Provider must implement the class 'System.Web.Security.RoleProvider'.

Hi I am implementing Membership and roles security on ASP .NET 4.0 site using oracle database. Have already configured my web.config file to use oraclemembershipprovider and oracleroleprovider but whenever I am trying to create a role or a user through "Web Site Administration Tool" I get this error "Provider must implement the class 'System.Web.Security.RoleProvider'" it comes as soon as I click on create user or create/manage role links.
btw I also noticed that there is was no row in my "ora_aspnet_applications" table I manually added one line and have already given the application name which matches with web.config entry
Any help will be appreciated, is there something wrong with my installation? Also I am using latest version of ODAC.

Yes, the IronPort WSA will support all the security functions including Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Anti-Spyware, Web Reputation when working in conjunction with an existing proxy.
There are two conditions:
1. WSA acts as an upstream proxy - In this case, the authentication will be handled by your existing proxy, but the WSA is the first layer of defense. The WSA will perform a lookup in its web reputation database based on the destination. Also, The WSA can scan the http response with Anti-Virus, Anti-SpyWare and Anti-Malware software. However, since the WSA doesn't have user authentication information, you can only apply global controls for Acceptable Use.
2. WSA has to go through an existing upstream proxy - In this case, the WSA has all the security functionality. In addition, it also handles the authentication. Hence, you can apply role based controls.

Hi, I have took an example from sun notes on JavaBeans (you can find the example here http://java.sun.com/developer/onlineTraining/Beans/beans02/page2.html). The code is like this.....

On choosing serialize component in the File Menu, I serialized the component after changing its color (property), and saved as .ser file. And created the .Jar file including .ser file. when I load the jar file and place the bean in the beanbox, it is showing the bean that is updated. This can be done by implemeting Serializable interface and without implementing Serializable interface also. And I have a statement that has been given in the notes provided by SUN. That is ' Bean must implement the Serializable interface. Objects that support this interface can save and restore their state from disk '. I couldnot come up with the summation of this statement.
Anyone who has an idea... please give an explanation.

Are you serious that you save the special object? Or do you save the values of the object into a file and load those values into a new object?

I have a custom SharePoint 2010 solution that includes an aspx page. The aspx page in is in the /layouts folder within the solution and I created it by just adding an application page to the solution. I am trying to create a parent-child relationship between
two different lists in SharePoint. From the parent I have a custom button on the ribbon that creates a child item with the ID of the parent stamped on it.
The page is just a processing page that forwards on parameters from the parent to the new child item. (i.e. the ID value)

In the page I need to use Request.QueryString to get the values from the URL. But when I deploy the solution and load the page I get the error:

Error Msg - "You must add the Class files for this enterprise bean"

Hi,
I am creating creating new enterprise bean using j2sdkee1.2. I am able to create .ear file in desired folder, but can not create .jar. Please help. Getting above error message.
remote, home interface files and file having business logic (EJB) is compiled and kept at desired location.
j2ee server started, Deploytool is started.
Then I can successfully create new application (.ear file)
Then I go for creating new enterprise bean. I get same application name in Drop down list named "Enterprise Bean will go in".
Then I can add home, remote and ejb class file to create jar ("Add" under "Contents" ).
When I say ok after adding these 3 files, I am getting error - "You must add the Class files for this enterprise bean".
In the deploytool console, getting error - "java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\2sdkee1.2\mahesh\ConverterEJB.class (The system cannot find the path specified) "
Can you please help me where to configure the path?

What the hell does that mean?

A class that implements an interface must define the methods of the interface. Your applet (or the one you borrowed) states at the top that it implements the ActionListener interface. If you go to the API, you'll see that this interface declares a method "actionPerformed", and so this class must have a method that matches the one in the interface. I see that your applet will have some Buttons. You'll need an actionPerformed method if you want the buttons to use your class (this) as their action listener.
Edit: I see that you already have an "ActionPerformed" method, but note that case matters, and this is not the same as "actionPerformed". Change one letter and you're on your way.

I am trying to load any 9.0.3 firmware on my UCM 5.0.4.2000-1 server. Every newer firmware I load throws the following error. I have verified the MD5 is correct and also downloaded the file several times with the same result. I can load the same firmware file on another UCM server and it loads fine. Any ideas?

Thanks for your reply. We have a lab environment where I maintain UCM 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0, 7.1 and 8.0 servers each running the latest released firmware for our QA testing team. I have downloaded and installed the latest device packages but find that if I try to install any firmware newer then 8.3.1 on either 5.0.4 or 6.0 i start getting MD5 hash authentication errors. It looks like 9.0.3 firmware should work on UCM 5.0 and 6.0 so I am lost as to why I can't seem to update any firmware for any model phone if it is newer then version 8.3.1 on either 5.0 or 6.0. while 5.1 and 6.1 work without issues. Maybe it is just a bug. I mostly wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or if it is just me.

ESW: Implementing the ESW Systems in own SLD

Hello,
we've finally managed to get our PI 7.1 running and would like to get to know eSOA by modelling some enterprise services in our ESB. Therefore in order that we can include and choose from a lot of services, is it possible to access all the services avaiable in the ESW? How can we integrate the ESW service registry? Would we have to include the ESW in our SLD? And how would we have to do this?
I'm new to this, but I picture it that way that after "including" the ESW registry, that we can browse through the services in our ESB directly for further modelling. (Instead of looking for the services on the ESW website and only importing a single WSDL service file)
I hope I managed to explain myself properly and would be thankful for any help.

When you get your PI7.1 you will also get ESR and you have all the standard SAP service delivered (not sure about this), otherwise you can always download ESR contents and import them into your ESR.
To configure ESW service registry you need to set it up either in NWA (type service registry). To set it up in ECC backend refer to config guide.

Charm implementation: No maintenance cycle is open for the current system

Gurus,
I'm in implementation project to use charm.
I've created SDCR using charm_create, and choose transaction type subject "Development (implementation)"
After approving the change request, so that the status become "Approved", I re-open the request to set into "in development", but there's error:
"No maintenance cycle is open for the current system"
I've checked notes and search the forum but not relevant to my subject.

I'm facing this issue now. I have followed Dolores blog
- The IBase is wrong: The IBase/component must represent the production system in the project landscape. RP1 is my production
- Lack of authorizations: Assign role "SAP_SOCM_ADMIN" or "SAP_CM_ADMINISTRATOR_COMP" (or equivalent) to the user who would like to approve the change request. I have updated all roles and given the users SAP_ALL
- Project is locked in table /TMWFLOW/PROJMAP: If an error is detected during the processing, then the project might be locked in this table. The customer can unlock it by pressing the refresh button under tab "System Landscape" -> "Change Requests". If there are other error messages shown during the refresh process, the customer must fix those errors beforehand. Refreshed it many times without errors
I'm on the latest level of Solman 7.1 SP8, I have implemented all the new notes as well.

To me it seems like a bug, but haven't found anything on marketplace. Any help is much appreciated.

Implement the Transporte

Dear All
    I'm trying to Implement the transport System to get access to the Appointments via Exchage Server at this moment i'm following the Steps indicated in the URL http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a1/93de005bec214c8af54844721ef224/frameset.htm
    Administration Guide->Groupware->Installing and Configuring Calendar Connectivity->alling and Configuring Microsoft Exchange Connectivity->Microsoft Exchange Connectivity Architecture->nting the Transport
   At the Number 3 it says that i have to Look in the Outlook->Tools->options and then look in the tab Mail Services. But because i'm using the outlook 2003 i could't get this tab.
Those any one can tell me where can i found the Mail Services?

It sounds like you need to create a custom toolpart for your web part. Please read
this article for more information about how to do this. You would place your logic in the CreateChildControls() function of the custom toolpart class to populate the lists from the current site.

When I made my Itunes account, I didn't type in a rescue email address. Now, whenever I try to buy music, it says that "since this is the first time buying music on this computer, you must enter the answers to your security questions". But, first, I've always bought music on this computer. Second, I can't remember the answers to my security questions. But I can't reset them, because I don't have a rescue email address. What do I do?

Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

Read data from SAP R/3 Class-System

Hello,
first of all sorry when I posted this into the wrong subforum, but I wasn't sure about that. My Question is how to read data from the Classystem I have specified in my ABAP report.
The goal is to read data from my individual class-system as well as data from MM and write them to a table that is to be read by another report. But right now I can't find information about the class system and abap. Maybe you know some tutorials or blogs about right that topic you can suggest?

What class system have you specified in your report?
Normally a class can be used by declaring a variable of type of the class in question, if this class can be instantiated this is. If your class can't be instantiated, but it has only class methods, you can call this method directly.
But there is a lot more to this ABAP Object Oriented Programming, than just this short explanation. Search on SDN for some ABAP OO Tutorials.

Mobile Web Security

What is the piece of the WSA product that allows my mobile clients to be monitored and protected from the web threats when not on the local network? Is it just WSA cloud security?
How does this work? Do I push my local network WSA policy to a web based controller to replicate my organization policy and they sync to the cloud for it?

You can get mobile clients covered a couple of ways:
1. in a 'hybrid' mode, where you put the web client module on them (part of Anyconnect), which redirects traffic to the Cisco Cloud Web Security. There is a seperate license for this.
2. When vpn'd in via Anyconnect, you can tell the ASA to change the client's proxy settings to go to the WSA and they'll use the WSA's explicit mode to get filtered (explicit mode is always enabled on a WSA, even if you're using WCCP...) This doesn't cover then when they aren't VPN'd in...

Provider must implement the class 'System.Web.Security.RoleProvider'.
