Hi SimonC70,
Welcome to Adobe Forum.
You can try this metthod to reinstall again mentioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
I have checked the CC subscription. It is activated on two machine. After reinstallation, it will ask you to deactivate it from previous computer.

Can I use my creative cloud products on more them one system at a time (Mac and PC)
I want to use the premiere on my Mac and some times on my PC.
Can  I use it on other operating systems with one membership or do I have to purchase an other membership for my other system.   I am only working on one system or the other at one time.
    Thx

Are there any unique benefits that come with my paid membership?
Yes, as a member of Creative Cloud, you get many benefits that you do not get when you purchase a traditional shrinkwrapped product:
Access to both the Mac OS and Windows® versions of the desktop applications and the ability to install them on your primary computer and one backup computer. So, if you have a Mac at home and a PC at work, you can install your applications on both as long as they are not running at the same time. See the product license agreements page for more information.

  • Can't install an Creative Cloud Products on Mac

I can't get any of the creative cloud products to install on my mac. As soon as I open the installer, the application manager freezes and has to be quit from activity monitor. This is incredibly frustrating and irritating and I would love some help to get this issue resolved. Until this is resolved I can't use any of the Adobe products on this computer.
Here are the methods I have used to try and install things, nothing has helped so far:
I've run Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, cleaned out everything via that.
Tried install Creative Cloud Desktop via .dmg file. That froze on "initializing installer"
Tried installing Photoshop CC directly from creative.adobe.com, that froze on "intializing installer"
    System:
    Macbook Air 13" Mid 2011
    Mac OS X 10.9

how is compatibility with creative cloud products (Photoshop and Illustrator)  with Macbook Pro?  I am making a big purchase and would love some
    feedback

    Hi Frederick,
You're spending a lot of money.  I will add my 2¢ -- -- but you must, as I assume you know, fully research your options.
    Environment:
Start with your workspace (inc. lighting) and your clothes.
    Screen:
The iMac screens are lovely, but not, from what I hear, monitor-grade accurate.  For critical color work, use NEC or Eizo monitors.  I use NEC, with their SpectraView II software and an X-Rite ColorMunki photospectrometer.  At the time, this was the least expensive color-calibrated workflow.
    Printer:
Epson's are great, imho.  I use a 3880 in my studio and rent a 9900 by the hour when needed.  I have read of problems (iirc) with one of the printers in the 7000 line, however.  The take-home lesson that I filed in my brain was, "If you're going to spend the money on the 7000 line, just get the 9000 line."
    Aperture workflow:
Aperture is a fantastic workflow tool.  Since you are adept with PS, you should set PS as your external editor.  Use Apertures formidable tools for storing and organizing your Images, and its robust editing tools for either all your proofing, or all but your most demanding editing needs.  That said, allow a good bit of time to get the feel of Aperture.  It is not at all like Bridge.  But your important choice is which RAW converter you want to use.  There is, imho, no reason to use Aperture if you are going to use Adobe's (or anyone else's) RAW converter.
    Good luck!
    --Kirby.

  • Is Photoshop only available as a "creative cloud" product now?

Sorry, I am a newbie. I had thought that you could still purchase Photoshop as a discrete downloaded software application. Is that no longer the case? I can't see where on the site one would do that. Thanks for any guidance you can provide!

Photoshop CC (the current version) is only available via subscription as a Creative Cloud product.
Photoshop CS6 (the version before CC and the last perpetually licensed version) is still available for purchase from Adobe

  • Creative CLoud products unable to run after CC update

    Hi all
I have a problem with Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 and CC. After updating to Photoshop CC yesterday none of the products would run. System is Mac OS Lion. Photoshop(both CC and CS6) comes up with this message:
    Configuration error
A problem has occured with the licensing of this product. Restart your computer and re-launch the product.
If this problem still occurs after restarting, contact Customer Support for further assistance, and mention the error code shown at the bottom of this screen.
    Error: 213:4
    http://www.adobe.com/support/
Lightroom doesn´t run either, prompting me for a license key, and my Creative Cloud licence key is not accepted.
I have tried logging in and out of Creative Cloud, reinstalled Application manager, reinstalled Photoshop and repaired disk permissions, which were all ok.
I am a bit stuck here, with clients waiting for me to deliver photos, so I would appreciate any help.
    Thanks in advance
    Dag

bkmvl, Are facing this error while launching CS6 apps or CC apps?
Make sure you have permission on the required folders and you have followed this article completely. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error- cs5.html
I would recommend performing the below suggestions for your Win 7 pc.
Turn off User Account Control : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-user-account-control-uac.html
Create local administrator account | Windows 7, Vista -http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/create-local-administrator-account-windows.html
    Restart Windows in a modified mode | Windows 7, Vista - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/restart-windows-modified-mode-windows.html
Check if any of that error helps.

  • Creative Cloud products not installing

Nearly every time I've tried to install software that I've packaged using the Creative Cloud for Enterprise Packager, the install fails. No warning, no error message, nothing in the event logs, nothing. It happens whether I run the Windows Installer or the Setup application. It doesn't occur using Mac machines. A dialog box pops up saying "wait while Windows configures <package name>" and "Gathering Required Information," and a progress bar appears to be loading. Once it nears the ends, it stalls, then rapidly unloads the progress bar, and the dialog box disappears. This has been very frustrating and has been occurring since we acquired CC. I've run the installer successfully before, but it rarely happens, and I haven't been able to pinpoint one product that causes it. I've packaged everything separately, and I've packaged them in bunches and the issue still occurs. Currently, I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro XI on a laptop that has no other CC products installed on it, and this issue keeps happening. Any suggestions?

  • I am trying to locate my serial numbers for the two creative cloud products? Illustrator and Photoshop.

We subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud last October, purchasing a single copy of Illustrator and Photoshop.
The Web developer we had subsequently left the company, and I removed and re-assigned the products to our new Web developer in the Adobe Creative Cloud admin console and sent the 'welcome' emails to him.
He said the mails weren't sent, so I re-removed and re-added him in the console but although it states the welcome email has been sent, the user is still marked as pending?
James has fried to use the products, both of which show up as trial versions, asking for the serial numbers to be entered to unlock the full products & I don't have any record of them, nor can I find them under the CC profile?
I purchased the software through Softcat and received confirmation emails from Adobe that the products were activated and ready to download.
    What have I done wrong?
    All help welcomed!

    Martin.

  • Printing to a Canon pro 9000 mark ii from creative cloud products

I am using Windows 8 and trying to print to a Canon pro 9000 Mk ii printer from Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I am a register creative cloud user and have the latest drivers for the printer. I am using official inks and Canon papers. I just cannot get colours to print properly, the colours are too dark with a blue cast I recently changed to this printer from an old Epson 1290 that had good colour reproduction (for its age and that it was just a two cartridge system). At first I thought it was a problem with the printer, but after printing with several other programs I soon realised that this is an adobe problem exclusively!
Has anyone got a clue to what I am doing wrong or if there is a way of getting the adobe products to play nicely with the printer?
    Thank you in advance,
    Jeremy

Wildpaintings for color management issues you may want to consider posting your inquiry in the forum specific to the software you are facing difficulties with.  Most likely you will either need to disable printer color management in the Adobe applications, if you wish to use the Canon Pro's color management, or disable the Canon Pro's color management.
The specifics on how to do this though is going to vary by application.  I would recommend posting your inquiries to the following forums:

  • Have you made arrangements for Classified system users of Adobe Creative Cloud products?

I am a classified system user of the Adobe CS6 Suite of tools.  Am I shut out from the Creative Cloud updates going forward?  Have you arranged accomodations for us classified users or do we need to switch to other software over time as CS6 becomes obsolete?

    Bob Atwell wrote:
Since I know that Adobe isn't in the business of intentionally alienating its customers I'd like to see this same kind of option made available to casual users in some way that could minimize Adobe's costs.  Adobe has always been the upscale product and even casual users of your software might benefit from not having to phone home more than once a year if they chose to pass on updates.
Note also that since the new CC version came out in June, now an Internet connection is only needed once every 99 days for annual memberships:
"For annual members, you can use the apps for up to 99 days in offline mode. Month-to-month members can use the software for up to 30 days in offline mode"
Another solution for individual/everyday/casual customers would be to buy a year (or more) of Creative Cloud in advance using a prepaid 12-month membership card...  Then (as you said Bob) no online checks would occur for one full year, after the initial (one-time) product activation took place.
