RMAN question(any option to bypass any internal RMAN errors)

Hi All,
Os : Solaris 10
db : 10.2.0.4
in rman backup script i have mentioned as below before firing backup
CONFIGURE EXCLUDE FOR TABLESPACE 'ABC';
CONFIGURE EXCLUDE FOR TABLESPACE 'DEVELOPER';
CONFIGURE EXCLUDE FOR TABLESPACE 'BACKUP';
CONFIGURE EXCLUDE FOR TABLESPACE 'REPORT';
one of our dba has dropped one tablespace which is not imporatant (ABC)...
same day when backup has fired from cron ..backup has got failed and thrown following error
RMAN-20202: tablespace not found in the recovery catalog
RMAN-06019: could not translate tablespace name "ABC"
My question : is there any way to bypass any such errors (like in "imp" command IGNORE option)
any such options available at RMAN level..?

Hi, Thilina66. You say you have entered the country code but still cannot make international calls. I suppose you are adding the international access code before the country code. This internaltional access code (011 in the US, 00 in Europe, etc.) can be substituted by adding a + sign before the country code.
For example, to call a number in the UK from the US you have to dial:
011 44 7540 267898
or
+44 7540 267898
To call a number in the US from the UK you have to dial:
00 1 212 456 1470
or
+1 212 456 1470
Please check that the contact number in your address book is correctly written if you are dialing directly from the address book or that you enter the correct numbers in the keyboard if you are dialing from the keyboard.

This error was caused by the incorrect site binding, I will give a reference of my test Lab. We add two A records in DNS which the FQDN of CAS and Mailbox could resolve IP address.;
Default Web Site:
Exchange Back End:
Then IIS must be restarted.

I hate to mess with "library" or "events" at this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What folders did you move to the EHD? Any of the basic Home folders? What format is the EHD? It should be OS X Extended (journaled). Do you have any files that iDVD uses on the EHS, i.e. project files, media files?

There is no limit to the record length of an internal table.
There is overall memory limit for every program (as setup by your basis). So, depending on the width of the ITAB, the number of records in ITAB is limited by the assigned memory.

FF 3.6.13 gives 500 Internal Server Error. Cannot open ANY site. Set to Auto Proxy. IE and Chrome working just fine.

I installed FF Beta 4 and it gave me 500 Internal server error at launch. This stood true for any website typed. The Network LAN settings are kept at "auto-detect". So i decided to go back to FF 3.6.13 - but that too gave me the same error ! So i basically cannot use/surf using FF at all. I have kept "auto-detect" proxy in IE and Chrome and are working fine. Also, FF is my Fav and have been using it without any errors prior to IE beta 4 installation. Please help me get back to FF :)

i have create a Web Service using a BDC. and nowaday i have to move from school to onsite.
my school have it own server and onsite has their own.
but the web service i have created in school is working fine, but somehow when i copy it to the onsite company it give INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
my code sure no error because it able to run fine in school
so is there any setting so solve this error??

HI Guanwei,
Only copying a web service to other server is not going to work.
You application have to point to the web service of of your new server.
1. test your webservice through webbrowser and make sure it is running on your new server.
2. in your application just like execute(), you have setEndpoint(), setuser() and setpassword() methods use them to point to same webservice but on new server.
e.g..
wdContext.nodewebservice.().currentwebserviceelement().modelObject()._setEndPoint(point to new server);
wdContext.nodewebservice.().currentwebserviceelement().modelObject()._setUser();
wdContext.nodewebservice.().currentwebserviceelement().modelObject()._setPassword();

MBP 13" - Can't get any internal HDD's to work

I have a MBP 13", about 1.5 years old. For some reason I can't get any internal HDD to work in the computer. I'we tried 3 harddrives including the one that came with the computer and they all cause the computer to freeze.
I can though run the computer on an external hard drive without a problem. But it only works if there is no internal hard drive in the computer, otherwize it will freeze after a short while.
I'we tried reformating the hard drives, but it never works, the computer will always freeze after some while.
So it seems that there is something wrong with the internal mechanism of the computer. I have an appointment with a "Genious" tomorrow, but would love to hear some input from you guys on this malfunction before I go and talk to him.
Btw I'we tried resetting the pram, without any change.
To me it sounds like there is either a problem with the sata cable, or there is something wrong with the disk controller, which would probably mean that I need to change the motherboard. Luckily I think the computer is still under an applecare warranty.
