Sending SAP project to Unifier through TIBCO

We have Unifier integrated with SAP. Project is created in SAP and sent to Unifier, but it is not getting populated in Unifier. Logs showing error that "Unifier WS Return Status Message = Create Project failed because :Could not invoke method cloneProjectBP."

Well, if you really want an accurate answer or suggestions, you really need to be more forthcoming with the information. No one can see your rig or your media over the internet.
What sort of media did you render out of Color?
What sort of storage device are you using to house those rendered files?
With a tad of deference to the other poster, occasionally Color will not create the same sequence as the files I've rendered out although it will more often than not. I know how to figure this out and fix the issue. If I were you, I'd ascertain what your sequence settings are and what the clip properties are. Do they match? If not, how do you get them to match? Not too difficult.

better option is to convert your spool request to PDF and send it
    call function 'CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF'

    others = 12.
    check sy-subrc = 0.
Transfer the 132-long strings to 255-long strings
    loop at it_pdf_output.
    translate it_pdf_output using ' ~'.
    concatenate gd_buffer it_pdf_output into gd_buffer.
    endloop.
    translate gd_buffer using '~ '.
    do.
    it_mess_att = gd_buffer.
    append it_mess_att.
shift gd_buffer left by 255 places.
    if gd_buffer is initial.
    exit.
    endif.
    enddo.
then call FM after populating attachment data

  • Sending SAP Script output as a PDF attachment through mail

    Dear Guru,
I am using SAP 4.0B version, DATABASE Oracle 8i, OS is sun solaris 7.5.
I want to send SAP script output as a
PDF attachement through mail. Please suggest a solution.
    Regards,
    Rajesh

    Hi Rajesh,
In your print program, while calling OPEN_FORM, pass options-TDGETOTF = 'X'. This is used for returning print output in OTF format.
Then in CLOSE_FORM, get the table OTFDATA returned from the function module. for example
DATA: OTF_DATA LIKE ITCOO OCCURS 0 WITH HEADER LINE.
        CALL FUNCTION 'CLOSE_FORM'
          IMPORTING
            RESULT  = RESULT
          TABLES
            OTFDATA = OTF_DATA.
now you can convert this OTF data to PDF using function module CONVERT_OTF
Then send this data as attachment to a mail using function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1
    Regards,
    Komal.

Not knowing how its embedded...  you will need to get the report instance from the dll and cast it as a ReportDocument object.

    Hi,
For sending smartform output into mail you first have to generate spool request and convert it into PDF and then
only it can be sended into mail, please find the sample code in the mail below:

  • How to send Sap Mails

How to send SAP Mails to the Customer or vendor when Sales Order or Purchase order rises and How to Use the T-code : NACE by uisng that transaction code how send mails

    Hi,
    Go through this
In NACE t-code we have the application for each one. based on the application output type can be defined, based on output type script and print progrma can be defined.
If suppose data can be read from EDI then we should go for condition records.
So whenever we execute the script first composer checks the output type and then execute the program. in program whenever opn form FM will be populate then script will open first. After that again program till another FM will populate if it then script will populate........like it is cycle proces. Composer does all these things and at last it will submit that output to spool.
    Go to the Transaction NACE.
choose the related sub module.. like billing or shipping
    doubel click on Output Types
Choose the Output Type for which whcih you wanted your script to trigger
Then select the Output Type and double click on Processing Routine
Then go to create new entries--> Select the Medium (1- print output), then enter your Script and Print Program detls --> Save and come out
Now go to the Transaction (for which you have created the output type)... Issue output--> Select the output type --> Print....
    You should know the Output type for each document;
    like
for sales order it is BAoo for Purchase order it is NEU for delivery it is LD00
    for Invoice it is RD00.
and the application for each document:
    for PO it is EF
for Sales doc's it is V1
    delivery it is V2
    billing Doc's it is V3.
Select the Application from NACE and click on output types.
select the right output type and click on the processing routines on the left hand side.
it displays the Medium(print,Fax,Mail, edi etc), Output type, Program and the Script form or Smart form.

    1) How to send any data (even binary) through XI, without using the Integration Repository .?

    hi ganga,
    Yes;
    1. we can test adapters very easily and quickly without any IR development.
    2. we can send any formatted data without having to convert it to XML and back again, e.g. file->XI->file.
    3. we can send any document from 1 sender to multiple receivers using XI to guarantee delivery.

  • Send  SAP-HR  data to ADP

    Hi,
My requirement is SAP HR personel administration data send to ADP, we have data in SAP system.
How to send data to ADP please give me detail information it is very needful for us.
    Regards,
    Naresh.

I think I am too late to see the rude remarks, always looks interesting when a professional person goes off the road.
Anyhow Naresh! To send the HR data to ADP, the most common practice is through HR Interface Toolbox (tcode PU12). It has a built-in interface to send the data to ADP through IDOCs. You will have to configure the ALE layer to give the ADP server as target, if you are really going this route then check with BASIS.
The default interface in PU12 is OTMU which will send data to ADP. If you want to send the data as a file downloaded to your desktop and then you want to FTP/email it to ADP then you have to create new interfaces in PU12. Although you can also create ABAP programs to download HR Data and then send that file to ADP, but PU12 gives you facility to send only changed data to ADP instead of all HR Data.

    Thanks & Regards,

It would be helpful to go through the help document of ASAP Methodology.
The following information may clarify some doubts/requirements you have.
Generating the Project IMG through ASAP:
After you have set the project scope, the next step is to generate the Project IMG. From the Business Process Master List (BPML), you can directly access the IMG activities relevant for configuring each process.
BPML: The Business Process Master List, along with the Business Blueprint, is a key result of the second phase of the Roadmap. Microsoft Excel tables contain the SAP scenarios, process groups, and processes that have been set in scope in the SAP Reference Structure, and are crucial for configuring your SAP System. In Realization, the third phase of the Roadmap, the BPML provides the basis for monitoring and steering test activities and for configuring your SAP System. It contains the titles of the structure items, and displays the status, the owner, links to documentation and links to the SAP System. Amongst other things, the BPML allows you to:
    1) Set your baseline and final scope. These are used for baseline and final configuration.
    2) Access the Project IMG and specific IMG activities assigned to structure items.
    3) Access integration test plans, which help you carry out all required integration tests.
The Prerequisite is you have set the project scope.
Process Flow to use the Business Blueprint as a basis for configuring your SAP System:
    1) Set the project scope.
    2) Generate the Project IMG.
    3) Generate the BPML.
    4) From a specific processes in the BPML, you can go to the relevant IMG activities and make Customizing settings.
rewards, if you are satisfied with the explaination...

  • De-link PPM Item with SAP Project

    Hello,
Can somebdoy throw a light on what to do in case I want to de-link a PPM-item with SAP project. This situation may rise if I want to change the project actuals going to bucket A to bucket B.As I can not change the relationship of an item with the bucket, I am looking for alternate solution where I can de-link SAP Project with SAP PPM item.
    thank you!
    Regards,
    Mahendra

    Hi Mahendra
If you are meaning to de-link a PS Project from a PPM Item, you can from the Item navigate to the 'Relationships' tab and then on the 'object links'sub-tab select and delete the assignment:
You can also remove a cProject relationship by clicking the 'Related Objects' sub-tab
Your comment that you cannot move an Item to a new Bucket - is this because your business process does not allow you to do so? Because this is definitely possible in the system.
Let me know if you have any further questions as I am not sure I have addressed your question
    Regards

  • Error while trying to send a report link/page through email

    Hi,
I was trying to send a bam report url through email but the following error occurs when i click on send button :
The Message Center component is not configured correctly. The "Email Account for Alerting" field isn't specified correctly.Contact your system administrator to fix this
Anyone help me by giving a solution
    Thanks in advance

Hi, firstly I would like to ask whether, are you trying to send report URL in an alert mail? If it is so, then you have to configure your SMTP settings in your 'Message Center'. The steps to configure are as below-
To configure the Message Center settings:
    1. Select Message Center Management from the drop down list.
Some table cells are blank the first time you install the Oracle Business Activity
    Monitoring applications.
    2. Click Edit.
    3. Enter the mail server machine name or IP address in the SMTP Server Name field.
The mail server must have the capabilities to send email to other SMTP servers
that Active Viewer users specify in their personal settings.
    4. Enter an email account including the domain used by the Oracle BAM service in
the Email Account for Alerting field. This is the account that will appear in the
    From header of e-mailed alerts.
    5. Click Save to save your changes.
    6. Restart the Oracle BAM Event Service to make the changes effective.
Let me know if this helps. If this is not the requirement, please mention your requirement precisely.
    Harsha.

  • InDesign CC no longer packages fonts when I need to send a project to the printer

Hey Adobe team: Long-time user from when Photoshop was but a sprout. I recently upgraded from Creative Suite 6 to Creative Cloud and have run into a troubling problem. InDesign CC no longer packages fonts when I need to send a project to the printer. This meant that I had to completely redo a project on deadline for a problem that I’ve never had before. How is this possibly helping your users? And is there a solution in the works or do I need to cancel Creative Cloud and go back to CS6?

    @OurPlace
First of all, you are not addressing any Adobe team. These forums are primarily supported by volunteers who are not Adobe employees and don't officially represent Adobe Technical Support.
    That having been said ...
There was nothing done specifically with InDesign 9 or 10 (the CC and CC 2014) versions of InDesign to change or disable packaging of fonts when packaging a document. It should be absolutely no different from InDesign 8 (the CS6 version).
    Troubleshooting hints:
    (1)     Make sure you check the Copy Fonts (Except CJK and TypeKit) option in the package dialog.
    (2)     Make sure that you are not using any CJK (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) complex fonts that we specifically will never put into a package.
    (3)     TypeKit fonts won't package.
    (4)     Make sure that your file system permissions are such that InDesign can create all the necessary directories and subdirectories for the packaging operation.
    (5)     If on MacOS, exit InDesign and try forcing a clearing of your system font cache and then reboot.
    (6)     Exit InDesign and then find and delete all files on your system with filenames of the form AdobeFnt##.lst where ## is a two digit number; don't delete any other files that start with AdobeFnt. Then reboot and restart InDesign.
    (7)     Reset InDesign's preferences that may have become corrupted. For Windows, start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files. For MacOS, while pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
One of these should either address or resolve your problem. Again, we at Adobe are not aware of any generic issue with packing fonts with InDesign.
