Printing Goods Receipt labels from a PO after the inspection is done

Hi Guys,
Just wondering if you can help me...
I am having problems to print to 2 differents printer a WEE1 output type labels from MB90, like::
-If is ACCEPTED, it will print to PRINTER A;
-IF is REJECTED, it will print to PRINTER B.
What is the best way to do it?

you can use user exit QSS10001 Possibility of calling a different print report.
You can hardcode output device & call SAPLPDE printer as per UD

Missing fields in Goods Receipt PO from SAP SDK after upgrade

Hi there,
I am using VB.net 2003 with SAP 2005 PL 20 and SQL 2005
We have upgraded the Patch level of SAP 2005 from Patch Level 4 to Patch Level 20.
After the upgrade I executed the same source on the new Patch level the SDK didn't pick up existing fields that was used in my source.
I have commented the lines out and the Good Receipt PO is created again.
I am not sure what the fields where for or if they are still being used but they are not available in the SDK.
Please can someone let me know what the fields are for and why they are not available in the SDK?

I am busy with the upgrade of the Patch levels in the correct order to see if this will sort ou tmy problem.
Do you think that this will have an impact on the UnitPrice field in the system not being able to be populated through the SDK ?
This will be on the creation of the Delivery Note / Goods Receipt PO and Goods Receipt.
P.S. I have checked the Calculate via UnitPrice field in the Settings.

We want to store the packing info for label printing.
ie
PO#1
ROW ITEM           QTY
0        item A         100000
GRPO
ROW IITEM           QTY        No of ctn (UDF)
0         item A         20000     10                           -> print 10 label with QTY 2000
1         item A         30000     10                           -> print 10 label with QTY 3000
2         item A         50000     10                          -> print 10 label with QTY 5000
All 3 rows refer to same PO, and the PO will be closed after adding this GRPO
However, in SAP UI one PO line could only copy to one GRPO line.

Short Dump While Printing Good Receipt Using MIGO

I have copied standard program /SMB40/M07DR for printing Goods Receipt from MIGO for a purchase order.
I am getting a dump: ST22 (POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT)
Error analysis

Looked for many SAP NOTES but no luck.

When i check the short DUMP in ST22 , it gave me this information ..!!!!

How to correct the error

Confirm using BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT does not print Goods Receipt Slip

We are having issue when perform co11n confirmation, goods receipt slip prints out fine, but calling BAPI_PRODORDCONF_CREATE_TT using the same production order/operation does not print the Goods Receipt Slip. The automatic goods movement works fine with BAPI & co11n.
Has anyone else had this problem?

We have been using this BAPI in production environment for over a year now and basically it has worked just fine. From what I understand, the Goods Receipt Slip has never printed when using this BAPI, but since we only had small areas that were using this BAPI (until recently), these areas either did not need the printed Goods Receipt Slip or a Warehouse was specified, so a Transfer Order was produced instead of GRS.
I was thinking maybe we were not populating one of the BAPI input fields properly, but not sure which one it would be. We currently do not populate the "Posting Date" input field, so thought I would try populating that.

Create Goods Receipt PO from AP Reserve Invoice (bug?)

Via the user interface of sap2005 pl7 you can create "Goods Receipt PO" from an "AP Reserve Invoice".
In the "base type" field of goods receipt the value "18" is displayed. This seems not to be a "valid value" and it is as a consequence not possible to read the contents of this field with the UI-API, because <i>base type</i> is a combo box and only valid values can be returned.
Is there a workaround to get a none valid value from a combobox?

Is it possible to edit quantity field or add a new row to a goods receipt copied from a purchase order that has been approved ?
if this behavior was changed from past releases or it always was like that?

Can I print avery address labels from a word template on my MX922 and if so where do I load them?

Just bought a Pixma MX922 and was surprised that I can't find any instructions for printing avery mailing labels from my Christmas list word template. I was able to do this on my MP560 which just died, but it had a separate place to feed avery labels into the printer. This is a Canon question and not an Avery question.

Hello. If your current sheets were able to be used with the MP560, you should be able to use them with the MX922. Please load the sheets in the lower cassette tray. I ahve to make changes in Goods receipt Document. I am having the folling details with me .
Program Name : - SAPM07DR
Form Routine : - ENTRY_WE02
FORM : ZWESCHEINVERS2.
When i take print out for Goods receipt Document using transaction MB02 it print some RETURN DELIVERY SLIP. Bu when i check for FORM for output type WE02, it show the ZWESCHEINVERS2 form but this form is for Goods receipt Document. Can any one help to find out the way to print Goods receipt Document for any Material Document No.

Go to NACE transaction and find the correct form and program has been called. Once it is verified, make necessary changes in the required form for Goods reciept.

Language control for Goods Receipt Slips from MIGO

Hi All,
We are trying to print a Goods Receipt in Finnish via MIGO.
The Finnish version of the SAPScript form exists and is active, the corresponding Plant language is set to Finnish, and we are logged on in Finnish. When we perform the Goods Receipt, the form prints in English.
The entry on NAST, the message table, is generated with an English Language Key.
I am sure there must be a setting, or combination of settings which control the form output language, but have been unable to track it down (I am an ABAP developer with limited knowledge of config).
Can anybody help?

Thank you for that suggestion - I couldn't create entries in MN21 because they already existed, but you got me to the right place.
Under MN22, I found that the printouts for these documents were all set to EN, so I just removed the language key.
They now print in the logon language, which is what we need (might be English or Finnish).

Loading goods receipt confirmations from a spreadsheet file in SRM?

Hello,
Has anyone previously modified SRM BADI or function module that would allow for goods receipt confirmations to be automatically uploaded via a spreadsheet form onto SRM?
On our project, we have a bottleneck whereby the volume of goods receipts to be undertaken will overwhelm the department; therefore a spreadsheet solution needs to be considered.
Alternativley,can classic extended be changed to allow for the gr's to be entered onto R3 instead as they do have a spreadsheet upload program in this system to mass process gr's.
Any experiences in this area would be appreciated.

I usually use the OS connection option. So as you suggest, connect without the ISP connection software. Doing so does not by-pass the sudo command being active in Activity Monitor however.
On reading my post I see my failure to link the concerns of the laptop purchase with the sudo and modem. My thought here is of an intersection of known vulnerability with this widely used modem/software (via permanent sudo process activated) and that vulnerability then being known and utilised by another party(s).
I am pursuing the issue in part with consideration to a broader possible issue of vulnerability.
