Report for std templates

Hi Experts
Is there any std report like CN41N to see the structures of standard templates?
I am unable to find the std structures in table PROJ.
Please let me know see the tables entries for Project definition and WBS for Standard structures.

Hi,
You can see the standard template in CN41, You need to change the DB profile and select the check box Std Structure.
Also the table to get the Standard project definition details is PROJS and for wbs its PRPSS

Difficult with different coding masks for operative and std templates.

Hi Experts
I have below coding masks
OP-XXXX-XX-XX For operative structures (not allowed for std templates)
ST-XXXX-XX-XX For std tempplates (not allowed for operative structures)
But i am unable to create operative project using std template.
I have disabled Lck for std mask and tried, then i could create project but the operative project got created with WBS element's short id 'ST' and not with 'OP'
How to ensure getting the right WBS id while copying from different standard coding mask?

I have gone through help, but i did not get any clue to make use different project IDs for std and operative.
I am just looking for this to have dedicated structures for both std and operative, due to which one can easily recognise the nature by seeing the project id.
Of course, it is very comfortable using unique project ID / coding mask for both. Still i am exploring. You may suggest if feasible.

When I said develop I meant a custom ABAP report with the help of Developers. You can also try option of developing a ABAP query by using table BSID, but this may be difficult if the requirement is to list multiple days as columns (seven days as seven columns). I am assuming the Customer numbers will be rows in the report.

Std report for BOM : Reg.

Hi experts,
I need to display the materials along with the BOM of those materials with its quantity and its total price while user give the vendor name and date range as input.
Is there any std report for the same? Try to give apt solution on it.

Hi,
CS12 is to get multi-level BOM report. You can insert satndard price field and vendor filed into the layout and you can filter it within the report itself.
But what if you have several sources of supply and several prices (in info records!) for your goods? And this report can display only the multi-level BOM of one single material...
If you want a transaction described by you, you should develop an own report in ABAP - I guess...
You can post this thread in PP forum as well but I'm afraid there's no such kind of standard report in SAP...

To attach a RTF template(Report for printing ) in the master detail form

I have an application in which I have 3 master detail forms of which one of the form is a gate pass form . Now this gate pass form has a report region as the detail.
All that i need help is to print the Gate Pass with few fields as information in the gate pass form , where an image or picture of the visitor is also a filed .
Now I have created an RTF Template which is the Gate pass layout with the pic.
So ultimately I have the application for the gate pass form and the RTF template ready with me .. Fixing this template with the application with a BUTTON called PRINT is the challenge am facing !

Pars I need another Help
I am working with a master detail form where in the form region i have a Radio group . Lets say the Radio group is
o Returnable
o Non Returnable
o Other
so when i select Non returnable I want a particular column called
Line Status to get Disabled .
I have done that by a dynamic action - using jquery statement (.Disable) .
Defining the element attributes as Disable .
Now the problem is that ,, Line status is getting disabled on the selection of Non returnable radio button. but unless and until i dont press the Add row button it does not work ,, else i will have to switch over between the radio buttons to get this action done !!

Parameter REPORT for the Report Web item in the Web template is empty or mi

Hello,
I tried to create a Web-Template (WAD). By executing the report, I get the selection screnn, but by confirming the selection I get the following message:
Web Item Report Error
Web template error in specifications for the Web item report
Parameter REPORT for the Report Web item in the Web template is empty or missing
Use the BEx Web Application Designer to add parameter REPORT to the report Web item in the Web template, and assign a report name to the parameter
Contact your system administrator. This error was recorded
What can I do to solve this error?

As DP_1 Type Query_view_Data_provider, I have assinged a Query Designer Query wich works fine, if I execute it as QDR.
The entry Query_view_Data_provider makes sense for me, but what do I need to maintain for the type "Filter"?

Error when trying to email report using Analyzer for Excel template

I have a report for which I have created both "RTF" and "Analyzer for Excel" based templates. I can email the report using the RTF template, but when I try to email it using the A4E template (using the 'Send' button from the report screen), it never arrives. If I schedule the report to be emailed, it fails, and I get the following error information:

HI,
Is this qury is running fine in SQL?? Have you checked this query in Sql server(Management studio) whether working or not??.
I feel there is some mismatch with relations in query.. Cross check your query once in SQL itself. once it is running well, we will take a look.

1. Goto Report Designer
2. there u can find "Advanced Report Builder" on left side of the window
3. At the below u can find three buttons like "Parameters", "Properties","Apply"
4. Click on "Parameters"
5. then Parameters window will populate
6. Click the new Button
7. Name: give as u like
Category: Literal
Type: Date
Attribute: Leave blank
Default Vale: Leave Blank
Prompt: From Date
This is the process to create the parameters.

Modifying the 'Grade Book' template to have a Report for each student

The grade book template looks like it could save me from buying Bento 2 and look prettier in the process. However, I might need to get some applescript help.
The default template has a Report page, and it includes one student. The included comment says to change the students name to change the values.
I want to have one of those reports for each student automatically generated and printable so that I can give them to the students at the end of the term.
Obviously, I don't want to generate each report myself (320 students ... not a fun way to spend a day). Applescript seems like the solution, but I don't know how to use it.
Can anyone lend a hand?

Not seeing exactly what you want it's hard to be sure what solution may work - fortunately there are others here that know far more than me.
I don't know how charts and graphs are moved to Pages, but if it cut and paste, I suspect it would be unlikely that you could do it with charts or graphs based on individual students. If it can be done with a mail merge, maybe it could.
But I'm thinking a different approach may be possible if the only charts or graphs you use are to show the class info and mail merge the individual student data.
Let me see if I can explain what I'm thinking of:
You mail merge info like scores for each test and/or just the average of each grade category, plus the overall average and personal comments.
As part of the pages document that is the same for every student, you could put the charts or graphs in for the class as a whole. For example, if you wanted the student to see the class average for each test to compare to their own score, you could have a graph for that CLASS info and then they could look at their mail merged info to see how they compared. It just wouldn't be part of the same graph.
I think this would let you have the same info as in the template, but structured a bit differently.
You may also be able to reproduce everything from individual tables into one big table - more than just normal summary info - and work from that. Basically it would be a table of just formulas pulling in from the other tables.
This is something I'm looking at for some of my projects, but I haven't worked out the details yet.

Std. report for scrap calculation......

I want to generate a Scrap report for production order.
The requirement is system should display operaton-wise scrap and its cost. It should consider all material cost & activities cost (labour& machin)required for that operation & generate a overall scrap price.
Is there any standard report available in SAP?
OR any other way to get this report?
Please answer this, If u have any idea.

I think you need to revalidate the Requirement Since.
1.Scrap is generated during a Goods is produced / Processed.
2.So in this case we have a wastage of material..only this material cost has to be calculated or accounted.
3.The operation cost and activity cost etc should be accounted for the Finished goods ,which is already done by Cost collectors -Say Production order.
May be you have a specific requirement.But the Approach towards the process (SCRAP calculation) has to be revisited.
since for a SCrap material called -x and qty called 2kg.the operation time or the acitivity time cant be calculated easily as this has scrap can be generated because of 1 hr of m.c operation or 10 hr of m.c operation..
Lot of factors like
>M/c Efficiency
>Rawmaterial Quality
>operator efficiency
lot of factors would be there
So better to revisit the requirement

Report for specific Windows Sharepoint 2013 process OWSTIMER, (SCOM 2012R2)

I just want to check in case I'm looking in the wrong place in SCOM.
A customer has asked for a report on Memory/Private Bytes for the OWSTIMER.exe process on a Sharepoint server.
Is this data available by default, or is it a matter of writing a rule first to collect the data, then reporting on that after a period has elapsed?
(I could not find the Instance for owtimer from the std install...but maybe I'm doing the wrong thing in the Report).

With the Sharepoint management pack, we have many defined reports, if there is no report for the OWSTIMER.exe process, then we need to create a collection rule for this process.
We can use process monitoring template wizard to create monitoring for the OWSTIMER.exe process.

If thinking logically, then there is no report for the same..this may be because you enter the qty or value limits in the contract doc itself....So, when you make the PO for the same, and if the qty or value exceeds the system automatically provides the message..stating that the qty or value has exceeded....
So, there is no report for the same...

How to create a report for open sales orde documents which are not invoiced

Hi Experts this is urgent,
+pls give the Logic for document flow+
My requirement is create a report for sales orders which are not invoiced using the following table.
VBAK : sales order header
VBAP : sales order item
VBFA : sales document flow
VBUK for processing status
KOMV for duties value and sales order value
LIKP : delivery not header
LIPS :delivery note item
For information : In the header level the processing Status is indicated in the table VBUK field LFSTK for one sales order number. A,B , C are the possible entries.
Case A : When a sales order is invoiced we can display information on the header status :
Overall status : Completed and display a invoice number in the document flow. When the items of the sales orders are invoiced the process status is the following : Overall status Completed
Delivery status Fully delivered
Case B : An open sales order not delivered and not invoiced will have overall status : Open on the header and item level and will not have subsequent documents.
Case C :
When the items for the sales order are delivered but not invoiced the status will be u201Cfully deliveredu201D
And the subsequent documents will be delivery notes and good issue if the delivery note is issued.
