediate TO print.

Hi Karan,
In setting Logistic Execution> WM>Interface>Inventory mgt>Define mvt type, Set link for IM movement type to WM referance movement type. Next setting .."LE-WM interface to IM", here set link among Warehouse no. referance movement type to WM movement type, here set indicator for create TO immediatly to "A" . Prerequisites for this is WM movement types are configured.
To have TO print, OMLV configuration needs to be done. Assign print code to movement type. Assign forms ( standered or customised) to print code, assign correct spool code here. Assign printer to warehouse movement.

you need to define the print control parameter in the customizing and whether you can print both(SU & TO) is depend on the print code which you specify in the setting under
LE----WM---Activities-----Define print control
After MIGO are you transferring the stock to SU managed storage type , as per STANDARD SAP stock goes to 902 which is Non SU managed so here you need to tell us the flow and the storage type where stock goes after MIGO also is that storage type is SU managed or not

Printing transfer order ( tx LT31 ) with smartforms ?

Is it possible to assing a smartform for printing transfer orders? I didn't find any informations about that in this forum...

No. The Transfer Order configuration can only accept the SAPScripts.
But however there is a work around.
Create a Smartform.
You can create own your program to select the data for the transfer order and use the smartform in it.
In the Configuration, you can assign this program and a DUMMY SAPScript name (you may leave the standard SAPScript name).

Program/task which created Transfer order immediately

Hello All,
I want to create transfer order immediately after quality usage decision (QA32/QA11), movement type-321. I have done the required settings in WM-IM interface to create transfer order immediately and it is working perfectly fine.
Now my requirement is, I want to specify source bin by my own logic in transfer order. So can anyone guide me, how I can find which background program or job or FM or tcode gets called for immediate transfer order creation.

Since you are doing Quality decision which means transferring the stock from Quality to unrestricted i hope the FM being called will be
L_TO_CREATE_POSTING_CHANGE to create the transfer order

Printing Transfer Orders based on Manifest Number (Shipment Number)

Hi All,
We are on R/3 4.6c with Lean Warehouse Management.
We have a requirement to be able to print Transfer Orders which are linked to a given Manifest - wondering if SAP has a standard way of doing this?
Sales Order 01 -> Delivery01 -> Transfer Order_01 \
Sales Order 02 -> Delivery02 -> Transfer Order_02 ]----->>> Manifest_01
Sales Order 03 -> Delivery03 -> Transfer Order_03 /
We would to be able to say for 'Manifest_01' print all related Transfer Orders

To print transfer order by range

Hi,
I had 20 transfer order created and I would like to kick off the printing by selection on screen from TO#1 to TO#20.
Is it possible to do so in LT31?
There is a program, RLVSDR40 but it does not have any TCODE linked to it.
Is there a standard TCODE to do so?

Use LX21 there you have dynamic selection option.Select the option transfer order here you can give the range.
To print a group of transfer orders by a single group number or for a range of group numbers:
In the SAP menu, choose the path Logistics ® Logistics Execution ® Outbound Process ® Goods Issue for Outbound Delivery ® Communication / Printing ® Reprint Picklist

PRINT Transfer Order

Hello Gurus
I have this issue, where i have a Transfer Order, when i select Print, it is printing 3 copies of the TO's. i need to change the config so that when i print TO's , it shud print 2 copies only instead of 3 copies.
Could you please help me with this issue.

Auto printing transfer order issue

hi,
TO is automatically generated upon the MIGO GR MvT 101 based on the material doc#, TO supposes to print automatically at this point, but it just not happening! i have to manually print out through SP02, TO is in spool. the status is 'error" doesn't specify whats wrong with that though!
in another case, TO created by outbound delivery Mvt 601 printed automatically without probs! checked all setting haven't found anything wrong, any clues! thanks!

What is the proper procedure/transactions for this? Is there any other way to solve this? This STO is about 5 months old, would that cause any issue?

Transfer order Printing Error

Hello,
I have two issue with tranfer order
1) We are printing transfer order through network order CN23 .The part has been issued to network order from 3 Group WBS element .So when we are printing the Transfer order it is just printing one WBS element on transfer order not the other two of them.So is there a configuration setting for the trnasfer order to print all the WBS element?
2) When the user is printing tasfer order from his profile LT31 and including all the setting plus defined printer as LOCL the transfer order is not getting printed .Only when he is going to SP02 it is getting printing .So i guess there must be some setting that is missing in printer config .I checked in OMLV but couldnt find one .Can any one pls help.?

Thanks for the reply Abhijit.I saw in OMLV in Print code that the printer has been set to 02 so does that mean it is going to Spool? If so how can i change the setting back to print immediately ?what needs to be done in printer setting to get that print immediately.
My first question is related to Transfer order print out .We have network order which has 3 WBS elements from which the component has been issued.So when we print the transfer order via LT31 it is only printing one WBS not the other two of them.So my question is is there a way in config to change the Transfer order so that it print all the WBS element or it should be done via coding?

Transfer Order Printing using smart forms

Hi All
Our requirement is to print Transfer Order ( WM ) for Goods Receipt & Delivery using Smart forms.
Can we change the existing standard format (SAP script ) and use our own form(smart form ) to include some other data & print.
If possible how to replace the SAP script to Smart form.
Request someone could guide in detail.

When you create Smartform try to replace it in customizing OMLV. Not sure if it will work as it refers to Sap Scirpt in help description.
It is also possible to write Z program for TO printing and hardcode SmartForm there.

There you will find all settings for defining spool code(tick immediate printing), printer,print code and the repective assignments and control parameters.

Hi,
LT 31 is a standard tcode for transfer order. Standard program for printing transfer order is RLVSDR40 which internally calls sap scripts.
However you can design your customised code which is a copy of RLVSDR40 program but in your customised program, you have change logic of calling sapscript and replace it with smartform logic.
Like you have to commnt OPEN FORM,WRITE FORM, CLOSE FORM function modules and call below code :-
Get the name of the function module
CALL FUNCTION 'SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME'
    EXPORTING
      formname           = lw_form
    IMPORTING
      fm_name            = lw_name
    EXCEPTIONS
      no_form            = 1
      no_function_module = 2
      OTHERS             = 3.
IF sy-subrc <> 0.
    MESSAGE a003(zqsvmessage) WITH fs_irldrc-formu.
ENDIF.                                " IF sy-subrc <> 0
here you have to pass form name(SMARTFORM name)
However we can make changes in configration by using Tcode OMLV here you have to specify:-
warehouse number,
print code number,(putaway, picking,kanban etc)
form name(here you can assign SMARTFORM name)

Transfer order printing.

The system determines how to print combined pick lists based on a table entry in customizing. For this task, the system branches to the report RLKOMM40 "Print Combined Pick List". You can also enter a printing status in a table that instructs the system to print individual transfer orders (TOs). In this case, the system prints transfer orders normally.
With report RLKOMM40, you can print both combined pick lists and individual items. The advantage of printing single items with RLKOMM40 instead of RLVSDR40 lies in the capability to sort transfer order items for release as a group at a particular time.
