Problem in Releasing the Request

Hello,
I am trying to release the request which is targetting to one of the available system (say QAS)
When clicking the release button, I am getting the error message as below :

Diagnosis
Your transport request could not be exported, since all requirements were not fulfilled.
Calling the transport control program tp

I have the same issue long back.
It is purely Basis issue just tell them the problem and they will solve it.

Problem while releasing the request

I created a customized Z report from the existing standard SAP report and also created a new tcode into the development server, and released the request via se09 into quality server. Now when I try to execute this tcode in the quality server, its giving me a error message 'status STANDARD of the user interface ZRM06ENDR_ALV missing'. Due to which its not displaying various push buttons like 'print preview' 'messages' etc. However its working fine in the dev server

You should creat GUI status. You can copy it from another report by clicking right on the gui status from which you copy. Then specify the target report. Then in your Z report activate the gui status. Also write the code below:
form alv_menu using rt_extab type slis_t_extab.
set pf-status 'STANDARD_FULLSCREEN'. " Write here your gui status' name .
endform.
In call function reuse_alv_grid_display set i_callback_pf_status_set parameter as 'ALV_MENU'.

is it possible to release the request from production to quality

It's not allowed..
You can move request from original server ( where a request is created ) to target server.
Since in production server you are not allowed development work.. so u can not create req there... and u can not move req of dev server ( which were moved to prod ) from prod to quality.

Go to SE09 or SE10 tcode
select the request to be released
First release the Tasks under that request
then release the request
then use the STMS or take the help of a basis person to Import he same in the required client
check the tables E071 and E070 for further details regarding the request

Error while releasing the request

I am releasing one Transport request from dev to qas.
But it is giving error " Transport object from package <zstr> to
target </prjdev> only.

please cross check the request number your are providing of the PRD system.. That shouldnt be a probelm...

PROBLEM IN RELEASING TRANSPORT REQUEST THROUGH SE10

Dear all,
I am trying to release transport request of development server via. transaction se10.Now my problem is that the child(DEVELOPMENT/CORRECTION) is getting released while the parent request is not getting released.
I checked everything and its showing 'test call of transport control program ended with return code 0208.' I even checked overview of system,overview of connection type,over view of transport protocol and they are fine.my only doubt is after going to se10 when I click transport proposals its showing "WORK FLOW NOT ACTIVE' .
Is my problem is because of this. Please help its very urgent as due to this I am not even able to transport any request on production server.

of requests..first of all U be sure of TMS configuration
see whether it is consistent or not.then after Refresh
the system and then come to release of requests.
its true that we can transport through scc1 but first
check about STMS configuration and the way you set
that.

You cannot export the request at the movement -while releasing the request

Hi.. Experts
Today, we had message from our functional consultant that When he is trying to release the TRANSPORT REQUEST (not tasks) he is getting the error " You cannot export the request at the movement "
After 2 / 3 hours, we discovered file exists in Transport Profiel directory
" /usr/sap/trans/bin" directory Fine Name : T_OFF.ALL
After removing that file - The request releasing were happening normally.
In this juncture, Even though the issue is fixed ,
We would like to learn how this file got created and which transactions / which configurations will create this T_OFF.ALL file and stops all Transport releases

This file T_OFF.ALL has to be created manually in the bin directory to basically stop release of any transport request from all systems. No transaction creates it .

Problem in deleting the request from ODS......

Hi,
I am not able to delete one INIT request from the ODS. This request was taking long time and eventually it turned to RED. Data was there in PSA but I deleted the request and thought of doing the fresh load .
Problem is that although I have deleted the request from the ODS , it is again coming back to ODS . I have started the fresh load. AS the previous also coming to this ODS its taking long time to load the data.
Can some body let me know how to STOP/DELETE the old request?? I have already turned everything to RED QM status , overall status etc. but still its not getting stoped.

Even though u find the job and cancel it or delete it the data load will not stop untill it loads the entire data!
Hope there will be large volume of data !
Until the data load is complete wait and then delete the request and then delete the init and start the fresh load!
I too faced the same issue but i am helpless i could not stop the data load inthe middle!

After bundle can I release the request?

1)I have more than 2000 transport requests.Can I bundle the requests and release after.Is it possible to release after bundle the request?
2)I am going to upgrade my system from ECC5 to ECC6.for that I should release all the request or no need?

Hello TJK,
You can merge all the requests in one single request and release that single request. For this create a workbench request in SE01. Select the request and then do CTRL+F11. A pop up will come. Use option obhect list from mutiple requests.
In the next screen give the transport numbers. Select all check boxes in request status. Also for request type select all the options.
Now execute this in background.
However if you do it through standard background option in SE01 the release may still fail.
In that case you need to check OSS note 89466. You may have to create a custom report for that.
With regards to your second question I will say yes please release transports. In case you have made changes to any standard SAP object like report or table definition and the object is locked in a transport the upgrade will stop.
So make sure there are no locked standard SAP objects in transports at the time of upgrade.

Problem in assinging the request to the InfoObject

I transport the InfoObject to QA system .
Now i changed some navigational attributes of that InfoObjectin development system and try to give the request to that InfoObject and try to activate it. But it says like this
Changes to Objects are only allowed in correction/repair
And looked into the cooresponding help , it is like below
Diagnosis
Repository and customizing objects can only be maintained within the framework of a task: (correction in the original system and repair in all other systems). Request DVBK946652 is not a task.

Select a task in the Transport Organizer (SE09) and repeat the function.

Problem in deleteing the request

H All,
We ran a load to Master Data (info provider)object.The Load got failed due to invalid data entries.Wheb i tried to dele that particular request from infoprovider .Request is not getting deleted and got folloed msg.
You want to delete request(s) from InfoProvider 0AUVEHICLE
The data target is a master data table
The records in the request are no longer transparent in the table
Only the control entry that shows that the request has been updated
already, is deleted.
This means that the request can be updated again.
Can you please help me in deleting this request.

This means that even though you delete the request - the master data entries still remain. This happens for Master Data.
You will have to delete the same and reload the data back in.
For example if you data load has :
1|BCD|Sales
and this is part of your master data load , even if you delete the request the entry is not deleted - the entry still remains - you can delete the request in the manage atb and reload the data once again.... SAP is just givig you information that Master Data Objects are not like a DSo where if you delete the request the entries go away. This is because the Infobject tables do not have any request based data - al the data gets updated into the same tables and once you load the data - the data remains there till a manual delete is triggered and request based deletion is not possible...

Problem in WAD (The requested query / does not exist on the current server)

When i execute a Web Application in WAD in the selection screen suppose if i give Key product as 86000 then check and execute i get correct data. Then if i come to backpage (Selection screen again using backspace) and change Key product as 86022 then check and execute then i get following error

Issue is in WAD selection screen for first product valuse every thing if fine, when i go back and change product value and then CHECK and EXECUTE the following error comes.

Problem while releasing the production order.

Hai gurus,
When i release the production order , SAP doesn't block when i have a deficit of stock for some materails.I checked all the customizing and found every thing is fine.
As the materials that has defict stock has back flush indicator, is that the reason why the system is assuming the stock when releasing.

You need to consider the following customization settings
(1) OPJK - For the Plant/Order type/Availability check-2 for the material availability - Release material - set the indicator '3' No release if parts are missing
(2) OPJJ - For availability check & checking rule - check what all elements are considered as part of ATP check.
With these settings - in the production order if the order header has status MSPT - Missing parts (i.e. components are missing) only then system will stop the release of the order.

Carefully think about it first as to which account groups belong to which chart of accounts (or which profit center groups to which controlling area).
Then call report ZECPCA11 for the respective top hierarchy node of a hierarchy of account groups (or profit center groups).
Enter the name of the hierarchy node under "Group", the name "RACCT" for account groups (or "RPRCTR" for profit center groups) under "Field" and the required chart of accounts (or controlling area) under "Searchf".
The "0H_Kennz" indocator should generally be marked (all groups that were created with the maintenance transactions in EC-PCA are technically stored as 0H sets in the database, that is, with prefixed "0H").
Report ZECPCA11 fills the T800S-SEARCHFLD field with the required chart of accounts (or controlling area) for all groups of the entered hierarchy.
After you have corrected all hierarchies this way, you should be able to maintain the account groups or profit center groups again.
You can find report ZECPCA11 on SAPSERV in directory /ftp/general/R3Server/ABAP/note.0042821 under the name "ZECPCA11.TXT". Alternatively, create the report from the 'Corrections' section using Transaction SE38.

In SE09, select your request/task and there is a menu option to check inactive objects.
Pls make sure that everything is active here.
