Above is my altered XML.
I went to
http://sharepoint/Search/Pages/results.aspx?k=Document%201
and edited Refinement Panel, Web Part
Refinement in Refinement Panel, Filter Category Definition, that is the XML above!  I ONLY changed Title="Tags" to be "Enterprise Keywords"  and when I do so, (DEselecting the Use Default Configuration), Tags "Disappears"
after I check in the Search Results page!
If I select the "Use Default Configuration" checkbox, and click Apply, OK, Check In the page, Tags appers!
I even tried to rename "Tags" to "Tagss" and it still "Disappeared!"
Anyway that I can rename that to avoid confusion with my users as I tell them to use "Enterprise Keywords" and then it says "Tags" in Refinement Panel.
SharePoint 2010 SP2 September 2013 CU, IE 9 x86 on Windows 7 SP1.  I tried on firefox as well, refreshing, and same "result!"

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to rename "Tags".
For taxonomy filter categories, we need to use the following title: Tags for taxonomy tags filter categories by using
owsmetadatafacetinfo to display the generated category.
In the other word, we cannot edit the “Tags” Title.

  • Enterprise Keywords Disappearing

    I have a document library in which I want to use Enterprise Keywords. I am having problems though. To keep this simple and reproducible I have a created a document library and all I've done is added enterprise keywords using the option from the document
    library settings menu.
    When I click new document in the ribbon (there's no custom template) the word document opens with two fields shown below the ribbon under 'Document Properties - Server'. So far, so good. I enter the title and enterprise keywords, which give suggestions as
    I would expect. Then save it to the documents library. As soon as I save it the enterprise keywords disappear.
    I can re-enter the keywords, but shouldn't have to (surely?) and they will save. BUT, this will only happen if I keep the document open. If I close it after saving, don't re-enter the keywords and re-open it I cannot, no matter how many times I enter the keywords,
    get them to stick. I could enter to tags, then modify, but I'll get a load of flack if I ask users to do that!
    An interesting point is that if I enter the keywords into 'Tags' on the Save As dialog form - the Enterprise Keywords are overwritten with the value(s) I enter to the Tags.
    Can someone help. Really easy to test. Note I am a site owner. I believe all settings for term store management are correct.
    Darren

    It can be permission issues.
    1. Navigate to the list TaxonomyHiddenList, for eg- http://serverName/sites/Lists/TaxonomyHiddenList
    2. Click on List Permissions in the ribbon interface
    3. Grant Permissions for the specific users
    It should be done now.

  • Need to make Enterprise Keywords auto-sync to Keywords again

    We imported a quarter million records from an old Hummingbird system into our SharePoint 2013 record center prior to adding the "keywords" field to the libraries. Enterprise Keywords was present and data was imported to it.  If I manually
    check out a document and edit properties, saving without any changes, it updates the Keyword field to match the Enterprise Keywords field.  I need to figure out a way to use PowerShell to cycle through all of our documents in the Record Center and update
    the properties on each one to force the system to sync the two fields, as Keywords is currently blank on all imported documents. If there is an OOB way to reset this sync that would be preferable, but if not than automating the above should do the trick. I
    can't seem to find any way to update/resave the properties in powershell to make this sync take place. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

  • Edit XMP-tags for MP3

    Hello
    Not sure if this is the right forum but I give it a try...   I have used XMP for keyword-tagging a big collection of recordings (MP3)  in Adobe Bridge. Unfortunatley the CreateDate-tag is wrong and I would  like to modify the tags. For image or video there are several softwares availible to edit XMP-tags (like  Exiftool and MetadataTouch) but for MP3 I haven't found anything.   Is there any external software (Windows) availible for editing  XMP-datetags in audio files?
    Best reagrds
    Fredrik

    Not sure how many other people noticed, but iTunes 8 removed the ID3 tag "set version" feature from the "Advanced" menu. Part of the whole simplification push, I guess.
    My DJ software (Traktor) doesn't like certain ID3 versions, so I sometimes need to batch change tags to ID3 v2.3. I.e. I don't need to edit the song metadata -- iTunes is great for that. I just need to batch change the tag version to ID3 v2.3.
    I guess this is a bit arcane- any suggestions?

  • People refinement panel not showing filters that are based on the taxonomy

    Hi,
    I am just wondering if anyone have experienced the problem below or anyone has a solution:
    I have set up enterprise search center and have left the People Refinement panel as default without changing or modifying the web part.  However, the people refinement panel is only showing the "View" filter category and the other default
    categories that are based on the taxonomy  the managed data properties are not getting displayed.  Also, when I search for a specific managed property that is mapped to a user profile property that is based on the taxonomy - I did not get any result.
    The only related error I found was in the ULS log which start with below logs from the Query Processor category of SharePoint Server Search in ULS:
    "Claim http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/nameidentifier: [domain\username] cannot be converted into SPClaim. Argument is an invalid original issuer identifier.  Parameter name: originalIssuer"
    The screen shot below shows more of the ULS log.
    It will be helpful if any one has experience this and can advise.
    Thanks
    SO.

    Hi all,
    further info on above problem below:
    I have really look into the ULS logs further down again and discovered a more likely cause of this problem is that a query likely issued by Query Processor is returning zero (0) results at ULS log entry below:
    GetRowsReturned 0 rows   [svcproxy.cxx:523]  d:\office\source\search\native\ytrip\tripoli\bigtable\svcproxy.cxx
    More details below:
    Does anybody knows what line 523 in svcproxy.cxx mean and how to investigate further?
    thanks

    I'm using a document library web part. The using Enterprise Keywords. I have a "Health Insurance" keywords that I added to 8 documents. These document are inside a folder call Benefits. I went to web part editor and clicked on "Edit the current
    view" Then I changed the filter to "Enterprise Keywords is equal to Health Insurance" Lastly I went to the Folders section and selected "Show items inside folders".
    After I click "OK", I'm presented with an empty documents web part.
    What can I do to get the files to show up?
    Thanks
    James T.F

    Hi James,
    Thanks for posting your issue, I am sure that issue is your filter that you have created with "Enterprise
    Keywords" because as per my understand you are able to see the documents with your
    current view of the webpart.
    Please check the filter settings and criteria properly. You should be able to see the expected results
    in Web part.
    I hope this is helpful to you. If this works, Please mark it as Answered.

  • Open Accordian Panel via anchor tag

    I have about 20 accordian panels stuffed with content. Is it
    possibe for a user to click a link on the same page and be carried
    to the specific panel? -- having it open would be a bonus.
    thanks for your time

    I had a similar question. I'm trying to use named anchors on
    one page in a site to to open specific panels on a different page,
    but I'm not having much success. Depending on where I place the
    anchor tags, I can get ALL of the panels with anchor tags to open
    when the link is clicked. However, I can't seem to make a single
    link open a single panel. My javascript skills are minimal -- I can
    edit from examples, but I don't have the knowledge to write code
    from scratch. Any help or advice is most appreciated.

  • Is there any integration between hashtags to enterprise keywords?

    Is there any integration between hashtags to enterprise keywords?
    keren tsur

    Hi keren,
    Could you please elaborate your question?
    Here are some results as I tested:
    1.Hashtags term set and Keywords term set are both under System term store group.
    2.Enterprise keywords column could retrieve and use the terms from both Hashtags and Keywords, but new terms created in column could only be saved to Keywords term set.
    3. Newsfeed web part could only retrieve the hashtags terms, and newly create hashtags terms could only be saved to Hashtags term set.
    Here are some useful article about this topic you can take a look.

  • Enterprise keywords deleted when Excel document added in WebApp

    In a document library
    (within SharePoint Online), we have added the
    enterprise keywords column. In an
    Excel document, we have the following problem.
    If we edit an Excel document (that’s already
    placed in the document library) using the
    WebApp will SharePoint delete the existing enterprise
    keywords that where given earlier when the document placed in de library.
    He deleted the keywords only when it’s added in the WebApp. When we open the
    Excel file using Excel on the PC, he
    simply keeps the previously added
    enterprise keywords.
    Does anyone have an idea
    what this could be?

    Stange issue, haven't found any documentation regarding same. Do you see other value also reset like  Date and Time, hyperlink, etc

  • All Enterprise Keyword options are greyed out

    I just did a migration from SPO to SP13 on-prem. When I go in, I can see the keywords have been moved over, but the area to add them is greyed out. I went into the options for one of the libraries, and checked the Enterprise Keyword settings, and it is
    enabled, but also greyed out. Thoughts?

    Hi Matt,
    Based on your description, my understanding is that you migrated SharePoint Online to SharePoint 2013 on-premise.
    How did you deal with the Term store service on SharePoint online when you migrated?
    Because keywords are stored in term store, I think, you need to configure managed metadata service application on SharePoint on-premise farm, and move the terms from SharePoint online to on-premise.

  • Edits will not be saved. Any Edits made to the enterprise global template items are only available during this session.

    Hi,
    I am getting a pop-up message(Edits will not be saved. Any Edits made to the enterprise global template items are only available during this session.Make edits in checked-out enterprise global template to make them
    available for all users of this project server) when trying to insert a new column in the Gannt Chart View.
    Due to this what all are the columns that inserted in the project plan, will be lost when open the project in the next time.
    I have opened the Enterprise Global Template and cross checked for Gaant Chart view it is showing the table as "Entry" only.
    The requirement is what all columns are required for the project plan, manager will insert in the project first time. Next time on-wards it needs to be display the columns when opened the project from server by default.
    We are unable to reproduce this issue in our Dev Envt.
    Could anyone of you please help me.
    Thanks in Advance!
    Regards,
    Venkat

    Hi Venkat,
    I suggest to remove Gantt Chart view and Entry table from Eglobal. These are default views from client and it is highly recommended to not use them in Enterprise Global.
    Whatever a user ist doing on a view or table which is included in Enterprise Global will be reset on next open - therefore you receive this message.
    If you need some server wide defined views and tables, create them. But remove Gantt Chart and Entry.
    Does that help?

  • [CSOM] How to use CSOM to add a Enterprise Keywords column to a content type

    Based on information given in following blogs,
    http://sadomovalex.blogspot.com/2011/05/add-enterprise-keywords-field-into.html
    I wrote this code to Add an Enterprise Keywords column to a SharePoint content type. the  code runs fine... but when I go to the content type definition in the UI I don't see any column other than title.
    ContentTypeCreationInformation contentType = new ContentTypeCreationInformation();
    contentType.Name = "MyCT";
    contentType.Group = "MyGroup";
    contentType.ParentContentType = itemCt;
    ct = web.ContentTypes.Add(contentType);
    web.Update();
    c.ExecuteQuery();
    Field f1;
    Field f2;
    FieldCollection collFields = web.Fields;
    var siteColumns = c.LoadQuery(collFields);
    c.ExecuteQuery();
    foreach (var col in siteColumns) {
    if (col != null) {
    if (col.Title.Equals("TaxKeywordTaxHTField")) {
    f1 = col;
    if (col.Title.Equals("Tax Catch All Column")) {
    f2 = col;
    FieldLinkCreationInformation fieldLink = new FieldLinkCreationInformation();
    fieldLink.Field = f1;
    myContentType.FieldLinks.Add(fieldLink);
    f1.Update();
    FieldLinkCreationInformation fieldLink2 = new FieldLinkCreationInformation();
    fieldLink2.Field = f2;
    myContentType.FieldLinks.Add(fieldLink2);
    f2.Update();
    web.Update();
    c.ExecuteQuery();
    But when I go into SharePoint UI and try to see the content of my new content type. it only has a title column. there is no Enterprise Keyword column.
    How can I add a enterprise keyword column?
    val it: unit=()
