If i am able to under stand your scenerion then
these point as check points,might help you.
1.IN CRM check in transaction u201Csu01u201D if the person is a user
2.In CRM check transaction u201Cbpu201D if the person exists as an employee
3.In R/3 check transaction u201Cpa20u201D if the person exists and then the object ID (personnel number) =.........
(If the person doesnu2019t exists contact by mail u201C Support Teamu201D so that person can load the user into R/3)
4.In R/3 and transaction u201CPFALu201D fill in following:
Enter details in field Object ID u2013 personnel no. (Look into t code u2013 pa30)
Select Update radio button in Transfer mode tab.
Message type is u2013 HRMD_ABA
5.In R/3 and transaction u201CBD87u201D to send IDoc to CRM (alt wait one hour for automatic transfer). Find the actual IDoc and process. The IDoc is now sent to CRM and need to be processed there in the same way.
Check in application document posted Node - it should show - HRMD_A
6.In CRM and transaction u201CBD87u201D
Now check the Idoc ready to be transfered to application Node - HRMD_ABA
It means itu2019s a success.
Please check these points and revert back for any explanation.

Inbound Delivery not getting transferred to GTS

Hi Experts,
We are presently implementing GTS 7.2 Customs Management in my company and we are experiencing this issue. Here are steps completed for the document transfer.
1. GTS plugis are activated for the Inbound Delvieries along with other documents.
2. All the basic configuration is also complete in the GTS system.
When we create a inbound delivery in ECC 6.0, it is not getting transferred to GTS. But when I go set the incomplete check buttoen either at header or line item level of the delivery, then it is immediately transferred to GTS.
I checked all the config related to incomplete procedure for SD/MM documents in ECC. I am able to see the green light automatically set (after the config VI29 and VI49) at the header/item level but still incomplete set is not automatically set. Can you please help to find are there any other config which needs to be done to make this inbound delivery automatic. I understand there is a user exit for this, but I would like to accomplish without userexit.

Ok, that's a lot clearer - thanks.
I'm fairly sure that those "SET" buttons have no influence on the transfer of the Inbound Delivery to GTS. And, as far as I know, they have no internal functionality - the toggling buttons are provided just so that you can flag manually if required for some reason. My guess is that making ANY change to the Delivery would have the same result.
The other question I should have asked is; why are you trying to transfer the Inbound Delivery?
- compliance checks?
- transit declaration?
- customs declaration before GR?
That's to say; what gets created in GTS when the Delivery transfers?

Workflow configuration not getting transferred

I have done all the configurations related to PO release strategy workflow but when transferred to Quality certain configuartion done in PFTC workflow builder are not getting transferred.
I also got message like 'release of purchase order transferred to buffer'.

Plan Driven Procurement - PR not getting transferred

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 5.0 , ECC 6.0 ,Extended Classic Scenario.
I am trying to setup PDP in SRM.
RFC connections have been setup.
The required entries in the tables V_160PR and V_160EX have been maintained and mapped for the required Logical sys and Material grp.
I created a Local Company code and inside it i have created Local P.Org and P.grp and assigned the RFC user.
The required attributes have been setup as per the config guide.
I have 2 issues here.
I have 2 PR's which were generated from MRP .
Issue 1:
For one PR , when i run BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER , i can see the PR gets transferred indicated as '1' but in SMQ1 (outbound Queue of ECC ) , i see the Queue stuck up with the status "ANORETRY".
I checked the SLG1 log in SRM and i have 2 errors
1. User not Responsible for Purchasing Group of given Material
2.Transaction type for local system missing.
I created a Local Company code and flagged it as Company because i was getting an error"No address found for partner function type Ship-To Address" initially . I went through forums and per the suggestions i could resolve this error by creating the Local Company code but now i get the error "User not Responsible for Purchasing Group of given Material" in place of that.
I have initially tried with ECDP and later with ECPO but no use.
In BBP_PD, i see no Shopping carts that got created.
Issue 2:
Except the above PR, if i run the BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER report for any PR that i created later, the PR doen't even gets transferred . We are not maintaining EPRTRANS table so i dont see any entries there.
For this issue, i see nothing in SMQ1,SLG1.
What could be the probable reasons as why it is not getting transferred. And why is it that the BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER report is working for only the 1st PR and not anything else.
Any Ideas, clues...pls ...

Master recipes operations not getting transfered in SNP PDS to APO from R3

Hello APO Gurus,
I am trying to transfer SNP PDS for master receipes from R3 to APO.
Issue description::
The operation is not getting transfered correctly , some system default operation "010 generated Operation (from Planned Delive)" is getting generated in APO, also activity and resource capacity is not getting transfered. This situation exist for one plant 1000, for other plant 1100 the SNP PDS created correctly.
i have following points:
1. Is there some customizing setting missing on R3 or APO side for plant 1000 tbefore SNP PDS transfer
2. What need to be checked on master recipes data in R3,
i have checked on below points
1. FG Materials and all the Component Material to be in APO in a Active Integration Model.
2. BOM & Routing and Production Version setup correctly.
3. The Routing Operations have to Relevant to 'SCHEDULING'.
4. Try deleting the existing Integration model for materials & re-create new IM & activate.
Please help me to send SNP PDS correctly to APO to take heuristic run.

It is good that you have given your already checked points.
Please check the following things also and try to retransfer the PDS.
1. Check your resource in ECC, whether you have maintained the Process formula.
2. Check you have maintained some values in Master Recipe for processing time
3. Check whether the resource has been transferred for your plant 1000 to APO and an active IM exists.
4. Also check the type of the resource transferred to APO. It should be a single-mixed/ multi-mixed or bucket resource.

1. iTunes won't offer cloud downloads for songs that it "thinks" are in your library, even if it "knows" the files are missing. 2. Why? Not sure, perhaps 3rd party tools or accidental key presses combined with previously hidden warning messages when trying to organize the library. Playlists containing songs with titles starting with non-alphabetical characters do not get transferred at all

I was really happy about how the desktop manager lets me choose the songs from my itunes library by playlists! this is smart! I'm also happy to see the playbook render asian characters properly (unlike my experience on the bold!)
However, I have a lot of songs which have titles that begin with non-alphabetical characters, ie asian characters. For all playlists which contains such songs, those songs do not get transferred onto the playbook AT ALL. For example, I have one playlist which contains only songs with titles beginning with asian characters - this playlist was transferred but it is shown as containing zero songs! When I browse my song library by artist/album, I can find all those songs that should be in that/those playlists.
Can this be fixed?

as it turns out, it kind of got fixed by itself. what i did (i think, since i have not definitively verified) was i went to browse "all songs" wherein i noticed all thoses songs starting with asian characters seemed to show correctly. then i went back to the playlists in question, and viola!
clearly there is a bug or two in the music player somewhere regarding these title characters. but rim has more urgent things to resolve i guess - like my auto screen lock is still not working!

Wireless 2504,user not getting dhcp ip address

Hi i have configured wlc 2504 .in that i have configured two interfaces.one is guest, 2nd is internal user,
the pblm when user try to connect with that contain ssid user not getting ip address,
i have connected only one link between core to wlc on port 1.for guest interface i used port 4.but no physical link.

There are multiple ways how the clients can get their IP-address in a WLC deployment.
From the WLC-FAQ:
How does DHCP work with the WLC?
A. The WLC is designed to act as a DHCP relay agent to the external DHCP server and acts like a DHCP server to the client. This is the sequence of events that occurs:
Generally, WLAN is tied to an interface which is configured with a DHCP server.
When the WLC receives a DHCP request from the client on a WLAN, it relays the request to the DHCP server with its management IP address.
The WLC shows its Virtual IP address, which must be a non-routable address, usually configured as 1.1.1.1, as the DHCP server to the client.
The WLC forwards the DHCP reply from the DHCP server to the wireless client with its Virtual IP address.Note: You can also configure the WLC to act as a DHCP server. For more information on how to configure a WLC as a DHCP server, refer to the Configuring DHCP Scopes section of the document Cisco Wireless LAN Controller Configuration Guide Release 5.1.

1) Go to SWU3 check Workflow Configuration Done or not
2) Execute the workflow in SWUS and check it
3) If it working, test the workflow it via T.code SWUE, If not working then workflow is deactivated
4) You have to move the Workbench Transport Request first, then you have to Move customizing Transport Request.

Sales orders from CRM are not getting blocked with credit check

Hi All
I have configured ECC in such a way that , if cutomer does not have enough creditlimt, then those sales order will get blocked. Our orders will come from CRM, and some times some orders are not getting blocked with credit check even though the customer does not have credit limit. And at the same time some orders are blocked with credit check...what are all the things that should be checked to diagnose the problem.

Please check if you have any custom code/user exit in ECC which uses transaction code (VA01 , VA02 or VA05 etc) prior to invoking credit checks.
Orders created via CRM will not have transaction code set (SY-TCODE).

Buss.Area not getting transferred to invoice list

Hi Gurus,
hope u all r doin good outhere, i have an issue with bussiness area not getting populated or transferrred for Invoice list that are released to accounting .
the scenario here is: in the accounting overview under the Billing Invoice(VF03) we are able to see the buss area against the customer acct line item and the GL acctline item, but when we go into the Accounting overview under Invoice List (VF23), the Buss area is not getting populated against the Customer lineitem..., we are not able to figure out what is missing...is it in the configuration...,
we are on 4.6 , and we have an OSS note 69499 (given below) on this issue which says

and we have contacted SAP , some one from SAP side told that the program is existing in that userexit already with our 4.6c,
someone has suggested that in OB65 the check box is not activated against the comp code i use, but i have found that to be the check mark for the financial statements at the buss area level..will that make any diff to my issue... is it something with the FI part or SD part which do you think is incorrect ....any kind of suggestions pertaining to this issue .here would be helpful.

as you said i went in the bussiness area account assignment and checked it and foound that the Sales area, distributin channel and division are assiogned to rule called 003 -Buss Area Det.from sales org/dist.channel item div.
but there are other two.which were not assigned.
001-buss area det.from plant/dividion(T134G)
002-buss area det.from Sales area (TVTA).
so do you think this is the reason it is not picking it up in the invoice list,
i have discussed with one of the SD person here he said even though you don't assign them it shoudn't bother because the buss area is getting picked in invoice
so could you please tell me what should i ask that person or what i have to tell them about this.

Custom Email Alert Template Issue - Users not getting customized emails

I have recently customized the XML alerts template (AlertTemplates.xml) for our site collection in SharePoint 2010 to exclude specific fields in the email when users who have subscribed to a list using the "Alert Me" feature. I have renamed
the custom alerts XML file and loaded the custom template in the following directory (%ProgramFiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web server extensions\14\TEMPLATE\XML) and restarted IIS. Once users subscribe to the alerts using the list using the "alert
me" function they received the customized email as intended.
We needed to auto-subscribe users to the email alerts so what I did was used a powershell script to add users to the alert subscriptions using the script shown in below:

When I ran the script and added the users and restarted the service, all users who were auto-subscribed via this method would get the email without the customizations that were done in the custom template.
All users who manually subscribed to the list using the "Alert Me" function would get the customized email.
Does anyone know why users who manually subscribe would get the custom email alert and why users who were auto-subscribed using the powershell script do not get the custom email alert?

To deploy custom alert template file, we would load changes into SharePoint and restart SharePoint 2010 Timer Service from Windows Service. If you create your own AlertTemplate in the custom_alerttemplates.xml, you will need to set the set the SPList.AlertTemplate
property of the list. Then delete and re-subscribe to the alerts for the list.

User not getting disabled

A particular user is not getting disabled. This is happening when it tries to disable one of the provisioned resources.

Thanks for your response.
1. Disable triggers are defined in that object and multiple instances enabled for that disable trigger task.
2. Object is still in provisioned state not disabled
3. Two of its tasks in that process instance are manually completed. Some prob has occured during completion of that task and they have manually completed it. So is that same problem hindering the disable flow also?
