Sequencing Message
Hi All,
I have five interface with one same idoc sender and five differnent SOAP Receiver and all interface is synchronous so i have used five BPM to achive this solution and its woking and used condition in reciever determination for each BPM.
All interface is woking in parallel but now i want to process these interface in a sequence Like
1. Product
2. Price
3.UPC
4. KIT
5.Assembly
These all are diffenent interface and five bpm. so can we put some condition in first BPM.
Please Suggest to achive this.

Hi,
BPMPatternMulticastSequential. Use Wait step before the send step in the block and ignore next recv step in that pattern.
Refer Basis swcv and namespace http://sap.com/xi/XI/System/Patterns and look for the above pattern.

"Illegal Sequence" message: GarageBand won't open, possibly due to corrupted files
GarageBand recently crashed while trying to save a particularly long composition, around 200 bars long at the time, but it's been laggy since it exceeded around 60 bars. Recently, while saving the song, the app suddenly crashed. Now, whenever I open the app, it attempts to load the song and a prompts me with a pop-up message that says "Illegal Sequence (1)" with the option to either "Repair" or "Quit." Neither option appears to have any effect, and after hitting either of them a few times, the app will crash again.
I have a feeling that some files have become corrupted, and I fear that I will not be able to recover this song. It's the only lengthy composition that I never backed up to iCloud, and I am beside myself for being so careless with a project that I have put over 48 hours into. If I could at least get GarageBand to open to the menu so that I can backup the song to iCloud or email it to myself, the problem would be virtually solved. Even if that didn't work, I could at least have some resolution.
I'm using GarageBand Version 1.4.1 (180.17) on an iPhone 4 running on iOS 6, because I'm one of those people who hated iOS 7 the moment I saw it and refused to update.
If anyone has any idea how to fix this, please help. This happened about an hour ago, and it is destroying me.Hi,
I just had this same issue on my MacBook Pro. I was able to recover the real instrument audio that I had recorded and saved previously, but not the MIDI. Hopefully someone can help
Here's what happened: I was saving a composition of about 130 measures, and instead of saving, all of my recorded tracks went blank. They were still in the right places, but none of them made any sound when I hit play. I tried reverting to the saved version, but that just brought up a completely blank file. No recorded tracks, no instruments, nothing. [picture below]
I tried reopening the file, and I got the same message you did, "Illegal Sequence (1)" with options to 'Repair' or 'Quit'. Repair brought up the blank Garageband document as above. "Quit" made garageband crash, producing some sort of divide by zero error in com.apple.main, but my Garageband often crashes instead of quitting so that could be a separate issue.
However, I was able to recover all of the recorded audio that I had saved previously (!!). To anyone else out there with the same problem, just control-click on the damaged Garageband file and choose "Show Package Contents" from the drop down menu. You'll then see a folder with the components of the Garageband file. Any audio recordings you've made will be in the Media folder, and you can make a new Garageband file and drag and drop them in.
I haven't found where the MIDI sequences are stored, and I lost the last 15 minutes of audio I had recorded. Does anyone know if there's a way to recover them?
I'm using Garageband Version 6.0.5 (428.5) on a 13-inch late 2011 MacBook Pro running OS X 10.9.5
Thanks for any help anyone can give! -
Hi All,
I have a requirment where i have to send messages sequntially to target. From source i would be receiving 5(say s1,s2,s3,s4,s5) messages. These messages have to be sequntialy sent to target 1,2,3,4,5 in order.
At one instance i would receive only 1 message.Say 1st i received s2 then i shouldnt send it to target,i should wait for s1 to occur.Next instance s1 occured i should send s1 first then s2.This should be my order.
Irrespetive of what source and target systems are i would like to know how this kind of sequencing could be implimented in BPM.
I have implimented "BpmPatternSerializeMultipleTrigger" from BASIS but its not sequncing.
Its erroring in BPM send step. When s2 is occuring, its not waiting for s1 to occur.Even when next instance is s1.
ThanksHI,
You can use EOIO, but as processing with BPM uses the same queue. You need to control this sequence on sender side.
IDOC SCHEDULING
Sequence files to be execute for XIP
These messages are using the same BPE queue,
please apply note 1040354 BPE-TS: Unprocessed messages. Pay
particular attention also to the guidelines regarding buffering.

Is it possible to disable Mandatory Task Sequence Warning Message ?
Hello,
When I deploy a mandatory OSD task sequence, the client pc's receives the request, however, a "Mandatory Task Sequence" messages appears saying that the OS deployment will commence in 180 seconds.
Is there an option to disable this warning or reduce the timeout value of 180 seconds ?
Thanks

Photoshop CS6 - failure to open after 2 year's use due to adobe message.
An Adobe message to confirm a trial of PS CS6 Extended has suddenly appeared to prevent me from continuing to open my photoshop application ( non extended) which has run OK for two years. No other options are given. How can I get rid of this message to enable me to use application? Adobe Chat suggested deleting some adobe files but this did not work and then they suddenly discovered that CS6 was no longer supported on Adobe chat! Can you help me?!
Help gives merely version 13.0 x64 (windows) But I have found a solution & I think the following gives the sequence:
message first appeared after my computer's card reader stopped working pro tem, so I downloaded the card from the camera via USB using Bridge CS6 downloader, something I have not had to do before (ie from the camera). The message above gave only one option, but of course, CS6 extended or otherwise is not now available from Adobe anyway. By attempting to open Photoshop CS6 offline the message option to license the product now appeared as well with requirement also to sign in my Adobe ID. By entering the licence serial number again of my unextended product (although it was already recorded as licensed on my account) and my adobe ID I was then immediately able to open Photoshop. Possibly some piece of software recognised an unusual procedure (piracy prevention)? Anyway it now seems to work perfectly again.
Many thanks JJM for your interest and I hope this account may also be of use to someone else out there!

WS-RM sequences not visible in SOAMANAGER Sequence monitoring
Hello
What i need to know is why I cant see any WS-RM sequences in SOAMANAGER>Sequence Monitoring. Please note:
- I can see the asynchronouse messages in the XML monitor (srt_tools >> Monitor for Processed XML , or SXMB_moni)
- I can see the sequences on the receiver side ( NW CE 7.3 SP2)
- I can see the messages if I put a payload trace on the users that triggers the call ( in srt_util)
- I have this problem only in the production system,. In dev, quality and sandbox I can see the sequences on both sender and reciever side.
- The systems are identical is terms of SP's.
Any Ideas?
Regards
AHi Adam,
I don't know of a report that may be removing them but some other suggestions:
- Check if you have the necessary authorizations for monitoring in production (e.g. authorization object S_BGRFC). Maybe do an authorization comparison check with what you have in Dev & Quality.
- I actually think that you may need to up the trace/log level in production to view these sequence messages. For better performance in Production, these levels are normally set to the lowest level (errors only), see URL below for guidance:
Do a comparison with Dev & QA for the log/trace settings there.

Hello,
I need some help on sequence presets and capture presets when shooting with the new Canon 5D Mark II. I normally have my presets at HDV-1080i60 because I shoot with the Sony Z1U.
When playing with the 5D, I went to put a clip in the timeline, and it comes up with the Sequence message, and it changes it to HDTV 1080i(16:9). What option is this under the Audio/Video when you are setting up your sequence and capture presets?
Thanks for the help!

Legacy sequence importing - running out of regions error
So it finally happened. I want to access several sequence files from older versions of Logic. Currently I'm most interested in opening some 6.3 platinum versions.
I am running the latest greatest Logic 8 on an intel desktop...which obviously is useless for this portion of my exercise. I do have version 7 on a laptop, and version 6.3.1 on an old OS9 machine.
Attempting to open with V7 prompts me with a "running out of regions" error message, then crashes the app when I select "cancel".
Attempting with V6 yields a similar prompt "Running out of sequences" message. When I "cancel" I get another prompt "IsUnsorted: Track== NULL!" with "Bad" as my option, which then throws it into an endless loop, cycling the 2 statements.
Anyone have any mojo for me? Is it some kind of plugin issue, or audio card, or moon cycle?
This issue has really hit home the fact that we are creating an entire generation of music that will not be able to be accessed in element form. It also really points out just how **** old I am...sigh
Thanks in advance for any and all info.

Re: Adding VIs to sequence
Brett,
On the front panel, you must have
1. error out cluster
2. Test Data cluster
These clusters must have labels and they are case sensitive, error out and
Test Data
They MUST be connected to the connector pane on the front panel.
However, you usually get an error message saying that the VI Server couldn't
find the Test Data cluster or error out cluster. Did you see these
messages?
Make sure you are using LV 5.1 or LV 5.0.1 for TestStand. No other versions
of LV 5.0.x will work.

Hi Experts,
I was trying to find out some of the base EAI functionality on SAP XI and got confused with these below items. Hope will get answers in SDN.
<b>1.</b> when a process(integration process with BPM) is in error, can I restart the process from SAP inbox(when the error occurred, it should send an SAP mail/alerts to inbox)?
<b>2.</b> In BPM can we sequence messages from the message data(if I am receiving multiple orders, and I have to post as per the sequence)?
<b>3.</b> What is the facility available to track duplicate message(if I am receiving same message multiple time and I have to process only once and rest I have to discard)?
<b>4.</b> Is it possible to prioritize message in SAP XI? if yes, how?
<b>5.</b> in BPM if I am collecting messages and merging it, can know the details about process like how many messages already merged while the process is running?
<b>6.</b> Can we implement batch lookup process in mapping(if i have an order with multiple item for which i need cross ref data, can execute lookup once and get data for all items)? Can I retry the lookup if it fails first time with a counter or with manual interventions? is it possible to do a lookup 2nd time only for the data which has got failure on first time?
<b>7.</b> How can we handle error(say, if I have to send an alert) while doing lookup?
<b>8.</b> While sending an alert, is there any facility available to customize the message(if I need to add any help tips, or some dynamic data from xml message, or different type of message for SMS and email etc.)? Can we do deadline monitoring for notifications? Can we send message in different languages?
<b>9.</b> Is there any specific way SAP XI handles bulky messages(say 200mb)?
<b>10.</b> Can I search for a message in SAP XI with the data(say order no, sales org etc.) available in the message body?
Please through some light on these.
Thanks,
Sri.HI,
1. when a process(integration process with BPM) is in error, can I restart the process from SAP inbox(when the error occurred, it should send an SAP mail/alerts to inbox)?
Yes it is possible see the below link

2. In BPM can we sequence messages from the message data(if I am receiving multiple orders, and I have to post as per the sequence)?
Yes it is possible thourh send step through serialisation or using spcified queue
3. What is the facility available to track duplicate message(if I am receiving same message multiple time and I have to process only once and rest I have to discard)?
Yes it is possible maintain the correlation and loop in that loop check the availability of msgs but this is based on msgs numbers or certain period only.
4. Is it possible to prioritize message in SAP XI? if yes, how?
yes
5. in BPM if I am collecting messages and merging it, can know the details about process like how many messages already merged while the process is running?

[Goods Receipt PO - Rows - Tax Code][line: 1]
Dear All,
At the time of opening GRPO and Delivery Document suddenly system giving one error Number was used up in this sequence [Message 80071-20]
And after it I entering required data in GRPO with any tax code then system giving new error [Goods Receipt PO - Rows - Tax Code][line: 1] , 'Internal error (-5) occurred' [Message 131-183]
I had verified that tax code which is selected in above GRPO is correct.
When I try to Add GRPO without Tax code then different error coming Internal error (-5) occurred [Message 131-183]
Thanks,
Siddique ShaikhDear Gordon,
Thanks for reply, I had setup the different sequence for all documents separately, But currently user using manual numbering option in Delivery and A/R Invoice Documents
I checked new think is that system giving me same error only when we opening form which is creating financial JE in Backhand, Means when I opening Purchase Order or Sales Order form then system not giving any error and we can save PO or SO
System is not allowing anybody to add any document which create financial effect.
Thanks,
Siddique. -
Step post action works only in 'Test UUts' mode
Hi,
My main sequence file has a list of steps, all sequence type. I specify a post action on each one to jump to end if the seq fails and if a flag is set:
FileGlobals.StopOnFail == True && RunState.SequenceFailed == True
I found out that it only works if I run my test in 'Test UUTs' mode. If I select 'Run Selected tests using Single Pass', then, it igonre this.
Is this how it supposed to be?
How can i fix it?
Thanks

[...]Why do you need a previous step?[...]
Rafi,
you are correct that you do not need a previous step; it is sufficient if the step itself fails and sets the RunState.SequenceFailed flag.
On my machine, this test also works as expected so i asume that either your step itself does not set the RunState.SequenceFailed flag or you have another issue in your Run Selected Steps using Single Pass execution....

Re : Inter company stock transfer through EDI
Hi
How to do the intercompany stock transfer through EDI. In this if Purchase order is created from one comapny a sales order should created automaticall in another Company. Fot this what is the SPRO settings.
How to do this.
Thanks
AntoHi,
continues from here,
Inbound file: edi_in
Function module: See text below.
Status file parameters
Directory: /home/edi/<portname>/
Outbound file: status.idoc
Function module: Leave blank if using above
u2022 Both the portname and the exchange directory should be created according to the same naming convention. However, the portname should be in upper case whereas the corresponding directory name should be in lower case (see examples below).
Portname (upper case):
<portname>
Exchange directory name (lower case):
/home/edi/<portname>
where <portname> consists of:
EDI<system name><client number><id char>
<system name> is the name of system on which port exists eg. F01, PG1 etc.;
<client number> is name of client on system which will use this port; and
<id char> is a single alphabetical character such as u2018au2019,u2019bu2019 etc. typically, u2018au2019 will denote dynamic outbound file naming (used for testing) whereas u2018bu2019 will denote static outbound file naming. All ports will use static inbound filenames.
For example, the name of a port using dynamic file naming on system F01, client 610 would be named EDIF01610A. The exchange directory would be named edif01610a. Similarly, the name of port using static file naming on system PG1, client 600 would be EDIPG1600B. The exchange directory name would be edipg1600b.
Note that the function u201CEDI_PATH_CREATE_USERNAME_DT_TMu201D can be used in the u201CFunction moduleu201D field of the Outbound file parameters if IDocs are to be written to multiple files. In this case, the corresponding outbound filename field should be left blank. The standard IDoc exchange interface between the SAP EDI component and the EDI subsystem uses a single file for each transfer direction. However, should the exchange interface change, or for testing purposes, the function modules for dynamic naming can be used.
2.4.2. Control of EDI processes in R/3
2.4.2.1. Maintain: Outbound Process Code (WE41)
IMGCross-Application ComponentsALE Extensions Outbound
Check that the outbound EDI processes in the R/3 system are defined. Indicates which ABAP/4 function module to execute in order to create an outbound IDoc.
The following assignments are available for R/3:
2.4.2.2. Maintain: Inbound Process Code (WE42)
IMGCross-Application Components ALE Extensions Inbound
Check that the inbound EDI processes in the R/3 system are defined. Indicates what kind of inbound processing to execute.
A long list of options is available under Processing by function module, relevant ones are:
INVF INVOIC FI Invoice receipt (Financial Accounting)
INVM INVOIC MM Invoice verification (Mat Management)
ORDC ORDCHG Change customer order
ORDE ORDERS Create customer order
ORDR ORDRSP Purchase order confirmation
2.4.2.3. Control: System Process Codes (WE40)
Choose Processing by task. Check that the codes indicating the type of EDI processing error are defined. The only valid entries are the entries shown on the screen, as they are directly called via the EDI basis module.
2.4.2.4. Control: Status maintenance (WE47)
Check that the codes indicating status of IDoc processing are defined. The status values for outbound IDocs are between 01 and 39, while the status values for inbound IDocs begin with 50. These values are delivered by SAP and cannot be customised.
2.4.2.5. Control: Partner Types (WE44)
Check that the codes that identify the commercial relationships between the receiver and sender are defined. Values are delivered by SAP. Names of the programs and routines that validates the entry of the EDI trading partner ID:
Partner type Report name Form routine
B - Bank RFETESTP READ_T012
KU - customer RSETESTP READ_KNA1
LI - vendors RSETESTP READ_LFA1
LS - logical system ( ALE) RSETESTP LOGSYS
2.4.2.6. Control: Forward Inbound (WE45)
Allows for the forwarding of IDocs to a specific application. Contains the exactly defined destination of an inbound IDoc within the SAP system. Usually no changes are required.
2.4.2.7. Control: Status Process code (WE56)
Choose Processing by task: The following set-up has been provided as default:
Process code: EDIS
Identification: TS30000078
Description: EDI-IDoc status record processing
The process code is for inbound status, The ID type is an identification code for inbound processing method (workflow or standard task) of the status record.

Creating XML string to be pushed into a JMS queue
Hello All
I am trying to pass the following XML string into a sender obj, however, I am not sure how it is supposed to be done, with the right escape sequencing.
message.setText("<rawData><Name="Mike"></Name><Value="200"></rawData>");
Please guide me.
Thanks,
AJLogin User should have the Admin privilege, Otherwise it is not possible to post data manually into the JMS Queue.
Log into weblogic Console > click on JMS Module > <select the JMSModule where the Queue resides : e.g SOAJMSModule> >Select the Queue > Monitoring > Check the Box > click on "Show Message" > New > Post the data in "Body" section.
Or, you can create another BS in OSB, pointing to that JMS Queue(using Input.xsd) . then execute the BS using your Input.xml
