Questions for Purchaser viewing only

Hi team,
When creating RFX's, can you alert me of how you insert questions which are for 'purchaser viewing only' ?
There doesn't seem to be a function available on the page. I need this for some scoring issues which i have when posing, 'If not type questions'.

What I understand of your requirement is that you need to keep some questions/ Sections visibility restricted to Purchaser Only . Unfortunately this is not possible.However I can suggest some workarounds which may apply to your business case:
some questions may be applicable for some candidates, yet not for the other. With this in mind, we still need all scores being scored
Here you can set question section scoring method preference to Manually Score. All the questions would be visible to all the suppliers but you can designate which section of questions is meant for which supplier. Once you receive responses from supplier you would manually assign score keeping in consideration your reservations.
You can decide on a neutral score to be given for question that were not meant for the supplier.
In case you simply dont want suppliers to have visibility to all the questions, you need to create seperate RFx events for such suppliers from within a project.In this case each supplier would only answer the questions meant for him/ her and from multiple RFx events you can select the one to be awarded based on scores obtained.

Go to MM02, in Basic1 tab
X-plant material status - 01 Blocked for procment/whse
but it is relevant not only for that plant but also for client level becoz while go to MM02, please not select any plant and go to Basic Data 1 tab.

Why do you have to use security questions for purchasing stuff from itunes

please make all apple products not use security questions to purchase stuff in the itunes store

If you mean that you've forgotten the answers to your security questions, then if youhave a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Every time I attempt to purchase something from iTunes, I receive a message that says Verification Required- to help ensure the security of you apple ID we require additional information. I press ok and type in my apple ID password like I would normally, but then these questions pop up about teachers. Ex. Who is you favorite teacher? Who was your first teacher?
I never set up any answers therefore there are no correct answers. It then says that I cannot purchase anything from my iPad until I answer the questions

You'll have to go into your iTunes account on a computer and set your security answers. I had the same problem on my iPhone at one point. I just had to set my questions and then answer them on the iPad.

Change default location for purchased movies ONLY in itunes

I need to know if there is a way to have purchased movies and TV shows strictly download to an external hard drive or do you have to move the entire itunes directory. This is for a client and they do not want to have to move each movie or TV show manually to the external drive and then re-import (understandable).

I haven't tried this but may do so soon. How about setting up symbolic links?
Close iTunes. Use Finder to make an iTunes director on the external drive. Let's say the drive is called "storage" and your music is in your home directory. In your main iTunes Music folder, move (not copy) the "Movies" and "TV Shows" folders to the external drive. In Teminal, create two symbolic links:
$ ln -s /volumes/storage/iTunes/Movies "~/Music/iTunes Music/Movies"
$ ln -s "/volumes/storage/iTunes/TV Shows" "~/Music/iTunes Music/TV Shows"
You may want to test this first on one of your CD are artist folders before moving a large directory. If the pathname has a space characters, you need to put quotes around the full path. The ~ refers to your home directory.
To anyone, please correct me if the path syntax is wrong for Mac OS X.

Merge modules for report viewer only - can you help today?

Hi all,
We are using Crystal 2008, VS 2008, and have an C# application that is using the Crystal reportviewer control to render a report generated server side.
We need the Crystal 2008 reportviewer control, not the 10.5 version that is currently referenced in the studio. For development purposes, we can install the Crystal 2008 msm.
But here's my question.......
For our client side install, is there a merge module/msi that will give me just the controls I need instead of using the (larger) merge module/msi from the site?
We need to get our build done within the next day. Any help in answering this question would be greatly appreciated. If you can just let us know whether there is any other way than the full msm, that would be very helpful.

For development purpose the CR 2008 must get integrated with VS 2008, also all the correct references should be referenced.
- How to integrate
First Install IIS
then VS 2008
then CR 2008
How to check that CR get integrated with VS or not -
Open VS environment go to help about - there you will see the version of CR integrated.
Note:- VS 2008 is compatible with CR 2008 SP0/SP1

You must have installed the runtimes to run CR on the machine where CR complete product is not installed, Hence the system must have merge modules or server install.

workstation but receive a failure due to rights issue.

It maily depends on the user departmentt which you have selected in OMS2 Transaction...
Normaly in standard ROH will not be having Sales view selected.
in FERT ( finished) and HALB( semifinished) material type will be having sales views.
If your materrila wihich is having the materila type ROH you cant extend the materila to sales view... you need to change the materila type in this scenario...
or else create one more materila with FERT ( finished) and HALB( semifinished) material type and maintain the details in the required fields in purchase and sales as well.

already signed in and no option for purchase history-only order history which is different. Older posts with the answer on the support site say Apple is not supporting updates. Will have to look further.

View-only access to Catalyst 2960/2960S device manager

I have noticed that when I access the (Web-based) device manager on a Catalyst 2960 or 2960S switch, the authentication prompt (from within IE, at least) includes the phrase, "The server <switch-hostname> at level_15_or_view_access requires a username and password." This would seem to imply that it's possible to configure view-only (a.k.a. read-only) access to the device manager, which would be perfect for first-level support personnel (in our environment). I reviewed the information on how to configure local authentication for the Web server (leveraging "ip http authentication local" among other commands), but the examples are a bit too broad for me understand how to specifically (and only) allow someone coming in via HTTP(S) to gain read-only access to the device manager. (Command line access should be denied entirely for the view-only user, if possible, or at least limited to commands that can't modify the switch's configuration.) Assuming this is possible, could someone cite the command sequence required?

Hi,a customer want a user which has view-only rights on his catalyst switches. I created a user whit privilige level 7.If you log into the CLI everything is fine. But by trying to log into the web page the system wants a level 15 user.Is their any possibility to grant the level 7 user "view-only" rights on the Catalyst Device Manager?Thanks.Thanks.

What is the most cost effective program to "view" only "ai" files, no need to edit

I would like to know what is the most inexpensive program to view only vector "ai" files. I receive artwork from artists and need to view, but have no need to edit the work. I find Illustrator to be very expensive for this view only option. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I tried a few programs on the web such as softusolve and they opened everything but "ai" despite saying it opens these file extensions.

You didn't say what operating system you are using but if all you are doing is looking at the file and you are on a Mac, then try Art View: http://www.code-line.com/artview/
It provides Quick Look for Illustrator, InDesign, EPS, ASE, and even FreeHand files. Shows what fonts and colors are used in the file and If the AI file has multiple artboards, you can scroll through all of them in the preview. Shows date created and modifed.
