Set calls to automaticaly go back in a ready state when not answered

What I would like to do is when a call is not answered and it is dropped into a not ready state so it can be presented to the next Agent is have that agent that was put in a NOt Ready State come right back to a ready state. That way the Person does not have to re-selct the ready State button they can auto take the the next call. I hope I explained this correctly

Hi David,
Yes, the call will be still held at Queue if someone doesn't answer it in the CSQ, it will try to reach the next available agent based on the criteria selected inside the CSQ.
One thing which is to be considered while making Agents to go to Ready state automatically after RONA (Ring On No Answer) is, if the Agents take long time to return back to their seat and start handling calls, there might be many calls who have landned (depends on the call volume and Agent count) on their phones but due to non-availability of Agents , the overall call wait time will increase accordingly.

    Voicemail is a carrier feature, not a phone feature. This has to be fixed by your carrier, so contact them, as obviously, voicemail is not properly provisioned on your account.

    Contact Apple or AT&T. You probably have an issue with the "cell radio" in the device. They most likely will replace it, so back it up before you take it in.

  • Agent cannot go to ready state after lunch or break without loggin out and back in.

    I have a small contact center group.  One of the agents I just recently setup is having an issue.  She is telling me that when she selects work offline and then goes to lunch or break or something and comes back, it will not let her log back into the ready state.  She actually has to log out of Agent and then back in.  A screenshot of the error is attached.  Any ideas?

    Problem An agent using Windows XP was able to start Agent Desktop, but was
    not able to enter an active state.
    Solution Windows XP can be configured so that the Internet Connection Firewall
    (ICF) is active. ICF acts by keeping track of all traffic to and from the
    computer; it will only allow information through that has originated from
    that particular computer. If a message originates from outside the
    computer, it will be discarded.
    To solve this problem, either turn off ICF (requires someone with
    administrator rights to the computer) or override the defaults to include
    known “good” connections like the CAD servers.
    And also, is it by any chance happening during a failover or failback scenario in a High Availability (HA) setup?
    If its a HA setup, did you install this CAD after the HA setup is made i.e. the CAD has the entries for the ip address of the both the nodes.

    Turn the volume up... in call volume and sounds (ring, notifications, etc) are seperate volume controls.

    The amount of storage that is shown on the box and in Settings are calculated differently - the package uses 1 billion bytes as a gig (i.e. decimal), whereas in Settings it's shown as the binary definition : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2419
    Also some space has been used for iOS, the built-in app and some space is lost due to formatting.

    Try backing it up to your computer with iTunes.  Connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of the phone in iTunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings and click Back Up Now.  Also go to File>Devices>Transfer Purchases to transfer you apps and other purchased media to your iTunes library.

How do I turn back on my voicemail? I had saved voicemails that I was keeping.  When I *86 it tells me to set a language, etc., as if I never set up my voicemail...which I, long ago. 

    You may need to set the voice mail up again.
    Call your own number press the # key and it will have you set it up once again.
    However it may have deleted the old voicemail. I believe voicemail is saved only for 14 days. If I am not mistaken.
    Hopefully if you set it up the same as before they may have been saved.

  • ADF Question: call javascript function from backing bean?

    I am running JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 with ADF BC.
    Heres my situation:
    I have a table, and after inserting a new row, then committing, I want to call a javascript function. I tried using the onkeyup javascript to force a click of the save button, and then call my function after that. However, I really only want the second function to be called AFTER the commit has occurred.
    I have tried putting a setTimeout on the second function, but this never executes then. Is there some way that I can call the second javascript function from the backing bean? Is there a better workaround for this? Here is some code:

    Maybe try adding an af:script block in your jsp as a partial target in your backing bean when you commit to the database? We are doing something similar when we get a tab DisclosureEvent but the principle should be the same.
    In our jsp we have:

    This relies on PPR though, which you may not be doing. If you are navigating to a new page you could set an indication in a backing bean and then access that in an <af:script> block in the new page or even generate the Javascript you want depending on your logic and access all of it via an EL binding on the af:script tag:

    Wow. I have not seen that question nor a discussion. I agree with James. I don't think it will, and if the power drain is different, maybe it'll be less and not more.
    With a 10 hour battery, you have plenty of time to test it and see. If the battery depletes fast, just go back to the other way.
    If you do try it, let us know what you discover.

    I have a drop down list and i am rasiing a contextual event on changing the current selection. In response to that event i want to call a backing bean method with parameters.. But when i click on the subscriber section for the contextual event, i can see only some bindings of the page.. How can i call a method on backing bean as a subscriber..

    Had you looked in the User Guide, you would have found this:  Settings>Store.  Tap on AppleID to change.

    If you've turned VoiceOver on then see if triple-clicking the home button turns it off, and then change what Settings > General > Accessibility > Triple-Click Home is set to.
    Otherwise, via 'the touch to select double-tap to activate' process you need to go into Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver and turn it off
    The manual (http://support.apple.com/manuals/#ipad) also says that you should be able to switch voice-over off by connecting to your computer's iTunes :
    Turn VoiceOver on or off in iTunes: Select iPad in the iTunes sidebar. In the Options section of the Summary pane, click Configure Universal Access. Select VoiceOver, then click OK.
    So select Configure Universal Access at the bottom of the Summary tab and set Seeing to Neither

    Only a form element supports the submit() function. Make sure that the getElementById returns the appropriate form. Or rather pass the element as the 'this' reference to the function and get the parent form from it.
    After all this is just basic DHTML / Javascript+DOM knowledge and in fact this has nothing to do with JSF. For future basic DHTML / JS+DOM questions you may take a look at the appropriate forums, e.g. dhtmlcentral.com, dynamicdrive.com, etcetera.
