Report attached to responsibility

Hi
i have a query regarding the deployment of Report.
Q- i want to assign a report name to particular responsibility , The report name should be display against responsibility as menu and if user click on the report the out put should come .
Emp-- XX dev responsibility--->XX dev report(Report Name) ,
if user click on the report name , the concurrent program run in back end and user should get the out put.User does not know how to run report using SRS .
He only will go to responsibility and report name should display .once click the report name , the parameter screen should come and after submitting the parameter the report should fire and user should get the out put.
please advice me ?

Step 1: Create a concurrent program
Application Developer/System Administrator responsibility
Nav: Concurrent - Program - Define/Executable

Step 2: Create a form function
Application Developer/System Administrator responsibility
Nav: Application - Function
In the form function's parameter specify
CONCURRENT_PROGRAM_NAME="<Conc prog short name>"
PROGRAM_APPL_SHORT_NAME="<application short name>"
TITLE="<SRS Window Title>"

Step 3: Include the above created form function to the required menu
