Remove time stamp in track changes bubble

Is there any way to remove the time stamp from the Track Changes bubble? I can't seem to find a way to do it. Maybe it just can't be done?

It seems that time_stamping the changes is a logical feature.
As far as I know, we can't disable it.

  • How to remove time stamp on query export?? HELP

    I am runnning SQl Developer 2.1 and built a query which returns dates that letters were mailed and or correspondence received. My Query Results show normal date format (02-Mar-12) within Developer. When I export the results to Excel it includes the time stamp (02-MAR-12 06.13.20.000000000 PM). I had a coworker with an older version run the same query, when she exported the results the time stamps weren't exported, just the date. How can I change the export to remove the time stamp? Any help would be great. Thanks.

    Hi,
    Clearly a bug. You can try changing your Tools|Preferences|Database|NLS|Timestamp Format to match the Date Format as a workaround. Otherwise why not upgrade to the lastest production SQL Developer release (3.1.07.42)? The bug does not occur there.

  • Time stamp of entry change?

    Is there any way to do an LDAP query and return those directory entries that have changed since a particular point in time?

    Search filter of "(modifyTimestamp>=yyyymmddhhmmssZ)"
    where yymmdd is year, month, and date like "20050419"
    and hhmmss is hours, minutes, seconds like "143105"

  • Remove time stamp from date

    hi guys
    Had start date and end date as prompt in webi report and showing same date value in report header using UserResponse function but it is showing time with date, and in report both columns are showing in dd/mm/yyyy format, have tried using FormatDate(UserResponse("Start Date:"); "dd mmm yyyy"), it is giving an error
    " The expression/sub-expression uses an invalid data type"
    please tell me what is wrong in the formula
    thanks & regards

    Hi,
    It is creating an #ERROR when the format you assign to the ToDate function does not match the date in the string.
    E.g. if you have a user response like '1/1/1998 12:00:00AM' you could use the formula:
    =FormatDate(ToDate(Left(UserResponse("prompt");8);"M/d/yyyy");"dd MMM yyyy")
    to get a result as: 01 JAN 1998
    However this fails when the date changes to 10/1/1998 or 1/10/1998 or 10/10/1998. In those cases the format of the ToDate function should be: "MM/d/yyyy" or "M/dd/yyyy" or "MM/dd/yyyy".
    I know it's a lot of work, but the best solution is to create variables for month, day and year:
    1. variable for month v_month
    =Left([prompt_date];Pos([prompt_date];"/")-1)
    2. we need to get rid of the first part of the string to find the second '/' so we create a dummy variable dummy1
    =Right([prompt_date];Length([prompt_date])-(Length([v_month])+1))
    3. variable for day v_day
    =Left([dummy1];Pos([dummy1];"/")-1)
    4. create a second dummy variable dummy 2 to get rid of the day part of the string
    ==Right([dummy1];Length([dummy1])-(Length([v_day])+1))
    5. variable for year v_year
    =Left([dummy2];4)
    Just assuming that the year is always 4 positions in the prompt string.
    Now you can create your variable for displaying the date in the format you want:
    ==FormatDate(ToDate(FormatNumber(ToNumber([v_month]);"00")+FormatNumber(ToNumber([v_day]);"00")+FormatNumber(ToNumber([v_year]);"0000");"MMddyyyy");"dd MMM yyyy")
    Note: I was just assuming that your date format is always month/day/year. If the format is different then you need to change the variables accordingly.
    Hope this helps

  • *.eml Time Stamp - Select File in Windows Explorer Changes the Modified Date

    The Windows Live Mail *.eml files time stamp is getting changed to the current date when the file is selected in the Windows Explorer! I save backup copies of important E-mails to folders on the Hard Drive and then synchronize them with the same folders on other LAN Hard Drives for backup archives. When these E-mail files are selected or opened from the Windows Explorer in the Windows 7 OPS the Modified Date Time Stamp is changed to the current date automatically! This action creates a real problem when doing later synchronizations of all of the folders! The date will not be the original date of the E-mail and the original file will be over copied with the file with the newest date stamp. I stopped Indexing on the *.eml files and that stopped the time stamp change when overcopy synchronization, but if the file is selected during a viewing in Windows Explorer then the Time Stamp is updated to the current date again! A solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated if anybody knows of one. Thanks - - - Shorto

    The Date and Timestamp changing issue in Windows 7 has a two part fix!
    1. Disable the Indexing of the *.eml file type in the Indexing Options located by Clicking on "Control Panel" -  "Indexing Options" - Advanced Button - File Types Tab - scroll down to the .eml file type and uncheck the Box then click OK to finish, so
    that the Email type of files won't be Indexed.
    2. Delete the Registry Entry listed below, be sure to Export and Save the original Key so it could be Restored if something goes wrong!  \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PropertySystem\PropertyHandlers
     and Delete the .eml entry
    That should fix the problem with the changing Date/Timestamp of Email Files. For more information read CarlS's WindowsSeven Fourm thread where I also have more input:
     http://www.sevenforums.com/browsers-mail/35334-eml-files-timestamps-updated-constantly.html
    This should give you a better understanding on the problem and the Fix. - - - Shorto

  • SMQS: when is time stamp in the "last change by" changed?

    Dear Gurus,
    Recently we are encountering issues in our OUTBOUND queue of ECC. In a certain time queues pile-up to almost 2K and are in status READY.
    *Integration is ECC <-> APO
    To understand if its a QRFC issue or a Overloaded WorkProcesses, we need to isolate each case.
    First we assumed that the reason of having the READY status are:
    1. due to the change in TYPE of the queue name (APO system) from R to U or vice versa
    2. due to the change in STATUS of the queue name
    What we would like to know is, what does the time stamp consider upon updating?
    Are those assumptions above correct?
    Also the User ID seems not being updated.
    I asked the user indicated in the "last change by" if he did some change, but responded that he is not performing any change in the QRFC for the past few days. But it shows his name and current time stamp.
    thanks and regards!
    Zeek

    Dear Babu, really appreciate your response on this.
    Unfortunately, when i look into SMQS the APO system queue was already set to R. Upon checking the "last change by" (double clicking on the TYPE) i see that the time stamp was at current date and time.
    And the only thing that can help us catch who/what is the cuplrit (user/background process), is to understand what are the factors that the time stamp in "last change by" considers. Also the user indicated in it, was saying he hasn't performed any changes that day... What bothers us is that it might be a background process as the time stamp keeps changing every time... Usually, for what i noticed, the time stamp there only register the date and time when our system had the support pack updated. but recently, it is showing that its been changing every day.
    Moreover, our basis folk just assumes that the time stamp considers both the update in TYPE and as well as the change in STATUS. He is saying that the change in activity (when ECC transfers data to APO) is the reason behind the change in time stamp. For us to prove it, we checked on /SAPAPO/CC and saw that the last update of CIF/Any changes in ECC is similar to the one in SMQS last change, so it is not a valid reason, though the time is quite near what SMQS says.
    So what we need to understand is that, was it really the CIF/any updates in Orders going to APO does trigger the time stamp change in SMQS "last change by"?
    thanks!
    Zeek

  • Time stamp changes

    When I copy my photos from my camera to my computer, the time stamp on them change. The actual time I created the photo becomes the photo's "date modified" property and the actual time I copied the files to my computer becomes the file's "Date Created" property. I don't like this. How do I get the actual date created property to copy over correctly?

    In Started Workflow screen...
    just click on any one of the activity on the workflow log..
    In Menu option click goto->technical workitem display
    Then again in menu optios click edit--> change
    Now you can change the container value.

  • Time Stamp not affected by change of calculated fields.

    Dear Experts,
    We have several calculated fields that are depended on values of lookup records or the system-time.
    I experienced during recalculation that when the calculated field changes the Time Stamp did NOT change. This change did also NOT trigger the workflow with Trigger Action: Record Update. AND the record is not Syndicated because the syndication map has Suppress Unchanged Records.
    Has anyone an idea how to solve this?
    Kind regards,
    Job Jansen

    Dear Kanstantsin,
    I don't know what you mean by "simple field" but I have 2 calculated fields one is Text and the other is Boolean. In both cases the Time Stamp is not updated during recalculation.
    Of course both fields are selected fields in the Time Stamp field.
    Kind Regards,
    Job Jansen

  • Video Time Stamp Removal

    Does anyone know if there is a way to remove time stamps from a Hi8 8mm Video Cassette Tape? Or from the digitized version of said tape?

    Hi
    If You have the original tape and Camera - You turn of the feature on the Camera
    and import via an analog/digital converter (or if Your Camera has digital FireWire out)
    If You got Your material digitized with date&time stamp. Sorry - only way is to
    make this area fuzzy/unsharp = as bad as if it is as it is.
    Alternative: If You use iMovie'08 or FinalCut Express or Pro You can enlarge the
    picture slightly so that the time&date stamp goes out of the viewable area.
    But still often a bad solution.
    Not even Pro companies as ABC and shows like AFV can magically erase this.
    Recommendation: Make a new digital copy but this time with the time&date stamp
    turned off. Absolutely the most pro-approach.

  • CDHDR table entry updation with different Time Stamp

    Hi Experts,
    I'm changing the Contract Partner First Name. The time stamp updation in Change Document Object DEBI is with UTC but the BUPA_BUP Object with Local Time Stamp.
    We want both time stamp with the UTC.
    Time Zone mentioned at SPRO level is UTC.
    Have anyone faced such situation earlier?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Jyoti Shankar

    Jyothi,
    I'm not sure whether this answers your query or not but suggest you to look at these 2 FMs'
    BUS_CUA_VARI_FUNCTION_CONVERT
    BUS_LOCATOR_OKCODE
    Ist FM uses table TBZ4 that uses GUI.
    Probably this is the reason you view object BUPA_BUP in the table with GUI time.

  • Time Stamp Mechanism in BW - FI

    Hi,
    Is there a 'How to' or any other document that explains the 'Time Stamp Mechanism' for Changed FI Documents?
    I have heard that a table: BWOM2_TIMEST is used in this process but I am not sure about the exact functionlity.
    Can anyone please guide me appropriately or direct to some document that explains this?
    Thanks and hoping for a quick reply.
    Regards,
    Joy.

    Hi Joy,
    in service.sap.com/bi under InfoIndex / Extraction you can find a good ppt about FI Extraction ( Data Extraction (Line Item Level) FI/CO).
    Also under Know How Network you can find an OLD Web Conference about FI AP-AR Line Item Extractors (0FI_A*_3)

  • How to get the Time Stamp if we use User Status

    Hi Gurus,
    We used User Status to control several Orders. Now we are required to get the "time stamp" when we change from one status to another, is that information available in the system?
    If not, how do we get the time when a user status is changed from one to another?
    please advice,

    Hi,
    To check such kind of changes you have to follow below path,
    Go to Status tab (Blue Ikon) --- >Extra -> Change Documents-> All- --- > Choose All Changes
    SAP note 390635 provide the possibility to write change records for process and production orders as modification.

  • FileMonitor issue for date time stamp change.

    Hi I have an app that runs with a minor issue and I am looking for some insight for a workaround or code change.
    I have a File Monitor that checks a specific directory every second.
    Users send a batch run to this directory throughout the day. There are two types of files, .ZIPs and .DONEs.
    So for each .ZIP a .DONE is sent to notify the app it can begin to process the file.
    Here is what I receive
    /elements/process/File1.ZIP     Oct 15 08:19
    /elements/process/File1.DONE     Oct 15 08:19
    The problem I am encountering is sometimes the .DONE and. ZIP are sent and the date time stamp of both files are the same so when the monitor reads the directory it looks like there is no change so both files sit in the directory and do not process. To make this work, I usually go in and touch a file to change the date time stamp.
    This is a java app that runs on an AIX box.
    Here is my code, is there anything any once can suggest to help me out. Thanks in advance.
       * Subclass of FileMonitor, Handles the timer event
       * @param none
      private class FileMonitorNotifier extends TimerTask
        public void run()
          // Loop over the registered files and see which have changed.
          // Uses the Modifed DateTimeStamp to determine if there was a change.
          // Use a copy of the list in case listener wants to alter the
          // list within its fileChanged method.
            try
                Collection files = new ArrayList (hmFiles.keySet());
                for (Iterator i = files.iterator(); i.hasNext(); )
                    File file = (File) i.next();
                    long lastModifiedTime = ((Long) hmFiles.get (file)).longValue();
                    long newModifiedTime  = file.exists() ? file.lastModified() : -1;
                    //      Check if file has changed
                    if (newModifiedTime != lastModifiedTime)
                        //      Register new modified time
                        hmFiles.put(file, new Long (newModifiedTime));
                        // Notify listeners
                        for (Iterator j = colListeners.iterator(); j.hasNext(); )
                            WeakReference reference = (WeakReference) j.next();
                            FileListener listener = (FileListener) reference.get();
                            // Remove from list if the back-end object has been GC'd
                            if (listener == null)
                                j.remove();
                            else
                                listener.fileChanged (file);
            catch(Exception ex)
                 m_odLaunch.logError(OdIntegrationConstants.ERROR_LEVEL_MIDLEVEL, ex);
         }

    Yes, I guess you are right, I don't care what time each file came, as long as I have both I can being to unzip and process and delete the .DONE.
    The code itself was based on if a filechanged then do work.... I could just take this out. Thanks!
    * This is the main entry point when there is a change to the modified date/time
    *  of the monitor directory
    * @param file directory we are monitoring
         public void fileChanged (File file)
              StringBuffer sbMessage;
              try
                   sbMessage = new StringBuffer();
                   //Make sure this is a Directory
                   if(file.isDirectory())
                        //Return list of files with extension we are looking for
                        File[] arFiles = file.listFiles((FilenameFilter)new FileSuffixMonitor(m_odLauncher));
                        for(int i=0;i < arFiles.length;i++)
                             sbMessage.append("Found file association to move-" );
                             sbMessage.append(arFiles.toString());
                             m_odLauncher.logInstance(sbMessage.toString());
                             processMoveFile(arFiles[i]);
              catch(Exception ex)
              sbMessage = null;
