Question on MV Dropped on 10.2.0.4

Hi Folks,
We found a MV was missing on our Production database version 10.2.0.4
I could not find any %drop% or %rename% SQL_ID using DBA_HIST_SQL_PLAN and DBA_HIST_ACTIVE_SESS_HISTORY views.I searched with the object name.
Please help me in identifying the scenario when a Materialized view can get dropped.
I cannot use log miner due to restrictions and we don't have fine grain auditing enabled.
Kindly suggest ways we can find who dropped this object.
I came across a Oracle Doc which says Dropped MV will not got for the recycle bin.
Please help me.

What you could try is to query dba_source and see if there is a (probably dynamic) statement that drops an MV.
Something like:
select *
from   dba_source
where  lower(text) like '%drop%'
-- you might want to add:
-- and    owner = 'SOME_USERNAME'
-- for further refinement;
I tried searching with the wildcards like the MV name as well as with drop keyword for all users also, but still not getting a match of a procedure/Trigger which could do this . bad luck:(
Earlier i tried this way to find any sql's .
select object_name,sql_id from DBA_HIST_SQL_PLAN where object_name like 'MV-Name';
select * from TABLE(DBMS_XPLAN.DISPLAY_AWR('&sqlid'));
I am able to identify only a select statement.
any other options we can try?
