Security Patch for InvokeScript ?

As you sse, we can call a function in Javascript on embedded web page in C#.
This also works before.
document.location.href='/';
But...
I doesn't work any more after Windows Update on 2015.3.11.
With many testing the url '/' doesn't work.
I replaced it like 'http://www.example.com'.
So it works now.
I tried to find a thing about this issue in latest patches.
But I can't find any thing.
Is there anyone know this issue ?

Case A ( doesn't work any more ) -----------------------------------------
function MovePage() {
document.location.href = '/aaa/';
Case B ( does work ) -----------------------------------------
function MovePage() {
document.location.href = 'http://www.emample.com/aaa/';
Comparing case A with case B,only the URL is different.
From the href property: location.href=URL
URL means Specifies the URL of the link. Possible values:
An absolute URL - points to another web site (like location.href="http://www.example.com/default.htm")
A relative URL - points to a file within a web site (like location.href="default.htm")
An anchor UR
L - points to an anchor within a page (like location.href="#top")
A new protocol - specifies a different protocol (like location.href="ftp://someftpserver.com", location.href="mailto:[email protected]" or location.href="file://host/path/example.txt")
But in case A, '/aaa/' is not the complete.
