Refund authorisation

Hi gurus,
I want to know if SAP provides ability( to require multiple levels of approval for refunds claimed by customer) based on dollar amount of transaction.
Is it possible to create tolerance group which can control value of refund to customer after overpayment depending on dollar amount. thanks plz reply
points will be awarded..

Hi,
You can try for validation and substitution for this.

I have replied to you three times now without reply. I DID NOT authorise a payment of £9.99 for NowTV. What is the solution to getting my money refunded. I think you assume I will go away after being Ignored. No I will not go away. I find now that you have DISABLED MY APPLE ID. Is this a punishment you use to anyone who takes up a stand against charges being made unauthorised on their account?. Please tell me why you have disabled my account. When will my account be restored? If not when will you refund ALL my purchases made to APPLE/ITUNES? I can then move on to another brand and hopefully better customer service. After reading articles regarding APPLE ID DISABLED it appears common practice from your company to DISABLE anyone's account if they question unknown charges. Please reply with your intentions regarding  the unauthorised payment and the DISABLING of my account.

  • They said they refunded, yet I still haven't got the money on my account?

A while ago (about 2 hours) a man on chat said he had refunded my money, as I bought something I didn't authorise, although I don't have the money on my account, even though he said he had. Please help! :) all the best, and a very happy new year to you all. Xx

We are fellow users here on these forums.
Did he say where it had been refunded to e.g. your iTunes account or was the purchase made on a credit card and it's been refunded to that ? And have you tried logging out of your account and then back in to see if it then shows on your account ? If it hasn't appeared within, say, 24 hours, then you could try contacting iTunes Support again, referring to your case number (if you have one) and/or the conversation

  • Apple Authorised Service Provider refusing to do warranty work - what to do

    Hi all,
I have a 1st Gen 1.8 20" that has died with a power issue (big time but intermittent).
It fits within the serial number range published for Warranty Extension work (replace midplane board I gather...?).
I have followed the advice given in the support section and taken it to my Authorised Repair Centre a week ago and made it clear why.
I received a call yesterday saying they have had it on test and it hasn't failed so it isn't covered, do I want to pay for a replacement main board?!!!!
My suggestion was that they check my serial on the Apple site and they will see it is covered for warranty work. Their reply was that they have 'sent..' my serial to Apple and Apple say it isn't covered for the Warranty Extension work.
Well it is a dead iMac that fits the criteria. What the heck can I do?
Any advice more than welcome, I feel quite powerless.
    Cheers

First, I'd advise you to leave the whole 'badcaps.com' issue aside. Unless you have visually identified such a problem (and they are dead simple to spot visually, more often than not), you're just leaving yourself open for the obvious "There's not one there..." reply, to which you'll lack any comeback.
I'd second the recommendation about revisiting the issue with your local service department first, and I would personally do that before trying to contact Apple at all. If you have any sort of a documentation showing when and how you've suffered failures, even if it's just notes that you've made or emails about the problems that you've sent, anything at all .... carry them in with you. Try to talk with someone other than whomever you dealt with the first time; you have enough problems going on without having to also deal with convincing someone to change his mind or admit an error.
That presupposes that there was one. First you have to make sure of that, i.e., are you sure that they are even allowed to simply take your word, absent any evidence or any testing results to confirm it, that some condition exists? If they aren't so allowed, then it just doesn't seem worthwhile to continue at that level.
As for Apple? My own choice would be a phone call to AppleCare. I'd expect to be charged the standard fee for out-of-warranty telephone support, but would also expect that — if this were subsequently identified as a covered exception, and verified as a covered hardware fault — that that fee would be refunded. I'd want a tracking number to be assigned (would be anyway) and, at the end of the process, would expect to come out of it with an RMA or whatever the Apple equivalent to that is; this would essentially take the AASP out of the decision-making loop, given that he was still going to be involved at all.

  • BT have agreed to refund me for poor email service...

I've also posted this information as a reply to various other discussions so apologies if you've already read it
I have managed to get BT to agree to refund me for poor service since migration to BT mail on 1st October. I recommend others do so too.
Unfortunately BT can't authorise payment until the problem is fixed so you'll have to phone back sometime in the future to complete the process but it is important to log the complaint now.
First report a fault (by phone or email): I notified BT of slow service and too frequent time outs due to the firewall interface problem they had previously told me about - and, as a result of the repeated reload etc, excess bandwidth useage (more info below).
Note: Today, a very helpful person from the faults team called Mythilm told me that "It is an ongoing issue"; It is " a common fault on most customer accounts" "There will be a notification when the problem is solved. It is not known when that will be."
The BT bill team initially said that I would only be compensated for days since I had reported the fault. This was rescinded after I explained that the service section of the website had reported the faults on other days and it was unreasonable of them to require me to report the fault  on those days (and in any case they wouldn't have wanted me to do so as their complaints line would have been overloaded).
Make sure that the person handling your complaint notes the days affected before your fault complaint is registered (in my case 15th Oct). The website was showing service outage messages on 1st and 2nd Oct. and another a week or so later - I think it was 9th. Unfortunately the faults history seems to be deleted from the website on a daily basis.
Phone and add more days if the fault appears again.
When you're notified that the situation has been resolved, phone BT's billing dept and claim the refund.
Good luck and please let others know what they can do. Maybe together we will persuade BT to improve the service very soon!
    Note on broadband useage
I downloaded a bandwidth monitor which shows approx 50k /s every time I get a "system busy" or similar message and lasts anything from 5-15 secs. The timeouts happen every 4 mintes (I tested this with the support time team on 15th. Oct). Scale by the number of minutes you are logged in per day, the number of days affected and number of email accounts and the numbers soon get very big - I reckon it's 2G for me so far this month  - which takes me over my bandwidth allowance. It's only £5.30 per 5G  but I object to paying BT for bandwidth that is being imposed on me to deliver a non-functioning service!

I'm sure every body will be interested to see if this comes to fruition and you get compensation for the email service which BT say is a "free value added service".
Meanwhile I appreciate that you are trying to inform all users about this but please follow the forum guidelines.

  • How to report a store selling apple products without authorisation

Please help they will not refund after just one week......I've since found out that they are not an authorised reseller..... How do I report them to apple?

Anybody or business can sell Apple products. If they are not an authorised Apple reseller they can't say they are... From what I understand authorised reseller do not have to follow Apple's return policy.

  • $1 charged when create new itune Account, not refunded

    Hi,
I have created a apple Itune Id for purchaging the store items. At the time of creating Apple iTune account i paid $1 (that is refunded Please correct if i am wrong).
But after a month i have not received this money back in to my account.

Each time that you add or change credit card details on your account then you will receive a temporary store holding charge to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - and yes, it should disappear off your account within a few days or so (it varies by bank) of it being applied (though each time that you change your or the card details on your account it might be applied again) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3702
You could contact your card issuer to ask why it's still on there (it's only a temporary authorisation charge so your card issuer should automatically remove it), and/or contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • Re: BT overcharging, withholding refund

I was on an unlimited internet package (so far so good). The fact we were on unlimited was as a result of a BT foul up. I checked the first couple of bills and they honoured their agreement. There after did not feel the need to check bills as would not exceed unlimited and only make very few calls.
HOWEVER BT unilaterally switched us back to Option 1 (without telling us) with a 10 meg cap. We have therefore been exceeding and being charged for overusage. This only came to light today when a marketing call asked if we were on the best package.
Despite being asked specifically to notify my email address if we went over any usage limits, they did not. They sent it to the orginal address which they were requested not to send it to.
After 40 mins on the phone today, BT confirmed that they had put us on Option 1 without authorisation and that they had not sent any overusage emails to the address requested. Even after that they said they could only refund £15 (of 00s) as we had not notified them of the problem earlier:
    (1) They changed the tariff without notifying us to one which we had already agreed was unacceptable.
    (2) They failed to notify us of over usage as agreed and as in the T&Cs
I would expect to be put on the previously agreed package and any and all overpayments to be refunded not a derisory £15.
    Fuming to put it mildly

  • Also I Am being defrauded by a seller. Paypay refund BOUNCED! WTF? now paypal too?

An ebay seller initiated a refund. Couple of days later I got the message from PAYPALsaying the refund was denied from the sellers bank. I have been waiting ever since, and still I don't have my money. I initiated a case with paypal.they closed it saying that the purchase was authorized. And the system still says refund pending, but I have no refund. Should I get a lawyer and sue PAYPAL?

I initiated a case with paypal.they closed it saying that the purchase was authorized.  You should only use that option if your paypal account has been hijacked and used without your consent.Paypal will close it if they can prove the payment was authorised.  If you used that option because there was no others to use then odds are you opened the original dispute on ebay. If so you need to use the link below and tell them the refund failed. If you're contacting from the UK, you can get in touch with eBay at 0845 355 3229. Alternatively, you can get in touch with them through social media, either via Twitter (https://twitter.com/AskeBay) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/eBay.co.uk).                                  *************************************** I give up my time to help you so a thank you or kudos would be cool.

  • How do I authorise my Logic Express 7

I purchased my macbook with logic express 7 'built in'. In actual fact I received two disks, one an installation disk, the other a content disk. I have followed all the instructions and as far as I can see my macbook meets all the requirement specifications. However when I get to the stage of authorising the software, a window appears asking for first name, last name, organisation (optional) and serial number. The first three fields are no problem, the fourth is though. I have a sticker on the front of the content disks case and on this it says:
    Product Serial Number
    which is followed by
    Logic Express 7.2 Retail
then there is a long code with numbers, letters and hyphons. I'm assuming this is the serial number?
below this is the a repetition of
    Logic Express 7.2 Retail
and then the serial number once more
Below this is a much smaller code on the bottom right corner of the sticker.
I have tried both codes, but the window has two options - 'quit' or 'ok' and the 'ok' option is never highlighted to be selected at any point, the 'quit' option is always highlighted to be selected.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this? It's been dragging on for a good few months now and it cost me quite a bit of money so obviously I'd like to know if I should be looking for a refund...
    Cheers,
    Jonathan

I think you missed my point, I'm not implying that the application is at fault. Just stating the facts that I haven't got it to work with my Macbook (for whatever reason) since I purchased it several months ago for a large amount.
    Cheers,
    Jonathan

Is there any report were i can authorise the payments to which vendor and which invoice i can pay today like that.
Ex: Say my higher authority wants to select the open items vendor wise to pay the due. so that i will check that invoices and pay through outgoing payment.
    Pls reply soon, Its urgent
    Thanks
    Murali

    Hi
There are so many age wise analysis reports are there for analysing the customers or vendors open items. out of those, F.41 for vendor open items there you can find all the relevant data including business area level also satisfied because in some cases higher management wants the particular business area wise required for analysis. similarly f.21 for customers.
I hope it will be suffice your requirement.
