Problem with IE reading my Spry nav-bar (cs3)

Question

Any ideas on what would cause this and how to fix it are very
much appreciated! I used Dreamweaver CS3's Spry functionality in
order to make the dropdown menu, only I used rollover images
instead of plain text. Is there a way to make IE like this bit of
code, like Firefox and Safari seem to?
The code, in IE makes the menu 'dropdown' to the side as if
they were all in line. You can see a preview of the problem, here.

Have a look in main.css
