  • Defining shipping dates issues

    Hi,
We connected Global ATP for the confirmation process, but in the shipping tab the Goods issue, loading, Material availability and transportation plan date that are calculated based on customer lead times so that the delivery date is on time are now wrong. With APO connected these values are wrong calculated, disconnecting APO it calculates it ok.
    What could it be?
    Thanks a lot

    777,
If you perform GATP in APO, then you also must perform Delivery scheduling in APO.  You must select the method, and then configure accordingly.
APO offers three methods.  Please review online help.

  • Shipping date in SCM for manual ASN

    Hi Team,
We are creating Manual ASN and transporting to SCM through IDOC. We have two scenario's 1) With reference(SA)  2) Without reference.
For with reference we are getting shipping date in SCM based on Scheduling, but for ASN without reference we are not getting shipping date in SCM.
Delivery type - HID - Inbound delivery HU mvmt
Can you please let me know why shipping date not getting filled in SCM.
      Thanks,
    Venkadesh

    Hi  Claire Yang,
    Thanks for your response.
I forget to update the issue status, it's resolved.
The reason was that, one of a BAPI date parameter(WADAT) got cleared in one enhancement.
I made the changes so now its working properly.
Seems this is not going to helpful for others, so i will delete this thread.
      Thanks,

  • Auto updation of Shipping Date on ASN Save / Publish

    Hi All,
In the ASN Scenario, on saving / publishing the ASN the  manually entered shipping date in ASN Header gets overwritten with a system calculated date (In my case it is same as Delivery Date). We want the supplier to enter both the Shipping Date & Delivery Date manually while creating the ASN. What needs to be done for the same?
I think the auto updation of shipping date is due to automatic scheduling. How to disable this? Is it a validation check or a Config element?
    Regards,
    Bharath

    Pravin,
Check if these Validation Checks can resolve your issue:
    1. DLV_NO_DATETIMES
    2. DLV_ARRIVAL_IN_PAST
    3. DLV_WITH_ARRIVAL_DATE_EXISTS

  • Date issue in processing billing documents that shipped in a prior period

Date issue in processing billing documents that shipped in a prior period that is now closed:
SAP values those deliveries with the current document date in A/R when it should be the original delivery date.  Baseline date needs to stay the delivery date, but is getting copied from the billing date in the new period.  A user exit exists (& needs to be applied) to manipulate the baseline date when the accounting document is being created.
    Any input is appreciated.

  • Shipping Date Change issue in SNC

    Hi ,
Recently we upgraded from SNC5.1 to 7.0.Supplier enters the shipping date in PO worklist and system in turn calculates the Delivery date. This is working fine in Production also.
But after upgrade we found that when supplier enters the shipping date other than requested  shipping date by customer then System is not saving the date and in turn when gets published customer requested shipping date is getting transmitted to ECC.
    Chnage date is not working.
    Thanks and Regards
    Raghavendra Pai

    Hi Raghavendra
    I have the below settings
    D/T Due Qty (ASN):Shipping Date/Time
    D/T Due Qty (Conf):Shipping Date/Time
D/T for ASN in DL: Shipping Date/Time
    Relevant PO SL:CONF
Also i have deactivated the validation check
    PO_SHIP_AFTER_DELVRY_DATETIME
    for profiles POC1,POC2 & POC3
I am able to enter the CDD date as desired, same is transferred to ERP
    Regarding Due list query
When you create an advanced shipping notification (ASN) for a purchase order item in the due list for purchasing documents, the system fills the ASN with the data that is currently displayed in the due list for purchasing documents.
and this is requested data, i am not sure how to get confirmed data into due list query, you need to ask any webdynpro developer, like which FM and query it is referring and modify it suitable
You can create ASN for confirmation  line in PO details, as it is allowing to store the delivery date now

  • IPhone 6 pre-order issue - I have no ship date

I am in the same situation. I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 and had an email saying 10/7 ship date. I now log in and check the order status and it's not available at this time but the order is in process. I actually just fell out of contract with Verizon and honestly just want to know the ship date. If it's longer now or my order is lost, I'd just like to cancel and change my service to AT&T. Everyone I know with AT&T who ordered when I ordered is getting their phones tomorrow in mail. In some cases they had 10/13-10/31 ship dates with AT&T but actually just got shipping tracking numbers, go figure. Can I please get an answer as to why I have no status?

        jeharder,
We know everyone is super exited about these amazing phones. As your order moves through the process, you can check the status at http://bit.ly/RjmCUB. You may not be able to see a change from Processing until it officially ships, then you'll see the tracking number. If you've received a confirmation email that your order was submitted, any additional information throughout the fulfillment process will be sent to that same email address.

  • Custom report -Mb51 -EBELN,AUFNR,KDAUF & KUNNR -Data issues

    Hi,
This custom report is related to material document list (MB51).
    I was trying to retrieve Purchase Order(EBELN),Order number(AUFNR),Sales order(KDAUF) & Ship-to-party( KUNNR) from MSEG & MKPF.
    Unfortunately
It looks like for Sales Orders, it picks up the Customer Number but no Order Number. For STO’s, it looks like it picks up the STO # but no Customer #.
    How to over come this?
FYI..I also tried adding fields to standard report(MB51) and it is also doing the same manner .
Am I pulling it from Wrong tables? or is it related to DATA issues?
    Regards

  • Sales order schedule date is a (working) day before Scheduled ship date

In MRP/MPS planning, the forecast consumption is occuring for all sales orders at a date (sales order schedule date) which is always a working day before the Scheduled Ship Date (SSD). What is the logic?
    Time fences are not used.
E.g. Sales order is scheduled to ship (SSD) on 30th Nov, in forecast set > Forecast items > Consumptiion > Detail, the sales order schedule date is a day before SSD.

    Hi,
This is a complex issue; best solution is by using APO/GATP.
If not, then in ERP only, the second best is:
    1) Work with assembly processing in SO, meaning that a production/planned order is automatically created in the customer order during order creation.
    2) Then, after the order is created it is scheduled, and the delivery date proposal is based on that.
    3) Now you can check in the order that there are no capacity overloads, and all capacity required to produce on the proposed date is available. If yes, you're done. If not, it gets a bit complex, since you actualy need to switch to capacity planning, do capacity leveling and dispatch (PP), and the you get a new feasible schedule proposal based on that.
APO/GATP could do all that automatically!

  • Link between actual ship date of an item and schedule line in Sales Order

So, we are developing a custom report that compares actual Ship Date (Goods Issue Document MKPF-BUDAT) and the date the item should've been shipped (Schedule Line Date).
I am able to link the GI Document to Delivery Document and can then link to Sales Order Number/Item Number.  However, a line item can have multiple schedule lines.  What logic can be put in the mapping so that the correct scheduling line is picked for the GI date to be compared against?
    Example:
    Sales Order 123
    Item 10 Product X - Quantity 10
    Schedule Line 1: 11/15/2014 8 pieces
    Schedule Line 2: 12/15/2014 2 pieces
Let's say first shipment gets delayed 2 months and ships 1/15/2015
Due date in report should know to select 11/15/2014 to calculate that shipment was late 60 days
Any way to link delivery document to a specific schedule line??
    Thanks!!

    Hello,
Just did similar development for customer report. List of deliveries based on sales order number and sales order line item numbers. Sort these deliveries either with number or actual goods issue date. Compare goods issue quantity with schedule line quanity and start allocating deliveries to schedule line. For example
Schedule line 1 - 10 MT, Schedule line 2 - 5 MT. Now you have created 3 delivery. First with 7MT, second with 5MT and third with 3MT. Your first delivery will be for first schedule line. Your second delivery is for first and second schedule line and your thrid delivery will be for second schedule line

  • Despite one more screw-up in my shipping date...iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Gray is actually arriving 9/19 by 3pm

I've had a lot of issues getting a reliable status out of Verizon.  See the previous posts here and here.  Needless to say, I'm fed up.  Finally, after being told that my phone would definitely arrive on 9/19, my card was actually charged on 9/17.  That seemed promising.  The order status updated to the typical "Processing, check back tomorrow" message.  The order actually appeared when I logged into my Verizon account for the first time.  So I waited all day and when I woke up on 9/18...the status did actually change.  The status changed to "Ship by 10/7".  I about lost it.
I got Verizon on the phone, the first time via the Internet Orders phone number.  The guy basically told me that they didn't have a tracking number and that their system had a lot of issues and due to the overwhelming demand they had to delay some of the orders.  I tried to get more info and see if there was any chance I would get my order 9/19, and was told "No, that's just the way it is".  So I tried calling 611, talked to another CSR.  They told me pretty much the same thing and that I would be stuck waiting.  I was livid.  But at that point, I was done.  Done calling, done posting, I just resigned myself to the fact I would be waiting weeks to get my order and that I would be switching my carrier at some point due to the total lack of knowledgeable customer service.
I checked the status again on a whim, around 6pm EST.  It actually changed again...this time the "Ship by 10/7" date went away, and it changed to "Shipped", with a UPS tracking number.  The tracking number was actually a link that pointed to FedEx (seriously, they can't get anything right).  I looked up the number on UPS's site and found out it was shipping from Memphis, TN via UPS Next Day Air Saver, and it listed my correct delivery city (I was hesitant to believe it, because I've been given a FedEx number before by a CSR that was bogus and shipping to another state).  The package says it will be delivered 9/19 by 3pm, and has moved from Memphis, TN to Louisville, KY.
I'm hopeful I'll actually get my phone tomorrow, and not a gift-wrapped pile of...something...in a Verizon box.  I wouldn't put it past Verizon to find a way to screw this up still, but this is the most promising things have looked thus far.  To all those checking the order status every day for the next couple weeks...the best advice I have is just don't believe it.  At all.  I've had dates showing 9/19, 10/14, 10/7.  I had CSR's guarantee delivery on a date, and others telling me I'd be waiting weeks and there was nothing they could do.  I've had a response via Twitter saying I would definitely receive my order on 9/19 and a DM on this forum telling me the Twitter user was wrong.  I had the date change after the card was charged.  I've had a fake order number sent to me from an actual Verizon number via a text just to get me off the phone.  I've been given a FedEx tracking number for someone else's order to get me off the phone.  I've had the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life.  Before this, I thought Verizon was the best carrier out there, and this destroyed all confidence that anyone working there in customer service has a clue about what's going on behind the scenes.
So yes...Verizon..."I understand how exciting this can be."  Just not in a way that reflects positively on you.

I've got more conflicting responses to add to the list:
Via Twitter from @vzwsupport:"Great news Matt. Your pre-order is ordered correctly & is scheduled to ship 9/19 via FedEx. No other info is until it ships. ^VC"
Via direct message on these forums from @saraho_vzw:"Thank you very much for getting back to me. I know it's exciting to be waiting for this phone and I'm sure you want to know exactly when to expect it. I must apologize because the email date that you received in that confirmation is incorrect and this was due to some system issues we were having at the time these orders were placed. I am seeing the correct delivery date for your order is 10/7, and I'm so sorry for the confusion and delay. -Sarah"
Upon replying to @saraho_vzw and asking why the response from @vzwsupport conflicted with her response:"If I received both of those dates I'd be confused too! 10/7 is the correct date. I'm fortunate enough to work right alongside ^VC and she was not aware of the issues going on with our system at the time the order was placed. I've made her aware of this so others are not misinformed.  -Sarah"
So if the last message is correct, I'm not going to have my phone until 10/7, and Verizon's entire checkout process and confirmation emails completely misrepresented the actual date I will receive my phone.  I've asked them to re-mediate the issue but I'm not confident they will meet their original agreed upon delivery dates whatsoever.  This is absolutely horrible customer service.  Advertising a deliver by date of 9/19 prevented me from going elsewhere to get my order fulfilled.  And no...it's not 'exciting to be waiting for this phone'.  It's frustrating.  We had an agreement when I placed the order and Verizon is failing to meet the agreed upon terms without any explanation other than 'issues' in their system, and claiming they have no control to escalate the order and correct the ship date.  I'm done.

  • Shipping date information is shown on some devices, while not shown on others. What is the criteria?

    Hello all,
Thanks again for taking the time to read this. I have a customer who considers the shipping date very important in their operations. Our HTOM was taking a look at the reports from the IR portal, and informed me that some devices showed the shipping date, while others did not.
It seems that 'fixed switches' seemed to show this information while 'chassis' did not. What is the criteria that is used to display this information?
    Thanks,
    John

    Hello John,
I think your request may need some technical analysis.  I would suggest, please open Service Request (SR) and provide the details of the devices having an issue and report details too, so that technical support team can check availability of requested data in upstream systems.
Per their analysis, they will update you thru SR.
Thanks in advance for accepting SR approach for this request.
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Intercompany Stock Transfer order - Shipping data

We are in the process of implementing intercompany PO/STO process and we have hit a roadblock.
Taking the example of one of our sites - Plants in Ireland supply material to plants in UK. Although they are part of difefrent company codes they are treated as INTRA-COMPANY transfers so we need to use the distribution channel IN
But some plants in northern Europe (Finland/ netherlands) also supplys material to UK and they are INTER-COMPANY transfers so we have to use distribution channel IC
Issue : IN SPRO, When you define shipping points for plants, you can assign only on distribution channel for a plant but as per the example above We need two distribution channels.
Has anyone else come across any similar issue? Is there any work around or user exit that we can use for this please?
    Cheers,
    KB

SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up Stock Transport Order > Set up sTock Transport Order Between Storage Locations > Define Shipping Data for Stock Transport Orders Between Storage Locations (V_T001W_L) - here you can define different sales area / customer master for Plant / SLoc combinations.
SAP will recognize the proper sales area when you input the issue SLoc during creation of STO (issue SLoc is the last field in the line of the PO item, it appears after hitting enter key).

  • Any way to get an estimated shipping date?

Is there a way to get an estimated shipping date? I have my original November 4th in my email but there is people ordering the same phone as me and getting them a lot sooner (And they ordered after me, online) I placed my order on September 16th if that helps. Verizon Wireless Customer Support any info?

    Jsullivan,
If you're looking for a straight answer to your question you're not going to find it here.  You're just going to get a generic answer...something to the tune of that the iPhone 6/6+ is in high demand, shipping depends on color, quantity, size...they can't help that some are getting it sooner than you even though you ordered the same specs, your estimated delivery time hasn't elapsed, blah, blah blah.
Truth is, they don't know when you're going to get it.  Those of them that have received their phone earlier than you have just gotten lucky.  The estimated delivery date is nothing more than an estimate.  Look around this forum and you'll notice that lots of people are having the same issue as you...people getting their phone before them even though they ordered sooner.  And delivery times are being blown as lots of people were told they'd be getting there phones on 10/3, some tomorrow, and some even before that.  And lots of people with those dates still have nothing.  So...to spare you the frustration of having to wait for a VZW rep to chime in (if they do because even their responses have been selective) I thought I'd chime in.  I know this isn't the answer you want to hear...but this isn't the answer that anyone waiting wants to hear.  Truth of the matter is I don't think VZW even knows when you'll get your phone...

  • Line item Shipping data missing in STO

Hi, I am making an STO ( same company code ). I have added 4 line items in the STO.
For three line items, everything is ok. But when I added the fourth line item , the system gives an information message that sales org data and shipping data could not be found for the 4th line item.
And so I could not see the shipping data(consisting of delivery type, shipping point etc) tab for the 4th line item. For the first three items, the shipping tab exists.
The material for the 4th line item exists in both supplying and receiving plant and the material also exists in relevant sales org.
The outcome of the above issue is that the 4th line item is not copied to delivery with ref to STO !
Could any tell what is the config missing or what I need to do so that I have the shipping data for the 4th line item of the STO ?
    regards
    Pamela
