Seller Dashboard change associated Company Microsoft Account

I've read similar questions that also relates to this topic, but none give me a precise answer as to the Microsoft preferred approach.
We would like to sell our product on the Microsoft Office Store and according to Microsoft we need to register a Microsoft Account for the "company" before you can create a company account on the Seller Dashboard. I've done this for an individual
account before and the process is simple and straight forward. Then, I used another Microsoft Account to create a seller in the store, and it was simple also. Then I noticed that you cannot (ever) change the associated Microsoft Account or add
multiple account owners? Surely this does not make sense for business where people are resources that come and go?
The only option I'm left with now is to create a non-personal account, e.g. [email protected] and use that to register our company as a seller, link to payout accounts, and upload our apps with. Again, this is not impossible, but this goes against the notices
on the registration pages whereby Microsoft needs those details for personal verification. So if Microsoft phones my company asking if "admin" works there, should I say yes? The staff working for the company does not own the product,
surely the company does...
Any guidance will be appreciated.

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

As you see, the way to resolve it is clear, and you seem to have reached some folks in your attempts that were not able to resolve it. Nevertheless, you should not allow them to fob you off...insist that the KB instructs the resolution path and insist that they make good on that.

I want to access OneDrive from my windows app. When i try to switch file storage from PC to OneDrive, i am getting the below Error.

Hi Mark,
You need to set up a new BlackBerry ID on your PlayBook.
If you bring up the options screen, then you may be able change it in the BlackBerry I'd option pane.
If you don't have the option, you need to reset (wipe) the PlayBook. There's an option called security wipe. Follow it through, and once it has restarted you can create a new BlackBerryID and start from scratch.

When I enter the email address I used for skype, I'm now directed to the microsoft account password recovery, for which I do know the password. My contacts now see two accounts: a "firstlastnbr" and a "live:first.last". And my microsoft account has no contacts... Please advise, thanks ! Spiffo

Attempting to log in to a microsoft account with my laptop. I get the error "We're sorry, but something went wrong. Your account wasn't changed to this microsoft account."
Works fine on my desktop. Can you not log into multiple computers with a microsoft account?

Neeeevermind. Stupid router DNS was screwed and blocking connections. I have static DNS on my desktop and DHCP is assigning bad DNS to the laptop.

We presently try Windows 8.1 in my company. And we have a user/domain account, and this is perfect. Now I discovers we can sync/connect with a Microsoft account. I try to connect to a "business" Microsoft account. But if I do that I can't use Skype
with my personal account !
So my real question is when we use a domain account when we connect to a Microsoft Account, best utilization is to use our personal or a business Microsoft account?
And if I use a business account, how I can use Skype with my personal account?

This is an issue.
Linking the domain account to one online account is not something I am happy about at all. We need more flexibility around account settings please.

Did you ever find a solution to this issue? I am hoping to migrate our company from an in house SBS server to Office 365, I had expected that this issue would have been resolved by the Office 365 account also being a Microsoft Account. But I
have since learned that this is not the case, and for at least one good reason. Windows Store App licenses and payment information is linked to the Microsoft Account.
Please consider a small business of 50 to 100 users using Office 365 Enterprise where Users stay in the company between 1 to 3 years.
Not all staff joining the company would have a personal Microsoft Account, and even if the User did have a personal Microsoft Account, as the User's computer is a company asset, the company cannot violate the user's privacy by having the User use their own
Microsoft Account. And the company cannot risk the security implications of having the User's personal Microsoft account connected to their corporate computer and network.
The company IT department could create company owned Microsoft accounts for each User as well as Office 365 User accounts. And when a User leaves, log into the User's company Microsoft Account and check to ensure that the user has not placed any company
records on their Microsoft Account's OneDrive before deleting their User account. It will also mean deleting and creating a new Microsoft Account each time a User leaves the company and their replacement is hired.
However there is an issue here when the IT Department deletes the Microsoft Account the company looses the license for any software that they have purchased for the user.
So far the only solution I have been able to determine is to create company "role" based Microsoft Accounts and Office 365 accounts, then use Email Aliases to manage a personalised email address for any user working in that "role". For example we would have
roles "CEO", "Business.Manager", "Finance.Manager", "Finance.Assistant_1", "Communications.Office", "Marketing.Manager", "Sales.Rep_1", etc.
I understand that Enterprise organisations do not use Microsoft Accounts at all, but use Side-loading administered from an AD server to manage Windows Store Apps.
I would very much like to hear how companies are managing the issues caused by Microsoft Accounts, including the issue of there being two OneDrives, a Microsoft Account OneDrive and an Office 365 OneDrive for Business.

Gift cards are country specific.
They can only be used inside the borders of the country of issue.

Unfortunately, I know you can't merge Apple IDs. I'm not going to replace my current domain email, I'm only going to use my iCloud email. Since I already have an iCloud Apple ID (a second Apple ID), I don't have anything else to use to change my Apple ID email address.

I am experiencing problems with using my Microsoft Account for billing and purchasing apps in Windows store.
I am using my old WLID that I've created several years ago, and I have obsolete information including my country residence there. Now when I go to
https://billing.microsoft.com, I see that I have 2 profiles:
Personal profile: US
Business profile: Russia.
Now the problem is that I want my personal profile be changed to Russia as well. Having US in the profile makes it impossible to make purchases from Microsoft Store because Store does not allow for changing country when making purchases via PayPal.
Currently I have this information:
I need the Country/Residence information to be changed to Russia. How do I do that?
I am stuck.

If it's not possible, would I be able to continue using my Microsoft Account with old residence/country information while making purchases through a new Microsoft account where I have specified my current residence?

To change the Country/region data used for Payment and Billing in Microsoft Store,
Press WindowsKey+W to show Start screen and focus on searching in
Settings.
Type 'region' (without quotes) and open Region dialog box when found.
In the Region dialog switch to Location tab and change the country of choice in the
Home location drop-down list.
Click OK to apply changes and make them effective.
Open Store and press WindowsKey+I to show settings charms then choose
Your account.
In the Your account screen click Add payment method to configure your payment settings that will be used for purchasing apps from Windows Store.
Notice Country/region value has changed.
This country will be specified in Country/residence within Payment and Billing in Microsoft Store app.

I'm afraid that once an address has been associated with an Apple ID you can't re-use it in any way. You will have to create another address (such as a free on from GMail or Yahoo for example).

Without the previous user's ID and password, or getting him to remove the phone from his list of devices, the iPhone is useless. There is no workaround for this and certainly where individuals are concerned Apple cannot help.
I have seen a suggestion that Apple may be willing to do this in a corporate situation like the one you are in, but I've seen no confirmation of this. You have nothing to lose by contacting Apple and asking, but don't be surprised if you are told it can't be done. This is a security device and if it was possible to bypass it there would be no point in having it in the first place.

I am trying to change the e-mail address of my Microsoft account I use to access MSDN. On the “My Account” page I select the “Change Microsoft Account for this subscription” link and enter the temporary passphrase
as prompted. After I hit 'next' I receive the following error:
“An unknown service exception occurred. Please try again or contact customer support with the following reference id.
Reference Id:
1999706587
This error has been logged with the reference number noted above. Please use this reference number if you contact support.”
The Reference Id changes with each subsequent attempt.

http://MSPartner.microsoft.com and then clicking "Support". Since this is an account specific issue, you'll need some individual help to resolve that should not be handled publicly.
