Redemption Code doesn't match Adobe ID Country

I just bought Creative Cloud online and when I signed in with my Adobe ID and tried to put in the redemption code I got this message: "This card was purchased in a country that does not match your Adobe ID. You can try signing in with a different Adobe ID or get in touch with us if you need help." Please can you help me???? I am in South Africa and I think the company I bought the software through (Buy Tech Solutions) is in Australia. How do I fix this????

Please confirm if the redemption code was purchased through 500px? If yes, then just email [email protected] with your 500px username, or the email address on your 500px account.
If no: then contact the Buy Tech Solutions & let them know the issue to assist you.

    Copy the <script> tags from the Edge Web Fonts site, and paste them into the <head> section of index.html in Dreamweaver just above the <link> that attaches the style sheet like this:

    As you can see from the code at the end of part two (listed at the top), there is no reference to <head> anywhere in the code; therefore, I am uncertain as to where to insert these code instructions.

    I assume that the embedded tags are in the index document, not the styles type document?   I appreciate the information, but I don't see how it relates to my question.  Maybe your answer was just over my head? My original question was: If the instructions say this:

    and there the word does not appear anywhere on the index file that I can see it (whether it's embedded or otherwise), where do I insert the code?

    The pair of and  tags are an integral part of any HTML document. When you create a new page in DW, it automatically creates the core HTML tags for you, so in that regard, there's nothing for you to add except content and styles. Embedded CSS styles are inserted inside the document's  tags like so:       body      #LeftSideBar       #RightSideBar      #MiddleContent
    External CSS is a separate physical file to which all your HTML pages are linked. Similar to above, links to external style sheets go inside the  tags like this:

  • Redemption Code doesn't work.  Now what?

    I purchased lightroom in a box directly from Adobe and was given a Redemption Code to retrieve the serial number.  I am definitely inputting the correct number but a window comes up and says it's incorrect.  What to do?

    I didn't think Adobe sold boxes anymore themselves but there ya go. You need to call the Adobe Customer Service in your area which you will find on Adobe.com.

  • Consolidation build code doesn't match dtr?

    I'm getting this error during a build in the consolidation compartment:

    If I use the WebDAV interface to browse the dtr, the line mentioned above does not match the line in the code.  In fact, the line that caused the error was fixed weeks ago.  I also checked out the active DC just to verify - the code is correct ie. does not have the above error.
    Why is the build picking up the old code, when in fact the DTR shows that the correct code is in place?  All activities have been checked in and activated; all transports have been released.  Is there something I'm missing?
    I have had this error in the past with the development compartment as well; the problem seemed to right itself after a day or so.  It's almost as if some data files are cached somewhere in the build sub-system, so the current changes are not being picked up.
    BTW, in case anyone is asking, SP16 (latest patches) on both the NWDI and NWDS.

    Yes, CBS caches sources to minimize data transfer between CBS and DTR. You can maybe find something locally in <CBS tempdir>\<buildspace id>\.CACHE\<dc id>\..., e.g. F:\cbstemp\94\.CACHE\1234\DCs\...
    CBS should notice if the cache is not up-to-date but there was one bug with DTR where this failed, especially if there were integration conflicts. As ultimate weapon "init compartment" resolves the issue.

    Everytime I try to redeem the code it would say "Oops! This code has already been redeemed."

    If you have already used the code once then there is no need to use it again.  The first use of it should result in you acquiring an activation code for your subscription.

  • I purchased and downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Amazon and when I try to open it, it's asking for a "Redemption Code".  Where do I get the that code?

    When I try to open the Adobe software, it asks from the Redemption Code when on an Adobe web site.  The instructions that came in the download say that this is a 24 digit code of numbers and letters.  The only thing I got from Amazon was an Order Key, which is also 24 digits, but only numbers and the software didn't like that code…  I walked through the steps on the Adobe web site to get my redemption code, but the final step before giving me my redemption code is to enter my redemption code…  I have to enter the code for them to give me the code…???  Am I missing something???  Do I get this "Redemption Code" from Amazon, or from Adobe?

    You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them.  This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
    A redemption code is something that is usually on the inner disc packaging if you purchase the media in a box, and there is a barcode on the outside of the packaging that must be scanned at the checkout register to activate the hidden inner code so you can redeem it at home on that website.  This is what happens if you buy PSE from a brick-and-mortar store like Best Buy.  I don’t’ know what happens if you purchase the downloaded version as I have never done that.
    A redemption code is 24-digits of letters and numbers that you enter into a website to get a serial number, once and only once.  The serial number of only 24-digits, no letters, is what you enter into the software during the install or when you run it and it asks if you want to register or run in a trial mode—whatever the exact phrasing is.
    In any case it sounds like you don’t have either a redemption code or serial number—although perhaps something is listed on the purchase confirmation or your account online at Amazon or even in an e-mail from Amazon.

    I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
      Windows:
       In windows 7 navigate to following location:
         /windows/system32/drivers/etc
       1. look out for "Hosts" file
       2. Open it with notepad
       3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
       4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
      Mac:
       1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
       2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
       3. Remove the entries and save the file
       4.  try again launching any product from CC

  • Redemption code is not working

    I am working with the student teacher edition CS6 design standard. After sumbitting the serial number off of the back of the card I bought at my University Computer store, I have received my redemption code through email from adobe. I went to go plug in the exact redemption code that they sent me at the link they provided, to get my serial number in exchange, and it says that the redemption code 'doesn't seem to be active'. I have tried to contact customer service but after spending about 6 hours on the phone yesterday no one was able to fix my problem.  Most everyone I talked to had no idea what a redepmtion code was.  Adobe has by far the worst customer service out of all the large companies that I have delt with.

    If you have redeemed the code once it is not necessary to redeem it again to use.
    You can directly download Creative Cloud desktop and install other products from there
    You can downlaod Creative Cloud desktop from below link

    Once it installed, Sign in with the email address which you have used to redeem the code
    The click on install or update an application.

    I don't know that you can purchase Adobe software in the US for installing and using outside of the US.
