Regarding Invoice ( MIRO ) item info.

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me in which table MIRO line item will be maintained? Actually i wanna pickup POTEXT field from MIRO transaction.

Use the following function module:
BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_GETDETAIL  (Invoice Verification: display invoice)
Table ITEMDATA   field ITEM_TEXT   will return the value you need.

    Hello All,
    I was trying to post an invoice/open item in a customer's account. I used the transaction code fb01 or we can also use f-22 for the same.
    I was confused regarding what posting keys to use to have a debit and a credit entry while creating an open-item.
    While the Debit entry posting key is "01" which is invoice, I want to know what the credit entry posting key will be. I was guessing it will be "50" i.e. Credit into GL account. Can anybody please verify? Thanks.

    Depending on what you are trying to do.  In some cases FB70 may not give you the flexibility you want hence your suggestion of using posting key - going via the old traditional way of posting is good.  Therefore what you are looking for are -
    01 Customer (debit)
    50 Credit
    AF

    'We have posted many Invoice (MIRO) Vendor Credit, GR/IR Debit, also we have posted several Credit Memo (Vendor Debit, GR/IR Credit), document type of both the document is RE, how can I segregate them.

    GR,
    I believe you have to look at both the Header and Item tables.
    In table RBKP there is a field Invoice where X = invoice and no entry indicates a credit.
    To determine if you are dealing with a normal invoice/credit or a subsequent debit/credit you then have to go to table RSEG and there is a Subsequent debit/credit field.
    Invoice    Subs deb/cred
    X                                      = invoice
    X                      X             = subsequent debit
                            X              = credit
    X                      X             = subsequent credit

  • Default tax code in MIRO item

    Hello Experts,
    While doing invoice through MIRO, system is defaulting the tax code in the line item level.There is no tax code in the header level. We have not entered tax code in the PO also. How to avoid the default tax code in the MIRO item, because the same information is going to accounting document also. Any way system is not calculating tax, we do not want the tax code to be shown in the document.

    Tax code in line item in MIRO can only be defaulted if they are maintained in transaction OMR2 for the transaction.
    Substitution will only help in sole FI transaction but MIRO is deemed to be Logistic Transaction...still check in transaction GGB1 if if there any substitution maintained....

    I actived the invoice verification item tolerance check function.and set the upper limit 1000EUR.
    then I created a po with price 1500eur. after goods receipt, I did invoice verification by referring
    the po.system generated a document successfully. but seems system didn't check the item
    tolerance. can anyone give some suggestion? thank you!

    You need to do two things:
    1. Activate item amount check
    2. Set item amount check....
    Item amount check can't be taken into consideration when you go for vendor specific tolerance...because it works for total based acceptance ..but willnot work for the item wise amount check...
    Have you properly activated the amount check in the SPRO settings or not...DO check it properly...

    I' am getting Invoice number ( RBKP-BELNR ) from BKPF-AWTKEY .
    Can any one please tell me how to relate the Invoice line items and Accounting document line items..
    Any BAPI or FM is there to retrieve these data.

  • Partial Payment (with invoice reference) for Invoice-based items

    Hi Gurus,
    I'd like to make partial payments to credit memos while "Include partial payment" is activated.  However, if i activate "Include partial payment, partial payments for invoice-based items are no longer possible (partial payment amount is displayed only, and full amount is automatically applied).
    My credit memos were posted via BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.  I've read that when using BAPI, invoice reference field is automatically populated with "V".   
    Can you please enlighten me what is SAP's logic behind this.  How does SAP determine invoice-based items?  And is there a workaround so I could still make partial payment while it is activated?  Thank you.

  • Payment to be done according to invoice line item

    Dear SAP Friends,
    I require a small clarification on Payment. Please see the below screnario.
    1. I have a invoice for 10000 USD, Which includes 3 lines in the details.
           a. Water Charge - 3000
           b. Electricity Charge - 5000
           c. Rent Charge  -        2000.
    2. Now i receive a payment of 8000.
        Will it possible to match the invoice line item to receive the payments of 2 individual lines for 5000 and 2000.
        When i checked with our FI consultant , i saw that payment is done with respect to the whole invoice , not the individual detail line.
    Can anyone please provide some information on this.

    Payment will be done with respect to Invoice only but not based on the Individual Line Items.
    you can do by partial or Residual Payments.

  • Post non PO invoice line items using INVOIC01 and FM IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM

    hello there SAP folks,
    Have an interesting question for all of you. We currently have a partner through whom we use the IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM Function module to pass invoices. Now there are multiple line items some times [multi E1EDP01 / E1EDP02] segments which all refer to the same PO but to different line items on the PO. Now all that is well.
    For one particular partner we now have the following requirement. We are going to have the same condition as above, with the added condition that there are going to be some invoice line items with no reference to a PO. the reason is that the vendor is going to calculate the different taxes and send them to us. so when we post the invoice :
    we will now have
    31 Vendor
    40 GR/IR
    40 Tax 1
    40 Tax 2
    50 Tax 3 offset
    instead of
    31 vendor
    40 GR/IR
    to deal with the new situation I tried adding having the following
    first E1EDP02 is going to refer to the PO using qualifier 001, but second E1EDP02 [for tax] s not going to have a qualifier 001. When I do that i get a missing belnr (001) and zeile (001) error.the exact error message is the following
    Required field BELNR(001) is missing in segment E1EDP02
    Required field ZEILE(001) is missing in segment E1EDP02
    Message no. FD070
    Now to bypass that, I added the 001 qualifier for the second E1EDP02 [tax part] and now the error that I get is either the PO is duplicated or if i put some dummy PO number, then it says PO cannot be found.
    =======
    so the question is how is it possible to post  4 items in the idoc , with one being a PO reference and 3 non PO reference using INVOIC01 and IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM
    I also have to add that it is possible to add a non PO items to the MM invoice in MIRO by entering the additional tax lines using the g/l account tab next to the PO reference tab.

  • Group consolidate invoice line items

    Hi all,
    If I have multiple sales orders but all with the same characteristics at item level (material, currency etc.), and if I consilidate the sales orders during billing, will I also get a single invoice line item?  or will I get one invoice item per sales order item?
    Trying to avoid maxing out on the AR items.

    Hi Tim,
    You will get invoice with as many items as you have in all sales order billing billed in that invoice. During posting to FI in general you will have one FI document line per item/GL account (determined from VKOA based on Customer Account Assignment Group, Material Account Assignment Group and accounting key assigned to condition type in pricing procedure) combination. You can limit number of G/L lines by applying posting aggregation for FI-SD interface. Youc an define the fields, which are not relevant for FI document and the fields will be cleared resulting in aggregation of the G/L lines on G/L account/posting sign (debit credit). Please be aware that the field you clear for aggregation will not appear in the line items in FI, so cannot be used as characteristics of the postings in the G/L.

    From above cases, first 3 cases is ok and i know how to process with all CIN related things.But i am little confused in the 4th case.
    Whether we need to mention the tax code in PO?
    1. If no, whether we need to add up the tax amount to the material basic price and then raise the PO?
    2. If yes, how the tax amount postings will be done since we will not be posting the excise invoice in j1iex?
    I think u will require the tax code where the excise duty is captured in inventories like JMIP condition types of excise so that it would get added to stock during GR and during invoice u will pay this tax to the vendor.
    As u donot take credit u don't have to capture the excise invoice as .

  • PO: Combining repeating line item info with individual line item detail.

    I want to simplify the display PO t-code ME23N (and ultimately create and change) and I want to have a scrollable table with the line item info but I want to include in that scrollable table details that are only available on the item detail sub-area, e.g. account assignment info.

    That's not possible with Personas. You can't add extra columns to standard tables, nor create custom tables. You'd need to modify the underlying SAPgui transaction in the usual way and then simplfy that. How easy it will be to modify ME23N I have no idea - you'll have to ask over in the ABAP Switching, Enhancing, and Adapting Standard Programs space. I will say that some of the line item details are hard to include in the line item table, and account assignment is one of them - how to you represent split account assignment, for example?

    As you do not have info record, then tax code defaulted in the Purchase order by maintaining condition record only  with your material (may be with other criteria)which you said item number 10.More details on default tax code, check link:
