Processing of scheduled messages.

Hi,
       I am trying a scenario in which we are sending XML messages to CRM system (through XI), the messages are getting successfully processed in XI but not reaching to CRM, in SXMB_MONI of CRM the message status is "Scheduled for Processing".
                    Please let me know how can I overtake this situation.

log on to your CRM system.......go to transaction SMQ2 and execute it........you will see some queues with some entries in it..........double click a queue.........then you can see the entries in it.........the first entry will be in error showing some error happened during the processing of your msg..........select it and click on the execute button........if the error still remains, then go to debug mode for finding the error.... rectify the error and then execute your entry again.........then your remaining entries will be processed.. similarly clear all the queues by executing their entries.

    im using the scheduler to schedule messages in XI.
    In SXMB_MONI the message is in status "recorded"-green flag and the message trace shows the following entry:
    Is there a way to see alll messages "recorded" in the queue ?
    I can´t see a message in SMQ2 or SMQR.

    refreshing the SXMB_monitor is the same.
    The message(IDoc) is in green flag ! and the description is "recorded" (aufgezeichnet).
    The Tracing in xml monitor shows "entry queue = XBT9...."
    I have created a Job calling SXMS_DELAYED_MSG_PROC140 which runs every 5 minutes.
    After processing the queue/message the SXMB_MONI status is white/black flagged with successful processed.
    the Queuename is filled with outbound XBTO... queue.
    finally i have on idea. The IDoc message is sent by the RWB Testtool not by SAP R/3.
    I try to send the message via SAP R/3 and keep you informed.

  • Problem with scheduled message in SXMB_MONI

    Hi All,
    I have come accross an issue. There is a scheduled message in SXMB_MONI(with green flag). It's been there at for a long time.I can see a inbound queue name in the SXMB_MONI display. But if I am looking into the que from SMQ2, there is no pending messages in the queue. How to process this message? Can we reprocess it?

    prerequisite:
    make sure the message will not be processed in SXMB_MONI
    a) restart the message from sender system
    b) take the payload from SXMB_MONI and post it from RWB
    directly to integration engine
    test it on DEV to be sure what you're doing of course

  • Report for canceling schedules messages

    Hi all,
    I have a lot of Messages (>120.000) with status scheduled in sxi_monitor and I want to cancel the processing of this messages.
    I know the button in sxi_monitor to cancel the processing but is there any alternative to this button like a report?
    The cancelation with the button needs to much time.

  • Third party order processing with Scheduling agreements

    Gurus,
    I have a situation here, i am working with a automobile industry and customer sends us EDI 830's (FSD and JIT schedules). we are using scheduling agreements (Doc type - LZ) to process those schedules. I have couple of parts that we dont manufacture and we ask our vendors to ship it direct to customer. i am trying to set up a third party order processing for this sceanario but system is giving me message that i cant use scheduling agreements. i tested with sales order and it worked fine with that. Is there any way to figure out solution with scheduling agreements. Any help will be appriciated.

    Scheduling agreements with delivery schedules are not supporte in third-party order processing.

    I created a process chain and activated.
    But when i clicked on schedule the following message is
    coming:

    SY-SUBRC = 4:
    Scheduling terminated by user
    SY-SUBRC = 8:
    Error when scheduling job (JOB_SUBMIT)
    SY-SUBRC = 12:
    Error in internal number assignment
    Procedure
    Check the system log for more detailed information.
    Execute Function

    Can anyone explain me how to solve this error and execute
    the chain.Is there anymore process to schedule a chain ?

    Please check your Execution User for the Process Chain.
    Go to Design mode of your Process Chain
    From Top Menu choose
    Process Chain >> Attributes >> Execution User
    Choose "BW Background User" which should be ALEREMOTE.
    That should ideally solve your issue.

    We are currently performing our PI 7.1 upgrade and one of our scenario uses a Sender SOAP of the type EOIO. We tried executing this scenario in PI 7.1 XID environment and in it worked fine without any errors but in our PI 7.1 QA environment it is giving the following errors

  • Process Order Schedule Finish date before Schedule Start date

    On rare occasions, the process order Schedule Finish date is before the Schedule Start date.  This causes an error on the APO system when the process order is CIF to APO.  Does anyone have any ideas how this occur?

    Rajesha, thank you for your reply but it doesn't solve my problem.
    Let me restate my scenario:
    I start a process order and both the basic and scheduled finish dates are the same, June 1.
    At some point, shop floor tells me they will be late and cannot deliver until June 15.
    I need to update a date in the system so the ATP and the MRP planning runs have correct information for promising customers, I will update the Basic Finish date with June 15.
    I also need to keep the original June 1 date in order to measure the shop floor performance to the production schedule to measure how early or late the  order was delivered. How can I keep the original finish date or how can I measure if a process order is early or late??

    Hi Folks,
    I am a newbie to SLT. Sorry if I ask some basic stuff.
    I am using HANA and SLT and can see below list of tables are in state or 'In Process' or 'Scheduled' for couple of days.
    For one of my Ztable its says 'scheduled' in HANA and trigger state is DEACTIVATED in SLT.
    Now what I want to do is delete the same from HANA and replicate it again but I am not able to do.
    Below are the list of the tables which are creating issues,
    I am attaching both HANA as well as SLT screenshots.
    Kindly let me know the approach needs to be followed to solve the issues.
    I have one more query , I am trying this on my home HANA system but in projects
    will loading of data or migrating of tables from ECC to HANA will be done by BASIS guys or by HANA developer?
    By profession I am ABAP as well as HANA developer.

    The processing icon is displayed automatically by the framework during server events. There is no programatic access to it.

  • Stopping Process Chain schedule for just one day...

    Hi,
    Our source systems and BI are getting a patch upgrade during this weekend and I need to stop all the Process Chains schedule for Friday night/ Saturday morning. Is there a simple way I can stop all the Process Chains from executing just for tomorrow instead of manually removing each PC from schedule and again putting them back on schedule on Saturday?

    You can reschedule them instead of de-schedule and schedule back.
    1)open your process chain in rspc1
    2) goto planning mode
    3) right click on start --> display schedule job
    4) select the job --> in menu bar --> click on first one from left --> change
    here change the dates as per your requirement and save the job.
    If you have any event based chains which are going to start after time based chains gets complete, no need to de-schedule as we are not going get trigger from time based chains.
    I don't think so we have any program to de-schedule all the chains at a time.

    Direct Scheduling: When you activate the process chain the start process is scheduled in the background, as defined in your selections.
    Start using Meta Chain or API:
    Using API :You can use the SAP NetWeaver Scheduling Framework to start the chain and to have more extensive scheduling options.
    Using Meta Chain :A metachain is a process chain, for which you determine this start condition, that is fixed to another process chain. The process chain is started directly by this metachain.If you start the start process using a metachain, it is not scheduled after you have activated the related process chain. The process chain is only started when the metachain, to which it is linked, is running.
    Try the below points for your issue:
    1. Let the settings for your Meta Chain be 'Direct Scheduling' > Change Selections> Choose required Date/Time. You may also Check Periodic Job and set Periodic Values if required.
    2. Now coming to your Local chain 1 > Schedule even this with 'Direct Scheduling' > Change Selections > Check the Immediate start option> Uncheck the Periodic Job Option > Save.
    3. Follow step 2 even for your Local chain 2.
    4. Now schedule your Meta Chain, it should run fine.
    5. You may even set your Meta Chain to run 'Immediate', but you have to trigger it manually everytime.

    The selection in the infopackage must be the present date like today 2007.09.16 and tomorrow it should be 2007.09.17.
    Is there any way where it can change the date automatically instead of me changing the date in info package daily and activating the process chain daily.
