Query billing department re subscription debited t...

Hi, 
I purchased on 28 May a yearly subscription for calls to Germany. This subscription was somehow debited twice to my credit card, see below.  I most certainly only subscribed once.  Kindly refund the second charge.  Please confirm.

I've personally never had an issue accessing chat.  Had that had happened to me I would have tried at a different time of day possibly using another browser in case that was the issue.  Trying at different times for shorter periods of time would be more productive than waiting an hour especially if there was an issue with your browser or pop-ups.  Two weeks is an ample time to have tried more than once.  If the error was undoubtedly their fault then they may be able to make an exception if a request is still made within a reasonable amount of time.  You may also want to refer them to this Community post so they could see that you have been trying.  This is the Skype Community not Skype Customer Service so there is no direct line to customer service through the Community only sometimes at best,  an indirect one.   Unfortunately there is no direct e-mail support billing address, just like there is no support phone number.   I would suggest you try off/on until a support person responds.  The few clicks it takes to access Skype chat is less convoluted than some other support systems I've used, especially on the phone..

  • I have been on hold for over 3 hours now. 3rd time calling billing department this week

    I was told that I was being transfered to the billing department over 180 minutes ago. I have been on hold for over 3 hours and was on the phone with tech for 2 additional hours. This is extremely unprofessional. I was to get a refund for the past 2 months since the issue with PS and DW crashing and the ticket is still open. now i have lost productivity for 2 days due to tech additional day on hold. How is this even possible.

    I am on terminal hold in the chat room.  Tomorrow, I have to try calling them on the phone.  This is what I have sent them so far.
    "I see that some of the people in the "community" may have been waiting to chat for several hours!   I am trying to purchase adobe cloud on line and I keep getting a message
    "Your billing address doesn't seem to match the credit card you entered. Check to make sure you entered this information correctly, and if you still can't place your order, please call us at +1 800-585-0774. If you're not in North America, you can look up a local number here."
    I have double-checked my billing address several times and I get the same message.  How many times am I being charged for this?"

  • Poor customer service from billing department

    Earlier today I posted a message on this forum regarding a poor customer service experience from the billing department and seeing advice from the community on how to deal with it, and how much to put up with before cancelling my service. 
    In summary, I have been dealing with Verizon on a billing issue for six months - every month, my bill has the same error (a promotional credit I was offered when I signed up, which I have in writing, has not been applied to my account.)  Every month, when I get my bill in the mail, I call them and try to get it resolved.  Every month they say they will put in a trouble ticket to have the credit applied.  Every month, it fails to get applied.  This month, after being on hold for over half an hour I was disconnected.  This month, a supervisor has "promised" to manually apply the credit each month if it is not fixed by the trouble ticket.
    Is this problem typical?  Does it typically take 6+ months for Verizon to fix a billing problem?  How long do people typically put up with being over-charged for service before cancelling that service?  I'm interested in hearing from other Verizon customers

    Was this problem ever resolved.  I have been dealing with a similar situation for the past 6 months and would be curious if Verizon ever fixed it.  Thanks!

    When I query the bill of material using the web server QueryProductionBillOfMaterialIn using the FindItemGroupItemChangeStateSimpleByElements operation to retrieve the input products, I get the full list of all input products regardless of the validity date.
    Does anyone know if it is possible to query this web service so that you can filter the result based on the reference date as you do when editing a production BoM?

    ok, stating it a bit more detailed:
    VBRP-AUBEL  = Number of according related sales order.
    VBRP-AUPOS = Number of according related sales order item .
    Table EKPO holds Purchase order items. Even if there wouldnt be a problem in field length (SO items have char6 while PO items have char5), this join can never work from the logical view.
    If you got a sales order number and an item number it makes no sense to search in table EKPO for them, since the according records are stored in table VBAP.
    If you need the PO for your invoice i´d go via table VBFA.
    data: lv_vbelv     type vbeln,
             lv_posnv    type pstvy.
    select single vbelv posnv
    from   vbfa
    into    (lv_vbelv, lv_posnv)
    where vbeln = vbrp-aubel
    and    vbeln = vbrp-aupos
    and    vbtyp_n = 'V'.
    now you got the EBELN and EBELP in variables LV_VBELV and LV_POSNV.
    with these you can goto table ekpo.

  • Billing of Magazine Subscriptions on iTunes

    I understand that the answer to the question may seem somewhat obvious, but since I'm dealing with a fairly substantial amount of money (in my respects), I just want to be 100% sure first before committing.
    I have 2 yearly rolling magazine subscriptions with iTunes (~£70 in total), although recently I had to cancel the credit card I had tied to my iTunes account. I haven't added another credit card and from now on, I'd rather use iTunes cards wherever possible to credit my account.
    I just wanted to the assurance that if I was to purchase £75 of iTunes cards and "upload" the credit to my account, will this credit then be used when we reach the renewal dates?

    IF that is the case, you should be warned of this when you make your purchase. If I had known that I would not have spent hundreds of dollars on subscriptions. Also, if that is true why don't publishers of books mind? And further, if I had a print subscription and moved, would they say tough luck? NO! It's the same thing.

  • Recursive Query - Bills of Materials

    I have a table that list all Parts that have materials (PartMtl table).  Ex. part 1 has materials 2a, 2b, & 2c.  I tie this table to a PartCost table linked on the materials.  So I get costs for 2a, 2b, & 2c.  This works smooth.  Now when I want to go a level deeper, and get 2a's materials, 3a, & 3b.  things get a little more complicated.  Up until this point, I have simply created aliases for the PartMtl & PartCost tables. 
    The problem with this method is I need to build the report with an alias for each table for each level for as many levels as I imagine our materials listings can grow.  This design is shaky at best and does not allow for additional levels.  Is there a way to dynamically create this recursion?

  • Secret hiding place for subscription billing dept?

    I have never had such a nightmare customer service experience as I have had with my Adobe Forms Central subscription. There is no way to contact your billing department. How do I do that?
    I was double billed. I was on a monthly basic subscription and upgraded. I was charged for the both the one month basic and the 12 month upgrade. So basically I got 12 months of service for the price of 13 months. I've been transferred from chat room to a non-existent different department, then I finally got through to phone support which supposedly transferred me to the billing dept. After 45 minutes of music on hold, I hung up.
    Does a billing department even exist? There is aboslutely no way to contact anyone about a billing issues. If there is, it must be a tightly held secret. Please advise how to proceed.

    Apparently Adobe still has my email address, because I got 4 different emails today trying to sell me more Adobe products and save money in the process.

    I need to limit specific queries from Corporate Directory search based on Department. CCM 4.1(3)
    My Goal is to create separate directory options, each associated with a specific department (I've done this) and then limit the query to ONLY users in that department (I need help here. :-|
    The Flow as Joe sees it ~
    User selects directory button.
    (Based on info from xmldirectory.asp...)
    User is provided with the following menu:
    1. Missed Calls
    2. Placed Calls
    3. Received Calls
    4. Department A
    5. Department B

    (I've got this far by adding new menu items to the xmldirectory.asp file, and then I tie those to separate xmldirectoryinput.asp files, which I plan to use to limit the query based on dept)

  • Confused by increase in Monthly Direct Debits

    Hi all.
    Being a newbie, I'm sure this topic must have been raised in the past.
    As a new BT customer, I was paying Monthly Direct Debits of £23.50 to cover my contract for Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan plus BT Total Broadband Option 1.
    After 6 months, I have just received a bill advising me that my Direct Debits would increase to £38.00 per month (a rise of 62%!).
    Having been unable to get through to an advisor on the phone, I thought I'd do a little research on the web.  I found the BT Help topic "Why has my Monthly Payment Plan amount changed?", which lays out the way the bill is calculated:
    Monthly Rental Charges + Last quarter usage divided by 3 + Outstanding charges divided by 6 = Monthly Payment.
    In my case, this would be: £23.43 + £3.51/3 + £5.44/6 = £25.51 per month.
    Therefore, I'm a little confused, not to mention rather annoyed that my Direct Debits have been increased to £38.00pm, when £26.00pm would seem more reasonable!
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Having the same kind of problem with BT...you are not alone!
    I  signed up to BT Vision back in October10 where the nice salesman told me for the package i was having (phone, broadband and tv) I would be paying £51 a month based on my previous phone usage (this figure was worked out for 3 months in advance). After a few initial teething problems all went well until after 3 months BT then tell me my payments were jumping to £88.50 a month without any explanation (my phone usage had not changed in any way during this time). Another 3 months pass, where in the meantime I had paid BT a total of £265.50 but my bill says I only owed them £151.51 so I was in credit by £113.99. BT still wanted to carry on charging me £88.50 even though that was way over what I should be paying. After cancelling the direct debit ( which was an arduous process over the phone talking with their overseas billing department) I have now received a bill for £50+ .....where has my £113.99 credit disappeared?....wits end?....tearing my hair out?....pulling teeth?...all could be used to describe the BT billing experience. The scary thing is BT would of quite happily carried on taking £88.50 out of my account every month and not done a thing.....but if i wasn't paying enough they would be quick to up my payments. Also they are sitting on my £113....along with doubtless other customers overpayments and getting a nice little bit of interest off it. Unfortunately I am tied into an 18 month contract with them and whilst I cant fault the services they provide (although my broadband usage goes near my 40 GB limit which astounds me because we only use the internet for the usual things e mails you tube etc. but thas another forum issue!) i would quite happily just get a freesat box and another internet provider because it seems BT just dont care!
