Scoring Issue

Hi,
I have multiple quiz questions randomly scattered about in my course. The end result is the learner needs to get 100% to get a pass.  Issue I have is, if a learner (by example) gets one question right and exits the course, the LMS marks them as 100% competent....as if they had answered all questions correctly.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Dean

Hi ncfirst,
1. All the question slides in a captivate project contributes
to the results, as they all are part of the same quiz. Note,
captivate does not have multiple quizzes. So if, because of
branching you do not visit to a question, that question is
considered as not-answered, and you are given zero points for that.
Lets assume you have 5 questions with 10 points each, and you
have set that to pass 80% marks are required. If because of
branching you dont visit 2 of the questions, and answer rest of
them correctly, then you will recieve 30 points. 30 out of 50,
makes 60% and hence you fail.
2. For multiple emails, It seems if you have any non-question
slides in between the questions slide, then captivate seems to send
multiple emails. But if you have all the question slides together
then the email is sent only once. I have already filed a bug for
the same. :(
thanks

  • AS2 Certificate widget scoring issue

I received a fix from someone on the Captivate forum that is supposed to fix the AS2 Certificate widget scoring issue. The results on my Score Results page appear correctly, but the results on the certificate do not match those on the Score Results page. I tried to use the fix the provided (another widget that you insert at the beginning of the project) but it did not solve my problem. I am desperate for a solution to this and have tested the project what feels like 100 times to try to figure out how to fix this problem. I apologize in advance if this has been addressed in another string. I have spent a great deal of time going through the forums and have found some discussion on this issue, but no concrete solution anywhere. Can anyone offer any insight?
FYI: I am using Captivate 4 and my project is set to AS2.
    Thanks!

Weird ... I need to ask a totally unrelated question and came to the forum using a link I'd bookmarked ... to the "Certificate Not Widget Scoring Correctly" thread. And here's your post at the top of the list.
I haven't played with scoring in quite awhile, so I'm not much help and maybe you've already read this thread, but just in case: here's the link: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/598503.
    Hope it's helpful.

  • Swf within a Swf scoring issue

I've created a flash file (my project) that is loaded into another swf (our player) file on our site. When I test the project file on my computer the scoring displays correct at the end of the lab. When it is loaded into our  swf player on the site the score doesn't display. I'm at a lose for why this is happening. If someone could provide me with some direction I would be very thankful.
    // Declare variable
    var numOfCorrect:int = 0;
// Every time someone click the correct selection it adds one to the score
    function correct(e:MouseEvent):void{
         numOfCorrect++;
//I have a text box with the name yourScore
    yourScore.text = numOfCorrect + " out of 5";
It is very basic code so I have no idea what is isn't working. My only guess is there is some kind of conflict once it is loaded into an external swf. What would I do in this case? Thanks.

I seemed to have figured it out. I changed the text box from TLF Text to Classic Text and selected Dynamic Text. Also changed the Actionscript up a little.
    instead of just:
    yourScore.text = numOfCorrect + " out of 5");
    i did:
    addEventListener(Event.ENTER_FRAME, displayFinalScore);
    function displayFinalScore(event:Event){
        yourScore.text = String(numOfCorrect + " out of 5");
Not sure which of these things fixed the issue but it is working now. Thanks for the help though! Now I just need to figure out the issue with the drag and drop.

  • Scoring issues in LMS

Using Captivate 3 with quizzes and designating the passing
score must be 75% or higher, publishing using SCORM 2004. I checked
    the manifest file and found
    minNormalizedMeasure></imsss:minNormalizedMeasure. I am by no
means an expert in understanding the code in the manifest file, but
was told that the settings in Captivate should have created this
    line: minNormalizedMeasure>.75</imsss:minNormalizedMeasure
and that is the reason for the discrepency.
Sure enough, when I fixed the manifest file and re-imported
to the LMS, it scored correctly. Is there a way to fix this without
having to edit the manifest file evertime I publish?

I'd imagine the CP file should read from the manifest when
    you load the
lesson and look at the settings...no? I guess I'd not be
    surprised if it
stored those values with the CP file instead, which is
    unfortunate...
...because, of course, if you change it in the manifest and
    the CP file
loads those settings next you open it, you could find where
    that setting
    now has '.75'.
Could this be related to the Mastery Score? Do you have that
    set in your
    CP Quiz Manager settings?

  • Questions for Purchaser viewing only

    Hi team,
When creating RFX's, can you alert me of how you insert questions which are for 'purchaser viewing only' ?
There doesn't seem to be a function available on the page. I need this for some scoring issues which i have when posing, 'If not type questions'.
    Many thanks.
    Leon

    Hi
What I understand of your requirement is that you need to keep some questions/ Sections visibility restricted to Purchaser Only . Unfortunately this is not possible. However I can suggest some workarounds which may apply to your business case:
some questions may be applicable for some candidates, yet not for the other. With this in mind, we still need all scores being scored
Here you can set question section scoring method preference to Manually Score. All the questions would be visible to all the suppliers but you can designate which section of questions is meant for which supplier. Once you receive responses from supplier you would manually assign score keeping in consideration your reservations.
You can decide on a neutral score to be given for question that were not meant for the supplier.
In case you simply dont want suppliers to have visibility to all the questions, you need to create  seperate RFx events for such suppliers from within a project. In this case each supplier would only answer the questions meant for him/ her and from multiple RFx events you can select the one to be awarded based on scores obtained.

  • Is the score editor working now?

I've been using Logic since it was Notator, and that's a long time.
I work part time (as it comes) as an arranger conductor and have in the past used Logic to score everything from a rhythm/horn section to a symphony, but it's been a while.  Now I'm needing to dust off my chops and dig into a project that's due in about a month.
Everything I find online concerning L9 scoring issues seems to be from 2009 or before.  Are the issues cleaned up?  Anything been fixed?
Any good tutorials on what's new (I've just upgraded from L8)?  Do I really need to export to Finale or Sibelius?  ugh... I'd really like everything to just work.
    Thanks for any input.

If you have been working with Logic (and Notator) that long you should be right at home with L9 ;-)
I presume that you have read this for some details on "what's new with L9 Scoring"?

  • Major issue - scoring percentages

    Hi all,
I've talked on this before - how captivate regards all questions in a project as part of the quiz and hence quiz results. Well this is becoming a nightmare issue for me - i didnt realise previously how bad - as I was only focusing on not being able to manipulate the number of questions captivate regarded as part of the quiz... the bigger issue is of course with how it calculates the pass / fail percentage. The percentage is calculated based on the score / number of questions. So my assessment might have 10 questions that are score (say 10 possible points) while there might be 15 questions in the project.
The question number variable is not available to me in captivate – it’s a system variable and I can’t manipulate it, hence I can’t control how the percentage is calculated. It’s very frustrating that something so simple has become such a major headache.
In short there is no way to correct this problem when dealing in percentages. What I can do is I get captivate to report to the LMS as a score and not a percentage. I can also get captivate to calculate pass/ fail based on a score only. But I would prefer to use percentages.
Why have they done this??? I need to be able to calculate the percentage based on what i consider part of my assessment.
Has any one got any ideas here?

    Hello again,
It is perfectly possible that I do misunderstand your question. But the percentage that is used to have a Pass/Fail status is based on the minimum score setting you specify, not on the 'Accuracy' that is displayed in the score slid. I know this sounds confusing. Did you really check that the 5 non-scored questions are taken into account for the Pass/Fail status?  In one example of a test I recently created I had:
scoreable objects for a total score of 25 points
question slides for a total score of 15 points
    bunch of non-scored objects
    1 non-scored question
The total score is 40 points, with a minimum pass score of 80% the Pass-status is given to users who had at least 32 points. But the Accuracy on the score slide is referring only to the 4 question slides. The reporting to the LMS is however correct.
Really want to know if I did understand all right? Do you have another experience?

  • I need help writing a dive scoring program in C#, Help Please?

The state diving commission wants to computerize the scoring at its diving competitions. I have to write a program to automate the scoring of dives. Requirements:
After each dive, the user will be prompted to enter the:
    diver's name;
    diver's city;
degree of difficulty (ranges from 1.00 to 1.67); and
scores from five judges (scores can range from 0 to 10).
If an invalid score is entered, an error message will be displayed. The user will be prompted for the score repeatedly until a valid score is entered.
The program will then display the following information:
    Diver's name
    Diver's city
Dive final score: This is calculated by dropping the highest and lowest of the five judges' scores. The remaining three scores are added together, and the result is divided by 3 and then multiplied by the degree of difficulty.
The program will then prompt the user if she/he wants to process another dive. The user can type "Y" or "y" to continue, and "N" or "n" to quit.

    Hi,
The forum supports VS setup and installation. I think your issue is not about the forum.
Please clarify your project type. Is it webform or winform?

  • "Tearing" issues on CC 2014 update

    All,
I'm experiencing the "tearing" issues with 4K files on the latest Adobe Premiere CC 2014 update. I'm using GPU acceleration on my system and it should be able to easily handle 4k footage with CUDA and OPEN CL. All files are .MP4 format UHD 3840x2160 100mbs shot on a GH4. All files were captured on a Sandisk Extreme Pro 16gb (95mbs class 10 SDHC I). I have confirmed that files themselves are NOT corrupt as playback on the GH4 shows clean files:
    My system:
    Windows 7 ultimate (64bit)
Gigabyte Ga z97x gaming 7 mobo (latest bios)
    coolermaster CPU cooler
    Intel core i7 4771 @3.5ghz
    GeForce GTX 780ti (344.75 driver)
    16GB corsair DDR3 ram
    Samsung 1tb SSD system drive
    corsair 7x750m PSU
So...my system is pretty darn "beefy" scoring a consistent 10,000+ score on 3DMark (93%)
    A few notes:
I AM using an all SSD workflow (system OS and applications all on Samsung 1TB SSD)
Editing SSD is 500GB Western Digital (I have tried files on both SSDs....same issues)
I mention the SSD's because there are some folks that swear AGAINST them in editing etc....
I'm seeing this happen in the SOURCE window....MOST of the time it translates into the sequence after render. Whats weird is that sometimes the rendered sequence file will have "tearing" in completely different areas than the source file!
I have and AERO theme turned ON (as suggested in this forum)
Overall, I'm ready to throw in the towel with frustration. I'm reading about a lot of issues being reported with the latest CC 2014 update...with a lot of forum users saying that they are falling back to software rendering etc. The promise of Open CL computing and CUDA rendering of 6k files on an off the shelf laptop is escaping me ( A quick Peek at Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014.1 (v8.1) - YouTube )
Here is what I am seeing:
HELP Adobe - I'm reading about so much of the same issues with this latest update!

    Hi Rave,
Thank you for taking the time to reply. I found that simply deleting the ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater/ directory was a faster solution than taking the time out of my day to uninstall and reinstall all of my Adobe apps. I will be submitting a bug report to address the issue with the Creative Cloud updater.
    Thanks,

There we have it, I think that that is all you need to know to perhaps give opinions and advice. Allow me to elaborate on why I am posting today after browsing this wonderful forum for the last two weeks. (...and by the way, my hat's off to some of you knowledgeable regulars for helping out a lot of newbies and folks in trouble!) Without further adieu:
    Problem #1: POWER ISSUE
When, or if, I remove AC Power from my PC for whatever reason I run into a problem in which after reconnecting the AC Power and attempting to turn on the computer it goes into a 3-5 second startup loop in which the PC does not post, but rather cycles power to all of the components indefinitely. I notice the LEDs on my optical drives cycling repeatedly ad infinitum until I power off using the 4-second hold method, and then press the power button again. At this point the PC boots up fine, and boots up fine going forward from all restarts and shut downs. How strange? I've never, EVER, encountered something like this before.
    Problem #2: PERFORMANCE ISSUE
This PC has a handful of serious performace issues.
    3dMark03 scored horribly.
Prime95 runs ridiculously slow although there are no erros! It runs much more quickly on my work PC which is a PIII 866mhz with 384MB of PC133 RAM.
I receive, on no regular frequency, or while doing anything in particular, Explorer memory errors. Not BSOD's mind you, but "...blah blah blah referenced memory address xxxxx-xxxxx and could not be written". This causes Explorer to restart itself, blowing away the start menu, task bar, and any Explorer windows open. They reappear, of course, without incident.
The most off performance issue of all is that when opening an Explorer window for either of my IDE HDs, designated D and E drives, I find that when using the highlighting rectangle tool the Explorer window freezes or lags. I can double-click and open or move/copy files without incident, but if I attempt to highlight by this method this halt or lag occurs.
Also, since my update of the BIOS from 1.2 to 1.7, and then to 1.8 system startup times prior to Windows loading are HORRID. I have disabled just about everything, and yet the SATA BIOS loads for 5 seconds, and then I must wait 20 seconds for Windows itself to come to the login screen. No other BIOS related issues to report per se, but this is terrible for what should be a blazingly fast computer.
Now let's see.. what have I tried to do to repair the issues?
    1) 2 BIOS flashes. First from 1.2->1.7, and then from 1.7->1.8. Ostensibly this was just "because". The power user need to have the latest! I noticed the incorrect CPU temperature being reported, however.. This led to me buying this massive ThermalTake HSF to replace my stocker. I also added more thermal goop than I ever have before, as well as a PCI slot fan before I became aware that it was a BIOS issue! GRRRR MSI.
    2) I thought perhaps for the one issue that one of the hard drives was an issue, and even perhaps for power, but I replaced each with new drives and tested all 4 on another PC. NO problems. Also I should perhaps mention that my IDE drives are all hooked up using Antec Cobra cables. Expensive yes, but why the hell not, right? I've never seen a hang-off grounding wire for IDE before. Decided not to use them as I could think of a great place to screw them in, nor have other PC using them had trouble skipping the ground wire.
    3) I unplugged every molex cable, the 4-pin CPU power, and the 20-pin ATX power and rerranged them all - as well as removed and then reinserted the RAM.
    4) I tried changing my memory timings and power management settings, etc in BIOS. Nothing seem to impact the issue. I didn't fiddle with the voltages, but I should not need to running the RAM at SPD or lower settings and without overclocking the system at all!
    5) Another issue that I had that seems to have vanished, come back, vanished, and then come back a "little bit" is my USB ports. When set to enable legacy devices in BIOS my USB items like my Logitech wireless keyboard would just cycle power and refuse to function. Also my UPS connected VIA USB seems to sometimes handshake with Windows and sometimes not. I've tried using all of the different ports, etc but the problem remains. I NEED 6 ports for my devices so it is all that I could do!
    6) I have an Enermax 550w EG651P-VE(FMA) with 36 amps on each voltage rail on it's way, and it should arrive tomorrow. Despite all of the crap regarding power supplies that I see on this board I am not confident that it's the problem. That Antec PSU should be able to hold it's on with 20 amps on the +12v channel. C'mon now. I build a nearly identical system with the same power supply for a customer and he has no problems at all. He also has 3 HDs, same motherboard, etc.. the only difference is he has but one optical drive and a 2800+ rather than a 3200+. That power difference should be decimal nature in amps needed.
...oh and the sound card is in PCI slot 3, for those that remember the glory days of sound card IRQ issues that Creative was once notorious for... oh, and I disable the ethernet boot device, etc so my slow startups should not be related. My serial ATA drive is also on connection 1 of the VIA controller.. Promise can kiss my a**.
Soooo.. Show me what a n00b I am, oh great ones. I've built over 100 PCs since 1998 for myself, friends, families, and customers... and I've never seen an issue like this one! I'm no dummy, but please don't assume too much. Other pros on here know full well you can forget the most simple mundane detail in spite of experience! I want to solve this problem. I am on the verge of shelling out for a new motherboard and processor of the 939 pin variety.. and am now wary of MSI's long awaited socket 939 K8 Neo2 board despite it's awesome reviews. MSI has never really given me trouble before.. but I don't really want to spend money to the order of $200+ for that damned Gigabyte board. Gigabyte has always been good to me as well. Save my wallet! PLEASE!!!
Thanks so much everyone, I tried very hard not to leave out any details!

You can reach me on Yahoo or AIM just about any time, and I will check here frequently.
The startup problem might just be a screwy psu. Your antec *should* be able to power your stuff just fine, but maybe it is defective in some strange way.
What is your 3dmark03 score? If it is 3000-4000, (approx perf. level of ati 9600xt), then it is fine.
Check your memory using memtest86+, and try underclocking it to ddr333.
UNplug usb devices, and see if it speeds up boot. Also, I would not recommend bios 1.8 since people seem to have some troubles with it.
Also, try disabling agp fast writes, disabling spread spectrum, and maybe boosting ram voltage a tiny bit.
Try booting without your audigy plugged in, and try booting barebones (nothing but 1 hard drive with os) and see what happens.
I'm no expert, but you might get lucky trying these steps.

  • Scored Items not starting at beginning on second try.

I have a movie that has no actual quiz items yet when the
student exits the course I want the LMS course summary page to read
Completed - 100%, Passed. Score - 100%. I can achieve this on our
IBM LMS by adding a scored interaction on my Next button on the
next to last page. Works great. I get the results displayed that I
    want.
The issue comes up when the student launches the course a
second time. Not many do, but occasionally it happens. For some
reason the movie does not begin on the first page. It launches and
jumps to the page after the scored button, skipping the entire
movie. I have tried moving the scored button to the first page, but
the movie after launching jumps to a screen in the middle of the
presentation. There is no logical reason as to why it jumps to the
middle screen, it just does. I have tried placing the the scored
interaction in a number of different places and even having
multiple scored interactions, nothing seems to work. Any
suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for
    your help.

    CitizenseLearning,
I have very limited experience with working with an LMS so
take this for what it is worth, but this sounds like it may have
something to do with bookmarking within the LMS itself. I say this
since Captivate does not contain any kind of bookmarking capability
itself and should always start on the first page unless there is an
outside app (Flash actions script, LMS bookmarking, etc.) telling
    it to do otherwise.

  • The topic of scoring to film with logic...

    Hello everyone,
I wanted to get a little discussion started on the topic of scoring to picture and how people here do it with logic.
My experience with this has been quite on the side of frustration, and I've always thought "wow--- is it really this dumb?.. It CAN'T be this dumb.."
So, when I talk about scoring to film, the biggest issue is the scene change-- something might be building and building and tempos increasing and rising and rising, and then suddenly BAM.. scene change, slow ambient music... Then scene change, fast paced intense music... When dealing with creating music notation for something like this, it's especially important to make sure that the note events are strict in time and on the beat (quantized, etc) so that your scores make visual sense and players won't hate you. "Yeah-- umm this 32nd note really is a quarter note happening over here.. But.. You know how Logic is.."
My thought always was-- if Logic just had a "create downbeat" operation, it would solve all of these problems. You could have a section of music that abruplty ends at Measure 175 on beat 2.7431 and force 2.7431 to become measure 176-- and then you could assign a new tempo, a new time signature, etc.
Logic's manual likes to talk about using tempo operations to achieve this, but this is when I ask "is it REALLY that dumb?".. I mean to be required to have a zillion crazy tempo changes in order to bypass beat 2.7432 through the end of beat 4, just seems counter intuitive, non-user friendly, and completely non-musical.
So... I am asking, how do you guys feel about this, and how do you deal with it.. Am I the only one who thinks this is dumb?

There has been no improvement or change in automation behavior between 7.x and 8.x, unfortunately. If anything the behavior has gotten buggier/worse in L8. But that's a different story and not related to what I mentioned previously about beat mapping.
Automation data is time-stamped when it's written; but if you change the tempo after the fact, the spacing between notes will either compress or expand. Therefore, automation data (TBA, track-based automation) is "malleable" with respect to tempo changes. This actually makes sense to a certain extent, but it's not a good paradigm for automation to operate under when you've got automation data associated with specific regions. To put it more simply, if you lock a region and there's automation associated with it, the region will be locked but not the automation data.
The workaround, as you hinted at, is to convert your TBA automation data to region-based automation data (RBA) prior to commencing tempo change operations. This is exactly what I do in this case, and it's become a regular part of my routine. It's kind of a PITA process, but absolutely necessary if you want to preserve your automation data prior to commencing any edits to the tempo.
The procedure is to create an additional track for every track in your arrangement. If you're doing big orchestral stuff, for example, you may have dozens if not hundreds of tracks, maybe within folders, etc. That's where the "PITA" part comes in. But anyway, once you have a duplicate of every track in the arrangement, use the pencil tool to create a blank region on once of those tracks. Extend that region to go a little beyond the end of the arrangement. Use the color palette to give it a color that's not used for any of the other regions in your arrangement (you'll see why soon).
Copy that blank region to every single one of those duplicate tracks. Then, with one of those blank regions selected, use the "select similar color" key commands and all of the blank regions will now be selected. Then invoke the command to move all automation data to region data.
Finally, Select-ALL and tjem SMPTE-lock all of the regions in your arrangement. At this point you can change tempo/commence beat mapping with impunity. (For S&G's, if not for safety, check the "protect MIDI" checkbox in beat mapping prior to doing any beat mapping operations).

  • Internal Logic sync issue

    hello Community:
I'm stuck in writing limbo now , due to a bizarre and never before seen  problem in Logic 9.1.4
a Sync or internal timing issue.....for no reason of my doing, this is what occurs:
    1. Using my same Autoload setup used for years, and am simply sequencing MIDI and audio
    2. When i record AUDIO at bar 1, then try to LOCK it and SAVE (command-S) the file region vanishes
and ends up placed at the END of my entire autoload sequence- bar 1749 ..... what the $%^ ?
    3. the transport position indicator for the region reads "????"
    4. MIDI does the same and opening the MIDI region shows that all note informaiton is placed at the same bar (in this case bar 7)
    5. if i UNDO this operation, then regions reappear correctly at Bar 1, but i cannot LOCK any regions without this sync issue
There are NO tempo changes programmed in thi sequence- eveything including signature are same.
I have done nothing to change any setting in preferences, project setting or otherwise
this has never happened in the 14 years I've been working on Logic.....dunno
    Your URGENT help appreciated!!!

    Hey again Pan:
am still having this annoying issue of vanishing Audio regions in my Logic sequence
checked on your above Prefs setting and all is fine
When i record an audio track and try to SAVE and LOCK it - it jumps to the end of my entire bar sequence
if i UNDO this operaiton it returns, but i can only save the sequence with all unlocked regions...
not useful as I do primarlly scoring use for picture.
    any other suggestions
I'm running Presonus Firestudio interfaces outboard, but not sure if this wouls screw things up
    ANy help again great
    cheers

  • HP Probook 4530s performance issues

    Hello,
I bought a brand new Probook 4530s from a local dealer two days ago.
The specs of the laptop are available via the following page: http://www.1a.ee/print/?id=12973969&leasing_first_pmt=0&leasing_term=12
The system had preinstalled SUSE Linux 11 due to which I formatted the drive and installed Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. The issue that I have is to do with the fact that the computer is dead slow and it seems not to be charging. It does say charging and the led light on the left side is on, but no actual charging takes place (maybe 1% per hour).
In my opinion it does have something to do with the optimization of the i5 2450m processor. The processor scored a miserable 3.8 in the Windows Experience Index test.
Maybe it does have something to do with drivers or the lack thereof but I didn´t find anything besides the ones provided at HP´s page located at: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=5060882&...
Any thoughts on how to make my laptop run like it should?
    Greetings

  • Issues with "Add to total" with multiple clickboxes on a slide

I've seen similar posts, but can't find any with this exact issue. If this has already been solved, please point me in the proper direction.
I'm creating a quiz project that includes both application (click boxes and text entry) and question slides. The scoring should work such that if the learner gets the question correct on the first attempt, they get 2 points; on the second attempt, 1 point; and 0 points on any subsequent attempt. The way I've implemented this (using clickboxes for example), is to put 3 clickboxes on the timeline for each slide. The first is set to 1 attempt, with 2 points and "Add to total" selected. The second is set to 1 attempt, with 1 point and "Add to total" NOT selected. The last is set to infinite attempts, with 0 points and "Add to total" NOT selected.
When I bring up the Advanced Interaction screen, it correctly shows the total number of possible points for the project (2 per slide.) However, when I get to the results page of the quiz, it shows 3 points per slide in the {max-score} field, which obviously screws up the perfect score. The incorrect total is also shown in the Quiz Settings dialog under "Pass or Fail", where I can set a specific number of points required for passing.
Has anyone run into this behavior before? I can find anything that I've configured incorrectly in the individual slides or in the Advanced Interactions dialog.
Thanks so much for any help!

    Hi Ryan
Bugs are filed using the same form where we also submit product suggestions. It's called the Wish Form. This is also the best way to alert Adobe to a problem as it's a channel they are tuned into and are listening there. Sometimes we see Adobe employees visit here and occasionally answer a question or two. But largely it's user-to-user support.
Link to the Wish Form/Bug Report is in my sig line as well as sprinkled around the Captivate forums in sidebars where we moderators can add things.
    Cheers... Rick
