Retriggering of checks after input in transactions

Hi all,
I'm working on an enjoy transaction on an old R3 system (46C).
When an user enters some info (e.g. by writing into an input field and pressing "enter"), the following - standard - sequence is triggered:
(the user press enter) 1-> standard code execution 2-> USER EXITS 3-> ... 4
Now; i have to implement a check in an user exit and I'd like to obtain a sort of rollback in case of negative check.
The idea is as follows: if the field X has been changed, ask the user (via popup) to confirm. If the user confirms then the flow should go regularly. If the user says "no", I'd like to "rollback" the modification.
Now; the situation the user changes is dynamically updated using IMPORT/EXPORT to memory.. so the problem to restore the previous situation is quite easy.
The problem is, after that field X has been restored to the previous value in 3, how can I "rollback" from 3 to 1?
Alternatively; is there a way, after 3 has been executed, to trigger again the sequence from scratch after restoring the correct field value?
The problem is generated because that changed value also triggers some standard behaviours that I'd like not to be executed if the user want to undo the change. Another solution could be to trigger again the sequence when restoring the value.

Solved. Unfortunately it didn't solved my task, anyway the param EX_RECHECK_ITEM in some mereq's exits should do the trick.

CRM 5.0 Billing - 'No data found..................check your input' message

I am facing this message :
"No data found for the criteria specified - check your input'
This occurs when : (CRM Billing)
1.
I try the step "Maintain Billing due list',punch in a 'Billing Type' and hit Maintain(F8)
- I get the above message & it does not show my released document number to proceed further w/ Individual or Collective Billing.
2.
I try the step "Maintain Billing due list',punch in a 'Billing Type' and error free "Service Order' or a 'Service Confirmation' document number that is released.

Background:
I am working on a CRM Service scenario of Service Order to billing and another Service Order to Confirmation to Billing scenario.
I have done a check of the prerequistes: (Input Processing)
Billing type, item category, item category determination etc - looks perfect.
Anybody facing similar situations & got to the problem, would greatly appreciate your wisdom for the benefit of all .
(any threads, SAP Notes, documentation, pointers , soulations would be appreciated)

What he meant was: did you go to txcode: CRM_SRVBIL to release the transaction for billing purpose.
This has to be done before your billing due list are filled with the billable items.

Impact of EU check box in OY01 transaction

Hi,
Can any one explain me the impact of EU check box in OY01 transaction code, as per my knowledge if we selectthe EU check box the country for which we selected the check box it will fall upder the EU tax countries and the same by default will appear while creating Sales Order, but after doing this transaction where we cansee the impact of this chage to this specific country.
pls. suggest me on this and correct me if my assumption is wrong.

Hi,
Not really. The check box will allow certain information to be entered in the company code and customer / vendor master for EU countries. By default it is coded with the country, ie. if you want to put this check on for any other country additional functionalities will not be activated.
As an example, if you go into Company code global parameters in Financial accounting, in the detail screen you will see a button for Additional data. Click on that, you will see additional fields which will only be visible for countries which have the EU check on.
Most of the impact due to this check box is related to EU reporting and usually master based and not transaction based.

Getting error after enabling the Transaction in SSIS package in Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard machine

Hi,
I created a package with "Execute SQL Task and Data Flow Task". I am able to execute successfully in my server having
"Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard" Operating System.
But after enabling the Transaction in my SSIS Package I am not able to execute it. It is giving error. The same package is running in my local machine with Transaction enabled on
Windows 7 Operation System.
The error which I got in my server after enabling the Transaction is
"The SSIS Runtime has failed to enlist the OLE DB connection in a distributed transaction with error 0x8004D025
"The partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions.". End Error "
I search with this error message in google and found some solutions in the following links

Please compare the DTS settings on the Windows 7 computer and the Windows Server 2008 R2 computer and make sure they are identical. Make sure the “Allow Inbound” and “Allow Outbound” options are check, and pay attention to the authentication mode as
well.
Besides, make sure both Distributed Transaction Coordinator (TCP-In) and Distributed Transaction Coordinator (TCP-Out) rules in Firewall are enabled.
If the issue persists and there are any security/anti-virus software, temporarily disable the security/anti-virus software and check the issue again.

Since it is a freshly installed system, I recreated the table in the database via transaction SE14.
I check the other tables process in the current phase and the other tables are consistent.

Hi. As long as you're sure there's a transaction going on, and the connection
is a transaction-aware object (from a TxDataSource), either will be fine.
In the first scenario the actual semantics of the close() call are less than
normal, because we really don't close the connection or return it to the
pool until the actual transaction commits, and in the second case, we have
already taken the connection out of your service as of the commit().
The second scenario is the usual coding style. If there's ever a chance your
code will get non-transaction-aware connections, it is crucial to close
connections, and I always recommend putting the close() in a finally block
so it's guaranteed to happen.

How to check current input/output rate on router (2821, etc..) subintenterface via SNMP, like cacti monitoring system.
I cant find OID to make this with snmpwalk.
Or there is no way to check current load by this way? Only polling?

What are the things to check after full imp in 10g?Only public database links which are in use by your these users which you export/import (Only if you did user level export/import and not DB level).
If you log files does not show error during creation of any object, you don't need to double check any thing. Otherwise do on with the method which you mentioned by counting the objects.
Or you can create a database link from source to destination and use a query with MINUS to find out if there is any object missing

i am facing an issue while making sto's

do i need to customise some settings

Go to OMS2 click material type for this material you have taken..
Then click quantity/value updating, then for your valuation area ( i.e plant), click the quantity updating and value updating indicator.
