Sap workflow daily mail remainder

Hi experts,
I am using Workflow Scenario for travel request
My requirement is like this...
when a travel request is created
1.approve task should go to the manager of employee to approve.(done)
2.If he doesn't approve the request, a reminder mail should go to him after one day..(recursive.)(.the mail should go to him every day until 7 days), HOW to get this situation?
I already create modeled deadline "lastest end" it works, but then it start sending hundreds of mail to manager's inbox (not using daily condition to send mail).  I think the looping condition was not right,
how to set condition for send mail every day (when travel request status not set to approve) ?

I would take a similar but a slightly different approach:
- Create a two-brach fork with only one branch needed to complete
- In the first branch, put the approval request that will be waiting for the manager to approve (you can model a latest/request end deadline after 7 days just to notfiy the manager's manager if s/he didn't approve it after 7 days).
- In the second branch, create a loop that runs 7 times (create a counter container element that you increment at the beginning of the loop and check for its value in the LOOP condition)
- Inside the loop, create a send-mail step with "Requested Start" equal to workitem creation + 1 day. So that everytime control reaches this point, it waits for one day before it sends an e-mail.
Now, if the e-mail is sent 7 times without the manager approving it, the LOOP will terminate and the fork will also terminate. Keep in mind that the approval step will be logically deleted so you might want to handle that situation inside the fork or right after the fork. At the same time, if the manager approves it the first branch is terminated and the LOOP will be logically deleted.
