Problems Logging Into OTN/My Oracle Support

Yesterday everything was fine.  Today when I log in with my preferred account through my company I am unable to log in but used an old personal account to get in.  I am also unable to log into My Oracle Support with my company account.  Since I can't get into support, how do I get someone to assist me with my problem.  I requested a password reset hours ago and have not received an email yet.  I do not have access to my personal email associated with this account at work.

Per a rep from MOSC -
"[You] either need to contact the HUB or need to raise a non-technical SR. Usually in this case it’s one of two issues, their support contract has expired and the customer has not renewed it yet or the administrator doesn’t have this person set up for access. (The administrator would be the customer user responsible for controlling access on the customer side to support services)."

    I have installed Oracle 11G on Red Hat EL5, the database is up and running ok, but I am having lots of problems with the Dbconsole.
    I can open the page:

    Strange - I have 11g with OEL running. And no problems what so ever.
    DBconsole is fine, no problems there.
    Did you follow the installation guide step by step? Do you have the correct rpms?
    There where a couple ones that needed updating / installing from the OEL DVD.

    I dont think Windows 7 is supported OS.

    Having said that, there are ppl who have installtion done on Windows 7 as well.
    I would say, check the services first if they are up and running or not. If yes, then logs should be the first place to visit.

  • Problem Logging into only one of many computers

    1. I have two desktop computers. One is hard wired to a linksys router and works great. The other desktop that has a problem logging into my email account. See (5) below. 2. First you must know that I also have an apple mac that is connected via the Router and it also works fine running OSX. 3. I have a Dell Laptop running Vista connected via the Router that runs fine. 4. Have another Dell Laptop running Win 7 is connected via the Router that runs fine. 5. I have this desktop running Win XP pro that is my problem. This is how the problem goes: I get to what appears to the correct login page; Type in the correct user and PW info; execute by clicking on the correct button; Nothing happens; I try several other ways; I click on the "signin" box at the extreme top right and nothing happens; I click on another box that ask for my location and a new window appears asking for my addres and zip code. I eventually get to the email. Now at this moment I look at the top of this my current window and I see that my location is shown and I am signed into verizon to write to you. There is a block that reads "signout". What is going on?

    And one more small detail.  After I have this problem there's a crash file in ~Library/Preferences called 'com.apple.iLifeAssetManagement.crqash.plist'.  It's cryptic, but it says:

    If you are talking about photoshop.com, anyone who tries will get that error because there is no more photoshop.com. You should have received a bunch of emails about any photos there getting moved to Revel, but you can't use Revel from within the versions of PSE that had photoshop.com:

    I am having trouble logging into my SharePoint Designer 2013 since I tried to sign in to sharepoint designer with a test account. My sharepoint administrator said I have all the permissions that I need.

    When the spedesign.exe asks me to log on with a different user accout, it wants the crendtials of domain name and passsword.
    I enter the domain name that looks like domainname\username with the password. I am using the domain name that is assigned to my computer. The logon does not recognize me.
    My company is using sharepoint in the cloud. Thus would my domain be the sharepoint https location that my company is using?
    When I log into the cloud, I use an email address.
    Thus do you have any suggestions on what is wrong and how I should enter the logon in?
    What do you suggest that I try next?

    You can switch the user account with a domain user in SharePoint Desinger 2013 . Once  log on, please go to Account -> Connected Services -> Add a service -> Storage -> Office 365 SharePoint, then input your Office 365 crendtial
    and you can  open your SharePoint Online using SharePoint Designer.

  • Problem logging into sqlplus

    Hi,
    I am having a strange problem with sql*plus...
    I installed Oracle database 10g release 2 and then logged into sqlplus as sys user from the windows command line and everything seemed fine. Later I installed oracle http server from the 10g companion cd and now logging into sqlplus as sys user from the windows terminal from where i logged on before, works fine, but if I open a new terminal and try to log into sqlplus as sys user from there, I get the following error...ora-01031: insufficient privileges.
    i noticed that from the first terminal, it logs into sqlplus release 10.2.0.1.0 but from the new terminal it logs into sqlplus release 10.1.0.3.0.
    Does anyone know how this came about? I only have the database release 2 installed and not release 1.

    here is my problem. Workflow 7.0 is installed on W2k3 EE (with Forms and Form Manager) via turnkey installation ( and is on Jboss of course). I've got four other computers in domain. All with XP. And only from one i can login into Workflow Designer. All computers has access to server (with workflow installed), and to server with AD. Workflow is integrated with LDAP (i see new users added in AD after synchronization). And the problem is: that i can log into workflow designer only from one computer. And on all users that have process developer rights i can also log (on that one and only computer). On all other computers i got the following error:

    i compared the size of workflow designer on my machine and on other and
    EUREKA, they are different, also i got some extra directories in workflow designer directory (but this is because of using janel trick), so i copy all extra directories and workflow designer exe to other machines and now it's working.

    i have a macbook pro running 10.6
    imac running 10.6
    macpro running server 10.5.8
    MBP logs into iMac no problem, iMac ARD and Sharing settings are identical to server, but server will not allow login without asking permission (so i know server see's it) What am i missing on the server side that's not allowing direct login
    server - sharing and remote management set to all users. Server logs into imac no prob but imac/mbp will only log into server if someone is at server and clicks allow, which makes it pointless for remote access.

    It's clearly still connecting as a guest, even though you say you're using a valid user account on the server. One final question; it appears that you have the ARD administrator application installed on more than one computer. If so, do you have separate serial numbers for each installation, or are you using the same serial number on all the systems?

  • Problem logging into ICloud

    I recently received an IPad and I am having trouble signing in on ICloud. I don't remember the Password I used and now I cannot log into it under the Settings< ICloud page. I have no problem using my password to get into other areas.

    If you connected to wifi, disable it and connect to cellular or other network. Usually it means a network blocking secure ports. If that happens on other network, go to "appleid.apple.com" and try to sign in with the same info there. See what message pops up and react.
