Remapping keyboard to get OSX-like accents

Question

Is there a way I can remap my keyboard in order to get OSX-like accents, to wit:
-Map Alt+e to dead_acute (for instance Alt+e, a should produce á)
-Map Alt+i to dead_circumflex (for instance Alt+i, o should produce ô)
-Map Alt+c to ccedilla

I don't know if this helps, but I have a US layout keyboard on my Desktop and also on my Lenovo x121e and to get some characters I need in X I have:

Caps Lock, keycode 66 (you get that with xev) is transformed into a shift key.
CapsLock + u gives ü
CapsLock + s gives ß
Capslock + e gives €
