Sending an Internal Table as an excel via email

Question

Hi,
The data is coming properly in excel. But, the thing is first row is coming an empty one.and in second row headings are started and from third row data is coming. what i want is first row should come with headings and from second row data should come. any ideas how can i modify that one.
And after coming the data in excel format to email and while i am opening that one it is showing one warning message with pop up the file is not in a recognizable format...

if u add the below code (PERFORM utf_format) to convert the format that is supported then u will not get warning message with pop up the file is not in a recognizable format...
