Revaluation not picking up all documents

Hi
The revaluation program is not picking up all foreign currency GRIR documents.  I've checked and the exchange rates are different and the items are open, but when we run the revaluation program it skips certain documents.  Has anyone ever come accross this issue?
Thanks

I think that you posted this on the wrong forum.  This is the asset accounting forum.  Revaluation usually refers to the revaluation of assets.  I think that you are asking about currency revaluations.  You shold post your question in the correct forum.

  • Payment proposal not picking up all documents

    We have several credit memos for one vendor that are not picked up by the payment proposal run even though their due dates are within the payment run.  These credit memos are manually created through FB60 and not through MIRO.  In the payment proposal, the error log says "due items with currency USD, pmt method W - items total is >0".   The same payment proposal picked up all other invoices (for the same vendor) correctly.   These invoices have the same payment method as the credit memos and the credit memo due dates are prior to the payment date.
    If anybody can point me in the right direction as to what to look for, I'd appreciate it.

  • "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" option not working with all documents

    Said option (found under Edit/Preferences, category Documents), which works like an automatic bookmark in that it takes you back to the same place you were at when you last closed a document, is very useful, but apparently doesn't work with *all* documents.
    - Does anyone know what determines whether a given document works with this option or not?
    - Is this by design or a bug? A matter of PDF format version?
    - Is there a way to work around the problem?
    I've compared two documents, only one of which works with the option, to determine what the relevant difference may be, and found two suspects (under File/Properties): the PDF version (1.5 in the document that works, 1.4 in the one that doesn't), and 'Fast Web View' ('yes' in the document that works, 'no' in the one that doesn't).
    Thanks,
    Michael

    This seems to be a problem with some PDF files.
    Suggested workaround: If the PDF you have allows "Save As", then try save-as to a new file. The "Restore last view settings when reopening documents" option should then work as expected (in the new file).

  • Data Merge not picking up all data fields

    Hi,
    I've been having a problem, posted here: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1217090
    Essentially, I have been using the script 'CSV2Tables' to prepopulate simple 2 column tables with information drawn from a CSV data source.
    The tables consist of a title, and a block of information about that specific subject. Many of the blocks of information I am importing also contain data tags (<<DataTag>>)
    The plan is to use CSV2Tables to populate the tables, then change data source and run a normal ID Data Merge to replace all of the <<tags>> within the tables with information from a second CSV data source.
    The problem is, CSV2Tables is importing the data and prepopulating the tables just fine, but the data tags that are found within each body of text are being picked up as plain text (as Peter Spier has pointed out, they are being drawn from a plain text stream rather than being dragged from the Mail Merge panel) so when I try to run the ID Mail Merge, none of the fields are found within my document.
    My question is - is there a method, or script available out there that can essentially do a Find/Change within a document, and replace plain text that appears like this <<PlainText>> with a Data Tag that is recognised by ID, which will allow me to run a Data Merge?
    I have been told to check out some of the commercial plugins available out there, but registering and setting up demo's would require me to contact our IT provider for each, and that would be an exhaustive process.
    Any help is much appreciated.

  • Udev/dmraid not picking up all partitions of a fake RAID setup!

    Hey all. I've been having a problem with my RAID setup in Arch.  At first Arch wasn't picking up a partition on one of my arrays, (a single large NTFS partition on a 2TB array between two 1TB drives) but after re-creating the RAID array in the Intel Storage Manager I have a different problem. Arch now find the single large partition, but now /dev/mapper isn't populated with the other two partitions on the other array that my operating systems are on (Arch and Windows), when it used to just fine!  The only thing I changed was re-creating the partition table on the other array, so I don't know what's going on.
    Upon trying to boot, GRUB  comes back with the error described on the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/In … oot_device
    However I can't boot into the fallback image either!  This means that I can't apply the fix as described in the wiki.
    I'm starting to think there is a limitation in Arch where it can only handle a certain number of mapper devices (seems to be 3), or maybe it only detects the partitions on the first detected array? Now that I recreated the partition table on the larger array, it seems like that's the array that's detected first in both a GParted live session and Arch.  But in a live GParted session, /dev/mapper was fully populated with all of my disks and partitions... so why is it that Arch can only find the partitions on one of the RAID arrays?
    If you guys need any additional information just let me know... I really want to get my Arch setup up and working so I don't have to use Windows all that often (only games that don't work well in Wine).

  • Lookout 6.1 Backup server not picking up all drivers for client links

    We are running Lookout 6.1. We have a server and four clients, with one fo the clients acting as the backup server when the server goes down. We have been making loads of changes lately and decided to test by closing lookout on the server and we found the backup seemed to successfully pick up control, but while it had items we had created/ modified (buttons for modbus commands and feedback information from drives), it did not have the connection to the linked drives for command and feddback. while it was missing recent items it still had items present from years past that did function and feedback correctly, all things being on the same TCP/IP network. it seems we may not have all the correct info being backed up in a timely manner to the correct place on the backup server. Is the SQL file in the lookout\database folder an important part of this? can i simply shut down SQL processes via task manager and then copy the 1.15GB sql file over top of the 850MB sql file on the backup server? when instructed to have a COPY of the L4P primary file from the server computer in the standby computer, which one could it be. there are several, and the dates seem to be older. i am sure there is more...

    The hypertrend use Citadel service to transfer the data between computer, while the live data is different, so your problem is probably in networking setting or firewall.
    If you have firewall on either computer, follow these KBs.

    Lookout client software doesn't install MAX.exe, but if you have MAX.exe on the client computer, you can use MAX to check the connection. In MAX, try to view the remote trace.
    You can also use the NI Hypertrend ActiveX object to check the connection. Create a client process with just a NI Hypertrend ActiveX object. Move it to client computer. Edit its properties and add a trace, then try to view the remote trace. See the attached screenshot. If the Citadel communication has problem, you will not see the database or the trace.
    The ActiveX object doesn't fix the problem, but can tell you whether the remote connection is good or not.

  • Create Form not picking up all of the PDF checkbox fields.

    I am using MS Word 2010 and Acrobat Pro X.
    I have a Word template with a series of content control checkboxes that I am converting to PDF. Then I'm using Acrobat "Create Form" function to create a form with interactive checkboxes.
    The checkboxes that are NOT indented in the Word template are getting picked up by Acrobat. Checkboxes that ARE indented are not getting picked up.
    Can anyone tell me why or what I might do to correct this issue?
    Thanks.

    Thanks for the response. OpenOffice isn't really an option. I love that suite, and I use it at home, but my company is knee-deep in Microsoft Office. Have to be a good soldier, for now anyway.
    As far as checkbox dependency, I was thinking I could write some javascript to sort through all the checkboxes in the form and make them all independent. Can you tell me which attribute or property I should be searching for?
    As I wrote before, I need to get this to a point that it can be automated.
    Thanks again.

  • Data loads is not picking up all records

    Hello, wonder if anyone ever encountered the following problem.  I've been trying to load a flat file to BPC and for a year now, we've had no issues.  This time however, it seems that not all records were loaded, eventhough the status indicated the correct number of rows were successfully loaded.  Any ideas what may be causing this?  I've checked the conversion files, account dimension and nothing has changed.  Any help with this is greatly appreciated.  Ideas on how / where to check for potential trouble spots are all welcome.
    Thanks in advance.
    David

    Hello,
        If you are using the standard SSIS package import, the rejected record should be reported into the log file at the end. However, in order to see if there are rejected records or not, you can try to validate your transformation file using the same import file.
    You can also verify also the temporary files generated into D:\BPC\Data\Webfolders\APSHELL_Sorin\Finance\PrivatePublications. In this way you can find the right calues imported into the cube.
        How you check if data is loaded or not?
    Best regards,
    Mihaela

    Does anyone know if I can damage my arch install by using mkinitcpio through a Debian live-cd?  I'm going to try and use one to remake my initrd by chrooting using this guide: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/In … oot_device
    Basically the commands I'm looking to execute would be this:
    # mount /dev/mapper/isw_ArchRaidPartition /mnt/
    # mount -o bind /dev /mnt/dev
    # mount -t proc none /mnt/proc
    # mount -t sysfs none /mnt/sys
    # chroot /mnt /bin/bash
    (edit mkinitcpio.conf according to wiki, inserting the "sleep" hook)
    # mkinitcpio -p 3.0-arch
    So my question is would using the commands from a debian live distro work? I have to use debain since arch live-installs don't detect my arch raid partition, like how I described above.  I also can't boot into fallback.

  • Generate accessors does not pick up all member variables

    jdev 9052
    i have a class containing the following member variables:
    private String PrincipalName = null;
    private String DisplayName = null;
    private String Surname = null;
    private String FullName = null;
    private String Identifier = null;
    private String Givenname = null;
    private String Email = null;
    private String RemoteAddress = null;
    private String LoggedIn = null;
    i right click in the editor and select generate accessors. The dialog pops up, but only has DisplayName, GivenName, LoggedIn and RemoteAddress. once i generate the accessors for these, it then says 'There are no methods to generate'
    am i missing something here? why doesn't it recognise ALL my member variables??

  • Gather_schema_stats not picking up all tables

    My Oracle version is 9.2.0.5 and OS is unix on AIX 4.3
    I am trying to Analyze all tables and indexes in my current schema using :
    execute dbms_stats.gather_schema_stats(ownname=>null, cascade=>true);
    However, out of the 29 tables that the current user owns, only 23 tables has LAST_ANALYZED to the date when this was run. 6 of the tables don't have a LAST_ANALYZED date.
    What may be the reason that those 6 tables are skipped during analyze? They definitely belong to the same user and also they are not partitioned tables. Is there any place I can check ?
    Thanks

    You hit Bug#2453682
    As workaround use dbms_stats.gather_tables_stats on object tables
