Dear sap
Posting the Sale or Retirement entry of Fixed Assets While posting the Sale or Retirement entry of Fixed Assets, where VAT is
applicable and we mention VAT Code (like B2 for 4%, B4 for 4.5% VAT) the Profit Centre effect is not catching in VAT Entry. Means eventhough theProfitcentre mention is Upload file the same profit centre not postingin VAT Entry.

Hi Suresh,
Tax line items are auto generated line items by SAP. For these additional account assignments do not happen unless you have document splitting implemented or written a substitution to fill fields like business area or peofit center.
For substitution and document splitting, you can search the forum and get lot of inputs.

    We have sold an asset to a customer.  We want to retire any remaining balance of the asset.  Below is the entry we have inputted in F-92:

    1. In AO90, an asset sale account has to be specified...The field status group of this GL should be G029 or any thing which permits the field "Asset retirement"
    2. In F-92, it is this account which needs to be mentioned and not the prepaid expense account
    a. Enter your Customer No
    b. Enter the Asset sale offset account (posting key 50)
    c. Tick the field "Asset retirement" in this GL and enter the asset details to be retired

  • Restrciting NAST entries while 'print preview' of VA02/03 sales order

    Hi experts,
    While doing 'printing preview' for the displayed  VA03/02 sales order, an entry is created in the NAST table.
    The requirement is to not create(or diffrentiate based on some flag) this entry in NAST table while doing 'printing preview' ..but for actual print the entry in NAST table should be created.
    Finally the main aim is to differentiate between print preview vs actual print based on NAST entry.
    I tried debugging but the parameters for print preview vs actual print  are same.
    How can the print preview action be distinguished from actual print in such cases.

    The requirement is to not create(or diffrentiate based on some flag) this entry in NAST table while doing 'printing preview' ..but for actual print the entry in NAST table should be created.
    For your requirement to differentiate, you can use the field VSTAT in NAST table, this has possible values of 0, 1 and 2.
    0     Not processed
    1     Successfully processed
    2     Incorrectly processed
    So as and when an output type for printing is attached, the status of the output remains '0' until the form is actually printed, so in case of print preview it will remain to be '0'. This will change to '1' once the Print command is actually issued.

  • Incoming orders in COPA not working if Sales Order blocked for Credit Check

    Hi all,
    We need to build a report showing all incoming sales order by entry date and/or change date (change of values or quantities later on). COPA allows to do this, but the problem is that COPA line item table is only updated if the sales order is released from credit check (VKM3). I am looking for a solution to be able to record sales orders in COPA even if they are still blocked for credit check. By doing that we will be able to report all sales orders entered from COPA and provide basis for commissions calculation to the business.
    I have investigated possible COPA enhancements like COPA0005 but it doesn't seem to be used at the time of sales order save.

    As you said , the credit check in the service order is information message "Credit check (maximum percentage for ope
    exceeded)" .
    If you enter and come out this message then one more message will come , i.e., "The business transaction can not be carried out" detail message -  System status CNOK is active (ORD XXXXXXX).
    with the above message , system will not allow to do the Service order release.
    In this particular case , we have done the VKM1 for the sales order to unblock the order from credit check . But again system is checking the credit check at service order (created w.r.t sales order) . we are not able to control this .
    we also suggested the solution to the customer , saying removal of credit check for service orders . But customer requires credit check to happen at both the documents.

  • Sales Order is being processed

    Hi All,
    1) My scenario is sales bom, the header is delivered and the line items are billed, after completion of billing the sales order status for header is complete and the line items status is being  process...due to this these sales orders are showing as open sales orders,
    2) I want to know a sales process for an asset...at the time of purchase there is no excise has been paid, so it means we canu2019t avail the excise at the time sale also... So at the time of sale the cenvat entries will not be there..Kindly give your valuable suggestions...whether the asset should sold without excise...whereas the configuration is with formula based pricing......

    At that point of time, sales order is not in open condition. Actually that return order will be created from service notification through action box items - workflow. Also the sales order no xxxxxx is the return order number & its not the original sales order number.

  • Sales orders due for delivery beyond credit horizon date credit blocked

    Hi
              I have given credit horizon date as 1 month . When I create a sales order which has a single item and schedule line with delivery date after 45 days i.e clearly after the horizon date , document is blocked with credit limit block .
    I am actually testing the cycle after I changed credit horizon date from 3 months to 1 month .
    Is there any thing else to be done like running any reprort , etc ?

    Hi,
    I had the same problem. The Horizon the 1 month mean that every sales order that entry in the systen during the month, will be affected the credit exposure.
    For example.
    Today is 02/july and my horizon are 1 month, so the date are 01/august. Every sales order tha entering in period between july and august will be affect the credit exposure. The sales order entering in 05/august, the credit will be affected. The sales order entering in 30/august, the credit will be affected, but if you enter the sales order in 01/september the credit will not be affect beacause the month is different.
    Another example
    Today is 02/july and my period are 2 months, so the date are 31/august. Every sales order that entering in period between july and august will be affect the credit exposure. If a sales order entering in 01/september, the credit exposure is not be affected, because the month is different.

    Hi Vittorio,
    You can try this method. 
    Create a Sales Group for the particular user. 
    Assign the authorization for the sales group only to that particular user.
    Make the Sales Group mandatory entry while creating the sales order (VA01 screen).
    By doing this the user can can only create / change / display sales orders under his sales group.  Hope this helps.

  • No Logical System Entry in Business System

    When I will send an IDOC from XI to a target R/3 system, I am getting an error "Unable to convert the sender service to an ALE logical system "
    I checked the threads and the problem seems to be, that there is no Logical System recognised by the Business System.
    I'll checked the logical System in the Technical System in SLD, and it is there.
    I checked SALE, and the entry is in the systems.
    But when I go to the Integration Directory and check System-->Adapter Specific Informations, I see an empty entry for "Logical System". The field stays un-editable and when I hit the "Sync with SLD" button, nothing happens.
    Any idea, how to either enter the logical system or make it recognise the SLD entry?

  • Sales office data missing after patching in CRM

    Hi,
    We have CRM 4.0 for internet sales.
    Recently, we patched our Development and QA CRM systems from SAPKU40009 to
    SAPKU40016.
    Immediately after the patching, we see that the Sales office information in the BP (Sales area- organization tab) is missing.  We have only one Sales org and Dist channel with division not active. All the sales office belong to the same sales org. Nothing has changed w.r.t org model before and after patching and all the org units are checked for determintation.
    Everything was working before the patching. Just after patching, we find the sales office information blanked out in the BP and as well as the drop down list is empty.
    I can see the sales office table entries for all the BPs in CRMM_BUT_SET0140. But when ichange the BP data (for some other field) and save, the table entries get deleted as i am not able to assign the sales office any more.
    We have not buffered the attributes. I tried that also and ran the report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE, but it is of no use.
    Can somebody help?

    What you can do is,
    Create a request for a material whose Sales Area data is missing in
    CRM , and perform the request load in transaction:R3AR4.
    And please check whether sales area data flows to CRM.
    Put a filter in txn:R3AC1, to download single material or material
    range.And before performing an initial load in txn:R3AS,please make
    sure that sales area data is missing in CRM.Now, perform the initial
    load in txn:R3AS.And please check whether sales area data flows to
    CRM.
    Check the  filter settings in transaction R3AC1 for
    object MATERIAL and please make sure that it would bring down all
    the expected materials from R/3 along with the sales area data. I guess there is some
    filter setting which is blocking it.
    Please check the entries you have maintained in table MVKE - the entries
    for the sales data maintained here must match with the ones maintained in the
    filters.

  • Enhance Event LIKP to also pass the Sales Order during Change & Delete

    Hi,
    Event/object LIKP is triggered when creating, changing or deleting a Delivery.
    We have workflow links in place, which call custom FM's when creating or changing the delivery. These FM's are able to populate tables during such events.
    However, after a delivery is deleted, there is no way to link it back to the Sales Order. Entries in table VBFA are deleted with the delivery deletion.
    As such, we'd like to enhance event/object LIKP to also store/pass the Sales Order to our custom FM.
    How do I enhance LIKP to do this? I know it's done in SW01 and I might need a new container, but I have no idea on how to do this. Please suggest.

    why would an amount in sales order stock in FB03 be less than the GR/IR amount?
    The GR/IR has correct value from the info record, but the sales order stock entry has the previous price value from material master acct/1.
    Looking for a better understanding.
    Is it due to lack of price date category setting in info record? (should be 3 current date)

    Check first the Price Control in the material master. If it is S ,  Check the price & verify the same in the accounting Document.

    i have small problem, at the time of sales order document entry the system will take only 99core,100core not accepted, now normally we r u doing 90cor is one line item and 10core other line items, so we need two line items, now i want to add both in one line item, here another one is the length of the netorder value is 9charactor are allowed. so if any possiablity is there to enter both in one line.

    For Item proposal you have to use sales doc type PV and it has to use in transaction VA51. Enter the materials you want and give some description at header and save it , After saving it will generate a number . Note the number and enter the number in customer master data ,sales area data in sales tab page for the field Item proposal. Then rise the sales order on the top of menu click the Icon item proposal , Here you have to select the items with or without quantities.
