Profile in ipad2 in general settings

There is a profile on my ipad2 under general settings called "testflight webclip" that I would like to remove.
But when I select the remove option it prompts with "removing this profile will change settings on your iPad".  What will it change?  Will it mess anything up?
Thanks!

Hi,
Tested in 8.82 version:
For example, create sales order with quantity of 1 and unit price 10.35
Condition 1:
Set all decimal places to zero and only set decimal place for query = 2
Run below query:
select t0.quantity , t0.unitprice from RDR1 t0.
Result:
T0.quantity         T0.unitprice
  1                              10
Condition 2 :
Set all decimal places to zero and only set decimal place for query= 2
Run below query to multiply quantity with price
select t0.quantity * t0.unitprice from RDR1 t0.
Result:
T0.quantity         T0.unitprice
  1                              10.35
So decimal place in query will affect when do perform calculation through query.
Condition 3:
Set Price decimal places to 2 and only set decimal place for query= 0
Run below query:
select t0.quantity , t0.unitprice from RDR1 t0.
Result:
T0.quantity         T0.unitprice
  1                              10.35
Final conclusions:
1. When you perform calculation in query (condition 2), the decimal place in query will take effect, regardless of decimal place in all other field
2. When you retrieve data directly from field (condition 3), the decimal place in query will not take effect. But decimal place set for price will take effect.
3. In your case, your query directly retrieve the data from JDT1 table. So that decimal in query (2 place) no effect on query result. Query result shows 10 because, the decimal for price field 0.
4. To get correct result (10.35), you have to set two decimal places for price field.
5. Please ignore the SAP note.
Hope it will be helpful.
Thanks & Regards,
Nagarajan

I CANNOT FIND THE OPTION "PROFILE" UNDER GENERAL SETTINGS IN MY IPHONE 4 VERSION 4.2.1

So, when in doubt, check out the manual (this one is for 4.2 and 4.3: http://manuals.info.apple.com/en_US/iPhone_iOS4_User_Guide.pdf).
This is what I found under the General / Settings section. Not super helpful!
    Profiles
This setting appears if you install one or more profiles
So I guess my question is, did you already set up the profile somewhere??  I searched through the manual and didn't see anything super helpful, but since you know specifically what you're looking for, maybe you'll find something I missed.

  • How do I access profile settings in ios 6? I used to be under general settings in ios 5.

I am trying to access profile settings in ios 6.0.1, but it is not there on my iphone 4s. It used to be under general settings in ios 5. Can anyone help? I am trying to delete a profile setting that I do not use anymore.

So, the profile section is the place where you can add, for example, a wifi profile from your school that is used for authentication, or a profile from freemyapps. This is the profile I am talking about. I am not able to find it on the 4s in ios 6 for some reason. Do you guys know? Would really appreciate it.

    Hi,
the settings are gone, i guess. But even worse, I cannot get the iPad2 to play Full HD thru the Apple digital AV adaptor using apps that support  (and advertise this), like AVPlayer HD. This definiteley used to work before one of the last iOS upgrades. (I am now at 5.1.1).

  • General Settings - Font and Background license

    Experts,
I have a client who needs to change the Font size per User for CRM and Logistics users. These users still have full authorizations, but I cannot open this page, because of Licensing not allowing access to General Settings/System Initialization.
Is there a way I can set the font size per user even though they are CRM or Logistics users?
    Thanks,
    Marli

    Hi Marli,
In my testing, I found this setting is saved under WIndow's User profile. You may try under client window session with your B1 logon. It may not be by B1 user.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Can't find the restrictions in the general settings.

I have a little problem... I can't find the restrictions in the general settings.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities
Just so I understand your problem, you are having difficulties locating the Restrictions section in the Settings app. Under Settings --> General If you scroll down half way then you should spot "Restrictions" under "Auto-Lock" and above "Date & Time". If you still cannot find the setting then it is possible you may have a remote management configuration profile installed restricting you from access those groups of settings.

  • General Settings - Font Size??

    Hi,
Does anyone know how we can access the General Settings - Font Size that the user has set for themselves?  I cannot seem to find anyway to get this via the SDK or even where this is stored in a table to simply query it.
    Thanks,
    David

    Hi Lita,
It's held in the b1-current-user.xml file in the user's Application Data folder in their profile. Default path would be:
    C:\Documents and Settings\<Profile Name>\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP Business One
In this file, you will find the font name and size if the user sets a value other than the default (Tahoma 10pt).
    <leaf kind="single" name="FontFace" type="String">
          <value>Lucida Bright</value>
    </leaf>
    <leaf kind="single" name="FontSize" type="String">
         <value>14</value>
    </leaf>
    Kind Regards,
    Owen

  • HT4623 Trying to update my iPad 2, however in general settings there is no prompt to do this like there is on my iPhone. How do I update another way?

I'm trying to update my ipad2, however in general settings there is not prompt to let me do so. Is this iOS5 update not available for my iPad or is there another way to do this?

The Settings > General > Software Update option only appears when you have iOS 5+ installed - if you are on iOS 4 then you will need to do the next update via your computer's iTunes.
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad via File > Transfer Purchases (you may also want to copy photos off the iPad as well) and then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'. You may also want to copy off the iPad any important documents, notes, files etc e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case.
You can then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes, and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button.

    I Want to download i0s 5
i have ipod touch 3rd gen

You need to connect your iPod to iTunes on a computer and update from there.
Before updating, I recommend that you create a backup first, using : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
Please note that iPod 3d generation only goes up to iOS 5.1.1
To update the iPod, use: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4623
scroll down to the part that's about updating with iTunes.
    Good luck

I am unable to download apps because my iOs is not up to date. No update shows up in my General settings, how do I update my iPad?

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
Tip - If connected to your computer, you may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily.  Then download and install the iOS update. Be sure and backup your iPad before the iOS update. After you update an iPad (except iPad 1) to iOS 6.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).
Tip 2 - If you are updating using wifi, locate your iPad close to your router so you don't get a wifi dropout (can cause update corruption).

  • I was messing arouond with the general settings and I turned on the voice (under General settings) and when the screen timed out, I can't get it to take my 4 number passcode to get into my ipad.  Please help!  I'm totally locked out!

I would appreciate any help I can get.  I was just messing around with the general setting on the ipad (64GB 3G...1st edition ipad), and did not realize that if I went under the general settings and changed the option to turn "on" the voice over, that it would require a double click on everything automatically.  I have my ipad set up to lock after 2 minutes on non-use, and when I tried to sign back in, it said that my 4 digit passcode was incorrect.  Then I tried to double click on each number, and that didn't seem to work.  The numbers 1-9 seemed to input ok, but a zero seemed to throw it off.  I have no idea if it has anything to do with it, but any help on getting back in to my ipad, I would greatly appreciate it, and I will be turning off that stupid voice over off as soon as I can.  I was just goofing off, and was not going to let it stay on permenantely, but I tried to go back under the settings immediately, and I couldn't easily find it, but if someone could help on just getting me back in....I would owe you a big favor!
    Thanks......freaking out in Mobile, AL!!

Touch or tap the field that you want to use/select and it should get a box around it ; then double-tap that field to activate/type it. Once you've entered your password you can do the same (i.e. touch to select, double-tap to activate) to gradually get into  Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off.
So to enter your passcode you first need to tap the 'slide to unlock' button to hightlight it (it should get a box around it), then double-tap it to unlock it. Then for your passcode tap the digit that you want and it should get a box around it; then double-tap that digit to type it; and similar for the other three digits in your passcode.
The manual (http://support.apple.com/manuals/#ipad) also that you should be able to switch voice-over off by connecting to your computer's iTunes :
Turn VoiceOver on or off in iTunes: Select iPad in the iTunes sidebar. In the Options section of the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access. Select VoiceOver, then click OK.
So select Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary tab and set Seeing to Neither

  • Print GL Report by Financial Posting Period in General Settings

    Hi
With reference to Message 859185, we would like to request for improvement to have an option to select Financial Period range according to the Posting Periods define in General Settings in order to obtain a more accurate Financial result when printing General Ledger Accounting Report.
    Kedalene Chong

    Hi Raja,
Unfortunately all the asset reports will be based on asset value date. Most of the time asset value date and dcoument dates are kept the same. Posting date could be different. So if you are comparing G/L balance to asset balance it should match because your G/L balance is based on document date.
