  wat scenario do u want? any general scenario? say updating IT0002 using BDC in an Outbound Interface??
if it is an Outbound Interface in an ABAP Proxy -
basically the Proxy Structure will have a Deep Structure; so you gotto assign parameters in this way:-
    wa_out_proxy-mt_sapcourse_completion_data-message_header-system_of_origin = c_s_origin.
    wa_out_proxy-mt_sapcourse_completion_data-message_header-unique_id        = c_uniq_id.
    wa_out_proxy-mt_sapcourse_completion_data-message_header-interface_id     = c_interface_id.
    wa_out_proxy-mt_sapcourse_completion_data-message_header-process_area     = c_process_area.
    wa_out_proxy-mt_sapcourse_completion_data-message_payload-record          = it_record.
