Retenção de ISS na Venda de Serviço

Boa tarde
Estou utilizando ECC 6.0 e TAXBRA, preciso configurar a retenção do ISS pelo cliente na ordem de venda de serviços.
No esquema de cálculo o sistema já está reconhecendo a alíquota do imposto e a retenção identificado pela condição ISVG.

O problema é que logo mais abaixo no esquema de cálculo entendo que o sistema deveria preencher as condições BX64 (base retenção) e BX63 (montante da retenção), mas não está fazendo isso.
O interessante é que o ISS não está sendo adicionado ao preço e isso está correto, mas precisaria dos valores que foram retidos para trasnferir para nota fiscal. Para a venda onde não tem retenção a pricing está funcionando corretamente.

Olá Fernanda, tudo bem?
Em meu sistema o flag está marcado também e o sistema está fazendo a retenção, porém não preenche o valor da retenção nas condições, o valor mínimo está com zero também.
No caso de retenção o sistema deveria preencher as condições abaixo.
1) Com retenção alíquota do fornecedor
O sistema deveria preencher as condições BX64, BX63
2) Com retenção alíquota do cliente
O sistema deveria preencher as condições BX6E, BX6D
Como não consegui resolver esse problema no standard, criei uma condição onde cadastro os mesmos parâmetros que cadastro nas tabelas de ISS na J1BTAX e amarrei uma chave de conta a essa condição, dessa forma é possível contabilizar a retenção reduzindo o valor que o cliente deve pagar, está funcionando bem assim, o inconveniente é ter que cadastrar as chaves dessa condição além da J1BTAX na VK11 também.
Já revisei as notas da SAP e aparentemente a configuração está ok, mas não funciona, já abri chamado... só que o tempo passa e não respondem!

Olá pessoal, uma dúvida.
O cliente vende exclusivamente serviços, apliquei as notas 1706309, 664855, 747670, 852302, 916003 e 815720.
Efetuei testes para Cofins e Pis e está calculando muito bem. Porém o erro está no cálculo do ISS quando utilizado o modo Gross Up (Imposto fora do preço) pois ele altera o valor da ICMI.
Estamos usando a TAXBRA e a RVABRA padrão.
Criei o Tax Group 50 e todas as sequencias de acesso de ISS para provedor foram atualizaras como este grupo que foi configurado da seguinte forma:

Se eu coloco um preço líquido de 1000,00, com Tax Code I9 (ISS+COFINS+PIS+WHT) e Cofins sendo 7,65%; PIS sendo 1,65% e ISS sendo 5% (Empresa de Lucro Real na cidade de São Paulo) as condições ficariam assim quando utilizo cálculo dos impostos por dentro do preço líquido (Tabela J_1BKON1V)

Entendo que o cálculo acima está perfeito para imposto por dentro, porém vejam como fica quando altero para calcular por fora:

BX60 ISS Base Provider: 1.157,03

Neste caso, a ICMI assumiu o valor de 1.157,03. Entendo que o Net Price deveria ser 1.000,00 (Já que é o preço líquido sem impostos) e o Tax deveria ser 166,18. Veja como cheguei neste valor de Tax:
Fiz a fórmula de Gross Up sendo: 1-([ISS+COFINS+PIS]/100) ou seja 1-([5+7,65+1,65]/100) daí evolui para o seguinte resultado: 1-(14,25/100) resultando em 0,8575. Logo peguei o preço líquido de 1.000,00 e dividi por 0,8575 que dá 1.166,18 logo, o total de impostos é 166,18 e o preço líquido é 1.000,00.
Sendo assim, no meu entendimento as condições deveriam ficar assim quando o imposto é por fora:
BX70 COFINS Base: 1.166,18
BX72 COFINS Amount: 88,63
BX80 PIS Base: 1.166,18
BX82 PIS Amount: 19,24
BX60 ISS Base Provider: 1.166,18

Pessoal,
Achei o erro, o problema está na retenção. Dentro do grupo 50 eu exclui os campos:
Iss WT: X
Min. Value: 5.000,00
Currency: BRL
Então a pricing retornou corretamente.
Vamos verificar todas as notas de retenção para corrigir o problema.

Contabilização para retenção de PIS/COFINS/CSLL

Temos um processo configurado no SAP, usando a configuração standard do SAP: retenção de impostos na compra e venda de serviços
Utilizamos a configuração com base na MP135 e LC116, orientados na nota da SAP 1706309 (que consolidou a 664855, 916003 e 747607)
De acordo com essa configuração a conta contábil que armazena o valor do imposto retido fica atribuído na Categoria/Código do IRF que é o mesmo tanto para o MM quanto para o SD.
O cliente está questionando essa configuração e quer que deixemos as contas especificas, uma para o PIS retido na compra e outra para o PIS retido da venda.
A principio o sistema não aceita contas diferentes de forma standard.
1. Alguém conhece alguma empresa nessa situação que vende serviços com retenção de impostos na saída e também fazem retenção de impostos na compra (PIS/COFINS/CSLL) ?
2. Estas empresas efetuam a contabilização desses impostos na mesma conta contábil?
3. Se a conta contábil for diferente entre o MM e o SD, qual foi a solução adotada?

O PCC geralmente é configurado de forma Geral para faturas de fornecedores e em separado para Faturas de Clientes - nota de saída:

As contas contábeis são definidas por W/Tax Type e W/Tax Code, portanto vc poderá definir 1 conta para o processo de entrada e 3 contas para saída na OBWW. Não importa se serão as mesmas contas ou não.

IIS HTTP server does not start in Trex 7.1

Dear All,
I have IIS 7.0 installed on Windows server 2008 R2 + with Trex 7.1 rev 43, which has been inturn integrated with solution manager 7.0 Ehp1 sps26 (ABAP+JAVA).
IIS server installation is done after installation & configuration of Trex server
1) NOW IIS 7.0 HTTPS server is not working
My question is why should it is required to have ISS 7.0 http server running since I have not integrated Trex with Java Server, it is connected with the Service_Desk & dedicated two RFC named "IMSDEFAULT" & "IMSDEFAULT_REG" are configured to fetch & retrival of support message
in this case i have even tried "SAP Note 1483929 - TREXWebServer can not be restarted from TREXAdminTool" & "http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspathreadID=1635893"
2) I am able to search & save the Problem in Tx- IS01 but except 1 problem or ticket its not searching the any other ticket or problem in Tx-CRM_DNO_MONITOR--> solution database

I have Oracle 9iAS installed but sometimes the HTTP server stops responding. it searches for all the .html files. but it can not find the .jsp files in the specified path. is there anything wrong with the apache configuration?
httpd.conf is perfectly alright.
It give the following error

Exception:
javax.servlet.ServletException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: ...\testFile.jsp (The system cannot find the file specified)

Impostos não calculados após MP135

Olá pessoal,
Estou com a seguinte situação: apliquei as Notas SAP 747607 e 916003 para configuração da MP135 e retenção de impostos. Depois de feita a configuração detalhada nestas notas os impostos sobre vendas pararam de ser calculados (PIS, COFINS) e as retenções também não são calculadas. O único imposto que calcula é o ISS sobre vendas.
Aqui é utilizado o SAP A1, versão 6.0 e esquema de cálculo TAXBRA/RVABRA. Todas as alíquotas dos impostos aparecem normalmente na price, porém o cálculo não é refletido nas condições BX.
Alguém já passou por situação semelhante?

Estamos com o mesmo problema, após aplicar as Notas da MP135 para versão 4.6 TAXBRJ, todos os impostos pararam de funcionar, já fizemos a revisão em toda aplicação da Nota e não identificamos o erro.
O que você fez para resolver o problema ou o que a SAP identificou de problema em seu ambiente, você pode nos ajudar?

Dados de Imposto Retido na Fonte _ IR no Faturamento

PessoALL,
Estou criando uma venda de serviço com retenção de IR no momento do faturamento, os calculos estão sendo feitos corretamente, a contabilização também. Quando crio o documento contábil e vou na FB03 para verificar o botão "Dados de imposto retido na fonte" ele me demonstra somente uma linha com a categoria de IR e o resto todo zerado.
Alguém sabe me dizer o que pode estar sendo feito para levar o valor do cálculo da retenção do imposto para esse botão?
Caso esse local não deva realmente ser preenchido, alguém te algum argumento para eu justificar ao FI?

Não entendi muito bem a descrição do problema. Voce esta falando de IRRF ou de impostos retidos PIS/COFINS/CSLL/ETC?
Se na transação FB03 voce encontra somente linha para o IR e os outros tipos de impostos CA/PA/SA estão sem valor do imposto, isso é erro na configuração.
As notas 916003 e 815720 tem os passos para fazer a configuração dos impostos. Por favor, verifique se a configuração está igual a documentação.

These details are available in ISS Oracle 9i database server and the system should fetch the data through PI and place it over R3 ZTABELS.
Process Flow
Role based reports can be viewed based on the following input parameters:

Access Control Reporting Master Table to have Access Control Reporting System Data from ISS using XI.
2. Product Shipping & Management Application (PSMA) :
XI interface to accept input data from R/3 and fetch the result from PSAM Oracle Database.
PSMA is mainly used to keep track of customer requested raised the vendor being company. It mainly tracks the status of customer requests from initiation to closure.
Part of the activities handles by PSMA is that it creates the shipping documentations in terms of submittals and cover letter including all details related to the shipment. Besides, it provides what is called a certificate of quality for the products being shipped.
What we are concerned with is basically the reporting mechanism built on top of PSMA Oracle Database as backend and ASP as front end. This is mainly a set of reports intended to provide business users with some sort of business intelligence on top of the PSMA system. These reports should be brought on portal using XI.
Process Flow
1.     User requests for a report from the available list of PSMA reports by providing required set of input parameters.
2.     Portal forwards the request with these input parameters to XI
3.     XI should communicate to Oracle Data base to fetch the required set of result and pass it on to portal.
4.     Report is viewed on portal screen
3. IOW (Integrity Operating Windows) :
XI interface to accept input data from portal and fetch the result from IOW (ODS) Oracle Database.
Brief Scope
This small application is built on top of ODS (Operational Data Server). This package is mainly used by operations and technologists. The main objective behind IOW is to report predefined set of tags in terms of being compliant/incompliant according to predefined constraints.
This Application takes the help of XI and reads data from the ODS Database (SQL Server Based)
The front end is a couple of Web Dynpro Pages that are used to query the ODS database using XI.
The first front end page provides user with the option to select under which area they need to view the report and what type of report they would like to see.
Process Flow
5.     User requests for a report from the available list of IOW reports by providing required set of input parameters.
6.     Portal forwards the request with these input parameters to XI
7.     XI should communicate to Oracle Data base to fetch the required set of result and pass it on to portal.

This form is used for Relief Valves Test Sheet request. Initiator (RV Technician) prepares the sheet by putting TAG No, Fetches other required data from PACER interfaced with XI.

Portal Alias URL Redirect

Hello,
i have a little problem to solve in my company. We have updated our SAP NetWeaver Portal 4 months ago. Bevore the update there was the possibility to use an alias in webbrowser to start the portal. When the alias typed in you got redirected to portal/domain/irj/portal. Today you get redirected to portal/irj/portal. When you type in portal.domain you get redirected to portal/domain/irj/portal
The problem ist that we get some problems with applications that requirred a full qualified dns name and the majority of our employees use the alias portal to start the portal.
The DNS Entries are:
portal --> server.domain
portal.domain -->server.domain
There is no Web-Dispatcher running.
I think there is/was some settings in the AS Java or the ISS of the Windows Server.
The question is: What is to do to get the full qualified dns name by typing "portal" at the webbrowser?
If there were problems in understanding i will do my best to support.

for web dispatcher is not running please check whether message server of central services up or not and check all the related parameters are properly set or not or some one might be changed them.

You can also check the configuration of the SAP Web Dispatcher from the command line using
sapwebdisp pf=<profil> -checkconfig out put will give you return code for 0 for errors, 1 for warnings,
also check the trace files for SAP Web Dispatcher dev_wdisp apart from this you can find details of the change history of the SAP Web dispatcher in SAP note 538405.

Application Deployment - Client 0% Downloading

Hi all
I'm currently testing SCCM 2012 and i'm stuck with the Application Deployment.
When i define in Application Management --> Applications a MSI file for deployment, the client want to install it but stays forever wit the status "Downloading (0% complete).
SCCM tells me that the application was successfully distributed to my DP. I can also create, distribute and install packages with the old 2007 way. That works pretty good and fast. But not the new "applications" way.
Do i miss something? What for roles are needed for the new way of application deployment? Is "Application Catalog Web Service Point" and/or "Application Catalog Website Point" needed? We do not have a user centric model in our IT. We are still using the
device centric model.

I'm having the same issue. Stuck at 0%.
The package is setup for "Run with administrative rights" and "Allow users to interact with this program."
But here is a twist, if the user installing it is a local admin, the download works and it installs beautifully. If they are not, it gets stuck at 0%.
I stumbled accross some articles prior about WebDav on the ISS portion of the server needing to allow file extentions which may be blocked. And if the blocked ones are in the package they may need to be allowed in the WebDav settings. - I
did some experimenting on this but I stopped at checking for each and every file extention in a package and/or allowing them all. I don't want to mess with the ISS settings if I don't have to. My couple of stabs at it didn't work. Although this was the most
promissing.
As well, it works fine for some packages and not for others. Office products work fine (go figure), Oracle clients and Crystal Reports it fails/gets stuck as above.
I don't think its a BITS issue either as we don't use it for client installs etc. We have good bandwidth, so we didn't turn it on.
I also checked my boundaries. No issues there. Subnets used are included, and no typos.
As a side issue, which may be related, I found one of my packages (PowerOLAP) also failed when not a local admin (with either admin or non-admin in SCCM enviroment settings) because the install spooled up additional process, which quietly failed or did not
start. I thought all processes started by the SCCM installer would run in an elavated fashion. Guess not.
Any other ideas out there?

Norma de apropriação de ordem de serviço para ordem de venda via IDV

Boa tarde,
Temos um processo de reparo de produtos de cliente e estamos parametrizando nosso sistema conforme segue abaixo:
1 - Cria-se uma ordem de manutenção a partir de uma ordem SM. Dentro dessa ordem é feita a expedição prévia dos componentes relacionados para uma ordem de venda atrelando ambos documentos.
2 - Após a confirmação dessa ordem de serviço se faz necessário o encerramento técnico da ordem que preve a norma de apropriação como obrigatória. Ao tentar registrar a norma de apropriação optando-se pela proposta do IDV (item do documento de vendas) o mesmo envia mensagem de erro "O item do documento de vendas ... não esta previsto nesta operação".
No teste informamos um número de documento de vendas criado para esse fim mas no matchcode do item não apresenta nenhum registro mesmo já existindo um no documento em questão.
O que precisaria ser parametrizado no documento de vendas para que o mesmo esteja disponível para receber a apropriação ?
Alguém tem algum processo parecido?

Hi,
I created a query in SQL Server 2012 using grouping sets that works fine. When I try to use the same query in SQL Server 2008 I get an error ("Inccorrect syntax near SETS").
I researched using grouping sets in 2008 and didn't see any issue with my query. What is different in grouping sets 2008 vs 2012?

Retenção de imposto qdo total da nota acima de 5.000,01, nao retem linha

Gostaria de ajuda,
O meu cliente é uma empresa de serviços,
faz os pedidos de vendas , com varios itens de linha e depois faz a nota fiscal de saida selecionando os itens que será faturado, as configurações de retençoes estar de acordo com o valor ex: PIS 0,65 acima de R$ 5.000,01, o problema é que quando os itens são de valor abaixo dos 5.000,001, só retem o IR 1,5%, mais se somar todos os itens o valor total da nota é maior do que R$ 5.000,01, e o sistema continuar retendo apenas o IR, o que devo fazer para que o sistema entenda que as retenções é do total da nota , não dos itens.

Meu cliente quer que a PROFORMA seja feita dentro do B1, no Pedido de Vendas, só que em dolar, o problema é: seleciono a moeda dolar ele traz no valor total da nota, mais o item aparece em Real, o Cliente quer que os sistema converta os valores de real para dolar, pois a Proforma tem que ser toda em dolar. e depois este pedido se torna uma nota fiscal de saida que será copia do pedido e terá que ser convertida para real, no caso o item vem do pedido em dolar.(caso seja feita a conversão)
Existe uma forma de ser feito isto?
Se sim, como seria?

CP de Retenção de Impostos

Colegas,
Estou com uma dúvida quanto a parte de retenção de impostos no SAP B1.
Quando entro com uma NF que tem, por exemplo ISS, essa nota é lançada e gerada o CP para ela.
Porém como será feito o pagamento do imposto retido??
Tenho que gerar um CP quando chegar a guia de recolhimento??
Tem como lançar junto com a NF de entrada e ser gerado um CP para a NF e outro CP para o Imposto??

Vou dar o exemplo do procedimento que uso na empresa, como você disse, toda vez que lançamos a NF que tem ISS, ele gera o contas a pagar para a NF, e também gera um valor lá na conta de ISS.
Todo inicio de mês, nós verificamos o que foi lançado nessa conta de ISS (por exemplo 10 notas), o pessoal do fiscal gera as guias de ISS e lançamos no sistema.
Criamos um código de serviço (640020062), só para lançar a guia, no exemplo real abaixo, lançamos a guia para a prefeitura.
assim o resto funciona naturalmente, contas a pagar para prefeitura, para o fornecedor, etc. e sai tudo nos relatórios.
Adotamos o procedimento de lançar qualquer tipo de pagamento pela nota de entrada. assim fica fácil criar relatórios e consultas para o setor financeiro.
Esse esquema automático eu tenho em um outro sistema que rodamos aqui na empresa (MULTIX), ele é legal, faz tudo isso automaticamente, quando eu gero uma nota de entrada, ele já gera automaticamente todas as outras notas de entrada dos impostos retidos (ISS, INSS, IRRF, etc), com seu financeiro na data especifica do pagamento do imposto. Esse esquema automático não sei se existe no SAP.
