Sales order missing in table and document flow

Hi
This is my client sales process sales order-- delivery -- billing.
but when client check billing document flow ,found that some billing document don't have sales order no in document flow, checked in table as well but some sales order are missing but delivery and billing no's are there .
How to fetch missing sales order.

Dear Sanjit,
Though this is abnormal but possible.
You can check following scenario yourself in Ides or test system
Create one sales order using VA01
create delivery with reference to sales order before saving delete all items from delivery and enter same items again. and save the delivery.
Now go to VL02n and check the document flow of that delivery. you will find sales order reference missing.
It looks like delivery type LF is created without reference to sales order.
And if you check the document flow of sales order it show no reference delivery is created.
Actually once you delete items form delivery all the references also gets deleted and then you can enter not only same material but can enter any material, any quantity and you can do PGI and billing also, system will not stop you anywhere but you can not find the reference sales order.
The only possible solution i think is delete the delivery doc and create again.

    Hi Folks,
    I was wondering if anyone has run across this before. Currently we are having problems in our 4.6B system when it comes to doing Document flow from a Plant Maintenance Notification. We have found the certain notifications are linked to the SRRELROLES and SRGBINREL tables and others are not. The notifications that are not linked to the tables perform the document flow and we get the correct results. The ones that have entries in the table just hang and no result is ever displayed. They system times out after about 2 1/2 hours or we have to stop the transactions to get out.
    Does anybody know what the relationship is between these two tables and how postings are made to them? Any clue as to how to resolve our hanging problem?
    Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

    I am facing a problem regarding the table SRRELROLES . My problem is reverse that due to absense of the document in this table my function module (bbp_pd_objrel_read_via_ref) fails.

    I have to create sales order with reference to existing billing document. I have tried to following bapis.

    by providing this input i am able to create the document but it is not picking up the net value. so i have passed some extra paramters in  ORDER_ITEMS_IN

    folowing error is occured: Condition PNET is missing in pricing procedure A V Z0000.
    is it something related to configuration problem?

  • Sales organization determination in BP and documents

    Hi All,
    We are using CRM as a standalone system. We have set organization structure with:
    1. In function Tab : we have selected “sales” button. Also selected “sales organization” box with empty R/3 organization. We have selected and entered R/3 DC and Div since these are configured in CRM IMG.
    2. In Attributes tab : We have selected “Obj. permitted in determination”  with following attributes
    Country – India, Postal codes 400000 -500000
    3. Since other attributes such as SA_Org, Tupel, division, Dist. Channel are not present in the attributes tab view, we have entered values in “PP01” transaction against our Org. unit.
    4. We run the “HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE” with necessary selection and found our organization in “Buffer set up” area.
    Now
    A)We do not get Sales Org, Div and Dist Channel in Sales area data in BP. Not in match code and in choose sales area data as well.
    B)We do not see the attributes set in PP01 transaction for our organization in Organization model display for attributes tab.
    C)In documents the org unit is determined correctly. Also, we get Div and Dist channel but NO sales organization is determined.
    We need help in the following:
    1.Please let us know, is there any setting missing and needs to be done to get the sales organization automatically in BP and Documents.
    2.Why all the attributes are not displayed in the Organization structure attribute tabs. Is there any table to be maintained, program to refresh the list? Also why these attributes are not updated in Org unit once it is entered in PP01 for it.
    I would appreciate and award points to the maximum to fast the response since it is critical in our project.

    The indicator is green our organisation and object permitted in determination which helps in deterimining the org unit correctly.
    We have already mentioned in our query that general attributes - Tupel, Div, Dist chan. , Sales org  are not visible in the list of Org. unit and hence entered in PP01 transaction with mentioned FM run for it. Even then the sales area is not determined in BP and Documents.
    How these attributes to be entered directly in org unit itself if not present?

    For one Sales Order........ Delivery and Billing are over but it shows
    In the Sales Order> Header level>Status bar>Overall Status>Being Processed.
    In Document Flow:
    Sales Order xxxxxxxxx  : Being Processed.
    Delivery xxxxxxxxxxxx   : Completed.
    Billing xxxxxxxxxxxxx    : Completed.
    Functionally we checked everything......but through technically we can solve the issue or not

    Hi,
    This generally happens if the sales order is for a quantity greater than the quantity delivered.
    SAP treats the sales order as still open and delivery of the remaining quantity is possible through that sales order itself. So the status is shown as "Being Processed".
    If you want to see the status as "Completed" then you need to cancell the remaining open items in that sales order. Automatically the status will change to "COMPLETE"

  • Sales group not filled form sales order header in PGI accounting Document

    we are creating a sales order . when sold to and ship to is entered the sales group at the header level is fetched from the customer master automatically.
    Now after changing the sales group,different from customer master,the sales order got saved as usual with a warning mesaage 'sales group is diiferent from customer master'.
    After doing PGI and billing , the sales group fetched in billing document is same as that of sales order header,but when good issue delievry document is displayed , in accounting document of the material document (ie. in FB03),the sales group in profit segment tab is getting filled from customer master.
    Now the requirement is to fetch the sales group from sales order header instead of customer master.

    The value of this field is if you want to print the invoices that are being posted manually you can activate this field.
    It will be directly proposed from customer master to sales document, where you can change.
    Please let me know if you want any further clarifications.

  • Price Update on Sales Order - After partial delivery and invoice

    I have created a sales order of 10 tons and a despatch advice of 5 tons and invoice of 5 tons. Now when i want to update price on sales order then system give me "Update" button in grey.
    My client wants to update price on those sales orders too which are partially despatched. Is that possible to do this in SAP? If yes then how?

    I can suggest 2 alternatives .
    !.Create  a debit memo request sothat prices can be updated along with other details and changes can be tracked.
    For voluminous data  you can create a BAPI for Sales order creation and give related paramenters.
    2. Create a BDC and update pricies for all partially processed sales order in KONV table using KNUMV .
    This a bit tricky ,as there are chances of dumps and sensetive data becomes unstable ,also when you change by updating condition ,you dont get earlier prices and change is not controlled and almost irreversible.
    I suggest first approach ,with better tracking , analysis and less disturbance to standard system.

    You can take help of ABAP developer for creating BAPI.

  • Problem about sales order stock stock transfer and batch determination

    Hi, experts, I get a problem about sales order stock stock transfer and batch determination.The following is the current situation of my system:
      In OMCG I assigned search procedure ME0001 to both 311 and 311 E and ticked check batch. After that, I found  that if iI need to tranfer unrestricted-use material from storage location 1000 to 2000 with movement type 311, I just need to input * at the field batch, then the system will display all of the available batches. But for the transferring of sales order stock with movement type 311 E, after I input * at the batch field, no batch is displayed and there is also no message from the system.
      Can anybody help me? Is there anything else I need to do? Thanks very much.

    I think my question is not clear, actually I tried 562 E , 411 E and 413 already. all the transaction looking for the sales order but unfortunatly the sales order is deleted  from SAP.

  • How to link Sales Order with Service Contract and then with Install Base?

    1) I would like to know the integeration process from sales order to Service Contract and then with Install Base.
    2) I couldn't see anything enabled in Service Tab in Order Lines, its grayed out. Is there any set up/profile option to get it enabled?
    3) How can we create AR invoice from Service Contract?

    Thanks for your promt response.
    Let me explain you what I did.
    1) I have booked a Bill Only sales order which has one order line, mentioned it as Service Item and provided the same details in Service Tab in Order lines. Now Line status is "Fulfilled"
    2) Then Submitted Workflow Back Ground Process for OM Order Lines and it has created an AR Invoice and closed the line
    3) And then submitted "Service Contracts Order Capture Integration Program" from SErvice Contracts Responsibility and it completed normal.
    4) Now I went in to Launch Contracts Window and queried with the sales order but couldn't see any contract created
    5) Then I went in to Reprocess Order Window and found this order shows an error message as "Referenced Product not present in the Installed Base", then I tried to reprocessed it, but the same error message again.
    Here I have few doubts:
    1) Are the AR invoice and Service Contract Billing Invoices same?
    2) In above scenario AR Invoice has been created, I would like to do the billing from SErvice Contracts and need to create an Invoice in AR? how can I do that?
    because as you explained in one of my questions earlier, A Single Invoice can be created for the whole duration of the contract. I want to do that and trying for the same.
    3) Regarding the above error message, how can I resolve it and create the service contract against that Order?

    I tried with the following BADI's
    BADI : BADI_SD_SALES
    Implementation : /BEV1/SR_SALES_ORD_1
    Method SAVE_DOCUMENT
    Now when i want to put my peice of code in this (SAVE_DOCUMENT) method.
    It is asking for Access key. Which i do not have.
    Should i create a implementation and then create a method and then put my code there?

    You will probably not find a BADI to suit your needs.  However if you look at include program MV45AFZZ you should find two subroutines:  USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE and USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.  You can put the code you need directly into these subroutines.  If these have not been changed yet on your system, you will need an access key to make these changes.
    Please read the documentation in the header of the subroutines for furtner information on when they are called.

  • VKM1 Block/Release Sales Order depending on the FI Document Type

    I need to configure the R/3 4.6C to block in VKM1 (for Credit Management) only the Sales Orders that have specific FI Document Types in FBL5N. I mean, I don't want to block documents for Static Checks (defined in OVA8) if there are only Credit Memos for the customer in FI, for example.
    Is there any way to do this configuration?
    I believe I will have to use the USER EXIT enabled in OVA8, but I need to be sure that there is no other way to do this.

    I am not sure about your requirement. But If you want to exclude certail FI Transactions from Credit check, then you can configure the G/L accounts with the NO credit Check indicator ON.
    Example, for Special Transactions like Downpayments, you can set the no credit check indicator ON in OBXR.
    Otherwise, using the User exit option is always there
