Purchased student photography plan, but photoshop appear as trial

i purchased student photography plan which includes photoshop and lightroom, but when i downloaded photoshop and clicked it says i can start a 30 days free trial .

  • Creative Cloud Membership with Photography Plan but Photoshop says it's on trial.

    I opened up Creative Cloud where it has the Apps, Assets, etc. and Photoshop, LR, and Bridge all needed updates.  After I completed the updates I could open and use Lightroom but when I tried to open Photoshop nothing happens.  When I look at the Apps on my Creative Cloud desktop it has a Start Trial button next to Photoshop and Lightroom.  At some point it asked me to sign in to license Photoshop and I did that, no errors but when I try to open Pshop again it tells me to start the trial.  Isn't Pshop part of the Photography Plan?

  • Unable to upgrade student Photography plan ($10/m) to Complete Plan ($15/m), instead only option is $25/m?

    New to the forums here, but I've got a question I can't seem to find an answer to anywhere.
    I'm a University student and purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan, for Photoshop and Lightroom, for $10/month. Though as Uni has progressed I realise I'll also need access to Flash, Illustrator, etc., and I saw the Complete Plan available to students for $15/month. That's affordable and so I'm happy to pay the extra $5 every month, however I can't get any option to upgrade my plan to the Complete Plan for $15/m - the only option I'm given is $25/month, which is out of budget for me.
    How could I get the complete plan for students, rather than paying an extra $10 a month simply because I got the Photography Plan first? I see the only possibility is cancelling my current plan and purchasing the new one, though a cancellation fee for such a scenario seems a little unfair.

    I can see that you have purchased complete individual CC Creative Cloud Student and Teacher edition  on March 19th 2015.
    Please let us know in case of any issue. Technically you just need to sign out & sign back in of the CC desktop app to activate the new CC.

    I purchased the Photography CC (The Photoshop Photography Program), but PS CC is asking me for a serial number.
    This CC program is supposed to be open for every one and you don't need to have a previous version of CS. At least that's what the promo says.
    I have download it and install it twice but still is running in trial mode.

    Thanks for your interest.
    I'm already did that. I have followed step by step the instructions, checking very carefully every item. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the pack, now I have it in "English International", but still have the same issue.
      I think I found the problem, in my profile in the part of the information about the plan, says: "Programa de fotografía Photoshop (Para clientes de CS3+)", in english is "The Photoshop Photography Program (For clients of CS3+).
    It's very strange because like I said before, With this program you don't need to have a previous version of CS or Lightroom, or at least, that's what says in the adobe web page before you end up with the purchase.
    Now I'm very confused about it.
    If anybody could clarify me which are the exact requirements for qualifying for this Photography CC (The Photoshop Photography Program)??.
    I would really appreciate.

    I would like to change my student photography  membership to a complete one.I accidentally choose the wrong plan and now when I try to pay for the student complete it won't let me and says I already have a student plan.  I really need a plan that includes indesign and illustrator. I asked for my plan to be cancelled but Im guessing it takes a few days for the cancelation to appear but I really need to work on somethings this weekend. My free trials have ended.

  • I have creative cloud photography plan, but cannot update to Lightroom CC

    When i opened Lightroom (part of my CC photography plan) it said to update to Lightroom CC by clicking the adobe app manager thing on the upper bar of my computer (Mac) and clicking "install" next to Lightroom CC. however, next to Lightroom CC it says "try". not install.
    i have had problems in the past where that adobe manager app would say that i didn't have Lightroom installed and it would have a button saying "install" even though i already had it installed. this may be similar to that problem.
    Anyway, how do i make it say install, instead of trying to give me a trial.

    i just clicked try to see what it will do. right now its installing, i will let you know what it says in a minute.

    This is my current view of the Creative Cloud program.
    For some reason Premiere CS6 was available but I cannot find the app anywhere on my computer after downloading. It says it is functioning in creative cloud but I cannot find it. So I tried to uninstall it, but it's not working. Audition CS6 was able to download from the Creative Cloud without any issues but shouldn't it be CC not CS6? Also I need After Effects as well but I can't find that. The InDesign CS6 was a physical disc copy I had from before with a license.
