Customer Invoice with item numbers without OM installed.

Hi
We would like to know if we want to import customer invoices with items and there is no Order Management module.
How items would be validated. Can this be done through item validation org and if yes, what setups are required and in which module.

    From above cases, first 3 cases is ok and i know how to process with all CIN related things.But i am little confused in the 4th case.
    Whether we need to mention the tax code in PO?
    1. If no, whether we need to add up the tax amount to the material basic price and then raise the PO?
    2. If yes, how the tax amount postings will be done since we will not be posting the excise invoice in j1iex?
    I think u will require the tax code where the excise duty is captured in inventories like JMIP condition types of excise so that it would get added to stock during GR and during invoice u will pay this tax to the vendor.
    As u donot take credit u don't have to capture the excise invoice as .

  • Payment terms for Customer Invoice with a credit line item

    Hi all,
    We have a business scenario where we create customer invoices on a weekly basis. The payment terms for these items are a certain payment discount if paid within 365 days. Included in these invoices are credit items which relate to refunds that are due to the customer.
    Below is a scenario for Customer XXXX:
    Invoice 1 Baseline date 12.01.2007
    Invoice 2 Baseline date 08.02.2008
    Invoice 3 Baseline date 15.02.2008
    I have set up a payment run for this customer to direct debit their items. In my scenario I only want to pick up the first two invoices.
    Therefore I set up the payment run to pick up those items which are due up to 09.02.2009, setting the next payment run posting date to 10.02.2009. I would expect the system to pick up only the first two invoices.
    What the system does is that it pays/collects the first two invoices in total, but then selects only the credit items of invoice 3. I would expect it to ignore Invoice 3 altogether.
    In another example if I had the same invoices, but invoice 3 did not have any credit items involved, then it does ignore invoice 3 as
    expected.
    I need to understand why for the credit items within a customer invoice are treated differently in relation to payment terms.

    In the customer master assign a different credit memo term than the payment term.
    Try changing the credit memo term for 3rd Invoice as such it do not fall in your selection criteria.

  • Standard program to print Customer Invoice with G/L lines

    Hello All,
    Requirement is as follows : -
    1) We are trying to print the FI customer invoice through correspondence (Transaction Code F.61)
    Standard driver program RFKORD50 and SAPscript F140_DOCU_EXC_01 are provided for the invoice printing.
    2) Standard driver program currently prints either the customer line items / the vendor line items in the invoice.
    3) Requirement is that we need to print the G/L line items on the form, instead of customer or vendor line item.
    4) Client wants to go ahead with standard program only and is not ready for custom driver program or enhancments in the system.
    5) So is there any standard driver program and script which prints the G/L line items in the customer invoice.

    I don't know standard script for G/L line items,but your client requirement is not to change the standard one.My suggestion is to create a standard text.By Using subroutine pool ,save  the  line items data(internal table ) into standard text after that include the standard text into your sap script form.

  • Correction Invoice with Items TreeType != iNotATree

    Hi,
    I want to create Correction Invoice document with Items which TreeType = SAPbobsCOM.BoItemTreeTypes.iSalesTree
    When I'm adding Correction with reference to some document (BaseType = 13 or 165, BaseEntry=... and BaseLine = ...) then everything is OK,
    But when I try add Correction without ref.  (no set BaseType,BaseEntry and BaseLine) then I get error:
    "Wystąpił błąd wewnętrzny (-5002)"
    "Internal error (exception) occurred (-5002)"
    When all Items on Correction has TreeType = iNotATree then I can add this Correction without any reference.
    The property correction.Lines.TreeType default value is iNotATree, but this property is ReadOnly.
    How can I add this document?

    1) This was an issue in older releases but has been corrected  (supposedly) since 4.5 B
    Take a look at OSS note: 146091 - Invoice correction: new pricing not possible
    But I am sure you are in a much higher release.  Review it any ways.
    2) Did you try with 'B" or ""C" for the second pricing type? The help says 'You should give a new pricing type to the debit memo item'.
    3) Also is the invoice type you are copying from- does it have a 'M" in the SD document category.? T code VOFA. I believe this is prerequisite
    4) Check how the item cats are set up (G2N/L2N): The Returns field in Business data should be selected for credit items but not for debit items.
    5)  Finally the culprit could be the way you set up PR00 (V/06). Check what changes can be done: Are you allowing manual entries? Just a thought.

  • Credit note for invoice with item with negative value

    Hi,
    is it possible to create credit note for invoice, where in one line is negative value (its non stock item).
    There exists 2 possibilities:
    negative qty and positive price (its possible create only through SDK, not SBO)
    positive price and negative qty
    for example
    itemcode 123
    qty -1
    price 1000
    How to create credit note from this invoice?

    Hello Petr Verner,
    It's a standard functionality of Business one, that it is impossible to enter a negative amount in an independant credit note or in a credit note based on a invoice with negative amount.
    To solve this issue:
    1.  For the rows with the positive Row Total, create an "independent" Credit Memo (not based on an Invoice).
    2.  For the rows with the negative Row Total, create another Invoice with a positive Row Total opposite to the original negative Row, and reconcile between the two rows manually via Banking => Bank Statements and Reconciliations => Reconciliation.

    Here, you have two options i.e.,
    1. You can look at the documents by giving Document Type as selection screen parameter at T.Code: FB03 where you can see all the documents related to that Document Type/s.
    2. You can see Customer documents at T.Code: FBL5N where you select the range of customers in the selection screen.  System would provide the documents related to the Customers.  SAP has provided the option called 'Screen Variant', by using the option you can get the Document Type on the screen.

    i made a delivery doc say material 'A' having batch1,batch2,batch3 with different qty .
    exp:(VL03N)
    material a batch1 10ton
    material a batch2 20ton
    material a batch3 30ton
    Now i wanted to club all this qty and do invoice with single item for 'Material A' ,it shouldn't come with batch level wise material .
    so in vf01 it should look like this .
    material a 50 ton .
    Plss suggest what should i do for this cases ?? if poosible for changes in routine vbrk/vbrp in copy control then kindly suggest /

  • LockBox - Not able to clear customer invoice with partial payment

    Importing LB data using FBL2. I can successfully clear full payment. I have tolerance group null for customer setup as below. When I try even a few cents below full invoice amount it posts, but doesn't clear. The account for Over/Underpayments and Unallowed Deductions is setup also below. I can successfully post from fbl5n after importing from lockbox, so I know its my lockbox import setup that's missing something. What am I missing?

    Are you able to solve this issue. I have the same issue where user wants to clear the few cents automatically and I did the reason codes and assigned an GL account and tested but no luck. Could you please let me know the solution if you got any?

    Dear Experts,
    I would like to make an approval procedure applicable on A/R Invoice. 
    When ever one of the Invoice items OnHand amount is below ZERO - I need the Approval Procedure to Popup and this way the Produce of the Invoice will be blocked.
    Is there any way to write a query on Approval Template for that?

    I have two Adobe forms, one for an application fee of $20 and one for an orientation fee of $20. I need to be able to distinguish between the two when in PayPal. I was told by PayPal support that I could add a unique item number when setting up an adobe form which I could then filter on in PayPal to see which $20 came from which form. I can't find an Item Number choice anywhere. Can anyone guide me to the right place?

  • Clearing between customer and vendor invoice with F110 transaction

    Hello,
    I have an issue related to the functionalities of the transaction F110.
    I'd like to clear the vendor invoice with the custome invoice.
    Customer and vendor records are linked properly and the flag 'Clrg with Cust.' is set on vendor and 'Clearing with Vendor' is set on customer.
    Both the invoice are in USD and the amount in document currency of the vendor invoice is > of the amount in document currency of the customer invoice.
    I entered in both the invoice the same payment method (outgoing payment method).
    The error that I can see in the proposal log is related to the customer invoice and is:
    Payment method selection for items due now to the amount of USD          500,00
    Due items with currency USD, pmnt method  - items total is > 0
    ..none of the payment methods defined can be used for these items
    information re. vendor xxxxxxxx / customer yyyyyyy / paying company code TS01 ...
    .. payment not possible because of reported error
    According to the log of the proposal the vendor invoice can be paid.
    If I click on display proposal and double click on the customer invoice (with red light) I can read the note:
    No pymt possible because items with a debit
    Following the settings of the payment method used:
    Payment method in the country
    - Payment method for outgoing payment selected
    - Bank transf. selected
    - allowed for personal payment flagged
    - Bank details flagged
    - Document type for payment XX
    - clearing document type XX
    - Use classic payment medium program selected
    Currency allowed: This table is empty (will mean that all currencies are permitted)
    Payment method in company code
    Minimum amount: 0,01
    Maximum amount: 9.999.999.999,99
    Distribution amnt: 0,00
    Single paymentfor marked item selected
    Foreign business partner allowed selected
    foreign currency allowed selected
    Cust/vend bank abroad allowed? selected

  • How to payment a little for a customer invoice.

    I have a request, help me please !
    I enter a customer invoice with value 1000 (USD) from SAP T-Code FB70.
    When customer payment a little ( 400 USD ) for this invoice, I will post incoming invoice with value 400 USD from T-Code F-28.
    If value of customer invoice is not identical value of payment invoice, system will have 2 open item with value 1000USD and -400USD.
    I want docment 1000 USD will split to 2 line item with value of line item 1 is 400 USD and value of line item 2 is 600 USD.
    Line item 1 will clear with  payment invoice and system will exist a open item with value 600 USD.
    If you have solution for this request, help me, please !

    Hi,
    By using residual clearing 400 usd is adjusted with 1000 usd. So one cleared line item is created.
    For 600 usd new open item is generated and becomes due for payment

  • Clearing invoice with downpayment

    Hi FICO GURUs,
    I m a new student in FICO, here i have a question as following, ask for help,
    step 1: For one customer say 1001, I've done the Downpayment, the amount is 2000 USD.
    step 2: Created a Customer Invoice with amt 2000 USD.
    step 3: Clearing Invoice with the downpayment.
    but after that i saw that in Customer line item ( FBL5N ), all of the item is not cleared (Red Ball Signal).
    Any other prcess needed?

    Hey Sam,
    for Clearing the Customer A/c, use transaction F-32, since u have made a downpayment, so put the Spl.GL ind in the Section given below.then go for the process open item. there u will find both the doc. then select it and then only u can clear it.
    Pls revert back in case of any further information.

  • Find/Change Item Numbers and create Table of Contents

    Hello! I need help to find all my item numbers and apply a paragraph style to it so I can use them to create a Table of Contents page.
    Sample item numbers
    #12345
    #12345-5
    #12345-20
    #12345-ABC
    #12345/N
    I tried entering #^?^?^?^?^? on the Find/Change box and but this will find exactly the 5 characters after the # sign. I wonder if you can find all characters starting with # and until the last characters.
    Once I find all the item numbers, how can I apply the paragraph style for only those characters after the # sign? Because I only want to show the item numbers without the # sign on the Table of contents/Index page.
    By the way, I have InDesign CS2 which have no GREP function Maybe I can do this without the GREP?

    You actually have two problems here. The first is to assign the paragraph style. For that you can use GREP.
    Find #\d+ and leave the change field blank, but in the change formatting pick the paragraph style. Stricly speaking you only need to find #\d or even just # because a paragraph style applies to an entire paragraph, so assigning it to any character inthe paragraph will assign it to the entire paragraph.
    Which is your second problem. The TOC is based on paragraph styles and will include all of the text in each paragraph (up to the character limit for a TOC entry, which I think is 256 characters). You can't make a TOC and only use some of the paragraph. For that you need to use an index, or you need to make hidden or non-pinting frames with only the exact text you want in the TOC and assign a unique style to those.
    It's also possible someone has written (or could write) a script that can find text strings that match a pattern such as your numers, assign a character style to them (you could actually do that part in the paragraph style by adding a nested GREP style), then making a list of the text strings along with the page number on which they appear -- almost the same as an index except it would be based on character style, not an index marker.
