SCSM 2012 failed to execute Submit operation

Question

Hi,
I notice that most of my customer facing a common error such as screenshot below :-
They receive this error very often especially when dealing with Incidents update.
I do understand that this happened when there were 2 user accessing the same incident and the second user will get this error when trying to update the incident.
Is there any workaround to prompt that the incident is open by other user and editing is not possible ?
From user point of view this is kind of annoying, especially the second user write a long incident comment and unable to commit the update of the incident.

I've just had this happen to me again! Filled out the action log and resolved the ticket. Got the error, had to exit the form and lost all the work.... VERY Frustrating.
