Selection screen disappeared from CRM_UI

Hi All,
When I click on reporting link in CRM_UI, it is taking me directly to result of the report. No selection screen appears for pre-filter.
I executed particular report on Bex analyzer as well as on Java portal, its working fine there. I'm getting selection screen for per-filter in Bex analyzer and Java portal. I dont know why selection screen is not coming on CRM_UI.
Does anyone have any comment on this? Why this is happening only on CRM_UI?

Hello Vijay,
In general, please note that the Enterprise Portal URL is not supposed to be called in an <IFRAME> and it should be the top container in the browser, otherwise EPCM (Enterprise Portal Client Framework) will not work correctly.
Please check for SAP Note #1738027 - Embedding Enterprise Portal content in another webpage to see how it should be done correctly.

What is your iTunes version?

Selected images disappearing from compiled CHM

I've got a project that I'm trying to get compiled into a CHM file from RoboHTML 8. Everything seems to have gone fine, except that four of the images I added to the project prior to compilation don't show up in the CHM. They seem to be fine when viewed from RoboHelp, they're where they're supposed to be, and the source code of the compiled CHM refrences them correctly. And yet... they don't actually show up! I have tried renaming them, and reimporting them into the project, but these tricks didn't work. I'm hoping someone out there has some suggestions!

I've had this happen a few times.
I deleted the image from the topic and then inserted it again from the
RoboHelp project files (from the "Images in Project Folders" section on
the left side - not from the open folder icon).
This solved the problem for me; hope it helps you as well.

How to remove spaces at selection screen coming from logical database

Hi Experties,
When we hide some selection from the logical database. The spaces still occupied and this make our selection screen looks awkward.
How to remove the spaces left by hidden selection ?

I came across your un-answered question while searching for a solution on the similer problem. Though I couldn't fine a solution on SDN, but figured out one myself. Thought its a good idea to share it.
AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.
LOOP AT SCREEN.
    IF screen-group4 = '003'.
      screen-active = 0.
      MODIFY SCREEN.
    ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
Here screen-group4 contains the sequence number of the select-options field starting from 000 onwards.

Get selection screen parameters from sap query

Hello. I use SAP Query Reporting, so I added a report assignment for detailing (sq01 -> Change button -> Goto -> Report Assignment -> Insert row -> Other type row -> Abap Report Program)
and put there ABAP program.
When I run query and press CtrlShiftF1 (or double click) It calls my abap program.
So the question is: how to get selection screen parameters in my program ?
to be more precise I want to get date parameter (begda, endda)

There is a Z query which I can see in sq01. I set reporting period and run the query; when I run it, it gives me the employee list.
So I wrote the abap report to get an employee details, customized query as I mentioned above.
The query calls my report and I need to get parameters.
SELECTION-SCREEN BEGIN OF BLOCK frm1 WITH FRAME TITLE text-001.
PARAMETER : p_pernr LIKE p0001-pernr OBLIGATORY MATCHCODE OBJECT prem.

passes normal. ALV Query contains it, but I'd like to get one more parameter from selection screen of the query and don't know how to get it.

Selection Screen Disappearing on error

I am new to ABAP.

Selection-screen (field from .Include structure)

Hi all,
I have a selection screen with several select-options. One of the select-option is
select-options: s_vornr for afvc-vornr.
Where 'vornr' is a .Include structure field in the table 'afvc'. Now my question is, in selection screen when I click on the box for this particular select-option I dont see the circle(from where we can select the existing input values) at the end of the box.
Why is it so and how can get that circle option at the end of the box by sticking to the same table and field(afvc-vornr).

How can I get selection screen values from outside of program?

Hi. all.
Now. I'm developing moritoring systems and I have problems. for getting selection screen values in runtime. Is there any function, methods or structure to know this?
I'd like to get selection screen values while several programs working in runtime and update these values to table to show current system's status and input values for users in real time.
For example.
Now. 3 PGMs are working on systems.
each PGM is ZAAA01, ZAAA02, ZAAA03.
and ZAAA01 needs input parameter P01, ZAAA02 needs input parameter P02, ZAAA03 needs input parameter P03.
In this case, I have to know values of P01, P02 and P03.
The mornitoring systems will show current working status of PGMs(ZAAA01~03)' and these PGMs' input values.
As fas as I know, the structure 'SCREEN' can be used in each PGM for runtime. Is there any SAP system structure or something else for this purpose?

Umm..I need to explain more about this.
of course I know SET, GET PARAMETERS.
But I'd like to minimize coding for each PGM level.
I have over hundreds PGMs and I have to develop the PGM(including tables and structures) that mornitor
all of those PGMs on a report in real-time.
This PGM is kind of Process Manager.
First I should know dialogue job PGM and background job that pass parameters using SAP(ABAP) Memory.
And then I have to update those PGMs' input values via screens into tables in real-time.
So, I couldn't use SET,GET PARAMETERS for this PGM.
I want to know methods that can be used for getting information about runtime PGMs' selection screen field values in SAP systems wide.
Please help me some one knows this.

Selection-screen differ from developement to quality

Hi All,
I made one standard report as Z report.In this they used Logical databases.I made the changes in selection-screen by selecting some of the fields as invisible,and i created the request number for the report and i moved it to quality,But there the selection-screen it is displaying the fields which i made as invisible also.I dont want to display these fields.How can i do it. When i check the screen attributes in developemnt and quality the language only differ.it is 'DE' in development and it is 'EN' in quality.I think this wont be the problem for screen it is displaying now. Please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I am in LSMW screen in Developement and with the project/subproject/object entered
What I understood is that I need to go to Extras>>Export project..Correct ?
But will it export the entire thing i.e project/subproject/object in the file ? or I need to first goto LSMW workbench menu first then select All project objects which will show me the 3 nodes and then placing cursor on each node I have to export each one..
I hope I have put up my doubt correctly..
In short do I need to export/import each node i.e project/subproject/object separately or the action Extras>>Export will export entire thing ?/

IPad apps malfunctioning on screen, disappearing from screen

I updated to iOS6 on my iPad 2 and when i tried to download all my of my earlier apps and moved them around they just disappeared leaving a black space between apps. I tried reseting but still the same problem. Please help.

Fetching data from a table & displaying it as checkbox in selection screen

I have a database table which contains report name & report description as fields.based on the number of rows of data present in the table i have to display check box for each entry & the corresponding controls in the selection-screen.
I got answers like:
1.Declaring the checkboxes & hiding the same in runtime using user-command,which is not needed...
2.Declaring the checkbox in screen painter using function code & calling the same,where i need a clear explanation...
Is there any other method other than this plz let me know...

variant1 - textbox for variant which has a help,on clicking should display all the variants of YRTEST report...

date1 - date on which the job should be scheduled...
time1 - time on which the job should be scheduled...
If icb1 is clicked then date1 & time1 should not be allowed to enter & vice-versa...
cb2 - checkbox which indicates the second report(YRTEST1) in the table...
variant2 - textbox for variant which has a help,on clicking should display all the variants of YRTEST1 report...
icb2 - checkbox which indicates the immediate background processing...
date2 - date on which the job should be scheduled...

If icb2 is clicked then date2 & time2 should not be allowed to enter & vice-versa...
Its not like what u said...(Based on user entered data fetch the data of report(variant,date,time) and you can submit the data to background job as incase of single record by looping the data)
Because we have only ReportName,ReportDescription as fields in the table & not variant,date,time...The variant,date,time are all entered in the selection-screen only from which the background job is scheduled...
I hope the requirement is more clearer...

Krishna, <b>All</b> the Objects(prms,classes,tables,stru...) will be transported thru Transport Objects only..
Check Utilities->version->Version Mgt -> Here u will have the Transport number(if it's created under trnasportable obj).If you do not find TP no,then u would hav saved that as a Local Object.
Then Relase the TP no from SE10 Trnx.

Go back selection-screen from level2 of cl_salv_hierseq_table

Hi,
Problem is to go back on selection screen in one go using BACK , CANCEL or EXIT button
cl_salv_hierseq_table is being called to display output list.
Same class cl_salv_hierseq_table is being used to display new list if user wants to see.
All output list goes into ABAP stack.
Neither a single standard button BACK , CANCEL or EXIT allow me to go back on selection-screen directly from 2 level onwards . it goes one by one level
Copied GUI-status to use on_user_command and tried to use LEAVE TO TRANSACTION / CALL TRANSACTION but selection screen values in select-options / parameters not retrived
How to back on selection-screen from level2 onwards and see all values which are entered initially

No custom screen is created in my program for displaying result.
Calling METHOD display of CL_SALV_HIERSEQ_TABLE ,
So every time each DISPLAY method goes into stack .
In degug , I found FM REUSE_ALV_HIERSEQ_LIST_DISPLAY is being called
As per your suggestion it happens only when I am on first level of display result
If I am calling same METHOD display for another output without distroying exsiting one. it stores in ABAP stack
I do not know how to initializie existing / Kill CL_SALV_HIERSEQ_TABLE session before calling it again
Standard button BACK/EXIT/CANCEL does
SET SCREEN 0
LEAVE SCREEN and goes back to only one level back not on directly on selection screen.
If it is on first level then only selection-screen comes with values.

Selection Screen from prog exec and transaction code is coming different

Dear all,
The selection screen is coming diffrent from the execution of the transaction S_ALR_87013558 and execution from the program name.
The program name I found from SYSTEM->STATUS. But when I have checked in TSTC table for the program name for this transaction, it is showing blank in table.
How can I make the selection screen same from both the executions ?

Check with T.Code SE93.
The transaction S_ALR_87013558 is calling another transaction START_REPORT.
Just check with SE93 by giving the T.Code START_REPORT as input.
see whether your program and this T.Code supported program is same or not.
