anitachoi3,
You can use the below command to clear a voice call. Please exercise caution to ensure that this is not an on-going valid conversation.
look at the output of 'show call active voice brief' and grab the ID. Let's say you want to clear the call with the ID 7D4 in your example. Execute the below CLI:
clear call voice causecode 16 id 7D4
Execute 'show call active voice brief' to see if the call is cleared.

  • Show call active voice brief showing old calls

    Hi There,
I have noticed when running a 'show call active voice brief ' that at the top there are calls from over 5months ago in the logs. I thought that this command only shows active calls, so am a little confused as now I am not sure I can trust that calls are active..
Anyone have any ideas, or any way of clearing the counters for this command, a 'clear counters' doesnt clear them.
    Thanks

    Hi Guys,
Tried clearing the counters as per Nadeem's post - still no go.

  • In iOS 7.0.2 All and Missed tabs are not showing call history correctly

In iOS 7.0.2 All and Missed tabs are not showing call history correctly, I have iPhone 4 running iOS 7.0.2 version it looks like there is a bug. Missed call history and All calls (incoming, outgoing and missed) history is not showing properly in a list. Ideally when I click on missed it should show me recent missed call list and when I click on All it should show me (incoming, outgoing and missed) calls list sorted by current date and time.
I would like to request Apple developer team to look into this and fix this bug asap. Thanks in advance.

  • How to copy show call active data to syslog or any ftp server

i need all the info in show call active voice command in AS5400 to syslog server or any other way to store in my SQL server

"Logging host" is the command used to transmit the logged messages to a syslog server host. For this, first enable logging using "logging on" command. Then, type "show call active " command. the output will be transferred to syslog server.

  • Calls history: White page on the dialer...

    Hi to everybody,
I've bought yesterday the new Xperia Z1C; wonderful, but I've a problem: I'm not able to find the calls history.
pressing Phone -> Dialer Tab -> Option "Show calls history", the situation is the same: White page on the dialer...
The strange thing is that if I use the standard widget of "Calls History", I see all my calls done.
What can I do to resolve it?
    Thanks and ciao!
    Emanuele

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
If the call log is set to 'show call log' and it still appears empty I suggest that you first of all try to turn off your phone by press and hold the power button and volume up at the same time until the phone vibrates.
If the call log still appears empty I suggest that you clear data for phone under settings > apps > all > phone > clear data. Restart your phone and try again.

  • User@IP-of-cucm showing up in call history

I have several different types of telepresence codecs running TC 7.2 registered to CUCM 10.5.  I have a SIP trunk to a VCS control.  If I make an outbound call from CUCM to the VCS domain, it shows up in the call history of the cucm endpoint as user@ip-of-cucm, rather than the display name configured in the endpoint I am calling (please note this is not a "Use Fully Qualified Domain Name in SIP Requests" issue.  I have this option checked and the far end does see the caller ID as a SIP URI with FQDN).  If I call from that same VCS registered endpoint into the CUCM registered endpoint, then the correct display name shows up in the call history of the CUCM endpoint.  I've combed through a lot of SIP settings on the CUCM side but haven't found the right one yet.  Does anyone know what settings I should be changing?
    Thanks,  Mike

    Hi Mike,
We are facing the same issue for a call between DX70 and SX20. The SX 20 is running TC 7.1
If i upgrade the SX 20 to TC7.3, would the issue be resolved or will it still persist as the domain names of our CUCM and VCS are different ?? Given below is the call flow
    DX70 --> SIP Route Pattern --> VCS SIP Trunk --> SX20

  • What does an ignored call show up as in call history?

What does it mean when it says cancelled call in the call history?

What does it mean when it says cancelled call in the call history?
That means you tried to call the number, but "cancelled" the call before the call went through.

  • IPhone 5s Recent call history

Hi in my iPhone 5s call history i could see that only the current week voice calls are listed out. Rest all is only for facetime calls. Is there a way by which you can make appear all the  type of calls made/received in  recent calls list for more than a month

Are you looking at the recent calls on the facetime app or the phone app?
What happens when you look at the recent calls in the phone app that will show you all calls.

  • Droid Turbo missing calls, delivering texts late, not capturing call history, not updating e-mails

My wife got the Droid Turbo Ballistic Nylon just before Christmas as a replacement for her iPhone. She has been complaining that she is not getting calls, e-mails, text messages, voice mail messages. Last night, my son called her twice from California and there was no answer. Checking her phone there is no voice mail from him and her call history shows no attempts. I re-booted the phone and she suddenly got a flood of e-mails, call history, texts messages. She uses this for business and this is negatively impacting her buisness.
This morning I did a test. I forwarded an e-mail from her phone to me and then I replied to that e-mail, which is set up as IMAP on all devices. I could see my reply on her PC but nothing her phone minutes later. This test is being done in my home with all devices on the same Wi-Fi network. I re-booted the phone into Safe Mode and the e-mail came through. I don't know if it was just the additional length of time or putting it into Safe Mode. Based on the number of issues with multiple applications (she also says she is losing contact information) I am beginning to think that this is a hardware or OS problem. Anybody have any ideas?

I know that IMAP is sometimes set to auto-sync only every 15 min or more, according to default or user set amount of time.  When you rebooted, the phone auto-synced with the email server.  As far as missed calls and those not showing in logs, I'm not sure.  I can say this though, I was missing calls and voicemails and came to find out that the Advanced Calling HD Voice VoLTE updates had negatively impacted my phone's service.  I have since disabled and service is better.  Perhaps the Turbo also has HD calling enabled and is experiencing similar issues because of that.

  • Jabber and IP Phone 8945 call history synchronisation

    Hi
We're running 8945 IP Phones and CUPC 8.5.5 and a few Jabber 9.0.4 in a CTI deskphone mode.
Currently both call history are linked to the device. No synchronisation between IP Phone and CUPC / Jabber.
Even the missed calls count is not cleared on both sides when the user looks at the call history. For example if the user looks at the IP Phone call history because it indicates missed calls and the clears the counter, the Jabber still showing the same missed calls count.
Any improvement in the future ?
    Thanks,

    Hi Jean,
No, there is nothing planned at the moment to provide any synchronization between call history. I will suggest to open a feature request via Cisco TAC.
    Thanks,

  • CUCM 8.6.2 Cant view call history on certain Phones

Have 3 specific user's who cannot view any call history wha so ever, Cant find much in relation to this issue via the web, Thy are the only one's experiencing the issue on the system. I have reset the phone to no avail. also rebuilt the phone from scratch in CM. having no luck figuring it out.
any help or idea I can try

    Hi Jason,
    The phone stays in upgrading....
We need to fix this first.
Fix the issues related to DHCP & TFTP on the switch to which the phone is connected so that the phone can get the config from the DHCP server.
    Sample DHCP config on switch:
    ip dhcp pool dhcpconf
    network A.S.D.W 255.255.255.0
    default-router A.S.D.1
option 150 ip A.S.D.X ----->TFTP server of CUCM
    lease infinite
    ip address dhcp
    Interface config:
    interface FastEthernet0/1
    switchport voice vlan 1
    spanning-tree portfast
Check the routing issues between phone and CUCM TFTP server.
Upgrade the phone to the latest firmware and check if you have any issues.
Note: Do not disconnect the phone while the firmware is upgrading.
    Regards,
    Tirtha
