Retail Promotion condition type can be different from VKA0

Dear expert,
You may know that when we create promotion through WAK1 and active price through WAK5, SAP will create condition and store to condition type VKA0.
My question is "Is this condition type VKA0 hard code by SAP, can we have different condition type other than VKA0"?
Here client wants to have different condition type, for example ZKA1, ZKA2 to store different condition for different promotion type / purpose.
Any soluiton or suggestion?
Best Regards,
Honghai

Hi
Please check you customize settings in the IMG under retail sales price calculation.
Spro>logistics general>retail pricing>sales price calculation>control data for pricing table and data backup>control per sales price calc schema and list field
In your schema under list field ENDPR set the condition type for promotion and normal when saving list fields in master conditions.
Don't forget to then maintain the assignment of condition tables for your schema as well.
I hope this works.

    Dear All,
I am facing a problem in my client place, it is a import scenario where i create ME11 for a material with a combination of a vendor. After maintaining condition types like J1CV, JSDB when I am creating PO for that vendor condtion types are not copied exactly..system excludes some condtions i dont know why but it is working perfectly ion the Qlty system problem is only in Production..pls help me to over come this problem
    Regards
    Saru

    Hi,
Mike is right, it is likely to be a problem aith the priccing procedure.
The procedure allocated to the PO may have been set up without the conditions you used in the Info record?
Check the assignment of the pricing procedure to the PO (there may be a vendor schema group on the vendor master record purchasing view that is pointing to a different schema)
Check in SPRO Logistics > Materials management > Purchasing > conditions > define price determination process > define schema determination.
Look for any setting that uses the schema group from the vendor (if the vendor schema group is blank then the system will use the schema associated qwith a blank schema group).
Then when you can see what schema the P org and vensdor group are pointing to, check the condition types linked to that in the "define calculation schema" menu above the one you just used in SPRO.

  • How to see KSCHL (condition type) in IDOC generated from VA02

    Hello,
I have a sales order with positions having
Condition type   Amount   Currency Price Unit
    ZPR0                100.00     EUR        1
    ZPR0                200.00     EUR        1
If I generate an exit Idoc I can see every field from above except for the value of Condition type.
The received systems needs to have such information.
The only whay I found so far is to hard-code 'ZPRO' in the user exit of the receiving system.
    Could anyone suggest me better?
    Thanx
    Christian

Fill the field in the user exit on the sending system. In this way you can pass table values instead of hard coding.

  • Condition Type for item calculated from delivery date

    Dear Experts,
We need that the condition type MWST for PO item will be calculated from Item delivery date ,
But we see that always in Analysis pricing the efected date is PO date and not item delivery date .
Please advise how we should configure the condition ?
    Thanks,
    Moshe

    Hi,
In standard configuration you cannot set item delivery date as a pricing data.
Maybe you shoud look at SAP enchancement - in dedicated structures you can pass additional item data (structure KOKMP).
    IMG link:
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Conditions -> Define Price Determination Process -> System Enhancements
    hope it helps.

  • MM Pricing procedure - Condition type post to different GL account in MAP

    Hi All,
We have a requirement for posting intercompany Stock transfer between Company A and B, and the transfer price will be Moving Average Price (say $ 100) + Mark up (say 25% i.e., 25) of supplying plant.
Created a new PO pricing procedure, and created a new Accrual condition type ZMRK for markup and made it statistical posting. Also in the pricing procedure the Condition type we assigned an Account key ZM1 and Accrual Key ZMA. we tried posting the Goods receipts in the receiving Company B, and it is posting the following entry :
Invetory A/C DR 125 (note: Account key ZM1 was not considered for debit account for markup)
    GR/IR A/C CR 100
    Markup Accrual A/C CR 25
REQUIREMENT: Our requirement is that the Mark-UP condition should not hit Inventory Account and should be debited to I/C Mark Up account (assigned to Account key ZM1) and entry should be as below:
    Inventory A/C DR 100
    Markup A/C DR 25
GR/IR A/C CR 125 (accrual is not required, if we can include the markup into GR/IR account)
    OR
    Inventory A/C DR 100
    Markup A/C DR 25
    GR/IR A/C CR 100
    Markup Accrual A/C CR 25
NOTE: The Material is maintained as Moving Average Price and we dont want to add the Mark Up cost into the MAP of the receiving plant.
Please check and let me know if there is a way to do a condition type in PO pricing procedure to solve the issue of not hitting the inventory posting for condition record or any other way to handle this requirement.
    Thanks in advance,
    Surya

    Hey surya,
I am also facing the same issue. Can you pls let me know whether you achieved this using any standard configuration.

  • Some Condition types missing during extraction from 2LIS_11_VAKON

    Hi,
I am extracting conditions data to BI from ECC through 2LIS_11_VAKON. This datasource uses the fields from table KOMV. The Field KSCHL (Condition type) is also being taken from KOMV structure.
My problem is some condition types are missing during extraction. Say, for example, for a Document condition i have 22 Condition types in KONV table but when i extract the data to BI, nearly 7 conditions are missing, i am getting only 15 condition types for the same document condition in BI.
Why is this happening? I dont have any filters set. Moreover, this is happening in the Datasource level itself.
Please advice. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

  • Condition type for pricing came from PC but has not included the additive cost record

    hello all;
we have the pricing base for the sales order with the estimated cost from pc; our costing process has a posting record for additive cost is not included on the total cost is sent to the condition type EK02.
question: It is possible to include these kind of postings?, in fact, these record apear on the costing report as part of the cost of sales..
    thanks in advanced...

    Hi Francisco
    Two things,
    1. Your condition type must be EK01 if you wanna use it in
    Pricing
    2. Additive cost in CK74 is at the level of material and plant. It is not at the level of sales order
If you wish to add costs manually in sales order cost estimate, then use Unit Costing as the costing method in your requirement class
Or use Product costing as costing method and use a costing sheet

  • Condition Type is not copying from contract to sales order

    Dear All,
The value the i am giving in the sales contract is not copying into sales order. Sytem again asking to enter the value. Is there any setting to be done forthat.
    Regards,
    Suresh Yadav.

    Hi,
If the *CONDITION VALUES* are *manually* entered then the values will not be copied from the *SOURCE TO TARGET* document
Please check in the  Contract whether the vales derived from Condition records are entered manually.
If you want the prices to be copied automatically then they have to maintained through CONDITION RECORDS in *VK11*.
Please maintain the CONDITION RECORDS and check whether they have copied or not
Please also cehck the COPY CONTROLS from CONTRACT to SALES ORDER in VTAA transaction -- at item--->pricing type. and set it a s  D
Please check the above settings and let forum know the feedback.

  • Cin pricing condition types

    hi gurus,
I am working cin ecc 6.0 .  unfortunately standard condtion types are not there.  But i need to maintain the conditon types that related excise duties.  what are the conditon types i have to use.  Whic tax procedure should i use taxinn or taxinj.  In my system taxinj it is having condition types .  But i need the conditon types which i should use in my pricing procedure for the taxinn.  what is the critriea i have to use to get the conditon types.
critieria means keyelements whether it is  country, chapterid, plant, shiptoparty .  I am getting confuse please could anybody let me know where to include conditon types in my pricing procedure.
If anybody having screen shots taxinn please share with me
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi..
Please note that SAP will not provide you all the condtion types, SAP will provide you some sample condition types (each scenario). This needs to be copied to and you have to create your own condition types and ensure that all the customization/setting should be kept intact (only if required can be changed).
From 4.7E onwards SAP had come out with TAXINN procedure. So it is always recommended to use TAXINN procedure as this will support CRM application.
SAP has 4 standard pricing procedure  for both formula based and condition based. You can use
Pricing Procedure starting with JIN..... (Example JINFAC).
In those pricing procedure you can see excise condition type for BED, AED, SED and CESS.
Now for your information BED conditin type are: JEXP: Percentage Condition type and JEXT/JEX2 are total condition type. Similarly you can copy these conditon types and create your own ECS and SeCess Condition types.
For ECS and SeCess Most of the customers are using ECS:  JECS:Percentage JECP=Total.
    SeCess JA1X: Percentage and JA1Y : Total
Above mentioned ECS and SeCess condition types can be copied from repective BED condition types.
You have all the Key combination is defined in the standard access sequence, you are not suppose to changes the standard access sequence but you can add your own table in this access sequence as per your requirement (if only standard does not support).

  • Condition Type flow from RFQ to PO

    Hi Experts,
I want to assign new Z PO pricing procedure as developed to the RFQ so that condition types can flow from RFQ to PO while creating PO with reference to RFQ.
Please let me know how is it possible?
    Regards,
    Maneesh Seth.

    Hi Umakant,
    Thanks for your prompt reply.
However the solution provided by you requires me to insert the condition types used in the Z pricing procedure for PO into RM0002 (Condition Supplement Price), which is the designated standard pricing procedure for RFQ.
This would require changing the standard. Is it advisable?
Moreover, is there any way where i can change the assignment of RFQ to Z pricing procedure as created for PO.
    Regards,
    Maneesh.

  • Invoice blocked for qty reason, but condition type deleted from the PO

    Hi Gurus,
I have an LIV with R block in the header level. The invoice contains a line item for planned delivery cost condition type FRB1 which was entered manually during PO creation.(no condition record exists for FRB1). But the condition type FRB1 is missing from the PO line item now and when trying to release the invoice block via MRBR, it gives the message that the 'list is incomplete'.
The PO is not having any release strategy and the invoice number is available in the index table RBKP_BLOCKED.
The condition type FRB1 got deleted from the PO on re-triggering the pricing. The business needs the pricing to be carried out on the shipment date from the vendors site. So when the vendor issues the goods, the same is updated in the pricing date field in PO line item and the pricing is re-triggered. So in this case the happenings were in the below sequence.
    1. Buyer created PO with manually entered FRB1 condition type.
    2. Invoice posted against the PO.
    3. When vendor has shipped the goods, the ASN updates the pricing date in the PO and carries out re-pricing. The FRB1 got deleted from the PO on re-pricing as no condition record existed.
    4. Goods receipt posted
    5. Trying to release the invoice in MRBR, but the system gives the message that the list is incomplete.
Please suggest how to go ahead with the resolution of the issue.

    Greg

    Hi Greg,
Are there any a/c entries showing in GR a/c doc for this cond type? I think it could be a bug when you run the ASN Idoc. Try to un-check Delete indicator for FRB1 which would stop it getting deleted.

in my case how to exclude z001 because z002 is better price.

    <b>Condition Exclusion</b>:
&#61550;     Conditions can be linked to requirements in the pricing procedure.
&#61550;     A requirement can evaluate the condition exclusion indicator and ignore the condition if set.
&#61550;     The condition exclusion indicator can be set in either the condition type or the condition record.
&#61550;     You may create your own exclusion indicators and test for their existence in the requirement routines.
    <u><b>Process Steps for Condition Exclusion</b></u>:
    1. <b>Changing customer-specific prices</b>:
    Menu path:
Logistics &#61614;&#61472; Sales and Distribution &#61614; Master Data &#61614; Conditions &#61614; Select using condition type &#61614; Change
    Choose condition type PR00.
Choose the key combination Customer/Material with release status.
Select the condition line and click the Details button.
Enter X in the Exclusion field.
    Save your changes.
    2. <b>Creating a standard order</b>:
    Menu path:
Logistics &#61614; Sales and Distribution &#61614; Sales &#61614; Order &#61614; Create
    3. <b><u><i>The conditions after condition PR00, which have requirement 2 assigned to them in the pricing procedure, are not taken into account during pricing</i></u>.</b> For example, this technique can be used when discounts and surcharges are not supposed to affect the net price.
    Menu path:
Select the line item and click the Item conditions button.
Click the Analysis button at the bottom of the screen.
    4. <b>Removing the exclusion indicator</b>:
    Menu path:
