Search Complaints by Code/Codegruppe/Katalogkart @ item level in Web Ui

Hi All,
I have a requirement to search complaints BUS2000120 in the Advance search screen BT120S_CPL by item code,codegruppe & katalogcart.
So what i did - have added the fields in the search structure throgh an append & the fields are available on the screen & then implemented the EH_ONSEARCH event to include those parameters in the add parameters method. Based on the CRMC_REPDY reporting framwork. It works fine for the header level code/codegruppe/katalogkart. But when I implement the item level code_item, codegruppe_item & katalogkart_item (as per the CRMC_REPDY) - it does not work at all.
So I am wondering do i have to pss some additional parametsr for the item level search??
though these item level fields are given in the CRMC_REPDY table - standard reporting framework has to take care of this when i add the parameters CODE_ITEM / CODEGRUPPE_ITEM / KATALOGKART_ITEM

I think you'd have to find some BAdI to actually do the search on code/codegroup etc. Try to find out if there any is BAdI available for search enhancements.

    Mulitple tax codes(P2-P1-C1)- Carries only total tax amount at parent
    level and no tax rate at parent level. It carries indvidual service
    line item tax amount and tax rate at service item level
    SES Outbound Idoc -
    Similar tax codes(P1-P1-p1 and P2-P2-P2) - Carries total tax amount at
    parent level segment and tax rate at parent item level also it carries
    indvidual service line item tax amount and tax rate at service item
    level
    Mulitple tax codes(P2-P1-C1)- Carries only total tax amount at parent
    level and no tax rate at parent level. It carries indvidual service
    line item tax amount and tax rate at service item level
    But while creating the invoice for parent line item which includes 3
    services, it carries correct tax amount(as per PO and SESR) but it is
    asking for tax rate at parent level not at service item level.
    It is working fine for similar tax code at service line item (e.g P1-P1-p1 for 3 services or P2-P2-P2 for all 3 services) but when we use the combination of tax code or multiple tax code at service line items (e.g. P2-P1-C1), the inbound Idoc gets failed.
    Expectation - How EDI invoice posted for mulitple Services under one parent line item which having multiple tax codes at service item level

  • Display of Item Level Fields in Complaint Search Result

    We have enhanced the complaint search result screen to display columns such as item category or code group. These values come from the item level, so the result list displays blanks under these columns. Is it possible to populate these fields? Something like, displaying multiple rows for the same complaint, with different values for item level fields in each row?
    For example, there is a complaint with 3 items. The user searches for complaints based on some header field, and this complaint is in the result list. Is it possible to display 3 different rows for the same complaint, with the value for Item Category being different for the 3 rows?

    Yes, this is possible but it a custom development.
    We had similar requirement where we needed to search all searvice orders and complaints belonging to an item category.
    We created a Z-search component for this and implemented the logic .
    If the complaint search component has item category as a search parameter ( i am not sure) then it will be simple...but it is doesnt have it, then u can include it programatically or using AET ( if you are on 7.0) .
    The result population will be programatic as you will have to search complaints matching to your item category.
    There are large no of item categories per transaction type, so dynamic search takes too much time and times out on web ui..You must supply atleas one valid item category as the basis for your search.

    To have Milestone Billing Plan at header level also, you can maintain Billing Plan 01 in Sales order type (T.Code: VOV8) & for Item level Billing Plan has to be maintained at Item Category Level (T.Code: VOV7).

  • Search help for Custom Item level field

    Hi All,
    I have two custom fields at Item level. Both of them has fixed values defined at domain. The fixed values have a short text also given with them.
    The problem I am facing is when SRM provides default search help for these custom fields, for first field the 'Value' and 'Description' comes in the search result screen, but for second, only 'Value' comes in the search result.
    When I try to debug, it shows the SHLPTYPE as 'SH' for first one and for the second as 'FV'.
    What does this indicate?
    My requirement is to display both value and description in the search result screen.
    Please suggest.

    I have seen the document you sent me on my email id.
    <b> I noticed in the case where the Search help is working fine, there is no space in between the contents of the Fixed values and their short text under the value range tab of the Domain element.
    But in the case, where there is a problem with the search help. There both the Fixed values and their short description is having a space in between the words.
    Try maintaining COND_A instead of "COND A". Also with the short description use "COND_A" instead of "COND A".</b>

    If you change tax code at header level then you calculation will be according to that tax code ,check your tax value in header
    once you check tax code in header level then why you want to change it in item level now ?
    check tax calculation first it is correct or not .

    I'm working on a project that uses ILS (item level security) in portal 10.1.4.
    I need a custom search portlet that retrieves all the items that can be viewed by a certain group.
    Explicitly, if there are 3 items: I1, I2, I3, and 3 groups G1, G2, G3, having the view permissions distributed like below:
    for I1 - any user from G1 and G2
    for I2 - any user from G2,
    for I3 - any user from G1, G3
    I want to be able to select all the items for a certain group - say G1 will retrieve I1 and I3 ; or G2 retrieves I1 and I2;
    Can this be done in a custom jpdk portlet ? If not, is there any other alternative to achieve this ?

    Well the URl is relative to the initial path and as a result you do not get the fully qualified URL.
    This is done in this way to help create human readable URL's and thus should not be tied to a machine name and port and could be just xyz.com/.....

    I had a urgent requirement that I need to provide new tabstrip in ME21 tcode at ITEM level.
    note: not in Item overview.
    So, friends could you please tell me what is the screen exit for it and if you have steps for it please give me the solution as early as possible and good points will be rewarded.

    use this enhamcement MM06E005
    go to se51 give program name SAPLXM06 and create 0111 screen and mention subscreen under attributes of screen.
    and go to layout define ur fields in the layout..
    use exit_sapmm06e_013 for getting data .
    also create ci_ekpo structrure and write the req logic to update that strucutre so that values will go and sit in stadard ekpo table.
    after creating that structure dont forget to activate ekpo thr se14.
    and go to se80 and give function group of exit_sapmm06e_013(this fm) and u will find under includes some z*top where u can declare all ur screen fields .

  • Deletion of  the Purchase order at the item level and header level

    Hi Gurus,
    We are using SRM 7.0 system.
    In standard SRM 7.0, the PO can be deleted at header level and at line item level. I need to know the differnce between these deletions. I found that if the PO is deleted at the line item level the  deletion indicator (DEL_IND) field in BBP_PDIGP table is 'X'.
    But i could not find any clue to find the PO which is deleted at the header level. I need to code this logic in a report .

    There are two ways:
    1. From the Header by clicking the DELETE button. And this is only possible when the PO is not yet output to Vendor.
    2. The second way is to delete all the items in the PO. This is possible any time irrespective of the output sent to the vendor. But provided if there are no follow-on documents for this.
    Some times we could see the Deletion icon active in Header  , it is because there is change version existing.
    When a PO is created and ordered, this is the first version of the PO. And this PO is sent to the backend and output is sent to
    the vendor.
    Now when you make a change and hold it, SRM creates the 2ndversion of this PO. Then when you delete this PO, SRM marks this 2nd
    version of PO to closed. Also you receive the pop-op confirmation that PO was deleted at this point. However, this PO deletion is never sent to the backend and output is not sent to the vendor since this PO has never been ordered. This version is the Change Version. This is shown after the PO number field if you pay attention on the screen.
    When you search for the PO, it will show you the ordered PO (No change version shown after the PO number). The system does not show you the deleted version which is version 2. That is why you see status is 'ordered'.
