RG23A Part1 entries not printed in registers

Dear Gurus,
Transaction J1IEX generated RG23A PART1 and RG23A PART2 Entries and Internal Excise Invoice Number:
Internal excise Invoice Number - 2848
RG23A PART1 - 780
RG23A PART2 - 630
RG23A PART1 and RG23A PART2 Resisters are extracted using J2I5 and Printed using ZJ2I6.
After Extracting RG23A PART2, showing entry (630) in print preview of RG23A PART2 Register which is generated using J1IEX
But after extracting RG23A PART1 Register, not showing entry (780) which is generated using J1IEX in RG23A PART1 Register.
Do we need to post J1i5 before extracting J2i5, so that entries are printed in RG23A PArt1 register

Dear Gurus,
Find the current scenario, what we executed. we do not have a Purchase order as the Material moves with Movement Type 323 (TR. Code QAC2) from Storage location to storage location:
1. We entered J1IEX for Excise Value credit with option of Without Purchase Order noticed an entry in both the tables of J_1IPart1 and J_1IPart2
2. We ran J1I5 for Movement Type 323 u2026 Entry was recorded in J_1IPArt1 table
3. Run J2I5 for the Register extract
4. Run ZJ2I6 for the Register print
RG23 A Part 2 register print has the Value Credit entry
RG23 A Part 1 register print does not have either of the 2 above entries ( from J1IEX and J1I5)
My queries
1. J1IEX generates a Part 1 Entry into the table u2013 should this not be in the print
2. If J1IEX records an entry into the Part 1 table do we need to run J1I5 again for 323 as this posts 1 more record
3. ZJ2I6 needs to print the Part1 Entry for this scenario. Currently it does not

    Hi Prashanth,
    I was just going through your message, Here I have one clarification, Is it really required to capture the excise invoice for Storage Location to Storage Location transfer of Materials. Excise is only applicable when the movements happens between two plants.. Please once again cross verify this transaction. As per my understanding the there is no necessity of capturing the excise invoice for this transaction.
    Please do correct me if I am wrong!!!

  • Creating a fillable PDF form, check box entries do not print

    Hello.
    I am creating a PDF in Acrobat Pro for Adobe Reader users to enter information, with an option to print after the form is completed. I've added check box fields for users to indicate various options. However, when checked, these fields do not print.
    In the properties dialog, the field is visible - so theoretically it should print. All other form fields added to the document print, except for check boxes.
    Could this be a font issue? I notice that Adobe Pi font is used for check boxes, however, Zapf Dingbats is being substituted (I can see this in the Document Properties/Fonts dialog).

    Thank you so much for the quick response. This will be a huge help! I hate to be a bother, but can you tell me the steps to create the script or give me a reference/resouce to use? I have used adobe products quite a bit, but this is my first time creating a PDF Fillable Form that will be distributed for use by several people so I am a little lost.
    Also, I seem to be running into one more problem that I am hoping you can help me figure out. On the form there is a question for the recipient  to answer by checking one of two boxes, yes or no. Depending on the answer an action is initiated. This feature works perfectly, however the issue is that when the recipient choses "yes" he/she is directed to fill out four additional fields that I currently have set as "required", but when the recipient choses "No" the four additional fields are hidden yet still required. This becomes an issue when the recipient has completed the form and tries to submit the form. An error message pops up notifying the user there are required fields that are empty and must be completed before submission.
    My thought is (in a perfect world) one of these two options would be ideal:
    1. When the "No" option is chosen the four additional fields are changed from required to not required, or
    2. When the "No" option is chose the four additional required fields are autopopulated with NA.
    Either remedy would work just fine, however I am open to suggestions... Again thank you so much for your help with my previous question and thank you in advance for any information/help/advice you can provide in regards to my second question. 

  • Part1 is not updating in  J1IEX

    Dear Experts,
    I am  posting GR  for import po,  in the excise tab  all the excise duties are visible in MIGO  I am updating RG23A Part1 through J1I5, system is giving me message records successfully processed,but when I am capturing excise invoice through J1IEX  Part1 tab is appearing  and PO QUANTITY is  also visible ,but  the excise duties are not updating, BED, ECSS, SHCESS  all are zero,
    Please suggest,

    if your posting the import po menas giving the input of duties in po conditions only.
    Basically CVD values updating to jmop only. means basic excise only. so just check setoff entry is maintained for jmx1,jex1 and jhx1. here no need to maintain separatly for import po like other only.
    if your using the TAXINN procedure check
    path LG-TAX ON GOODS-BASIC SETTINGS- INDIA-DETERMINATION OF EXCISE DUTY-MAINTAIN EXCISE DEFAULTS.
    here check maintain properly or not ? check the classify the condition types.

    I cant access any printers, not even the virtual printers.
    What I would do is use ProcMon to find out why that Event entry was written.  Then I imagine I would get a clue about a .dll which might be involved, which hopefully might be registerable.  Since IE9 there have been new .dll  involving printing
    which have not been reflected in any of our repair tools.  However, instead of modifying our old scripts to reflect this fact, I have been advocating, so far unsuccessfully, that Microsoft create a proper IE Repair tool, one which does not rely on such
    unreliable techniques.   E.g. a better method of repairing would be to have it done by a proper troubleshooter (an .msdt file) but so far it seems nothing has been done in that way for these symptoms (again, assuming the cause is registry corruption
    and not simple interference from now incompatible third-party programming--the fix for that would be to identify and remove the incompatibilities.)   For example.

  • Dunning notice not printed, forms for MAHNR '0003' RBUKM '1000 do not exist

    Hi,
    I have scheduled a 'DUNN' run 'F150' transaction for customer (say) '1390' and company code '1000'.
    I have also assigned the appropriate forms in the SPRO (customizing) settings.
    When I click on 'Individual dunn notice' and execute, I get the following message.
    Dunning notice for account: 'D ' '0000001390 ' was not printed.
    Forms for MAHNR: '0003 ', RBUKM: '1000 ', KOART: 'D ' do not exist (T047E)
    Although the respective entries do exist in 'T047E'.
    What would be the reason? What do I need to do?

    Hi Harsh,
    So first time it was run means the settings are configured properly but once again check it in correspondence tab in Customer master .There give the Dunning area beside the dunning process at dunning area button in dunning data .
    Check it is there any Dunning Block
    Did you given the forums like  F150_DUNN_01  at dunning text button in T.code FBMP.There we have to give the Dunning forums in what you mention dunning levels.

    4                F150_DUNN_02

  • Hp laserjet 100 color mfp m175 does not print from network nor via usb cable

    My hp laserjet 100 color mfp m175 just stopped printing last week. I have tried everything recommended but nothing works. I have re-install it both on wireless network and usb connection = nothing works. It prints all internal reports but nothing from any computer. I have 3 computers which I have tried to print from. It even does not print the test page. Please dont recommend to update drivers etc. as I have spend 2 whole days on this and nothing works!

    I see by your post that you are unable to print by a USB or Wireless connection on 3 different computers, but the printer will print the hardware self tests. I can help you with this.
    Download and run the Print and Scan Doctor. It will diagnose the issue and might automatically resolve it. Find and fix common printer problems using HP diagnostic tools for Windows?
    For the USB connection, follow these steps if the there are no errors from the Print and Scan Doctor.
    (once we get the printer printing this way, we can setup the wireless)
    Here are steps to remove the jobs from the spool folder and restart the print spooler.
    How to Clear Current Print Queue In Windows Vista & Windows 7.
    Follow the steps in this document to get to the device manager to check for the printer entries.
    How do I get into Windows Device Manager?
    Then click on Identifying problems in Windows Device Manager.
    In the list click on Universal Serial Bus controllers and look for USB mass storage device and USB printing support, (make sure any other printers are turned off or disconnected)
    Let me know what it showed in the device manager.
    Check to make sure the proper port is selected.
    Go to start, Devices and Printers, right click the printer and left click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab.
    Make sure the USB has a check mark beside it, if not put the check mark there and apply the changes.
    Check the print Queue.
    In the Devices and Printers folder.
    Right-click the name of the product and then click See what's printing .
    Click the Printer button, then click Cancel All Documents if there are any documents in the queue.
    Click Yes to confirm the action.
    If documents remain in the print queue, restart the computer.
    Try printing again.
    What operating system are you using on the 3 computers? How to Find the Windows Edition and Version on Your Computer.
    What were the results when you ran the Print and Scan Doctor? (did it print or scan, any error messages)
    Print a configuration page to see also if the printer has a valid IPV4 address, so we have that information for when we setup the wireless. Printing a Configuration Report.
    Provide the first 3 sets of numbers in the IPV4 address.
    Please provide in detail the results if you are still having issues.

    Follow the path:
    SPRO--> MM --> Purchasing --> Messages --> Texts for Messages ---> Define texts for Purchase Order
    Double click on "Texts for Document Item" under Dialog Structure
    Click on new entries and then Fill the following fields:
    Pur. Doc. Category: Purchase Order
    Print Operation: New
    Doc. Type: NB
    Item Category: Standard
    Text Object: Purchasing Doc. Item texts (EKPO)
    Text Id: Info Record PO Text (F02)
    Print Sequence: 2
    Print Priority: 1
    and then Save

  • Barcodes are not printing

    Hi,
    We have a printronix printer model Printronix T5304 with the device type added LB_PRI. The requirement is Barcode printing and i have added the 2 Barcodes ZUCC_LA
    ZUCC_SP to this device type but still the Barcodes are not printing. Can you suggesst me is there any other device type that i can use to test. I would request you to check the belwo output status also.
    Output status: The status of the output request is showing complete and the spool list showing the barcodes but when physically printing barcodes are not printing only numbers are printing. I checked the entry has been correctly updated in print controle area. But not sure how to change the character format to match in the sapscript.

    Hope you are using the new bar code technology while creating the barcode in SE73. This could be the possible reason for the barcode not getting printed.

    I have changed PE51 form , here i include one table  field ( table is custom table)
    through <b>pe51_checktab</b>, Everything is running fine on form but value is not printing in output.
    the custom table has two fields PERNR and LTEXT.
    for each person a quote is to be printed through LTEXT field if an entry exist.
    Wat i have to do next, whether I need to change a standard program to populate this one ?? can anybody suggest me on this.

    If you have changed the SCRIPT, then you need to look out for the Driver program & build logic to populate those fields in Driver program.
    If you have change the SMARTFORM, then build logic in Smartform itselft to retrieve data for those fields.

  • Officejet Pro 8620 will not print old documents, only newly created ones

    When I use the driver designed for the printer I can only print documents (Word, Excel, and Publish 2007) that are new, as long as I have not copied and pasted or inserted sheets from previously created documents.  It will not print any Outlook 2007 emails but it prints PDF's fine. Also, the printer works fine with driver for deskjet 990c but limits my options on page size and the margin on the right side won't change and are way to big for most of my documents.  Any thoughts?

    Running the Print and Scan Doctor might help. The HP Print and Scan Doctor is a free utility (tool) that helps to quickly resolve common printing, scanning and connectivity issues including but not limited to:
    Connectivity:
    USB: Verifies that the USB connection from your computer to the HP product is working correctly.
    Network: Verifies that the network connection between your computer and your network is working correctly.
    Device Status Test: Checks for device errors such as out of paper, paper jams, carriage stalls, and paper feed issues, and then provides instructions for fixing the error.
    Driver Check: Checks for missing or corrupt driver files.
    Device Manager: Checks for problems in Device Manager that would prevent printing.
    Device Online: Checks if the product has been paused or set to offline, and then sets the status back to online if necessary.
    Print Queue: Checks for and clears pending print jobs in the print queue (a log of print jobs waiting to print).
    Port Match: Checks the port settings for the HP product.
    Device Conflicts: Checks for conflicts with other drivers, such as other printer brands.
    Ink Issues: Checks the cartridges and ink levels for issues that affect print quality.
    Print Settings: Checks and adjusts the print quality settings.
    Test Print: Prints a test page for print quality evaluation, and provides options for cleaning and aligning the printhead if necessary.
    Scan Tests: Checks the scan mechanism, drivers, and registry entries.

    If that does not resolve the issue, post back and let me know if there are any symbols other than green check marks and what they are next to of course. The wrench is not always easy to spot as the wrench and the check mart are in the green circle.
    If you see only green check marks (), the tool did not find any problems.
    If you see green wrenches (), the utility identified an issue and corrected it automatically.
    If you see yellow exclamation points (), the test failed and required user action, but the step was skipped.
    If you see a red X (), follow the on-screen instructions to resolve the issue.

  • Retro entires in HR Forms are not printed when using device type ZHPP3005

    Hi All,
    We are doing a HCM implementation. We are using HP P3005n printer and ZHPP3005 device type to print our HR forms. We are using ZCalibri font.These are smartforms. Everything was printing perfectly.
    Then there were retro calculations made to these forms.Strangely, the forms doesn't display these retro entries in the print preview using ZHPP3005 device type. Only the retro entries throughout the form are not printing. All other entries get printed.
    When we use device type HPLJIIID, we get these retro entries printed in our form however the format of the form gets changed.
    Now, we want to use device type ZHPP3005 and get these retro entries printed. How would we achieve this? Is this a device type issue? Or, anything needs to be done in the smartform? Why is this issue?
    Please help. Quick response will be appreciated. We are nearing our Go Live date and needs this resolved immediately.

  • Macbook pro OS 10.7.5 will not print

    My MB 10.7.5 will not print to with either one of my Epson printers, inkjet photo printer 4800, and all in one Workforce 545.
    After I send it to the printer the printer window just idles saying that its "sending data to the printer", does the same with both printers. Ive let them idle for plenty of time.
    I followed  all  the advise I read by reseting the printer drives, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted everything many times and still getting the same results.
    I don't think it has anything to do with Epson. Should I upgrade to OS 8?
    Any suggestions are much appreciated.

    I don't know the answer to your problem, but until you resolve it do not upgrade OS X.
    I would suggest you try a reinstall:
    Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks without erasing drive
    Boot to the Recovery HD:
    Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
    Repair
    When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list.  In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive.  If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu.
    Reinstall Lion, Mountain Lion, or Mavericks
    OS X Mavericks- Reinstall OS X
    OS X Mountain Lion- Reinstall OS X
    OS X Lion- Reinstall Mac OS X
         Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet
                     if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
