Service suspand without billing

hey my name is hina , i already suspanded my account for 92 days with without billing system . i confirmed my suspantion without billing system with online customer service that i can not get monthaly bill for 92 days .. but now i get an email from verizon it says my new monthaly bill is available then i checked my verizon account is say paid in full .. so i have 2 questions
1 = why am i getting monthaly bill if i suspand my phone with without billing system ?
2= my verizon account show my bills are paid in full .. wat does that mean m confused .. ? please help me Asap.!

I apologize for the confusion and I would be happy to identify what transpired.  Adding to what budone stated, normally, an account can be suspended for up to 90 days 2 times a year, unless placed on military suspend (with supporting documentation). After the 90 day time frame the service will automatically reconnect. At your convenience, please PM me your wireless number and I will gladly review your account.   • How many times can I suspend (without billing) my service?

    I know I can suspend it twice for at most 90 days each time. I'm wondering though whether it is possible to suspend it more than twice in a year as long as it's not for more than 180 days overall.
    Since I have a smartphone and I'm on the more everything family plan, suspending without billing means that the bill will be 40 dollars less/month, right?

        hybridhoneylp we'll make sure that everything is crystal clear! You're right on track, the maximum amount the line can be suspended without billing is 180 days within a 12 month rolling period. So you can suspend the line multiple time as long as the time frame does not extend beyond the 180 days.   • Restriction of user status in service order for billing due list

    Dear CRM Experts,
    I have configured status profile for service order as OPEN,INPROCESS and Completed and have assigned this to the service order transaction type.
    Now once i save a service order without errors ,the system is automatically generating abilling document in  billing due list TX:BEA_DL_01 even though the user status assigned to it is OPEN ,INPROCESS AND COMPLETED.
    According to our client requirement ,a billing document has to be created in Billing due list if the User status assigned to it is COMPLETED only.
    Please suggest the solution.

    As per your last reply, for some Service Orders you are unable to change the Status. Can you have check whether those service Orders are error free?
    Sometimes, when there are errors in service orders or in 1Orders you cannot change the status from In Process or Open even when you have released certain Items.

  • How do I make a consecutive 90 suspension without billing from Thailand?

    I am in Thailand for 5 months.  Before I left I suspended the service for 90 day maximum.  I now need to make a suspension consecutive for another 90 days without billing.  There is no mechanism online for a second suspension request without reconnection first. Reconnection is done online or automatic.   There is no way to communicate to Verizon from Thailand in any form.  I can not stop from being unsuspended at end of 90 days and no way to request second suspension without billing from Thailand.

    Yes and no.  In my experience, I had to wait until the line reconnected automatically and then resuspend it.  Since it resulted in the line being connected for a day, there was a charge on my next bill, but since it was pro-rated for just one day, the charge wasn't much.

  • MiFi Suspension Without Billing

    Four years ago I bought a MiFi 2200 wireless hotspot for which I paid the
    full retail unsubsidised price and I put it on a month-to-month contract for
    which I was told I would get unlimited non-billed suspensions. And for 4
    years I've enjoyed exactly that. But today, while the device is still on
    suspension, I received a bill with monthly charges. I called VZW customer
    service who told me that the deal that I was promised and that I have
    enjoyed for 4 years never existed.
    Can anyone shed any light on this?
    Was there a change in policy or did Customer Service get it wrong?

    Suspension without billing is limited to 3 months.  Suspension with billing is limited to 1 month. After that time the device will become activated again unless the user calls back and requests another. Users can request suspensions as many times as they like. However, each time you suspend with billing your contract end date is pushed back accordingly. 
    This is how it has been since I have gotten involved with MiFi devices around May of 2011.  You need to make sure you are choosing the correct suspension option and checking in with VZW accordingly.  Otherwise they will auto reactivate your device and start the billing process again.

    normally, the intercompany stock transfer process is not billing relevant, but the
    cross company stock transfer is billing relevant;
    step-by-step process for intercompany stock transfer:
    ======================================
    the question is if you want to do the process with or without a delivery, in one step or two steps...
    one of the processes is following (with delivery - two step):
    1) me21n -> create purchase order (UB)
    2) vl10b -> create outbound delivery (NL) and post goods issue within vl02n (movement type 641
    -->> after this step, the material will be in stock in transit
    3) migo -> A01 post goods receipt - R05 with reference to outbound delivery
    (you can also do it with reference to the purchase order, but you could have changed something within the delivery -> check note 326539)
    -->> if you would need an inbound delivery for your process, this is also possible, and you can also create it automatically)
    (you can check notes 421276, 490865, 497287, 965176 regarding this)
    if you want to do it with delivery with one step
    you just have to do point 1) and 2) -> here with movement type 647, that also makes the post goods receipt and you do not have to do point 3)
    if you want to do a stock transfer process without delivery,
    you should post goods issue and receipt with migo with reference to the purchase order
    you could also check notes 498143, 842829 for more information, f.e. about customizing settings

  • Service Contracts  with billing plan not updating debit memo request in ECC

    For service contracts with billing plan, we cancel the line items and set the user status at header to "cancelled" and also set the cancellation date (under Cancellation Tab) at the header as well as item level which delete all items in the “DMR” in ECC (which are not yet billed). When we do this, it works perfect for most of the time and in some cases DMR items are not updated in ECC and it is billing. When I checked in CRM, the billing plan items are updated based on the cancellation date.

    I clicked on the VirizonWireless.com Contact Us link.  I then selected "I receive a monthly bill" in the Email section of the page.  When I press the go button the page that came up did not have a form to enter a message nor did it have a link to a page to do that.  It did have a Contact Us link which took me back to the same page with the Email section.
    How do I contact Customer Service about my bill via either email or a web form?

    Once you visit "Contact Us" follow steps below.
    Select from drop down, I receive a monthly statement then click the > button
    Scroll down to the left corner and click Send Email

    We are using CRM 7
    Is there a possibility to determine SLA for service request\service order  without create a service contract?
    We have defined:
    1. Trasaction Code: CRMD_SERV_SLA-  Response Profile / Response Times
    2. In Customizing we have defined our date profile with the relevant duration
    3. In  Customizing for transaction types  we defined  SLA Prof. Det. Proc= IT000001
    4. we assign the Service Profile and Response Profile to BP (from "service levels" block) .
    Everthing seems ok but the SLA time is not determined automatically.

    Your steps are correct and i hope you did these too
    a) In the SLA determination procedure ,you have defined the access sequence for service product item or org
    b) If service product item ,take any service product for ex INVESTIGATION assign the two Service and response profile in the service tab
    c) if org the above two profiles can be assigned to org attributes.
    d) In my opinion the date profile you should have assigned it to item category as I think the SLA date calculation is done at the item level
    e) You should assign the SLA det prof to the transaction type in the service process business category - customizing header.
    f) when you create a transaction type sla dates will be determined as follows
        a) you have to enter service product entered in the item ,then dates will be visible,and also if your access sequence is based on service product,the respons profile and service profile will be determined.
        b) if you have given indicators as all these three "category,priority,codes' in your response profile, then you have to enter all three and then hit enter
       c) After hitting enter,the response profile determined above,will use the above 3 inputs of category,priority etc and determine the duration times ,which should be maintained in your date profile.hence the durations determined will be used in the dates calculation.

    In the copy control VTFA and VTFL delete the enteries for return order and credit memo / return delivry and credit memo.
    Once you do that system wont allow you to create a credit memo.

    Can anybody help me about service PO
    Is there any possibility to make service PO without making service entry. that means how to make service PO 2 way match. for this service POs the business doesn't want to make service entry. they want to make a service PO and they want to close this PO through Invoice verification only without service entry intervene. once invoice was posted automatically PO should close. business requirement is they don’t want to post service entry for this type of Purchase orders.

    Please create service Material with material type DIEN, then please create PO without GR indicator and also please flag Invoice Indicator in PO.
    Then you can do invoice with respect to this PO.

    I´m working in Customer Service Module and i have a problem when I want to use the RAS Repair order with fixed rate (Positiontyp - IRPA)......
    With reference to that Repair order I create a service order SM03 (Billing form - Fixed rated).
    Afterwards, I perform a DP90 for that Service order and the result is that in the Repair order is determined the position type IRIN and i need to be determined the position type IRNI....
    Item category assigment:
    RAS      NORM     SEIN      IRPA     IRIN 
    RAS      NORM     SEIN             IRRS     IRIN
    RAS      NORM     SENI             IRPA     IRNI  ---> I need this one
    RAS      NORM     SENI             IRRS     IRNI  ---> I need this one
    My problem is that I don´t know how to handle the Item usage : SEIN and SENI ??? Depending or what faktor are determined??? DPP Profil???

    Hi, it's me again. Question this time about service routes and billing. I have a metered SP with a Service Cycle but no route and sequence. I get no bill and I get no message that a pending bill exists. I have other SP's that do have route and sequence. Is it because this SP doesn't have a route and sequence even though it has a service cycle assigned?

    The route type defines how the reading is processed for billing. With no route, no process, no bill.

  • Inbound Service Interface without Input Request Message

    Is it possible to create an Inbound Service Interface without Input Request Message?  We are trying to create a web service to get all records from a database table hence no input parameter is needed.  We have tried in both XI 7.0 and PI 7.1 but couldn't do it.  Is this scenario not supported by ESR or am I missing something?  Any hint will be appreciated.

    In the scenario I described in my initial post the table structure is only needed in the response message to receive the data. 
    For a web service generated from a RFC function module using the service creation wizard (SE80) a table parameter is automatically included in the request message.  I can understand this as the wizard can not figure out if the table parameter is needed in the request message or not.
    I have tried to use the service creation wizard to generate a web service from the function module RFCPING that has no input or output parameters.  As shown in below WSDL segment the WSDL does allow not having any input or output parameters.
