Sender Agreement SWIFT Configuration

Hi Guys, I need your expertise regarding the SAP SWIFT configuration, i am following a PDF file (ConfGuide_SWIFT_602_v0_4.pdf).
Basically, this is what I have done so far.
1. Create a business service and modifying the receiver tab page according to the pdf file
2. Create the receiver and communication channels in the created business service.
3. During the creation of sender agreement, it states that the interface to be used is SwiftMessage, however, from the list of choices, it is not visible, I think this is due to the fact that in the design, the message interface SwiftMessage is declared as abstract.
The question is, is there a way to get pass this without changing the category of the message interface?
Thanks!

When you create business services, you have to manually add the interfaces in the sender/receiver tabs of the service page. Once you add them here, you will be able to see them in the available interfaces.
However, sender agreements are not needed for the abstract interfaces. You might have to recheck if you have wrongly defined your interfaces.

  • No sender agreement configured in the XI Integration Directory

    Hi,
I am using MPA(MML) message format in XI scenario. My scenarios are R3->XI->Marketplace and Marketplace->XI->R3. The first scenario works fine with no problems where as when i try to post MML message from marketplace to XI system, i am seeing the "No sender agreement configured in the XI Integration Directory for the given message header:SenderParty=xxxx; ReceiverParty=; SenderService=xxxxx; ReceiverSerivce=xxx; Interface=xxxx; InterfaceNamespace=xxx;". I have created sender agreement for this secenario, and moreover i haven't this sender agreement in the xi cache. Please let me know if i am missing anything in the configuration.
    Thanks & Regards
    Sruj

Thanks a lot for replies, but i have tried all these options but no luck. Does it need any additional configurtion to resolve this issue, i dont think this is cache issue, if that is the case after all steps which i have done should have fixed it. Please post your comments.
Once again thanks a lot for everyone.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • No Sender Agreement Configured in Dual Stack( PI 7.31)

    Hi All,
I am configuring a simple file to file scenario.
Initially i Have created the scenario without ICO and It worked fine.Later I changed this ( ie, I have deleted sender agreement,Interface determination etc)
    and used ICO to configure.
But I am getting the below error.
If the configuration is based on ICO,I don't think sender agreement is required. Please help.

  • XI 3.0  Sender Agreement error during Configuration Wizard

    Hi
During the Sender Agreement generation of the Configuration Wizard an error occurs because it takes the value of "" for Receiver Party and Service.  This was discuused during the XI252 Session at the San Diego SAP TechEd.  The proposed solution was to copy the existing Sender Agreement and remove the "" values.  However, no Sender Agreement exists that could be copied.  Therefore, I attempted to manually create a Sender Agreement.  But now I end up with the following error:
    Thrown:
    MESSAGE ID: com.sap.aii.ib.bom.landscape.rb_landscape.SLD_***_NOT_FOUND_EX
com.sap.aii.utilxi.swing.framework.PersistenceException: Unable to find an associated SLD element (source element: SAP_BusinessSystem, [CreationClassName, SAP_BusinessSystem, string, Name, XID, string], target element type: SAP_BCSystem)
Has anybody encoutered this also, and more importantly, found a solution?
    Frank Deijkers

    Hi,
I think you have to add:
    Optional: xml.addHeaderLine 0
Obligatory: try to put the ; between quotation marks like:
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers,

  • Test Configuration Tool: Sender Agreement Not Found

    Hi, All:
We have new XI3.0 setup and I just want to test simple file to file scenario, but the file was picked up by sender file adapter, however, there is no message sent to Integration server.
When I use Test Configuration Tool, the sender agreement is green, however, it also mention Sender Agreement Not Found, see below:
    ================================================
    Sender Agreement
    ================================================
futhermore, Interface Mapping is not found either. Actually, Interface has been created on IR. Sender Agreement also created in ID.
Anyone who has idea about these two errors ?
    Thanks in advance
    Liang

    Hi, Raj and Srinivas:
    Thanks for your reply.
First of all, all the objects are activated,  secondly, when create sender agreement, I just need to input the Sender Service Name / Sender Interface / Sender Interface Namespace. Then finally select commnication channel.
For any Receiver sides, they are grey out, I am not able to input anything.
So, there is no "*" in any fields.
I doubt if there is any setup wrong, especially for adapter engine, maybe some modules that are not functional for file adapter engine, since I also see other problems,  I might post them as separate thread.
In Adapter monitor page, I did not see the adapter.
In RWB, if I use IE, there is Error in the page, using Firefox, it is OK.
    Thanks And Regards !

  • Sender Agreement endpoints URL - is it configurable?

    Hello All
I have two PI servers: DEV and QA. DEV works ok, but after transporting objects from DEV I've noticed, that SOAP Sender Agreement gives WSDL which contains service endpoint url from DEV system. Main WSDL Url is correct - from QA.
Are those endpoinds somehow configurable? How to make this WSDL correct, that QA serves those services?
    TIA
    Best Regards
    Maciej

    Hi Maciej,
    answering your question indirectly
it's not PI that you're looking for right now but your sender application
it's the sender application that needs to be able to determine the URL (server) correctly (for dev,qa, prd)
as you only generate a proxy for it once (on the dev system), right ?
so it should be possible to change it in the sender app and not in the receiver I believe - at least that's how it works in simplest cases (no SR etc.)

  • Sender agreement not updated in XI cache after commit

    Hi all,
somehow none of my created sender agreements appears in the XI cache after commit. I also did a complete refresh of the XI chache.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!
    Denis

    Hmm,
I have created sender agreements for SOAP channels, this would explain why I could not see the agreements...
Actually I am wondering why the 'test configuration' tool in the ID brings up an 'java.io.IOException' in the receiver determination. Prior to that the sender agreement lookup fails. So I thought it's the XI Cache...
I restarted the J2EE engine but the problem remains.
    Any other ideas?
    Thanks so far!

  • Sender Agreements for HTTPS

    Hi
I am aware that there that there is no Sender Agreement necessary for sender Http scenario, maybe a silly question but why in that case is there a Sender option on the HTTP communication channel ?. Also for HTTPS if there is no sender agreement (hence no Communication Channel) then where can HTTPS be assigned as the Security Level on the channel, i.e. the "Security Check for Incoming Messages option".
    Thanks
    Damien

    Hi!
According to my knowledge in XI there the HTTP Sender service is in disable and eventhough u can create in XI. but now in Latest version like PI 7.1 the service is enable
In mostly in some real time projects there are some requirements like they need some security purposes in that cases mostly they need a Sender agreement mandatory for security purpose.
Inorder to satisfy these requirements they are configuring HTTP sender and hence Sender agreement and but they are selecting as HTTPS protocol and while selecting HTTPS protocol kindly note one point that your network Firewall settings needs to be in open and they needs to all the flow of messages.
I hope now you are free from confusion.

  • Sender Agreement not needed when in httpclient to file scenario.

    Hi,
I will like to understand why in the httpclient to file scenario, a sender agreement is not needed?
      Thanks.

    HI
Integrattion server - IS expects the messages in XML format. If you see the HTTP request you will see that we pass all the info contained in the Sender areement in the the HTTP request itself , namely - Message interface, message type and the namespace (along with login parameters). For IDOCs the the IDOC- XML are are sent to the IS (through IDOC port configuration at the source system.
When send a message to XI the sender knows that XI system parameters, but when at the reciver end there could be any any system that is reciving the IDOc/HTTTp message. you specify those message through a commumication channel and this channel is associated to a receiver agreement.
For more information you can search in sdn.

  • Using file adapter, got "Sender Agreement not found" error

I used file adapter in my CC and defined all the necessary objects. When I tried to test the configuration and I kept getting "Sender Agreement" error.
Also the chache is cleared too, searched the forum already, couldn't find any clue
Not sure what I did wrong

    Hi,
First things first, ensure you have an agreement for each single Communication Channel you have
and that they are correctly associated.
If they are created and associated, you may try the cache refresh with the link:
    http://host:j2eeport/CPACache/refresh?mode=full

  • Problems using access control in sender agreement for SOAP adapter 7.1

I am trying to use Access Control Lists to restrict user access to web services/interfaces which are exposed via PI. This can be configured via the Integration Builder Directory using the u201CAssigned Usersu201D tab of both Communication Components (Business System) and Sender Agreements.
The configuration is via the above mentioned components. However, I understand that itu2019s the adapters which at runtime are responsible for actually applying these checks.
I have been having problems getting the access control to work using a setup involving a SOAP adapter of type SAP BASIS 7.10.
The symptom of the problem is that although the access control works as expected at the Business System level, any settings at the Sender Agreement level appear to have absolutely no effect whatsoever.
I have confirmed that I have no problems if I use an adapter of type SAP BASIS 7.00. However, I really need to get this working on 7.1.
I have looked on the SAP support portal but can not find any notes that relate to this.
Has anyone else had a similar problem? And have you found a fix for it?
    Any suggestions would be welcome.

  • Problem with Sender Agreement for EDI File to Idoc scenario

I'm configuring PI for EDI with Seeburger Adapter (Calling as a Module) and I'm having an issue with the Sender Agreement using File Adapter.
Process used is File to IDOC. EDI data will be picked up from VAN (Using existing FTP process rather than using Seeburger FTP) and stored in a folder which is being accessed by PI  to send to R/3 to create orders.
All my inbound EDI will be stored in same folder which should be picked up by XI and distribute the same depending upon the respective scenario's in ID and respective mapping/config in IR.
The whole process IR & ID works fine and also creates Idoc in R/3, if I configure for one customer for EDI 850, but when I try to configure for second customer for same EDI 850 having same ANSIX12 version (V4010) as previous customer, I get stuck at the Sender Agreement part for this second customer because I use the same CC for File read for both the customers (Scenarios) and since there is a limitation with File Adapter "sender channel must not be assigned to more than one sender agreement ".
How can I create the Sender Agreement using the same CC for my other scenario?
I tried creating multiple CC for different scenario but when I place a test file for customer A, I see that its being picked up by both CC's.
    Pl Advise.
    Thanks!
    PSR

You need to configure splitter as module in sender file adapter (classifier->bic->splitter) as well as define a message splitter(with partner number and Seeburger mapping) in Seeburger workbench.
Thank you for the reply Aamir,
Do you have any document which can guide me through the process?
Does Seeburger Workbench play any role here? because I'm not using See FTP adapter to connect to my VAN. We get the data from the VAN using FTP process but not using See FTP. I'm using BIC to generate an XSD and SDA file, rest everything is in XI using File to idoc and IDOC to file process.
    Thx

  • Issue with WSDL created for sender agreement

    Hi,
Can you please help me why I am getting the erroe with WSDL that has been created from directory Sener agreement in PI 7.1 EHP1?
My interface is a SOAP to file ASYNC scenario and we have been given 5 XSDs that are referencing one each other ,5 XSDs are imported successfully and referenced properly,no errors/issues found.
Created all ESr and directory objects and I tried creating WSDL from sender agreement for my Source/outbound inteface that is created with XSDs in ESR.
When I try to import WSDL into SOPA UI to validate ,the import process stuck for ever while trying to import "http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd" and finally throws me error.
After that I tried importing WSDL created in Directory into AltovaXML spy to created the webservice request,I am getting the following error""invalid XML Schema:"xml:lang" is already declared in the schema dcument C:|..my WSDL.
Even our partner who wants to make Webservice calls using this WSDL,they are not able to develop their Webservices they are getting errors something related to schema not found /not defined etc.
Please let me know, what might be the issue?I verified several times with my XSD imports and referencing properly and configuration objects.
Thank you for your help in advance.
    Regards,
    Prem

    Hi Mark,
I am not getting issue while displaying/Exporting  as WSDL in ESR.I am getting issue while trying import WSDL that is generated out of Service Interface into SOAP UI or Altova XML Spy.
I don't think PI created the WSDl out of W3 standards.
This is the error I am getting in XML Spy:
File C:\Documents and Settings\Prem\Desktop\SI_XYZ_O.wsdl is not valid
Invalid XML schema: ''xml:lang' is already declared.
              Error location: schema / attribute++
and in SOAP UI:It is trying to import the WSDL and it stuck for ever while trying to import http://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd and never imprts the WSDL into SOAP UI project.
Please let me know,if you have any ideas.
    Thank you,
    Prem.
