Sap Script Transfer Order Change

Hello Gurus,
I have a sapscript for Pick For delivery (Transfer Order pick List) once the transfer order created from the delivery is confirmed.
In the current form, material number is being printed on the form from the transfer order table LTAP.
Now the change need to be made is to print the delivery item number (before the material number like delivery_item_number space material_number) of the corresponding material number. I need to write a logic in order to extract the delivery item position number. do you have any idea how I can do that.
Please help me out.
the sapscript is closest to sap form LVSTALISTE.
Regards,
B

  • SAP Script - Purchase Order

    Dear All,
I m working with sap script for purchase order. Now problem is that when i give the print from purchase order (ME23N) the data of internal table is not getting printed (where as itab contains data - checked in debugging). But when executing same print program  directly then data of itab is getting printed.
I have assigned the print program, subroutine & sap script to the required (NEU) output type.
    Please help.

    Vikas Madaan

    Hi,
You can not directly print the PO .
First you need to create message for output type NEU.
Do the following steps to do that..
    Goto transaction ME23N -> Goto  -> Messages
Here eneter output type NEU and choose medium as Pinter.  Save the rescord
Now try to print the PO.

  • Transfer Order Change  & Confirmation

    Hi,
I have a requirement to confirm the transder order from RF transaction for Picking.
The requirement is for some reason the  material is not present in the source bin proposed by the transfer oder, the user must be able to select a function key, where the system must direct him to the next available bin for that material based on the picking strategy.
I dont know how to change the tranfer order and update the destination bin and then confirm.
Is there anyone who can help me with function module or sample code to update the tranfer order with a different destination bin.
Thanks for your help in advance

    Hi
Have a look at Business Object BUS2018(Warehouse transfer order)
The business object <ZH>Warehouse transfer order</> is an instruction to

within a warehouse complex at a specified point in time.
    <ZH>Structure </>
A warehouse transfer order consists of items that contain the quantity

    storage bins.
    <ZH>Integration</>

  • Sap script  alignments are changing to  various printers

    Hello Everyone,
I developed a form with sap script, it is working fine for some printers, now there's a problem with
other printers: I mean that for some printer the printout of the  layout  is ok, for some other printers the layout alignments a are going to be changed ( some line missing, character font different, alignments) .but i want same printout for every printer. can any one please give solution for this.
    Thank You,

    Hi,
    check out the following solution:
in a certain form for two differently configured printers, there seem to be a difference in the output of characters per inch (the distance between characters which gives a layout problem - text in two lines instead of one.
It happens when the two printers having different Printer Controls' if you go to SPAD Menu (Spool Administrator Menu) you can see the difference in the Printer Control and if you make the Printer control setting for both the printers as same. then it will be ok. and also u have to check what is the device type used for both the output devices.

  • Purpose of RSTXTRAN program for SAP-Script ?? ??

Purpose of RSTXTRAN program for SAP-Script ?? ??
when it is required to run that program ?

    Hi sarit,
Purpose of RSTXTRAN program for SAP-Script Transfer of SAP script Texts to a Correction.
The report RSTXTRAN allows a set of SAP script texts (or the text key) to be transferred to a correction or repair of the transport system. The name of the correction/repair can either be transferred as a report parameter, or the correction/repair can be selected later in a selection window. The text key can be qualified generically using the asterisk character (*).
When the report has been executed, the list of selected texts appears. Individual texts can be deselected in this list. When the function "Continue" is executed, the final list of texts which are to be transferred is displayed. The transfer of texts to the correction/repair can now be activated by the appropriate function, and must be confirmed in a dialog box.The requirements for this as follows.
There is a correction/repair in which the selected text keys can be entered, if it is not being processed. The report can only insert text keys in corrections or repairs, not however in transport requests. However, the objects contained in a correction can be transferred to a transport request with the correction and transport system transaction.
It should also be noted that the report selects texts in the current client, but that the transport system generally exports texts from client 000.
When the report has been executed, the output can be a list of the selected texts. Information about whether transfer to the correction/repair was possible is displayed for each text key.
    Reasons for failed transfer include
o the correction/repair is currently being processed
o the correction/repair does not exist
    For Example
All German standard texts with the ID ST, whose names begin with SAPSCRIPT, are to be entered in the correction B20K009999. The report parameters are then assigned values as follows:
    o Correction: B20K009999
    o Text object: TEXT
    o Text name: SAPSCRIPT*
    Thanks,

  • Creation of transfer orders using reservation

    Hi,
We have requirement to create a transfer order against goods movement reservation. In standard SAP, the transfer orders get generated only after posting goods issue for reservation. However, we need to create transfer orders first so that we can print the pick list first and the post the goods issue against those reservations.
I know this is possible for outbound delivery. However, I have tried all ways to do this for reservation and could not find solution.
    Please help.
    Thanks,
    -Shekhar

i have a similar requirement. I have not come across any solution to it in Standard. Then i opted for ABAP. Found a BAPI for the creation of TR and TO. the better option is the creation of TR rather then creation of transfer order. the user will be confirming the source storage bin where as the destination storage bins will be assigned based on the movement type.
Once we have the movement type in reservation, we will create a transfer requirement with the respective requirement type. Destination storage bin will be defined by the movement type (or based on any configuration that you may have done).
this will be used to create a transfer order where the user will be able to opt for the source storage bin.
Hope this will be of any advantage to you.

  • Is there any User Exit or BADI- Where LTAP-WDATU is as change parameter ,So during or after Transfer order creation GR date would be as per given logic not as current date

    Dear All,
There is a requirement in which when the material (Not batch managed) is getting return from Non WM managed storage location to WM managed storage location than at the time of creating transfer order or after creation of transfer order would like to change LTAP-WDATU (GR date) automatically , So here i am unable to find the right user exit or BADI in which i can write the logic for same. Below is full description of the requirement.
Here we are following Removal strategy "FIFO" while picking the material (Not batch managed) from WM managed storage location (WMS1) & transferring to Non WM managed storage location (ODS) ( than from there it use to go to Production) , at certain times partial quantity use to come back from Non WM managed storage location (ODS) to WM managed storage location (WMS1) and while doing putaway of the same "GR date" use to change which was not the actual when the material 1st time comes to WM managed storage location (WMS1) (before getting transfer to Non WM managed storage location). So here i want the user exit or BADI in which i can write my logic so that GR date ( LTAP-WDATU) would automatically change while creating transfer order or after creation of transfer order as per the "GR date" of same material which last moved from WM managed Storage location (WMS1) to Non WM managed storage location(ODS) because as per FIFO material dated before that would not be exist in the warehouse.
Below is the flow of the material while transferring to production & returning from production.
WMS1 ( WM managed warehouse ) --> ODS ( Non WM managed warehouse) --> Production  At the time of issue to production
Production --> ODS ( Non WM managed warehouse) --> WMS1 ( WM managed warehouse ) At the time of return from production
I hope i m clear on my requirement.
    Thanks in advance.

    1. You have to get a key from SAP to modify the two includes in which the user exits are present.
    2. You have to enter statement 'INCLUDE z**. ' in both user exits in the MV45* includes. Then save and activate the MV45** includes.
    3. You have to figure out the code that carries out the functionality described in your specifications.
    3. Write the code in includes Z** .
    4. Now the code written by you will be executed when you run the relevant SD transaction

  • What is  Sap Scripts for purchase order

    hai,
what is the sap script or smart form for purchase order,
and how to modify the existing standerd one.
explain me in step by step.

    hi
Please ask question on sapscript in sapscript forum.
use sap script form  medruck for PO
SmartForm /BPR3PF/MMPO_L is the standard delivered Purchase Order in 4.6c
Transaction code m/34 allows you to associate your 'Y' copy of the standad PO to your included company specific PO requirements such as company log graphic and other particulars.
Go to transaction OMFE. Tell me what you see there for the output type you are interested in. Let me take the standard output type NEU. The entry looks something like this.
    NEU Purchase order 1 SAPFM06P ENTRY_NEU MEDRUCK.
The first one is your output type, next is its description, next is the medium, then the program, routine, and the form name.
You already copied the layout MEDRUCK to ZMEDRUCK. Now copy SAPFM06P to ZZSAPFM06P. Now ENTRY_NEU routine is in the include FM06PE02. You need to make your changes here to accommodate for the new field. So copy this include to ZZFM06PE02 and make your changes. Also, in ZZSAPFM06P, change the line where it says INCLUDE FM06PE02 to INCLUDE ZZFM06PE02.
Now in this routine ENTRY_NEU, there is a function module call ME_READ_PO_FOR_PRINTING which reads in the PO data from the tables. We need to copy this function module as well as this is where you will do your extra selections for the new fields. You will do the same with the other function call ME_PRINT_PO, if you need to change anything on the print.
after this to define output type...
    NACE
You can track the form and the print program used for that form
NACE is used to create output type while creating the output type you will mention forms, and driver program.
that will be maintained in the table TNAPR.if you create the output type using NACE then it will be automatically visible in table NAST and TNAPR.
so check in NAST, TNAPR table
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/c8/1989fe43b111d1896f0000e8322d00/frameset.htm
    Condition records in NACE?
EX--in simple terms..take a transaction say ME21N ( Purchase Order ), u can see a Print icon there. now when u click on this icon, it has to print the PO document. Now how does it do that? when u click Print, the control gets transffered to a print program, now which program gets triggered is decided by what program name u specify in NACE.
So in NACE>EF>Output Type>NEU>processing routine--> u can see some standard program already configured( maybe SAPFM06P n form MEDRUCK )..these are the programs n sapscript that gets executed wen u say "PRINT" in the transactrion...so u can customise the print program for customer changes over here by copying the standard program n form into a Z/Y one and replacing the program names in NACE.

  • Tables updated when changing Transfer order

    Hi all,
I am facing a problem when I am trying to change storage bin (NLPLA) & storage type(NLTYP) in a Transfer Order and then confirming it, I am updating 4 tables       directely i.e LTAP, LEIN, LQUA, LAGP,  but when confirming the TO, gives an SAP error. The reason of course is that something is not getting updated.
<b>Can someone please advise what else should be updated or suggest me a FM which can change storage bin and storage type in the same TO.</b>
I do not want to make a new TO with an FM.

  • User or SAP exit for Batch Status during Transfer Order creation

    Hi All,
I would like to know if there's an user-exit or a SAP-exit available with which we could evaluate the status of a batch during the creation of a Transfer Order.
When a production order is created, the system creates automatically a transfer requirement with all the components needed for the production. This TR (Transfer requirement) is then converted into a TO (transfer order) with transaction LT04. Here, we want to control that the status of the batches is not restricted. Otherwise, the user shall not be able to save the TO.
Thanks in advance, I appreciate your feedback!

  • Change in logic for selecting the Bin while creating Transfer Order

    Hi ,
Currently the system follows SAP process of BIN selection which is as mentioned-
With stock removal strategy Partial Pallet Quantity (A), system follows  below  steps to find the storage bin:
1.SAP always compares the requested amount from the Transfer Order with the largest bin amount available in the stock.
2.If the requested quantity of the transfer order is the same as or larger, the system removes the material from the largest bin amount first.
3.If the requested quantity is smaller, the system removes the material from a storage unit for partial quantities in ascending order.
Now the customer has requested a change which is -
It wants to take in BIN in the FIFO order followed by partial pallet .
Question is - Is this possible ?
    Cheers
    Disha

    Hello,
May I add something to the discussion.
If you are calling "OMLJ", you see on the left side the secion "Transfer requirements". If the box for "Manual TO creation not allowed" is ticked, you are not able to create the TO's by the manual transactions. Then only the system is allowed to create the TO's, for instance with the report RLAUTA10.
I hope this anweres your question.

  • Storage Type change in the transfer order after creation with MDE

    Hello ,
With the MDE transaction ZMDETSP the transfer between storage locations is done and the transfer order created in the background.
I would like to know if in standard SAP the modification of the storage type is possible after the TO is created therefore also in MDE.
I changed the bin with LT1D but impossible for the storage type.
I know, user exits BUT there must be other solutions, no ?!!
Thanks in advance for your answer(s),
    Patricia

You have to do the configuration to change the storage type in TO.
IMG>LE>WM>Strategies>Activate storage type search , Here you have to give both the storage type.
Also you need to change the storage type at the time of TO creation not duirn confirmation
