Sales order stuck in interface with line status shipped in transaction form

Hi All
Can anyone tell me the reason for the sales orders getting stuck in the interface with line status Shipped in the shipping transaction form.
I ran the Interface trip stop -SRS and mode All for this delivery Id. I checked the log file of it. The error showing in the log file is ORA-20001; ORA-20120 none of the Registers have Balances greater or equal to the excisable amount -> 350 or education cess amount ->7.
Please tell me the set up where to check the register balances and how to proceed with this order. can we manually update the registers if required to process this order.

HOLD status
This is an EOIO message whose predecessor was not processed successfully yet. The status is retained until all predecessors are delivered successfully. If a predecessor has the "System error" status and is restarted, all successors are also restarted provided that the delivery of the predecessor is successful.
If a predecessor has the "canceled with errors" status, further processing is not possible in systems before Support Package 11 for the adapter framework and Support Package 10 for the adapter framework core patch 02. In higher version systems, the status of predecessors can only be set to "canceled with errors" in a manual way. Successors that have the "Holding" status can be restarted after you have set the "canceled with errors" status (see related note 811864).

    I have created delivery against sales order.
    While picking (during delivery PGI), I selected two batches to suffice the delivery qty. Please refer the example quoted below.
    Sales order (SO1) - Material (Mat1) - qty (15 ea)
    Delivery against sales order (Del1) - batch split: batch1 - 10 ea
                                                                         batch2 - 5 ea
    In table LIPS: when I enter delivery number as "Del1" and execute, I get 2 records:
       del no.     Item No.      Material   Qty       Batch no       Sales Order no     Sales Order Item no
    1. DEL1       10              Mat1        10 ea    batch1          SO1                    10
    2. DEL1       20              Mat1         5 ea     batch2         ______                 ____
    Thus in the 2nd record, the Sales order no.(LIPS-VGBEL) and sales order item no. (LIPS-VGPOS) does not get updated.
    I have to develop a report to display the Sales Order number and sales order line item number for each batch of the Delivery for the same item number. Please guide me to know how I can get the same.

  • Initial load of sales orders from R3 to CRM without statuses

    1) Some sales orders were uploaded into CRM without statuses in the headers or line items. 
    2) Some sales orders were uploaded without status, ship-to, sold-to, payer.....If I deleted them and use R3AR2, R3AR4 to upload each individual then no problem.
    Any ideas or suggestions?

       Request load of adapter objects uses different extractor modules for extracting the data from external system to CRM. While your initial load of sales docs. will use a different extraction logic bases on the filter conditions specfied on trx.

       There may be a problem in the extraction of data from the source system (don't know if you are using a R/3). Can you please de-register the R/3 (i suppose) outbound queue using trx.

    , and then debug the extraction (R/3 outbound) before the data is sent to CRM using FM
    CRS_SEND_TO_SERVER
       If this goes well, you may try debugging the mapper in CRM inbound and the validation module in CRM as a last resort. Also, please refer to trx.

  • Messages stucked in moni with queue status as "RUNNING"

    Hi All,
      Few of messages stucked in moni with queue status as "RUNNING" from the past 6 to 7 hours. all the stucked messages running on same dialog instance app server 03 (ucobpi03_PIP_03). i checked PIP appserver its working fine.
    Can any one please expalin me how to clean the queues..is there any effect of other queues ?

    it can be due to multiple reasons....
    check the interface logic built ...it can be either due to this or can be of large volume of data...
    Also check the queues have been registered or not...

    1 )What is the difference between deleting a sales order and rejecting all the line items of a sales order.

    If you delete a sale order, you cannot retrieve it or view it.  On the other hand, if you reject any sale order, at any point of time, you can retrieve that sale order and analyse as to why it has been rejected.
    Are there any pre-conditions for deleting a sales order.
    Certainly not.  Its all depends on the discretion of the user.  Of course, you cannot delete a sale order if any subsequent document exists.
    why there is a need to reject line items of a sales order
    Customer has placed an order and at a later date, due to some reason, they have asked the client not to proceed with production against that sale order.  Now if the Management decides to track such of those sale orders, you can assign reason for rejection and have it in system for record purpose.

    This is the standard config to supress printing on the rejected item. Are you using standard programs or customised ?

    If you are having a custom function then its better you create a custom process code, you need not create a custom message type and also never change any of the standard process codes.

  • R12, Sales Order RMA with line status "Awaiting Return"

    Hi guys
    Following the tips, I successfully managed to create RMA for entire SO. Now the SO lines are with the status "Awaiting Return". How I can update the inventory with the RMA quantities and close the order?
    Is there any particular concurrent program or API available to do this job?

    Thanks again. Actually I wanted to automate the entire " inventory > transactions > receipts > returns > customer tab > enter RMA order # and proceed" process by the means of using a proper API or concurrent program.
    As I was not getting satisfactory answers, I approached Oracle and they confirmed there are no public API available to establish this requirement. However they provided a workaround solution which points towards inserting records manually into receipts interface.
    Twice your suggestions truly helped me out to address immediate requirements and thanks again.

    Issue is resolved.
    Earlier in 11i in ASCP, instance Org defintion is setup for only the required Inv org.
    But in R12 we need to define for all the available Inv organisations.
    Later after running the complete collections and running the ASCP plan resolved the issue.

  • Send all line items of a sales order to IPC along with condition lines data

    We wrote some pricing routines in R/3, where while doing he calculations for condition line item, we needed to pull in the material information for previous line items. So we exported vbap and imported it inside the routine to be able to have access to all the line items in the sales order. Now, we need to put in the same kind of logic in CRM/IPC. My question is what would be the equivalent of SAP's(import/export) commands for internal tables in case of IPC. I looked at the BADI CRM_COND_COM_BADI but still do not see how I can send all the line items  data to IPC. So I guess, the question comes down to, how do I send all the line items of the sales order (whole VBAP in R/3 terms) to IPC along with the condition line data? Can someone please help?

    If you can get the list of Sales orders which has deleted line items and force completion status. You can manage them in BI via lookup  or navigation attribute.

  • LSMW to create Sales Order refer to Quotation with multiple line items.

    Hi Gurus,
    I am new to LSMW, and my requirement is that, I have a file downloaded from another system, it is like this:
    Quotation No.  Sold to party  data        item no.       material no.     quatity
    556                         10000012                 10              19077                1
    556                         10000012                 20              19078                1
    557                         10000011                 10              19076                1
    And it is required I need to create orders in VA01 refering to quotations, and then delete all the items from quotation, and add the items in the file. I am now doing it through transaction recording in VA01, but I came to a difficult part, that is how I can process line items. Because the items number will only be decided at runtime, so I can not record a BDC for that. And I have read some guides on LSMW, one of it said that transaction recording in LSMW can not deal with deep structures. So could any1 help on this?

    Dear SD Gurus n Experts,
    I have solved the above problem. But there is another problem appearing regarding the date format. Now system generating a message: Date . . is not valid.
    While I am using Date: YYYYMMDD format in flat file, which is SAP's Standard Format.
    In SDN Link: LSMW upload Sales Order using VA01/VA02     I have found that there are some date fields which are mandatory to filled. Here I have mapped
    VDATU - Requested delivery date,  BSTDK - Customer purchase order date,  PRSDT - Date for pricing and exchange rate,  BSTDK_E - Ship-to party's PO date, FKDAT - Billing Date, KORDT - Delivery Date,
    and PRGRS - Date type is Constant = D
    Can any one tell me, where is the priblem.

  • Sales order blocked for credit with status "Payment Terms"

    Hi Experts,
    Sales order is blocked for credit, as when i refer the t.code vkm3 or vkm1, the status of blocking showing as "Payment Term". Geenrally the status of credit block would be 'Old item', Dynamic check', value etc.
    My question here is how the sales order is blocked with status "Payment Terms", and what is the role of payment terms in credit management.

    The Standard Cr. management  ( Automatic credit check) of SAP has Critical Fields Check - payment terms is one of them,
    If it is being changed in sales order (other than maintained in Customer master) the sales order will go for credit block

  • Customize Internal Sales Order workflow to interface to AR

    Hi,
    I would like to generate AR transactions for our internal sales orders created from internal requisitions. I tried by adding a ship-bill-workflow, but the interface-to-AR activity does not get started. This gives me the impression that the internal order ignores the workflow that I have defined for this transaction type, and uses something else instead.
    I am wondering now how could I customize the internal order workflow? Has anyone ever done that? Which workflow shall we customize to get what we need? Or has anyone any other ideas?

    Assuming you are using Order Organizer did you check which work is being invoked at the Order Line Level from Tools -> Workflow Status at Line level.

  • Sales order : Creation of VBAP main lines from VBEP schedule lines

    Hello , I am working on SAP sales order interfacing with legacy system. This is the scenario where legacy system orders will come to SAP system for availability check. I mean , the legacy system sales order are replicalted in SAP system. and the availability check runs for it in APO. 
    Based on the SAP system stock availability , the sub item or sub items ( schedule lines) will be created in the sales order. Here is one example of partial quantity availability.Below example shows that sap system has received a order of quantity 100.
    SAP stock available is only 20 for 29th may. Another quantity 80 will be available on 30th May.
    So system will create two sub items or two schedule lines.
    But when I save the sales order the sub-items lines should be converted into main item lines as shown in the below example in after save.
    I tried this developement by using MV45AFZZ. User exit - SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE. But I am not getting right results.
    I short , I would like to have single schedule line for one item line. And if there are multiple schedlue lines then for each schedule line one item line should be created automatically by the system
