Sales Order ATP should exclude the stock of a particular st. loc

Hi,
At Sale order creation, ATP check should exclude a particular Sto Location,
Suppose we have Sto Loc 001, 002, 003, 004 & 005, we want to reserve some stock for the next year, so we identify one storage location say 005 and move some stocks to this storage location. Now when the sales people are creating Sales order, the ATP check should exculde stocks from this Storage Location (the stocks in this sto loc should not be considered in ATP).
But for all other purpose like MRP this should be visible. We want the stock to be in unrestricted area in this Sto Loc.
Request you all to propose a feasible solution either through User exit or some configuration.
Thanks in advace,
Navin

Hi All,
Thanks a lot for all the replies, I found in the storage location table T001L, a field ``DISKZ`` settings called ``Storage location MRP indicator`` the details are as follows Storage location MRP indicator
that you use to exclude storage locations from material requirements planning at plant level.
If you do not set this indicator, stock, requirements, and receipts are included in MRP at plant level.
Use
You can exclude storage locations from MRP at plant level in one of two ways:
By excluding storage location stock from MRP
If storage location stock is excluded from MRP at plant level, no receipts for this storage location will be created in the planning run.
By planning storage location stock separately
If storage location stock is planned separately, the storage location is replenished with goods if the stock falls below the reorder point.
Has any one tried this and does this meets the requirement.
Thanks in advance,
Navin Shinde

    3) cancel the sale order
    4) schedule line category should be  CP in sales order

  • It still shows confirmed quantity at sales order in case of no stock

    Hi,
I have the availability check configuration, but my requirement for 0 confirmed quantities at sales order in case of no stock is not working. That is- It still shows confirmed quantity at sales order in case of no stock. Please suggest.
All the setting for availability check is done. I have set the accumulation as 3 in checking group. But still not working.
    Thanks
    Mauryan

    Dear Mauryan,
ATP check will work if you have already turned on ATP check in the following 3 transactions:
    OVZ2
    OVZG
    OVZ8
You need to turn on ATP at your checking group, requirement class, and schedule line category. If one of them is off, then ATP check will not work. See note 547512, Q1.

  • APO gATP vs R/3 ATP - To check sales order ATP across multiple plants

    Hi There,
I am trying to evaluate gATP functionality for SD sales orders.
The primary requirement is to have sales order ATP checking take place across multiple plants.
    E.G.
Sales order line is entered for qty 100
60 is available in plant A, 40 is available in plant B
System checks both plants and creates 2 lines - one for delivery from plant A and one for delivery from plant B
(we are currently heading down the road of writing ABAP to do this 'multi-plant' check in R/3 but the more complex the requirements get the more interested I am in understanding more about APO/gATP)
I would like to understand the benefit of implementing APO / gATP as opposed to using standard R/3 ATP and perhaps writing custom ABAP code to search for inventory across multiple plants.
I would appreciate any insight regarding what is required to setp gATP to perform such checking and any other feedback regarding this issue - especially if you have had to implement something similar at your company.
I have looked here but not much clear help:
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_scm50/helpdata/en/26/c2d63b18bc7e7fe10000000a114084/frameset.htm
    Thanks,
    Niall

    Hi Niall
you are probably looking at RBATP (Rule based ATP). Look at transaction /sapapo/rba04 in APO where you develop your own location and product substitution rules. Going down an ABAP road in R/3 may work short-term but not long-term as the requirements may get more complex.

  • How to make sales order items appear on the billing due list?

    Dear All,
We are using SAP CRM 5.0 standalone and we want to use CRM Billing.
All necessary configuration has been done to enable CRM Billing on sales orders.
Here is the list of what have been done:
    1. Defined Billing unit and assigned to my sales organization.
    2. Created billing document type for sales order (F2 as standard).
    3. Defined billing item category (TAN as transaction-based billing after complete)
    4. Defined billing item category determination (for trans. type TA, item category TAN, billing item category will be TAN)
With all the above configuration, when I created a sales order (TA), set the order status to 'completed' and save it, I checked the item status, it is 'completed for billing'. However, when I ran 'Process Billing Due List', nothing has been picked up.
I checked the order line item, and found that the 'Delivered Qty' field is 0. Could this be the reason? I set the item category TAN billing relevancy to be 'Transaction-based after completion', then it should not care about delivery, right?
Please provide your input. Thanks so much in advance!
    Regards,
    Leon

    Dear Rekha,
Thanks for your detailed reply. It seems that all the config points you mentioned in your email have already been covered. However I still don't see anything on my billing due list.

  • Sales Order ATP (ECC) with Working Times - available customizing methods?

    Dear All.
We're having some issues with sales order atp and working times.
Seems like the sales order atp function is not looking at the time zone assigned to the working times.  I would have guessed the time zone would have come from the shift sequence or just the time zone off the shipping point or plant.
Seems like it's taking the time zone assigned to the user though.
Any thoughts on this ECC functionality?
Seems like it works ok if atp is checked in APO.
Otherwise, we may need to do a little customizing update the material availability date to the correct date, or update the correct timezone if possible, or possibly roll back the confirmed dates by one day if the  request misses the cut off on the working times due to the delta in the timezone checked.
    I've been reviewing:
userexit_availability_in, userexit_availability_out, exit_saplatpc_001, and userexit_check_vbep but nothing jumps out at me as a good option.
Any thoughts on an approach for this?
Anyone made any similar updates through userexit, badi, cmod, other?
Looking for structures, tables, fields in these programs which we could use for this purpose, or possibly just adding a check to skip the working times under certain circumstances.
    Many thanks.

More on this one (below) in case anyone has come across this before and found a reasonable solution to it.
Looks like there is an OSS note on this, but it just describes the fact that it doesn't work.  The note = 547961, and looks to be related to #7.  I'm not sure how adjusting the transportation duration would help as it suggests. Seems like we would then just be sending more packages overnight rather than ground.
Going to take a look at adding some custom code to set the material availability date (mbdat) to the correct date based on the shipping point cut off time.
Any extra input would be helpful on issues this might cause, how to go about, etc.....
Thinking that we could roll the mbdat back one day if the item was confirmed but was rolled forward one day due to the time zone issue.
Looking at mverf, mverf_pos, xvbep.  Others?
One possible issue I can think of is that initial delivery scheduling for the requested date has already been completed before the ATP check.  But not sure if there's a userexit, routine, badi, etc... available specific to the delivery scheduling peice?
    Thanks again!

  • Direct URL to open the Sales order transaction based on the Transacation ID

    Hi All,
               Please help me...
When i click the below link then it will navigate to the sales order transacation.
    https://dev1crm...:18020/sap(bD1lbiZjPTIwMCZkPW1pbg==)/bc/bsp/sap/crm_bsp_frame/entrypoint.do?appl=CRMD_BUS2000115&blview=&analyze=X
but my requirement is, now i have to create a differnet url for different transaction ID's.
Let us consider few sales order transacation ID's :
    6500000001
    6500000002
    6500000003
    6500000004
    6500000005
now i will  create a hyper link to these transaction id's  from the portal screen, and when ever user clicks on any of these transaction id, then i should navigate to the sales order transaction by showing the details about this transaction id.
Please do suggest me how to handle this.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Sales order ATP

    HI all,
How to find the component lead time for a material during sales order ATP process. I am looking for a FM which would give me the exploded component list with commited date. I will be using this date in a user exit of sales order.
    Thanks in advance.

    SC,
Is the question that you have related to the SAP Business One integration for SAP NetWeaver (B1i) or is your question with respect to the Business One SDK?  I ask as I am not sure what "ATP" stands for.  If you question is with respect to the SAP Business One SDK, you will want to post yor question in the "SAP Business One SDK Discussion Forum" id related to the SDK.

  • Cancelation of Sales order shipment doesnt reduce the withdrawal quantity

    Hi,
I have this scenario, where if a Sales order shipment gets cancelled with a 602 Goods movement, I dont see the correct reflection of withdrawal quantity in RRP3. For eg: There was a total of 26 shipments initially, the withdrawal qty is 26 in APO, User cancelled quantity of 3 of them from a sales order delivery, so ideally the Forecast Tab in RRP3 should indicate 23 in Withdrawal and the 3 should be in the Allocated column.
    FYI:
Forecast Consumption happens in SNP ( Consumption characteristics are Material/Plant/Customer ).
Please advise whether we are missing any Config or is this a standard beheavior where the withdrawal quantity remains static irrespective of Delivery cancelation.
    Regards
    Gk

    Hi Gopakumar,
If CIF is not useful for you in getting the right qty, order in live cache is not getting updated.
in ECC you can run SDRQCR21 by giving order number can be useful as suggested by Bhramankar.
Or you can delete the order & its delivery from live cache.
    1) get Order GUId from /SAPAPO/OM16
    2) Provide the internal order number in /SAPAPO/OM_DELETE_INCON_ORDERS and delete the order from live cache.
    3) Do CIF for the sales order and check, data will be replicated.
    Thanks,
    Bala.

  • Delivery proposal not possiblre in sales order atp check screen

    Hi Gurus,
The system is giving a messsage saying delivery proposal not possible in sales order atp screen and i'm able to save teh sales order but it doesnot show up in MD04. I want the sales orrder to show up in MD04.
    PLesae help
    Thanks
    Anusha

    Hi,
    Now you have to provide additional information about your scenario;
    1) Is it a new material created that gives this problem?
    2) Did you create any new MRP type or schedule line category?
    3) When you say some materials-sales order is not seen in MD04 and some seen in MD04. Is there any any difference between the materials like in types, MRP views etc?
    From SPRO side,
You also need to check the transfer of requirement settings in t.code OVZ1 for what requirement type assigned  to your MRP type and item category. Also check the properties  of the  requirement type  in t.code OVZH what req.class is assigned to the  req.type.
Check the property of the  req.class in t.code OVZG (aval.check and TOR must be checked  at req. class level)
You may also need to check in t.code OPSS on the strategy (which is assigned in the material master MRP view3) on whether TOR and availability check has been activated  or not.
If all are OK, then run the report which is mentioned in the earlier response.
    Regards

  • Internal Sales order Status should remain Entered

Internal Sales order Status should remain Entered.
Here it is automatically getting BOOKED
    1) I have created one PR -100
    2) Approved it
    3) Ran create internal orders
    4) Login as Order Management responsibility.
    5) Import orders
    6) Searched for the ISO -200.
    7) It’s status is in BOOKED
We want the status of Internal sales order to remain = Entered.
So that changes can be made to the sales order.
    Is there any profile options?

    Hello,
I realize this is an old thread but it is exactly what I have encountered.
I am able to import an internal Sales Order with a Status of Entered.  However, I need to import these orders with a Status of Booked  (we have no process for Booking Internal Sales Orders).
We are on 11.5.10.2 EBS on 10.2.0.4 DB.
We have multiple inventory orgs but we have only processed Internal order between two of them P Org  to F Org.   those internal Sales orders are imported with a Status of Booked.
However we need to have Internal Sales Order from P Org to N Org.   When I import these internal Sales Orders they import with a Status of Entered.
As it works as expected in one Org but not the other, I believe it must be a Org setup issue.
Any suggestions on where to look?

  • Sales order no. should be reflected in Excise invoice(J1IIN) in accounting

I have created one invoice for one line item, customer want sales order no should be reflected in Billing(VF02) and excise J1IIN accounting...
go to vf02 or J1IIN > accounting >CENVAT clearing>display document: line item 03...here customer want sales order no.
I have made copy control changes but still problem is there,
I have done test on both cases 003 and 001 but still i m nt getting proper output.
Customer want same sales order no. in J1IIN too in sales order and assignment no. field.
VTFL> 002> B and B this will solve my issue till billing...but same sales order no. I want in excise invoice(J1iin)..
    Kindly suggest...

    Hi Vipin
I agree what  Eduardo said . Go to FS00 and give the G/L accounts that are being used for Excise Invoice transactions. In
FS00->Control Data tab->Sort Key.Check what is the Sort key that has been maintained in those G/L accounts. With the help of your FI Consultants ask them to maintain the required details in V_TZUN.table.If you have authorization then go to SM30 and give V_TZUN. table name and select the sort key and maintain fields(VBEL2 - Sales Document & VBELN - Billing Document).

  • Sales order with reference to the invoice

How can we create a sales order with reference to the invoice

    Hi,
    1. Create sales order
This process step can be triggered as follows:
The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
    2. Enter products
You enter products requested by customers.
    Note
If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
    3. Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.
    Note
You can also execute the availability check in SAP R/3. You can find more information under Structure linkAvailability Check with SAP R/3.
    4. Maintain and determine conditions
The system determines the prices and the value of individual items. If necessary, you can process these. For more information, see Structure linkPricing.
    5. Perform credit check
SAP R/3 executes a credit check based on the results of pricing in SAP CRM. The result of the credit check is confirmed in SAP CRM, and saved as the credit status at item level. For more information, see Structure linkAutomatic Credit Check.
    6. System replicates sales order
After the sales order has been saved in SAP CRM, complete and without errors, it is replicated for logistics processing in SAP R/3. Order data is transferred together with confirmed scheduling lines to SAP R/3.
    7. System receives sales order
After replication to SAP R/3, you can change the sales order in SAP CRM and SAP R/3. You can find more information on this under Structure linkData Exchange for Sales Transactions: CRM Enterprise - SAP R/3
    8. Send order confirmation to customer
You can send the order confirmation either electronically, or in print to the customer. You can find more information under Structure linkSales Order Confirmation by E-Mail.
    9. Monitor status of order
    PS: Do award points
